I have purchase philips music system from reliance digital bokaro on 30/04/2018. But it has stopped working after 2 or 3 month so we have contacted reliance digital store people on phone and they told us to bring it to store for repairing. So on 02/09/2018 i have visited the store and deposited our philips music system their for repair. But from last 45 day i not got any satisfactory answer from their and my product is still not get repaired. We have also talk to customer care number of reliance digital but they have told us that they are not taking complain of small product. From last 45 day i have visited your store thrice (As and when asked by reliance digital service staff). I have contacted mr amit srivastava, mukesh kumar and dinesh kumar during my visit but their behavior are rude and arrogant. I am frustrated with their service and behavior they are saying that i am free to do customer complain or court case due to their behavior i am in mental tension too. Kindly look in this matter other wise i have to go for consumer court or for mental harassment case.

We took lyf tv a month ago from firsd day we are facing problems with it. As soon we touch the tv it give back current. My kids got shock and me too. If something happens worse who will be responsible

    As new custmer to reliance, was purchased reconnect tv @2days before .after succesfull instalation, i failed to play the amazon and netflix videos in browsing window . display asking to update the browser. But i dont find any menu key to update the broswer . please solve this problem as early as possible or replace my TV with another one

      I have ordered freeze on sunday 7th oct from aundh, pune store. I have not yet received the ordered. I am calling to store but they are not responding. I have not received any notification about my order. I am not satisfied with this service. Please look into it on urgent basis.           I have bought a dell 5577 laptop from reliance digital logix mall noida and recently i shifted from my old place to a new one and during that i lost my bill and now when i went there for the bill they denied the bill i need the bill for completing my warranty registration my laptop is under warranty its just 9 months old so someone please help me.

          If i don't get the bill my money is going to go to waste and reliance being such a big name in industry is doing this
          Normally i use amazon and flipkart and they issue duplicate bill instantly but reliance digital is purely deniying the fact

            I am kona satyanarayana from vijayawada. I have raised a service about my tv on 27/09/2018 from then nobody have contacted us, so i have given a compliment at the customer service center for three times. When i called then they saying that we will call you back after one hour but they never call me back. They are showing irresponsible for my service so please assign a service men to us

              Cancellation of delivery on product reliance reconnect 55inch tv, in tamilnadu chidambaram city at kanjithotti reliance jio shop on oct 4th.. Worth of 49900 rs.. I have already paid 17871 via bajaj finance balance amount i am not able to pay at time.. I pay for that tv for my father only but my father is now not feeling well today he was need some medical assistance.. For that purpose i am not interested to buy the product, since now i am not get the product, product was in reliance jio shop chidambaram.. Kindly help me to cancel and return the product then only i am able to clear the amount of 17871 on bajaj finance... So plz help me sir

              I am not interested to get product I have paid initial amount 17781rs for reliance reconnect TV for my father via Bajaj finance, today itself my father not feeling well he was in hospital, that's y I want to cancel and return the product but the "reliance Jio store" at chidambaram tamilnadu near kanji thotti but their response to my issue was very poor they are not able to solve my issue.. they are saying we are not able to return the product still now product was on chidambaram Jio store. But they are saying we have received by ur knowledge but they not ask me to get the product to my knowledge. I am not feeling good of the behavior of the reliance Jio chidambaram employees.. so kindly consider my issue and do me a favour to cancel the product, then only I can refund the amount from Bajaj finance and take care of my father to recover him... Plz sir kindly forward my complaint to your higher official... I want my money back for my essential care...

                Dear team, i was purchased reconnect led tv on 15/08/2016 exact after two years tv problem was came.. They are telling service warranty is only two years.. After one also not acceptable.
                There is no satisfaction... For this service

                I have bought dell g3 15 laptop from the store a day ago . It has got software error and shows video tdr internal error continuously and the laptop shuts down. No matter what I open the laptop shuts down in 8. To 10 mins . The laptop shows two options that is reset and restart .

                    I bought a lenovo laptop on 4 oct 2018 from reliance degital gaurav tower, jaipur; which came with jiofi and 10 months of data. Now jiofi is not working and reliance digital saying that free data offer is discontinued on 30 sept 2018 and i have to buy the plan to start the internet service which have to be free for 10 months. I bought the laptop only because it was good offer of jio internet otherwise there were better options online. One picture of reliance degital store is enclosed herewith which showing the offer and the date of offering from 1st oct to 31st oct 2018.
                    I really feeling got cheated.

                      I have brought a home theatre of reliance named thunderstorm in the month of july 2018. But after 1 month showing problem that it was automatically switch to different source and i am also bring the notice to your dealer but, they are change the prossesor but, till now the same problem.                         I purchased a samsung led43 inch from your store located in ambience mall gurgoan on august 30th 2018 along with a blue star ac and a refrigerator. The samsung tv was delivered next day and timely installed as well however there was no tv unit and dish available at my place and hence the demo of the same could not happen. I then flew to my home place kolkata and upon my return when i was watching a movie i found a little scratch at the bottom of the tv unit which can only be visible when the tv is either switched off or u r watching something with a black line at the bottom like in movies.
                        I called samsung first and they refused warranty, reliance digital sent a technician and said they will take the matter up, however i have not heard since then. Me kashish from the store promises on each call that he will
                        Provide an update soon but there isint any update. Your call centre executive denied me a conversation with supervisor saying he can only arrange for a call back as no supervisor is available. His name was sukhbir singh. I am shocked at the way such a big store is dealing with a customer who has purchased three products of approx 1 lakhs in a single day. Is there any senior person in reliance digital who cares about its customers???

                          I am rising this complaint against reliance digital store, rajarajeswari nagar, bengaluru. I purchased a mac air laptop for 62340 on 3rd oct 2018, they provided a faulty laptop and i asked for the replacement immidiately after two hours of purchase. I even involved in helping them resolve the issue by taking a person to apple care center. But they are dragging day by day and not even providing information and laptop also. I purchased a product because of workload and no response from them.

                              I purchased the hp laptop from store located at kharghar, navi mumbai-410210 on 30th sept 2018. I paid money and gave 3-4 time for updates. Till now i visited store 3-4 times but got same answer that updates are going on and need some more time. During this period i found very casual approach of store executives. At last i called customer care no. And registered the complaint. Yesterday eve i received the call from hp service center who told me that they will arrange the engineer and try to solve the issue. I requested them that since i have not used the laptop and no more days are passed, issue the new laptop. Since then i have not received any call or updated.
                              Tomorrow morning i m going out station for official purpose so i want to carry my laptop.
                              In view of above request to resolve my issue at the earliest.

                                    I had purchased a mobile phone SAMSUNG J7 PRIME from your store on 17 October 2017. I have facing some issue (mother board issue)from last 2 months, for this issue when I went to samsung service center then the samsung representative told to me that your mobile phone's validity is already expired on 24 July 2018. When i went to your store he assurance me that he will close the issue very soon but last 40-45 days after follow up with store issue remains same yet. Every time your representative postponed the work to couple of days by given new drawbacks. My phone's validity is comes to end very soon.
                                    Kindly do needful on top priority.

                                        Hi,
                                        I had taken reliance care plan for my water purifier. I had raised a maintenance request for my water purifier as the water taste has gone bad on 7-sep-2018 via request id 21348392. It is been more than a month but no one is coming for service after repeated reminders, mails and calls.
                                        8-sep -2018 - service request no [protected] raised. Technician did not come
                                        I call again on 22nd sep 2018 and service request [protected] was raised and no technician arrived.
                                        I mailed again on 29th sep 2018 and service request [protected] wasraised and technician did not arrive.
                                        I called again on 2nd oct 2018 and this time no service request has been raised or technician has been sent.
                                        I need refund of the care plan as reliance seems to no want to provide it. I will use the refund to by extended warranty from livpure company directly.

                                        Still have not received my refund. It seems that now i have to again go through the ordeal of calling, dropping mails and followup so that i can get my money. Worst decision of my life to take a RESQ care plan from Reliance. Waste of money and pathetic. Reimbursment request was raised [protected] on 4th Oct 2018 and recieved only a SMS saying that request has been raised and no action . .

                                        My number is [protected]. After a multiple follow ups Reliance team sent a Livpure technician who said that the Filters are the problem and need to be replaced. He gave me a bill of 1485 Rs which i had to pay. Now i have submitted the bill to reliance for reimbursement but still there is no response from them . it seems that we need to follow up for everything. i am still in shock that why i am ending up doing the follow up. what is reliance Management doing.
