I have bought samsung refrigerator at your store in kukatpally, hyderabad on 15th aug, it was delivered on 17th aug, till today 21st no body came for installation.
I never expected by these much delay with reliance as well samsung. Verymuch disappointed and very un satisfied. I want esacalete this to higher level, pls provide national head email or escclation matrix.

I purchased a reconnect power bank 20000mh on 06/08/2017 from gariahat(kolkata-700029) outlet. Extremely bad service. Miscommunication and mismanagement from the reliance digital store. Delay in delivering the tv set to the required address. When tv set is delivered it is said that some one else will come and set up the tv. This was not communicated early. Extremely poor service and negligence from management from such a reputed store is highly not acceptable....
