Hello,
This is to bring to your notice about my experience with reliance, kindly do respond if you got some time.

I bought lg uhd 4k tv with complimentary product of philips sound bar on 15/09/18 and got it delivered on very next day and installation process on the same day.
When i checked tv and soundbar, i found some defect with soundbar and immediately called that concern person. He assisted me by sending a technical person to assess the defect to sort it out, between the technical person reported it as some software problem. And i immediately took the product to that particular showroom and they want me to take that product to the concerned service centre instead of replacing with another new product.

*"reliance digital bill receipt states that if a customer founds a defect in particular product within seven days of purchasing, an alternative another new product will be replaced."*

But what happened is they asked me to take the product to the service centre instead of replacing with another new product.

Reliance fails to keep its promises, and fails to listen customer queries to resolve it out.

If reliance can't replace the defective product with an alternative new product as per your statement, don't promote it by printing on your bill receipt.

    I purchase reconnect washing machine from reliance digital a 1 mall ahmedabad in june 2018. After few days during using the machine, it shown fault of water leakage and stopping of dryer automatically. Many times technician visited and tried to solved the fault but fault is continue. Reliance technician mr jay visited two or three time and checked and repaired but no improvement. Finally mr jay took video of machine and assured me to that this machine will be replaced at the earliest. But no result has come. I talked to customer care and they told me that i have not allowed technician to visit my home for repair. If i not allowed, how mr jay has taken video of my machine.
    When mr jay come at my home second time he opened the machine and checked the water leakage problem. On checking it is found that a tape which install for stopping water leakage has not been installed in the machine at factory level which is a very big lapse on the part of reconnect maker if the water passed into the motor and leak the current, who will responsible for any casualty from electric current. I feel that reconnect washing machine is new in market and the makers of it not experienced for making it 100% right. I hope that i will not purchase any product from reliance digital and also tell to my circle for not purchase any product from reliance digital.

      We bought ac (Hitachi sac 1.0t 3sinv waza3200i 312eaea).ac ran hardly for a month or so. Noticed problem, called reliance resq two times. 2nd and current service request number is [protected]. Technician on his 1st visit on 28/8/2018 was not able to identify the problem. On 2nd visit, another technician took outdoor pcb and informed the pcb will be replaced by 10/9/2018. Till now, there is no update from reliance resq. Each time, we ask about update, they response they have not received part from brand.
      Is there no escalation process?
      If we can not run ac in warm days, why have we purchased it?
      First, very poor quality of product is supplied which followed by very irresponsible service from reliance.
      Sorry to say, but after tierless effort of getting a solution we, as a customer are now feeling helpless and being cheated by this big brand.

        I purchaged hp deskjet in advantage 5075 on 27.8.2018 in release digital vzm ap and again visited store on 03.9.2018 for cartridge for previously purchased hp deskjet in advantage 5075 i asked cartridge black setup h cartridge but they supplied black ink cartridge. I am newer to printing so i don’t know. But the persons well known the type of hp printer and its accessories too. But supplied a un suitable cartridge to my hp deskjet in advantage 5075 the hp in cartridge demented my printer due un matched cartridge installation please justice me

          I purchased 4 jio internet device... I was given one year warranty.. But after two months, it stopped to work... It is not woking... So i went to jio offeice to get it repaired... I summited my device on 5/9/2018 (Morning),,, i was told to come evening... When i reached offece evening... I was told to come next day... But i did not get satisfactory answer... On 7/9/2018, i was told to come on 10/9/2018... But on 10/09/2018, i did not get satisfactory answer...
          During b/w date 5/9/2018 and 10/9/2018, i went to jio office about 5 times, but every time, i meet new person... There was no responsible... So, at last i have to take my device with out repaired..

            I am complaining about reliance store kunjpura road karnal, and i want to compalain that they are not giving me the vivo v11 pro whether i have given all the payment and the hdfc bank has accepted the loan and disbursed it from there but the store manager is saying it will hardly takes 15 min but 5 years ago my loan was approved and they are not gifting me anything with this but all the markets are giving the gifts with that mobile.

              We paid rs 52042.00 at reliance retail ltd oberon mall edappally kerala for lg refrigerator and lg washing machine on 11.08.2018 vide tax invoice#[protected] and payment refno#[protected]. But, the company has not delivered the items to me till date. So, i am forced to approach consumer dispute redressal forum for immediate delivery of items. Please take urgent steps in this regard

                My self n. Chandra sekhar, [protected], [protected].
                We have purchased 49" inches vu t. V 11 months back in reliance digital store vizianagaram. One month back it got a problem.
                We have the reliance digital store vizianagaram they said we informed to the vu office they can refund the full amount but they didn't even respond it has been 1 month but there is no proper response we get.
                Since it has one year warrant we expect a replacement but now we want to purchase reliance reconnect t. V.. So could you please set up the issue as early as possible.
                We paid money for extra warranty also recommended by the store person so, please refund that amount also.

                  We bought daikin ac from reliancedigitel anna nagar 2015, from the first week we were complaining there was a problem in the ac and its not working properly.. They have sent service person for7-8 times, still they are not able to rectify the complaint, we have already spent more then ₹15000/- till date. And they simply send a service person and get money and the problem will remain the same. This is been happing for last few years, we are fed up of this kind of service. They don’t have an answer for the problem.

                    I had purchased an iphone 6 from reliance digital on emi and latter i had exchange my iphone 6 for 12000 and i took iphone 7 and the person told that my last emi will be closed and the new emi will be start from nest month but here both emi is getting deducted from my account which is not fair it’s completely fraud and i will go to consumer also.

                      I am struggling to get my laptop repair which was in warranty when i submitted.
                      When i purchased the laptop (With extended 2 years of warranty) the same day i found a bright big hole in screen i went back to the reliance digital store and they denied to accept it and asked me to deal with dell customer care to get it replaced my own, i did and it got it replaced within a month.
                      Now i again was facing some issues in laptop when my dell warranty was over but it was still in extended warranty, so i submitted it to one resq center, but they said the serial number on the bill is not matching with the laptop (Because it was replaced remember), i called the shop from where i purchased and he asked me to send the bill copy as well as the documents copy that i got while the laptop replaced. I sent him that, but this happened at the last day of my warranty. Now after few days when i called him back to check the status he is saying we can't do anything as the warranty has gone, but i already submitted the laptop when it was in warranty, he is saying you should have gone to the same reliance digital store from where you purchased to get the serial number updated on the bill, but i said nobody informed me or called me for the same, how could i know what is your process or what is the significance of the serial number on the bill, even i didn't know there is something called serial number you guys ll need in future when i ll raise the repair request within warranty. All i remember is the agents who were showing me laptops, bagging me to please take extended warranty it ll save your money if anything happens in next two years of dell warranty and blah blah blah, but they really didn't care about anything once i purchased the laptop and extended warranty, they even didn't bother when i went to them the same day when i found the laptop is defected, i am totally disappointed with your services and behavior.

                      What i need is to get my laptop repaired as i submitted this within warranty, i am not going to take it back without getting it repaired.
                      I am attaching the copies of bill/document whatever i have related to laptop.

                        I have purchased Bajaj Water Heater from Reliance with condition that delivery and installation will be done by Thursday/Friday. Received first time call on Thursday at 1:53 PM from person for water heater delivery. I have asked him to deliver later around 5 PM, as we were not at home. He asked that can he deliver it tomorrow? I have asked about installation. He informed that delivery and installation will be done both tomorrow. I was ok with that option considering that product will be used only after installation. Later evening I have received msg that product has been delivered while it was not. I have called and send mail to customer support for non delivery of product but getting msg of delivery and requested team to look into matter.

                        When I called back number on Friday around 11:20 from where I received call on Thursday. He informed that other driver will deliver product.

                        Reliance delivery team should have informed upfront delivery time and constraint to avoid this situation.

                          I live in pune and i purchase sound cannon from hinjewadi - infosys reliance dx mini. They told me that the service center is in pune but it was in mumbai (Mis selling). I purchase this product in march and it's stop working in april after that i didn't get any support from the store (The store manager change) then i deliver the product in the given address which was in mumbai service center from there also i didn't get any response about my product or even they not reverting. I totally dissatisfied with the service of the support team. I don't want any product of reliance refund my money back.
                          I sended message to support team but till yet no any response.

                            I booked a samsung tv 43nu7470 on 01sep.2018 but till date (13th sep 2018) delivery could not be done. This is the worst experience for me about the reliance digital. Tax invoice [protected]. If my tv not deliver today i may cancel the order. I make several calls in the reliance retail limited cmr central maddilapalem but they does not give satisfactory answer about the delivery of my product. Reliance digital is a big brand if this type of service provided by this company then it is very serious question about its.

                                  We bought a fan from reliance digital elantae mall, chd. I am totally disappointed because of the defected piece sold and also because of the rude behaviour of the staff and the wrong committments done by them. Firsty, i was given a defected piece of table fan which worked only for two days after purchase and i had to take it back to the showroom for replacement as per the policies but later the staff denied it saying that they had no fresh piece so they would repair it but they didnt repair it properly so i was suppose to get it again for the repairment but unfortunately this time also it didnt work so finally i had to return it back to the showroon on thile condition that if there's a defect detected then they would refund the money. Almost 2 months later i got reminded and gave them a call, by which they weren't bothered even later they call me day before asking to take the fan away knowing that the peak season has already been over, there was no fun of giving it back at this time when the season of fan had actually been over. They neither refunded nor returned the item on time and when i myself went to speak to them their rude behaviour led to no conclusion.in the end i told them to keep the money and the fan also with them only. Such a rude behaviour would only repel the customers from buying products from here as we end up getting a defected piece with no refund, moreover such an illtreatment from such ilmannered staff. I suggest them to mend their ways if they want their reliance digital to progress especially in such a money minded place as chd.
                                  Yes, since i recieved such a service from here i would never recommened anyone to buy products from reliance digital, elantae mall and alos i would make sure none of my knowns end up being treated the way we were.

                                    I have purchase 1 ton samsung ac from your bhopal outlet vide tax invoice no #[protected] dated 23.01.18 and this ac installed by your technician. When i start it to use in may-18 i found that this ac where not cooling than i contact to reliance service and first time your technician refill gas but he ask me that your internal unit and indoor unit is mismatch (Means internal unit is for 1.5 ton and outer unit is 1.00 ton) but after gas refill it will work properly. After refill gas this ac appear another problem of water thru from front panel. I again contact to reliance service and they ask me to contact to samsung service centre. I contact to samsung service. When technician of samsung inspect ac he also told me that your product is mismatch as previously declared technician of reliance technician. Samsung technician try to temporary repair 4 to 5 time and the also refill gas two time, but this ac not working properly and than samsung change base of internal unit which contain no. Brand / no make/ no serial no. And now my ac look like assembled local ac. The colour of base unit and cover also not matched. This clear indicate that product delivered by reliance outlet was not proper. I also contact to your service centre and they make complaint for this but no body bothered about it and they have thru ball to each other. I am continue contact to your bhopal service centre head cont. No. [protected] mr. Hemantji contact no. [protected] and mr. Shamsuddinji contact no. [protected] but no any solution given by them. All time they insured me to updated me within 2 hours, within 2 day but they never back call me and when i contact them they keep me on conference to contact each other and after period of about half hours they assured me that they call me within 2 hours, within 2 day, this is continuously habit of service team. I am still suffering by your defective product and my request is in queue since 3 months. I hope that you will take action on my this complaint and will get timely solution.                                       I had purchased a jio phone from jio digital company-owned outlet in mahagun mall, vaishali, gahziabad, up,
                                      3 times they returned me as i reached there after 9pm.
                                      Finally, i received my phone on 09.09.2018.
                                      Now logged the complaint but nothing has happened so far.
                                      I want immediate redressal else i will go consumer court as my brother is a high court advocate and it would be easy for me to fetch you in the court.

                                        I am dipen bhadra (Registered mobile number: [protected]) a customer of reliance digital.

                                        I bought panasonic inverter 1.5 t ac on[protected]Cin no: u01100mh1999plc120563) from reliance shop in axis mall kolkata and from the day one paying for amc to relience digital, no one else other than the person of reliance digital has touched my ac till now.

                                        Last to last time i placed service request for my panasonic inverter 1.5 t ac. The person came from reliance digital he opened the indor ac cabinet with the flipper. But couldn't set the flipper properly. Tried a lot and when i came back from my lunch show somehow he set the flipper. But the swing was not working properly. I told him but somehow he ignored.

                                        After the day i didn't get much time to look into this. Few days back i show that swing is not working completely.

                                        I registered another complaint. The person came, after checking said one of a parts of the flipper has broken and as a result flipper is slipping down not swing. He called his supervisor and the supervisor said i have to pay 50% of the total price and the person did this will pay remaining.

                                        On that moment, i called to customer care and have been informed about that, the customer care executive told me i will get a call from concern department on this but haven't received anything like that.

                                        Even today again i called to relience digital customer care[protected] and explained everything. The officer again said i will receive a call soon.

                                        I am surprised to see a sms today (11 sep 18) at 10.20pm that "service request no. [protected] dated 11/09/18 has been cancelled due to non-availibilty of concerned person".

                                        Is this any kind of joke?

                                        No one has called me even everytime before coming people ask me about my time.

                                        How come this request can be cancelled without resolution of the issue.

                                        This is enough, next week i will got to bangalore for medical checkup. I won't be available next week.

                                        But before that please take necessary action on this urgently otherwise get ready to face legal action and i have to go to consumer court.

                                        Hope reliance digital will take this matter seriously and fix my ac as it was before.
