I already given one complaint on 19th October 2018. Complaint no :[protected]. But still no response. You are selling items, after selling you are fail to give service.

    I brought a laptop from reliance digital store puri, odisha. The post purchase service was the worst one as they failed to resolve an issue stating it as a minor one as my i faced some software issue in my lapi. I resolved the issue myself from customer sevice of my brand company being left alone by reliance support staff. Besides this there is communication and understanding gap between the staffs of the store and customer. They are not committed to there words. The store manager is running with therotical explanations and nothing else. Hope my point will be reviewed by the head office and this type thing should be scanned before opening a new store of such a brand company as customers are the only and only one asset for the seller.

      Sub: exchange of damaged refrigerator purchased from your store on 16.9.2018.

      *
      I, abdul kareem, son of shamshuddin, resident of flat no.73, badam apartments, opp. Baptist church, vijayapuri colony, tarnaka, secunderabad – 500017, would like to bring the following facts to your notice.

      That i had purchased a samsung 345l refrigerator from your store along with another product on 16.9.2018, the payment reference number of which is[protected], tax invoice number is [protected].

      I had paid the entire amount by way of cash and had collected the other product at the time of payment itself, the refrigerator being a large appliance, you had promised to have the same delivered, free of cost, at my address on the very next day.
      However the refrigerator was not delivered the next day but was only delivered on 27.9.2018 after several repeated phone calls and correspondence. At the time of delivery i was told not to open the refrigerator and that a technician would visit my place to unbox the refrigerator and install the same. The technician visited my place on 29.9.2018, two days after delivery of the refrigerator, and upon him unboxing the refrigerator i noticed that the refrigerator has a big dent on the front door panel.
      I immediately contacted your store manager informing him about the damaged refrigerator given to me and also asked him to exchange the same and give me a fresh, undamaged refrigerator. The manager assured me that he would have the damaged product exchanged for a fresh identical one within two days. However even to this day no action has been taken and in addition to the mental stress and agony it has caused to me and my family, the refrigerator is lying unused at my place, occupying large amount of space.
      I would like you to kindly settle the matter at the earliest and either exchange the damaged refrigerator with a fresh, undamaged piece or refund the amount paid by me for the refrigerator.

      Despite of several attempts to discuss this issue mr. Narsimha, the manager of himayath nagar branch is least bothered to respond to my complaint. And since i have given a letter to the company he is threatening me that he will not replace the product at any cost.

      It has been more than a month since the product was purchased and my agony continues.

      Respected sir/madam i gave complaint about my reconnect TV problem before 12 days back. still now nobody can gave proper response to me. customer care persons only gave assurance not in action. really i feel too bad. reliance is a world class company but service is too worst. i feel now why i buy TV . my humble request pls do as soon as possible.

        This is the reference against the product 42 inch smart tv of reconnect, price which was tagged on 19/10/2018 was 25999, but when i went out for final billing they at the moment said that there is no tv in their stock, then i said i will be paying now, and deliver the product when this tv arrives in their stock, but when i went for final billing they said price got increased, this was serious issue, there is also importance of time that i gave there.

        Please check out the issue and make this product available to me at that price.

          New sony 32" led tv and samsung smart refrigerator have been delivered to my place last week on[protected]. Now both are having issue in operation. Refrigerator is getting too much hot while in working state and tv suddenly switched off now it is not getting on. We are facing lot of issues these two are brand new things and got stuck within few days! What kind of product you are selling! Please resolve it asap.               I have purchased reconnect tv from reliance digital last year.. Suddenly since one week unable to see image on tv... Sound can be heard but picture is not showing on the screen... Facing this problem since 1 week.. When we on the tv it is not showing the image on screen directly the voice is heard. I even want to replace the remote... Take my issue seriously and solve the issue as soon as possible

                We got our product on 21-oct-2018 and they have installed at evening time while installing we did not notice is there any damage to it. After sometime when we switch off the TV we noticed that screen as scratch mark.what should I do now.is there any chance of replacement of new product or should I think it's my bad luck.

                    I purchased Samsung J7 max mobile from your Reliance Digital Store and also got it insured through W & IA Services (bill and policy copy attached). I accidentally got it damaged in July 2018. I got it repaired from service center and sent all the relevant documents to W & IA Services on July 22, 2018.
                    I was told at the time of purchase that any claim will be settled within 30-45 days. Its been almost three months now however my claim is not settled. Whenever I call on their helpline no. the helpline agent doesn't have any answer and rudely says that its under process. In my various mails I get the same answer. Please look in to it.

                      I purchase Kent Water purifier Mineralro Grand Plus from Reliance Digital (Ahmedabad One Mall) - Vastrapur, Ahemedabad . It's order Id no:[protected] .I purchase on 07/05/2017 with Extended warranty of 2 Year. Company claim that provide service for 2 year + 1 year service but at today i Suffer much trouble with Reliance resQ Service. Last 1 month I am submit many time complaints for service to customer care of ResQ toll free No. [protected] . And Also submit complaint to Reliance store at alpha one Mall. The person who attend my Call Also Assure that the technician come in next 72 hours but since 5 days no one comes for service.

                      please do need full.

                        Recently bought lg smart tv and i'm requesting u to provide installation facility when i contact customer care they have been telling they will come and they will reach u but nobody calls or text me for installation it's annoying situation to contact ur customer care daily and that too they are telling we will arrange. Already 6 days passed so pls respond and provide and put operator or installation guy number. My contact no. Or registered mobile no is [protected].

                        Or else tell me is it possible or not to install tv which was bought through ur shop.

                            Support team,

                            I am very disappointed with the technical staff team having with reliance digital. They are not at all professionals and dont bother about the other persons property/goods. Their way of working and handling tools, equipements is unprofessional.

                            I am writing this because 2 technicians named - vinod chavan and sunil chavan visited today at 11:30 to my home for installing ac, i purchased yesterday. The moment they start their installation activity my carpenter/architect instructed them to keep a wooden ply sheet on the floor under the ac installion area so that the floor area will not get scraches or damaged. But he simply ignored his words and started his work and within 10 minutes he dropped a 'chhinni' from 7 feet height and due to its sharp edge floor tile get damaged.

                            Now to replace that single tile having size 5*2.5, i need to order complete box which cost me around rs.3500, its transportation rs.1500 and labour chg. To fix it rs.1000, total rs.6000/-.

                            Now, reliance digi has to pay the cost otherwise i have to take some strict action on it.

                            And one more joke, i got sms from reliance dig. To give feedback on above mail id, and below error comes:

                              I have complained about my reconnect ac before a month ago. After 3 days Service guy from company came & told to replace swing motor. Which was suppose to be done by a week. But its been more than 15 days my problem has not been solved yet. I contacted customer care more 5 times to resolve my complain but Whenever I called customer care center every time they gave new excuse. My problem has not been solved yet.

                                This is a complaint on reliance digital phoenix market city bangalore.
                                I had purchased macbook air and office 365 from this store on september 15, 2018 and the sales men in your store are highly improfessional and unaware of the products and it's features. Ittook me from 11 am to 7:30pm to complete the purchase and then install the office 365. The person was not qualified at all.
                                I had bought a year subscription and today on october 15, i receive a mail that the product is expired and i need to pay again to activate it.
                                I called microsoft cs and they said the same thing. I called reliance digital and shekhar who is one of the sales man doesn't know how to talk on phone and also is extremely illiterate when it comes to the product. I was told i will get a call back at 1, when i call back at 3:45 he's asking me to come to the store. No value to someones time. The owner of your company knows the value of each second and how to respect others but you guys are spoiling it. I need to get this sorted now and necessary step should be taken to train your sales men. They really need to educated to respect someone, their time and be empathetic to their concern. I will never some back to your store and make sure my friends and family never does to. I will put this poor and extremely not professional behaviour story on social media. Let the world know. You need to shut shop.

                                  I have purchase philips music system from reliance digital bokaro on 30/04/2018. But it has stopped working after 2 or 3 month so we have contacted reliance digital store people on phone and they told us to bring it to store for repairing. So on 02/09/2018 i have visited the store and deposited our philips music system their for repair. But from last 45 day i not got any satisfactory answer from their and my product is still not get repaired. We have also talk to customer care number of reliance digital but they have told us that they are not taking complain of small product. From last 45 day i have visited your store thrice (As and when asked by reliance digital service staff). I have contacted mr amit srivastava, mukesh kumar and dinesh kumar during my visit but their behavior are rude and arrogant. I am frustrated with their service and behavior they are saying that i am free to do customer complain or court case due to their behavior i am in mental tension too. Kindly look in this matter other wise i have to go for consumer court or for mental harassment case.

                                    As new custmer to reliance, was purchased reconnect tv @2days before .after succesfull instalation, i failed to play the amazon and netflix videos in browsing window . display asking to update the browser. But i dont find any menu key to update the broswer . please solve this problem as early as possible or replace my TV with another one

                                      I have ordered freeze on sunday 7th oct from aundh, pune store. I have not yet received the ordered. I am calling to store but they are not responding. I have not received any notification about my order. I am not satisfied with this service. Please look into it on urgent basis. Salesmen provided his cell number but now he is not responding his name is yogesh.

                                        Sir/mam... Aapka reconnect tv 43 inch aur reconnect jive model no ramse2107...
                                        Dono product ek hee time pe jio store se purchase kiye the... Ek ded mahine ke pahile... Yeh purchase krne baad kuch hi dino baad tv ke aadhe screen pe dotted green, blue dotted lines... Aur drawings aane lagi.. Ab to puri aadhi screen bekkar hui haai... Aur jive ko start krne baad bluetooth ya usb connect krne jaaao to o chaalu krne baad apne aap band gir jaaata hai... Dono product defect wale hai... So sir maine pichle ek do haftese aapke taraf se diye huye customer care no. Pe call krke... Roj complaint darj kr raha hu... Bt muze abhitak koi bhi technisian ki service mere ghar pe mili nhi... Kya problem hai sir... Do haftese mai roj call kr raha hu... Her ek jan boltaa hai.. Mai aapka meri taraf se kaam kr detaaa hu... Bt koi bhee service muze abhitak mili nhi... Problem kyaa hai sir...
                                        Aap dekh lijiye... Aur muze service kyu nhi mil... Rahi... Iski jaanch jaldi se jaldi... Krke... Mere dono product thik kr dijiye bss...
