I bought a kent ro from relaine degital nolambur chennai. Also, i have entered into multiple years of anual maintenance contract with them. Have been raising multiple complaints with them. However, have not got any satisfactory response till date. The issue when raised with reliance will be delegated to kent ro company. The kent guys call and clarify that they are not responsible for fixing the ro as i have annual maintenance contract signed with reliance. This keeps happening again and again with the customer service guys simple message saying they are looking into fixing it but they don't understand that the vicious circle is continuing without any service. Can you please help fix it.

Hi Team, I had purchased an iPhone 8 2 months back from Reliance Digital, Bangalore, Electronic City store. They provided gift voucher of rs.2000 and informed us that it can be used to purchase any of the reliance digital products anywhere. Recently when I had been to purchase a product, they are now telling that I need to purchase 3 times of the voucher value and only on mobile accessories. I had already raised complaint via phone to reliance customer care twice which i had mentioned above and awaiting for their response which I haven't received yet.Could you please check and help me on this as this is going on for long time and am getting stressed for this issue in which there is no mistake from my end as the sales person itself had accepted that it was her fault in conveying wrong information.

    I ordered samsung convertible fridge last saturday.. I paid full cash of my fridge. They told sunday before 4 it will be deliver but today is monday still now nobody has called about my fridge.. We only called again and again.. They told very chilly reasons.. Am from bangalore.. They told we’re taking from tumkur warehouse but it’s not distantance.. So many things i bought from reliance digital but i never had this worst experience i fed up to call.. Please response as soon as possible.. Otherwise we’re going to file compliant in consumer court..

      Bought samsung ff 465l rt47m623esl rl stnls from reliance digital and it stopped working in just 4 days.

      Engineer said it's sensor issue, after 3 days he came with sensor and said it's board issue, he changed the board but still refrigerator didn't worked, he said it can be a compressor error.

      Made a replacement request seeing the major built issue with the refrigerator.

      Today it's 10th day and case is pending at samsung for approval.

      Two weeks without a refrigerator!
      Regretting my purchase desicion. :- (

        Dear sir, i purchased a reconnect led tv of 32 inches in august 2016., its been only one year and five months since i purchased the tv. Suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of the tv. A black shadow appears along the full screen causing a huge inconvenience. After having a conversation with one of your help centers i was told that the display causes 14, 500. And many of my kins and friends have spoken of the same problem appearing their reconncet 32 inch led tvs. I have been a fond consumer of reconnect products until now when i have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product and also the service provided by your help centres. And after purchasing an expensive your services for repair are also expensive which in any way does not go with the needs and services to the common man. Now buying reconnect products seems like a very big mistake. And i am not the only one who has a complaint regarding the faulty display in your television. I am highly dissappointed with your services. Please see to it that you are actually taking measureout s to fix our problems and not just make false caims. It would be highly kind of you to do something about this problem regarding my television and for once prove yourself to be giving worthy services at moderate costs.         A gentel Reminder for my complain no one give me proper solution from your side.Its a huge mistake to buy your company product.

Till date nothing s credited. Even aftr repeated requests raised by staff nothing s fruitful. Its been 9 months by now and no response from reliance customer care.               Tv model number - releg3206 has an issue with the picture tube. It is still under the warranty period and i have been given a service request number as [protected] dated on[protected]. Despite calling several times there has been no proper assistance provided until now. All i hear is apologies and saying my request is processed under priority status. I have been getting various technician names for the past 3 days and been promised they would rectify the situation. But there has been no one that has actually turned up. Highly disappointed with the service and gives me a doubt to purchase further in this brand. Kindly help out as early as possible.

                On 28/7/18 food processor given for repair but part lead time told 10 days, but now today is 24/8/18 still nobody care about to give update.

                Physical we need to go & ask for other number + update. Again coming result no update. Even mail to head with hope but its 18 days now & today head is asking job sheet no.

                      I have been trying to contact the company through service helpline. Spoke with them thrice already complaining about the issue with my Samsung refrigerator cooling. Since I had purchased extended warranty for the same, I was told I cannot contact the fridge company directly as their services will not be reimbursed. Hence I waited for Reliance to send their engineer across to check the problem. Despite repeated calls, the call centre people are unable to provide any contact information of the assigned engineer and have been telling me to wait. I skipped work today as I was told he will visit today but still don't see any help coming through. I wonder how the company prioritizes such complaints knowing the customer has paid extra money for this service and has been in dire need!!! What a waste of my money to buy warranty from them!

                        I have gone to the reliance store jamshedpur jharkhand for purchase a 55 inches tv reconnect there was not a single customer but the staff was very busy in gossiping and no one attend i think either reliance has trained that which customer will buy and which will not by face reading i feel very insult that a new showroom is opened but there was nobody to attend while they were gossiping and i have told to a person who was in bajaj finance that this is the way to do with customers the person told how can i say about this and i want that contact me if reliance care for the customer my phone [protected]

                          I purchased a dell inspiron 5570 from reliance digital elante chandigarh. Within a week o[censored]se the operating system has crashed. This is very disappointing that within a week the laptop isn't working properly and the windows has crashed. Although its under warranty period and i would like this issue to be resolved or the item to be replaced as soon as possible.

                            We bought a voltas split ac from reliance digital pvt ltd ambattur, chennai showroom on 11th february 2018. It was installed by a technician from reliance digital on 12th february. The device was working fine for about 5 months. However, in the mid of july month we noticed that there was lot of water dripping from the indoor unit of the ac. So we immediately switched it off and tried registering a complaint with voltas but we were told that only reliance will have to do the service until the warranty period and so we registered a complaint with reliance digital ambattur, chennai showroom where the ac was bought. After 2 days of making the complaint a technician cam home and checked the equipment. He said the the leak was because the water tray was broken, the cause being it was ruptured by a rat. The technician said the water tray had to be changed completely and that he would have to order it with voltas company and that we would be charged for it. We even agreed to that although the ac is in warranty period. However even after more than a month post the first visit we have not received any service from reliance digital technician. When we call asking when we'll get the ac fixed they again start telling that this has to be fixed by voltas company and when voltas is called they say they cant repair it and only reliance should take care of this. The blame game goes back and forth between voltas and reliance digital and in the end only we suffer without an ac for about the past 1.5 month. I'm extremely disappointed with the unbelievably poor service/response from reliance as well as voltas. The problem in the first place has raised due to negligent behavior from the technician from reliance digital who installed the ac. Had he properly closed the hole in the wall drilled for installing the ac this problem wouldnt have raised at all.

                              I have purchased daikin ac 1.5 ton in oct 17 from reliance digital at belapur, i lodged complaint about less cooling and water leakage from outdoor unit on 14 aug 18 (Still ac is in warranty of 1 yr) technician visited on 15 aug 18 and intimated that indoor unit has leakage from indoor unit and whole gas is leaked out. So he unmounted both the units and told that ac will picked up for repairs to the service center. From 15 aug 18 till todate 22 aug no body has came to pick up the ac nor called me for any assistance. The guy who visited from reliance was asking me for extended warranty for 4 yrs. If reliance is fail to give service which is under warranty and took more that 1 week for just pick up the ac for repairs. Then how much time they take to repairs and reinstall the same. Very bad service from reliance digital. I strongly recommended plz do not buy any product from reliance digital.

                                I had bought two panasonic smart tv on 18 june 2017. There is a display issue in one of my tv.
                                This is not acceptable to get display issue within a year.

                                  सर दिनांक 11/08/18 को Moto g6 play 12000 rupees का एक Mobile खरीदा गया था । केवल 3 से 5 दिन के अन्दर ही 1=battery late charge होना ।
                                  2=finger print का option निकल जाना । आदी समस्याएँ आ गयी ।
                                  दिनांक 17/08/18 Moto care n reliance care से बात हुई अगले दिन यानी 18/08/18 को मोबाईल शाप जो की shimoga में है, उन्हें समस्या बताने पर, समस्या हल करने का वादा किया । पर कुछ नहीं किया गया बल्कि उनहोंने कहा कि आपने किसी और जगह मोबाईल ओपन करवाया है बताकर हमसे बत्तामीजी की गयी । damage mobile ही देकर भेज दिया गया है । कृपया कारवाई करे सर ।

                                  सर मोबाईल 18/08/18 को दिक्कत बताकर रिलायंस डिज़िटल मोबाईल शाप में दे दिया गया था, उसी दिन शाम को हमें Motorola service centre से call करके बताया गया कि आपका मोबाईल ठीक हो गया हैं । हमने पूछा कि सर charge n finger print ठीक हो गाया ? उनहोंने हमें बताया कि यहा फोन finger print का नहीं है । हमनें उन्हें समजाया कि finger print सही करने के लिए ही तो दिया गया था । तब जाकर उनहोंने माना अंत में 21/08/18 हमें बुलाया गया और damage mobile ही ले जाने के लिए कहा। कहने लगे कि आपने पहले से ही कही पर इस मोबाईल को open करवाया है । सर मोबाईल लेकर कुछ 5 दिन ही हुए थे हम दूसरी जगह क्यों ओपन करवाये सर ।

                                    I booked rbig tv connection with booking no. 14515123 on 15-03-18 after that message was received from the company that your connection will be given with in 45 days today is 22-08-18. Still there is no word from company i contacted several times to costumer service every time they use to say with in 15 days connection will be given. I am fed up kindly make refund

                                      I bought a lg handset at mantri mall with offer power bank and one thousand big bazaar 1000/- coupon and was assisted by the relience person mr. Gopal with cell no. [protected]

                                      Mantri mall, sampaige road

                                      Now after paying the amount i was handed with "one lg handset with one power bank.. Without 1000/- coupon" but was assured to give the a big bazaar 1000/- coupon after one week as the coupon was not available at that day.

                                      I have visited several time for availing the coupon but each time was assured to hand over with 15 days... 20 days, home delivery etc.. Have given the address too all waste as never i received call nor i was informed via mail.
                                      Also have given several calls to the concern person mr. Gopal who have assisted me for briefing the lg hand set he keeps on declining it.

                                      Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                      I am yet to receive the amount have visited the store once but all of waste again ...neither he (executive) lifts my call nor he has given me any call. Its really absurd to have such kind of experience with Reliance.
                                      Its high Time NOW.

                                        My name is Anupama, doctoral researcher at Cochin University of science nd technology.
                                        I hv purchased jiofi from reliance digital Xpress, Thrissur on 5/8, but it was not working, contacted sales people on next day, they suggested to go service centre, I came here 3 times, but it was closed before 6pm. Nw on 21/[protected]@1.30 pm I'm sitting in service centre. They are telling in order to replace the device, I hv to bring it within 1 week.But sales people didn't say anything about time limit, they said it is only a simple issue nd service people will fix it within 5 mnts. Now service people are telling to replace the board, what should we do?from the very 1st day we have contacted customer care nd registered this complaint. Do anything to give us a new device.

                                        It is not our problem, your sales people didn't inform us about to submit it within 1 wk, but we came in service centre within 1 wk( 2-3 times) but it was closed before 6 pm. We are expecting some more responsible and sincere customer relationship from Jio.

                                        As suggested by service people I contacted sales person nw nd request to replace my device because it is his irresponsibility which created this issue. He is arguing with me, that it's my fault, because all electronic devices have only 1 week replacement warranty, I should know that, its my mistake, he can't do anything. This is not acceptable from Jio.
