My Daikin inverter A/c was not working since May 16 2018, after so many complaints given due to bad Customer service they told my compressor to their technical outlet by May 30 2018, Finally said we can't solve the issue rather we will give commercial solution with a cheque of Rs.19161.By July 22 2018 I confirmed this reimbursement cheque after confirmation of non solution of my A/c, they acknowledge saying you will get cheque in 10 business working days. Till now I haven't received my cheque, I got another a/c through my credit card so that I can initiate this amount for my outstanding payment of my card..Worst thing is they don't care to pick the phone, after reaching them they had given nearly 20 commitments till date but my solution never been solved
