I was quiet happy with reliance, untill i faced this worst experience with my purchase. I bought a whirlpool refrigerator on 4th of apl, and i got the delivery only after 2 days. Was happy with the service. But, when i opened the box, to my surprise, the product was totally damaged. I wonder how can someone is so irresponsible in product quality check. Soon i placed a complain on the same. And i got a confirmation that my new refrigerator got billed with reliance. Its been more than 15 days, and still i have not get my product. While writing this, cant express my anger. But, after so many purchases, this would be my last one. I will make sure, neither me nor any of my near will make any purchase after this worst experience of mine.
