We are constantly in touch for the past 5 days and asking about the item, we ordered. There is not a single response from your side.

First they mentioned in bill, the schduled date of 10/11/2018 (although normally product reached within the time frame, but due to diwali vacation, we considered this.

Then they make an excuse and told it will be arrive on next day i.e. 11/11/2018.

after asking, they told that the item wasn't in stock, consult to warehouse.

After contacting to warehouse, they promise to call you back in 10 minutes (did i mention the repitative behavior for the past 5 days?...just call you back in 10 minutes. Never called back a single time.)

contact to toll free number, to which Mr. Raghuvir replied the same (call you back in 10 minutes), then again we call ...some other person said Raghuvir is in meeting..call you in 10 minutes.what the hell you are thinking ...a person who is living out of town, ordered a TV for family..asked to wait till 10/11/2018 for an absolute delivery, postpone his journey just for that.

Are they crazy, what kind of rubbish service, you are providing to their customer. I haven't expected to be this much pathetic. It's my first item from reliance store and i am seriously disappointed.

Today is 13th, and no sign of confirmation regarding the delivery date from any end.

Its too much now, i am requesting you to please take this issue very seriously, or i will have to think for the cancellation of the item.

Please provide me the exact date to receive the item, and i want it to be at my place within 1 day

    2 years back i purchased an lg tv (Worth 1 lakh +) from reliance digital and also paid rs. 25000 for extended warranty. On 9th october 2018 i complained to reliance that my image is not clear. On 10th october the executive came and took my television set for repairs. Today is 12th october (More than a month) and my television set has still not repaired and set back.
    Further the consumer helpline number is totally useless and not able to do anything. I vouch for the fact that reliance digital is just robbing people of money. They have tortured us mentally as well as financially. Worse people to deal with

      I've just received a reliance digital coupon code after i made a purchase on jioapp, but the code is invaild according to reliancedigital.in website..

      I have also tried on lower priced products which are below price, but the problem seems to be still there, i think the given the coupon code is invalid from the start, i haven't used it yet, you can check in your backend there will be no entry of redeem of the coupon.

      I already booked complainant regarding stoppage of purifications. technichian visitef but not fixed and not at all doing from 10 days
      I have purchased Yamaha home theater from GACHIBOWLI, Hyderabad on Saturday. They were delivered product on Sunday but no one reliance authorized person not yet come and not complete demo and installation. They are promised me it'll complete on or before Monday but still is not yet.

      I need very quick action on above problem.

        To whomsoever it concerns (If it really does), this is to bring your attention to the fact, that reliance digital has crossed all the limits of pathetic customer service. Right from the word go, i have been facing issues with their services.

        To speak in details, i went to reliance digital store, sector 13 dwarka, and bought a sony ht rt3 music system on 6th november 2018. I was told, that as they do not store any products in the store, it will be delivered to my residence in dwarka sector 13 from the warehouse. I specifically mentioned, that the delivery should be done on 10th, as i will be away from delhi until then. But the boy at the store, forgot and mentioned 7th as the delivery date. I noticed it, and asked him to rectify the same, which he confirmed, will be rectified.

        But he apparently didn't rectify it, and i got multiple calls on 7th for the delivery. I insisted that it needs to be done on 10th, but no help received from anybody from reliance. Finally i myself collected the product on 10th. During 7th to 9th nov, i got multiple calls from reliance technician, asking about installation, to which i mentioned, that i will collect the product on 10th, and installation can be done on 11th. Eventually, i was given a time slot as 10am to 12 pm on 11th by the technician. I am still waiting for someone to come and install the music system for me. The technician whose number was [protected], did not answer any of my calls since morning. To my surprise, i got a sms at around 17:00 hrs on 11th (Today), mentioning, my service request number [protected], has been completed, whereas, nobody physically came to install the same. I called up the customer service number, and spoke to one of the agents, who mentioned that the amar will be done before 20:00 har today.

        My question is, do i really wait for one installation, the whole day? Was it not the responsibility, of the store, to ensure that things are in place after teh delivery fiasco? Was it not the responsibility of teh technician to first finish to job, and then report as done.

        I have lost all the trust in the brand and particularly the above mentioned store and its people.

        This apparently was my last buy from reliance digital, and i will not leave a single stone unturned, to make sure that i spread this to many of your buyers.

          I bought a panasonic smart tv from reliance digital infinity mall malad west show room. Salesman named ankush singh mis sold told me product. I was given miss information as below
          1 i will get 5 % cashback of rs 23000 if paid by hdfc card which i did
          2 i will be able to download all the apps from internet including jio cinema, hotstar etc
          3 i will be able to download games

          I complained at the store 3 times but no response from them. I have been harrased mentally and moneywise.

          They had promised that some kind of resolution will be given but still no reply from them.

          Moreover ankush singh had called me and told me that i will get a free amazon fire stick as a compensation which i have not received either

          I called them today on their landline but sales person said ankush is not coming to work and i am left with no resolution now. My number is [protected]. Bill attached

                  I bought Samsung 321 liter refrigerator from Rel Digital but after sales service was poor. Inspire of putting request for demo through customer care call, it took four days after delivery.
                  I understand that due to festive season it can't be done immediately but after calling four times it was not planned professionally. I had to keep waiting all through the day to get confirmation. Service engineer is giving call when we are out of house and when ask service engineer to tell when he would come his response was unprofessional, need to groom them to be polite and we'll organized.
                  Pathatic service.

                      I newly purchased from oberon mall edappally (*reliance digital) after 2 day not working perfectly. I called toll free number of resq and get the address of resq in kochi.

                      Service center man said wait above 3 months in warranty period otherwise 1 week

                          Yesterday on 05/11/18 bought a lg washing machine from park square, bangalore outlet but experience has been extremely bitter as i was committed by their executive nagrajan at the time of buying the machine that my old one under their exchange scheme will be picked by them same evening against cash payment of its value at the time of pickup as i have space problem in my house but since then no body cares to support the poor customer only continued false commitments then switched off phones of concerned persons and on store numbers only long holds for more then 10 minutes then abuses and misbehave by your staff sagar and raghu names as per told by them, result after such inconvenience, mental discomfort and insult is that my new machine is lying in middle of my house as old one is still not picked and i felt cheated and helpless trusting reliance.

                          Experience is so poor and bitter i hope an early action on the same.

                            I got a mobile in reliance digital and got screen replacement from reliance resq. When i got the mobile they assured me that it's a very easy procedure for a claim and it's a door step process. When i offer a claim and made a payment for the same, the pickup was scheduled a week before but still there was no pickup made and also when i contacted the csr there was no proper response from them and regarding the pickup.. I dono when this will happen.. Waiting period is too long which makes my mobile damage more. This is very frustrating and never expected this from such high standard company..

My friend purchased same split ac and he gets a notification of free service with details in his mobile. How rude.. These resq team has failed and disappointed me. No respect for a customer. Worst team... Wish spmeone escalates this. I got all the proofs.

Old and existing customer o[censored]r company i bought 4 diakin ac, 1 samsung 51inch led tv and 2 mobile phones and many more things in last 1 year from your shahdara store. Yesterday evening i visit to ur store to buy an mobile for me. They told me to wait 3 hours i sit for 3 hours after 3 hours all financers and store staff misbehaving me and treat me like and animal. Your hdfc finance staff and hdb is continuously misbehaving me. After 3 hours without watching my documents and without verifying the documents. Hdb finances and staff told me that u cant get mobile phone and we r not financing u the product. This is not the way they behaving. Today morning hdb financer of other store takes approval of 1 lakh and finance me a mobile phone. And i bought it. Same thing same department. Gives me mobile. Reliance digital shahdara staff and all financers waste my 3 hours and makes fool of me. I'm ur old customer and regular also.in future i will not visit to your store. Ur staff and financers think they are owner and we costumers are animals.
                                Please reply answer for my request as soon as possible. I will not tolerate this misbehaving and this type of treatment they are doing with me. I upload image of hdb finance company today they finance me a mobile.

                                  Friends, i have read your complaints. I too was a prey to this company. I was asked to fill 1000 forms in 10 days, the cut off is 900. I have filled 906 forms. Then on the 10th day everything disappeared. As cut off is 900 i asked them to pay for 900 forms. They told me i have not submitted forms. I told i have submitted. You can check my 906 forms. If it's not right then you can tell me. The next day they send me an email saying that it's their lawyer. I have to pay 12520 rs immediately within 1pm. Otherwise i will be under legal action. I asked them 900 forms is cut off, i have submitted that, then it's their duty to pay me. They blackmailed me and told if i don't pay i have face them in court. I was really scared. So being afraid i paid that amount. They send me an a/c no: [protected] favouring wifinity (Venture of digital services), branch adajan, i lost ifsc code, otherwise i would have send that also. But i think it's sbi branch.

                                      My experience with reliance digital infinity mall was one of the worst. They treat ppl like #. They don't bother what the customer needs. They go on and peter blame the customer that he / she has harassed them. The escalation team mr ronny called up and sai ma'am it is ur mistake that ur phone is not compatible with the tv. Also when the tv instllersaid that wallmountis not sustainable fhe tv, it's my fault. And the case is closed. I would want some senior to intervene, else i will go to the consumer court. Specially after speaking to mr ronny from the escalation team.

                                        Complaint no/id [protected]. I have complaint on 19/10/2018 for panasonic ac. Only a person came and check/verify that ac not working. Then no other action taken, just specified that there were some leakage problem and some one came from center and will check for inter/external unit, but no one came and still waiting, worst service from reliance digital.
                                        Just look in to this matter as soon as possible. Or need to go to consumer form.
