Yesterday evening 10th sept 2018 i bought food processor of morphy richards 1000w from reliance retail south avenue mall jabalpur but its not working even not starting immediatly i spoke to staff but they are not ready to listen or give service, its really sad experience. I dont have option other then look forward for consumer court i really feel hurt. Service no [protected]

    With reference to above i have to advice that i had purchased lg led tv from
    Reliance digital, shop no 12, center square mall, baroda.390002 on 12th august 2018. At the time of billing, i had requested to incorporate gstn no of sbi, telangana (My employer) to enable my bank to claim input credit.

    As the gst no was not incorporated, i took of the matter at all level and also
    Sent my mail request to cs head vide my email dtd 01/09/2018 11:17 am
    For which proper response is awaited.

    As a result, i am not able to get reimbursement of input credit amounting to
    Rs 16, 649.13

    Hey !

    I purchased kent ro and samsung led from reliance digital store 7, 8 days ago, first a fall i got late delivery after that there is leakage problem in ro, engineer came and checked but till now problem not solved, kent ro still not replaced.

    second samsung led sound problem, , i dnt want this product, , worst sound of samsung product..

    The power/start button is not working
    Sometimes it starts but sometimes it doesn't works
    I have extended 2 years warranty
    I want to repair it
    My washing machine is not working.please check as soon as possible.
    Reliance semi auto machinne purchased in 26 november 2016.
    Still in warrenty.

      I have pre booked a rbig tv connection on date 4-3-2018, which booking id is 14500815. I paid an amount of rs. 499.00 online.in your website you committed that "the installation will be done between 30 to 45 days", but still i didn't get connection. I called 6-7 times daily to customer care but they didn't provide satisfy answer.
      I want to know that the actual date of installation and the actual status of my order.[protected] is not working

        My reconnect split ac is under warranty and the gas has leaked from it. This problem is covered under my resq plan but the technician called me and asked for money to solve this issue. On denying him that he never called again and on repeated lodging of the same complaint at the call centre still there is no one to solve this issue. I hope this reaches the reliance digital team and they sort it out for me.

              I have purchase 1 no. Samsung 1 ton ac from your bhopal store vide tax invoice no.#[protected], your store deliver mismatch unit which contain out unit of 1ton and internal unit of 1.5 nt. This mismatch come to my knowledge when i requested first time of service of colling. Your technician fill the gas for temprory solutions but my ac not working properly, than i contact to reliance and they have ask me to contact samsung service center. I contact to samsung and when his technical visited he ask me that your unit is mismatch but he again refill gas. Than ac spear water through problem. I again and again contact to samsung and their technical repair 4 time different different type but my ac not working properly and after all they have replaced base of my ac which have no any logo/unit identification. By replace this base my ac look like assembled ac. I have so time contact to your service center but always they promise to resolve my problem within 2 day. They never respond again and when i contact they again repeat the same practice and i m still suffering.                 I purchased a o smith water heater from relince digital on 14/08/2017. The product has got warranty of 2 years as per the instruction manual provided with the product whereas the sales person is adamant that her system is showing only 1 year warranty which has expired, hence replacement of heating element would not be done by them although customer care executive of a o smith is confirming that the product is under warranty.

                A o smith does not maintain a services outlet in jabalpur hence unable to provide the same directly at jabalpur.

                  I purchased one water purifier with extended warranty from reliance digital. First one year, it was under warranty of manufacturer, during this time 3 times filter changed absolutely no issue.

                  After one year i called for service from reliance according to extended warranty.
                  First time service is very poor and from the next day purifier doesn't function properly and give dirty water. I called for service.. It's already been three days.. And 8-10 times called customer service.. But not yet purifier made ok... Literally i am feeling frustrated with the kind of service... Provided by reliance.

                    I ordered for a fridge samsung 465 litre.

                    First time the fridge had a defect hence asked for a replacement, again they have sent a defective piece with a bigger dent on it. Upon questioning they have informed that it is not their mistake.

                    They are pushing on the company samsung. Reliance has all scrap in their godown.

                    We have faced lot of difficulty without fridge due to their service. They are taking it easy as we as female have ordered it.

                    They have asked us to keep it and use it till replaced. It is waste of our tume and hurting our reputation. Please take action against them and i need my refund immediately.

                      Hi,

                      Product was bought from guwahati reliance digital store on 15 aug’18 with the assurance of free installation which needs to be done within a month. But even after so many calls and 3 appoitments, this is yet to happen. Every time i call customer care, answer is the same that “we are so sorry for the inconvenience. We will fix the appointment on xxx date and have kept it on high priority”. But no one turns up and the worst thing is that no one informs too. This is the worst experience i have ever faced.

                          I am not satisfied with the product as it sounds really poor. When i have visited the particular reliance digital store they said it has sounded that means the product is working and they cannot replace the product but to me the sound is very flat and the high note and low note does not work properly.
                          Your teqnical expert id 60388306 on his point of view if the headphone sounded ok with left and right plug that means that is ok. He does not understand what the problem is the quality of sound is very poor and does not meet the criteria of sennheiser.
                          I want to replace this product with any other brand which i preffer. The product is under warranty of 2 years.
                          Please do the needful and revert me as soon as possible.

                              I purchased extra warranty from reliance digital store however on 2nd august 2018, i submitted my micromax phone to reliance digital with service request no. [protected].

                              After several follow up reliance person mr moin from nerul navi mumbai inform me as this phone is not repair so we pay you 50% of phone chargeso. As no other solution i accept the offer however they issue cheque no is - 2355, same check rejected as no amount to clear..
                              I am shocked however nerul ppl not.
                              Since they avoiding me mr monoj moin boss not pick up my phone...
                              Need solution soon

                                Last year i had purchased a laptop from your store located know kolkata from the padapukur branch. The laptop is a lenovo ideapad 110. I had purchased the extended warranty along with it. Before the purchase of the laptop i was told by the salesman that if there would be any problem with the laptop then they would replace it. Since the purchase of the laptop i have faced several problems and have given it to the service centre twice already. I had gone to the store recently along with the receipt and warranty and asked them to replace it. They said to me that they can't do such things. My problem is that why did the salesman say at the time of purchase that it would be replaced in case of any problem. I was sold a faulty product for your store and was sold under false advertising of it being replaced in case of problems. I will take action against this if it is not resolved.

                                  To buy a camera went there and they provide a price and asked to come next day because there is some formalities pending from bajaj finance service. When we went there on the very next day they are asking for higher price and they denied the agreed price even the bajaj finance guy is telling the same price that we are telling but still they denied to sell the camera.

                                  This is not acceptable from this kind of giant store and it is very unprofessional behaviour.

                                  Requesting to the higher authority to take a serious action because it effected the brand image.

                                  And also the bajaj finance guy told us many times the camera section guys dont keep their words .

                                    My Daikin inverter A/c was not working since May 16 2018, after so many complaints given due to bad Customer service they told my compressor to their technical outlet by May 30 2018, Finally said we can't solve the issue rather we will give commercial solution with a cheque of Rs.19161.By July 22 2018 I confirmed this reimbursement cheque after confirmation of non solution of my A/c, they acknowledge saying you will get cheque in 10 business working days. Till now I haven't received my cheque, I got another a/c through my credit card so that I can initiate this amount for my outstanding payment of my card..Worst thing is they don't care to pick the phone, after reaching them they had given nearly 20 commitments till date but my solution never been solved

                                      Dear sir madam i have given my reconnect mini speaker for repair they give me they of 7 day they will repair and give but till now i haven't receive my product or a call from them i am calling them from hour ago the are not receiving my call and suddenly they put my call on busy so please help me to get my product this is terrible behaviour i have get from ul people and badest service i have ever seen.

                                        The tv voice of hd channels are not audible on the samsung home theatre system. The hdmi cable is connected in tv arc hdmi port still not audible.
                                        Previously it was audible but since last 2 days it is not audible. All the cables are connected at its place. All the sound setting systems are also checked and everything seems to be ok. Need to be checked.

                                        My bill is of 26 jan 2018 and i haven't received my cashback yet after calling them they says it will be done soon but no positive result. The bill is of 55000/- and they offered 10 percent cashback but its only being postponed. They says the server is creating problem and I do not have any other ways to ask them
