I had purchased an iphone 6 from reliance digital on emi and latter i had exchange my iphone 6 for 12000 and i took iphone 7 and the person told that my last emi will be closed and the new emi will be start from nest month but here both emi is getting deducted from my account which is not fair it’s completely fraud and i will go to consumer also.

I am struggling to get my laptop repair which was in warranty when i submitted.
When i purchased the laptop (With extended 2 years of warranty) the same day i found a bright big hole in screen i went back to the reliance digital store and they denied to accept it and asked me to deal with dell customer care to get it replaced my own, i did and it got it replaced within a month.

I live in pune and i purchase sound cannon from hinjewadi - infosys reliance dx mini. They told me that the service center is in pune but it was in mumbai (Mis selling). Very poor service ever experienced.
They told that they will provide service in 24 hours but after waiting whole day leaving all other work. No single person come for the installation.
After calling so many time not even single person is bothered about the service.
Please rise the complaint against RELIANCE DIGITAL, VIDYANAGAR HUBLI.

With reference to above i have to advice that i had purchased lg led tv from
Reliance digital, shop no 12, center square mall, baroda.390002 on 12th august 2018. At the time of billing, i had requested to incorporate gstn no of sbi, telangana (My employer) to enable my bank to claim input credit.

I have pre booked a rbig tv connection on date 4-3-2018, which booking id is 14500815. I paid an amount of rs. 499.00 online.in your website you committed that "the installation will be done between 30 to 45 days", but still i didn't get connection. My reconnect split ac is under warranty and the gas has leaked from it. This problem is covered under my resq plan but the technician called me and asked for money to solve this issue. On denying him that he never called again and on repeated lodging of the same complaint at the call centre still there is no one to solve this issue. I hope this reaches the reliance digital team and they sort it out for me....

I have purchased microwave model lg mwo mc3286blt 32l on 01.04.2018 from reliance digital, hazratganj lucknow up. Bill no. I purchased a o smith water heater from relince digital on 14/08/2017. The product has got warranty of 2 years as per the instruction manual provided with the product whereas the sales person is adamant that her system is showing only 1 year warranty which has expired, hence replacement of heating element would not be done by them although customer care executive of a o smith is confirming that the product is under warranty.
