Dear team,

I purchased a reconnect home theater approx 2 years back which was working fine till last month but after 1st september it's not working. At service centre in swaroop nagar kanpur i handed over my machine to the service centre and they promised me to call but no call received. When i called them thay replied that it's unrepairable and the company reliance has stopped making part of this model.
I was amazed to hear that a giant company like reliance has stopped making parts of the model and service centre is least bothered about the goodwill of the company.
I think it was my wrong decision to go with the reconnect as i had other options like philips n intex while purchasing this machine but i went with yours. I think reliance manufactures the items for short term uses only. If they are ment for long term uses than this type of problem must not get occur.

    I was provided with an offer of Philips mixer grinder free on blue star water purifier at reliance digital branch at aundh PUNE! And at the time of billing after taking nearly 30-35 min was told that the offer doesn’t exist! And the staff was really very rude and blamed the company for not informing the center about the “abrupt” withdrawal of the offer! This is not acceptable from such a reputed company like reliance.worst experience! Pic of staff attached:

      I had purchased lg washing machine from reliance digital store belgaum which was delivered next day but i want to return it. The box is not yet opened but the customer care and store are not so helpful in this matter. They are insisting that for return mode of payment will not be credit to my card which was my mode of payment when i purchased. But they insist that they will be giving me reliance voucher instead of it which is unfair. I hope you will take this matter and take return of product and pay me by credit card.

        I md muslim, purchased a lg air conditioner on 13th september, 2018, after two days when there was no delivery of the item, i make a call then they say that item isn't available you have to wait for 2day, after 2 day they said, you choose another brand, and i have to visit again the showroom and choose blue star, then afte two days delivery was not made they ask another one day more, but they did not make the delivery and make compromise for few days. I am fed up. Kindly do needful.

          I have purchased the samsung refrigerator rt30n3723s8 model on 10/08/2018 and i received the delivery item on 13/08/2018. The package was not properly packed and the item was damaged and i immediately intimated to the store where i purchased the item, and they said the front two doors were damaged as it was a demo piece taken by discount they said upper door we will replace that as it was very hugely damaged and we accepted and i received the calls from samsung from 1st september 2018 regarding new door replacement, but they are asking us to pay the replacement money, i had said that it was package and delivery mistake by the store and they are accepted to replace the item. And finally reliance store sales and service team was useless and they are given a big hand to us, they are keeping us to travel to the store daily from these 45 days, but there is still no resolution, we are not yet opened that item from the last 45 days and it was in useless situation because of your store improper response and recluse behavior.

          Service person sushman in store, kakinada[protected] was very rude and he was saying we can't do anything.

          Sales and packing was done by hemanth.

          The package and delivery responsibility by store has to be bare by them only and we are suffering, no resolution happen for this.

          Please find the attached photos we have taken before bill payment, bills and photos of damaged product and kindly resolve the issue as early as possible, otherwise we have to approach for some other legal authorities to file the issue against the service person in the store kakinada based on his rude behavior and improper response.

            Even though i have extension warranty of reliance digital on sony led smart tv. They are unable to resolve my small problem from past 11 days. They r not approaching me but when i call them they keep on telling me brand me mail kar diya hu reply nahi mila from 7 days. Very poor service. I regret of taking tv from reliance digital. Sony company tells me that u r not taken extension warranty from sony company therefore u have to pay.

            We bought AC from reliance digital in T.Nagar Chennai, at the time of selling they told cashback offer is available which we will be eligible & get amount after 90 days.Even after 120 days we didn't get cash back after dropping mail to CS Head, they informing us there is no cashback offer. As a big company, it will not suit.

              I bought a phone in jan17 i. E j7prime and taken insurance for that. It was v4. At that time they did not gave any kit for that. My insurance is active now. My mobile screen is damage. When i contact to reliance digital they told it was the old version. At that time v6 was there. If v6 is there why u sold v4. I[censored] sold v4 why r u not giving the service. Please reply as your earliest.

                I have a Rconnect AC purchased in the month of May, 2018. There is an issue of faulty fan motor in outer unit. From 5th September, the customer care and Service Centre are making big fool by saying that the part will reach on Saturday... on Monday... on Wednesday. But the problem is still... No one cares for customer. From September 12, the service Centre personnel is saying that he has received the part and it will be resolved. But nothing happened. In my opinion, Reliance Digital is actually a big fraud.

                  On 17/09/2018 i have purchased one nokia 6.1 mobile with a specification of 4 gb ram and 64 gb rom, which sales personnel has confirmed from your stores located at silpukhuri, guwahati, assam.

                  When i started using mobile on 18/09/2018, it has been noticed that mobile is having 3gb ram and 32 gb rom.

                  I have logged the complaint to the store regarding mismatch of the product immediately and visited the store in the evening and discussed the matter.

                  Stores personnel have requested for one day time period to resolve the complaint but today one of stores personnel called me and informed that your mobile can not be replaced.

                  Therefore, i request you to please look into the matter and resolve the complaint as early as possible.

                    I purchased a tv on sunday and was told that the delivery and installation would be done on monday. On monday i received the tv and a call from your technician sachin, i requested him to come for installation at evening 7:30, but he refused and promised me for tuesday morning 9:45. The entire day i have been hearing all the jazz and my tv is still lying. I called the contact center at afternoon to complain and no supervisors were available to talk to me. Never experienced such a pathetic service. If you still have any respect left for your customers then reply me.. My mobile number is [protected]

                          Hello team,
                          I would like to know is there any training given to your sales persons before going to the floor for sales? Customer service is worst here in mantri mall reliance digital. Before buying the product they will tell instead of discount they will give some gift worth some amount. But later after billing if we ask they will tell like it will take some time to get that gift you have to wait for some time. After some days if we ask they are telling they will get that product from sp road and give it to us. These guys are simply cheating the customers. That store manager is waste only. I went there to ask about this issue after some days. One lady she said she is the senior person there and she doesn't even know how to talk with the customer. She is there any proof that sales person told like it will cost that much while buying? So i am asking do we need to record the things while buying in your store so that later we will have the proof. She was talking in such a way that she was spitting saliva while talking, when i asked about that even sorry also she said in a very rude manner. She was just concerned about the sales not the after sales service to the customers. I hope this issue will be resolved and some action will be taken on that lady. One more thing is please check the google reviews once in while about that store check how many bad reviews customers had gives. Please work on improving the customer service.

                              I am deeply agonized by now due to the repeated failure of kent water purifier (Bought from reliance digital) and the related ordeal that i and my family had to go through every time we registered a complaint with resq. I honestly don't know if kent is to blamed for a poor product or resq to be blamed for a horrible service team.
                              Calling up resq team, getting drubbed by their arrogance, keeping up with their missed deadlines, has become a part of our life. This attitude of resq team is far more consistent than the water purifier. I would request you to kindly step into my shoes and experience it for a day.

                                We have bought the purit water purifier in feb 2018 and now its not working now within 7 month this happen, we have booked the complaint on 11th sept but after 10 days also we have not got any update nor any communication by them, and reliance coustomer guys telling us it will take time about 15 to 20 days to get a part after that it will solve but still now we doesnt know when it will solve, currently in festival seasons we are using bislery water for driking no cens to buy high quality production from reliance digital, It's very bad to say that for 15 -20 days we cannot drink water as per reliance. its very sad to say that reliance doesnt care about the customer once the product sold to customer.
                                i am suggest no one should by any production from digital after this issue.

                                    This is to bring to your notice about my experience with reliance, kindly do respond if you got some time.

                                    I bought lg uhd 4k tv with complimentary product of philips sound bar on 15/09/18 and got it delivered on very next day and installation process on the same day.
                                    When i checked tv and soundbar, i found some defect with soundbar and immediately called that concern person. He assisted me by sending a technical person to assess the defect to sort it out, between the technical person reported it as some software problem. And i immediately took the product to that particular showroom and they want me to take that product to the concerned service centre instead of replacing with another new product.

                                    *"reliance digital bill receipt states that if a customer founds a defect in particular product within seven days of purchasing, an alternative another new product will be replaced."*

                                    But what happened is they asked me to take the product to the service centre instead of replacing with another new product.

                                    Reliance fails to keep its promises, and fails to listen customer queries to resolve it out.

                                    If reliance can't replace the defective product with an alternative new product as per your statement, don't promote it by printing on your bill receipt.

                                      I purchase reconnect washing machine from reliance digital a 1 mall ahmedabad in june 2018. After few days during using the machine, it shown fault of water leakage and stopping of dryer automatically. Many times technician visited and tried to solved the fault but fault is continue. Reliance technician mr jay visited two or three time and checked and repaired but no improvement. Finally mr jay took video of machine and assured me to that this machine will be replaced at the earliest. But no result has come. I talked to customer care and they told me that i have not allowed technician to visit my home for repair. If i not allowed, how mr jay has taken video of my machine.
                                      When mr jay come at my home second time he opened the machine and checked the water leakage problem. On checking it is found that a tape which install for stopping water leakage has not been installed in the machine at factory level which is a very big lapse on the part of reconnect maker if the water passed into the motor and leak the current, who will responsible for any casualty from electric current. I feel that reconnect washing machine is new in market and the makers of it not experienced for making it 100% right. I hope that i will not purchase any product from reliance digital and also tell to my circle for not purchase any product from reliance digital.

                                        We bought ac (Hitachi sac 1.0t 3sinv waza3200i 312eaea).ac ran hardly for a month or so. Noticed problem, called reliance resq two times. 2nd and current service request number is [protected]. Technician on his 1st visit on 28/8/2018 was not able to identify the problem. On 2nd visit, another technician took outdoor pcb and informed the pcb will be replaced by 10/9/2018. Till now, there is no update from reliance resq. Each time, we ask about update, they response they have not received part from brand.
                                        Is there no escalation process?
                                        If we can not run ac in warm days, why have we purchased it?
                                        First, very poor quality of product is supplied which followed by very irresponsible service from reliance.
                                        Sorry to say, but after tierless effort of getting a solution we, as a customer are now feeling helpless and being cheated by this big brand.
                                        Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
