Hi,
I have purchased aquaguard geneus ro from reliance digital, civil lines, allahabad on 28th jan, 2018. Since the date it was fitted in my home it was not working properly and it never looks like that we are drinking mineral ro water. After logging my complaint to the reliance digital an engineer named sandeep came to my house and repair it. He also told my mother that there is some problem with this new product but at that time it worked properly. Again after 1 day it started giving normal tap water. From that time to today the engineer visit my home for 2-3 times but still the problem is not resolved. I am working out of my hometown and just reached today as my father and mother cant do more except logging complain 2-3 times. So today morning i visited relaince digital and as the machine is new i requested them to replace this defaulted product but there is no one to listen us. I request you all to please help me in solving our problem as i have two old person in my home and a 3 month old baby.

    I purchased a hitachi 1.5 ton ac from reliance digital ambiance mall gurgaon on 8th april (Sunday). The rep promised a delivery on 10 at any cost. When it was not delivered on the committed date i called up to store to check and the reply was it will take 2 more days to which i still agreed. When it was not delivered on tat day as well i went to the store and spoke to the rep. He informed it will take 3 more days.. Its the end of the third day as well and i have neither received the product or any concrete answer from the store. Please assist. My number is [protected]

      1. I had made a purchase of 49 inch led tv model m5100 on 01 apr 18 at reliance digital outlet, karkhana (Vikrampuri), secunderabad. During the time of purchase, i was assured delivery on 05 apr and installation the same day or the next day i. E 06 apr 18.

      2. However, the tv has not yet been delivered till date. On enquiry today also (14 apr 18), i have been told that the tv may come today or tomorrow or even next week. The replies are vague and appear totally casual. There is no concrete reason given for delay. When i enquire at other stores in the city, the model is available with assured delivery the next day. I am being served by mr kishore and mr satish at the store.

      3. Feedback to me is given only when i enquire and the store is not all oriented towards customer support post purchase and in no way updating the customer the progress made with respect to the customer's problem. It appears that reliance is interested only in product sale with no (R) no after sale support.

      4. I am afraid with this kind of approach towards customers, will eventually deplete the customer base. I had earlier made an online complaint on form available on customer support web page of reliance digital on 09 apr 18. I had mentioned by mobile as well as email id, but there was no reply from reliance.

      5. My i request you to look into the issue and resolve at the earliest.

      Looking forward for an immediate resolution and feedback.

        I had lodged a complaint vide complaint no.21047328 dated 01st april 2018, indicating the urgency to attend and resolve the complaint asap, since i was expecting guests from canada on the 14th.
        The complaint was attended on 3rd april, by you technician mr. Kamlesh - mob no. 91-[protected]. I was informed by mr. Kamlesh that the ac's condenser had to be replaced and would take 7 to 8 days. I had again impressed the urgency in getting the repairs done as quickly as possible for reasons as stated above.
        However, i regret to inform you that though almost 10 day have elapsed the complaint has not been sorted to as yet, more over, mr. Kamlesh is not taking my calls. I have been trying to contact your custome care on your toll free number [protected] but unfortunatley is continuously keeping the call on hold for more that 10 to 15 minutes and hence am not able to reach any of the customer care executive.
        It is in these circumstances, that i appeal to you to kindly treat this matter as most urgent and try and solve this problem by tomorrow.

          I have buyed a new bluestar 1.5 ton 3 star t series 3cnhw18tafu inverter split air conditioner from reliance digital motinagar, hyderabad on the date[protected] i got full of scratches on unit and air blower is not working since the next day of installation i am complaining regarding isseu to reliance digital store & toll free. Till date store people says contact service canter & this people says talk to store.

          If i call again and again the will say some service manager will call me 10 min there will be no call from them. Till date ac is not working

            I choose a sound bar with bluetooth and fm capability for rs4490 which i wanted to buy the staff mahindra in the indiranagar bangalore store asked me to take the sound bar instead for 5000 and it has the same fm and bluetooth capability and i had bought the product but when the product was delivered then i notice that the sound bar do not have a fm and when i called the store then mahindra had to check with other staff and then he told me that this product do not have fm. I have asked for a replacement of this product and he is denying it now for a replacement.
            The reason he gave me was i had bought this product with a 55” tv and the bill is clubbed so he cannot cancel the sound bar individually so he cannot replace it due to billing incapability. This is ridiculous billing system or the staff is lying.

            I want you to check on it and get back to me as i have the bill and it mentioned that a replacement is possible for this product. Now i have returned this product to the store manager and its with him and i do not have the product so either you replace the product or i do not need this product and i will go to file a case in the consumer court of wrong information given to me by the store staff and giving me a wrong product which i did not want or asked for.

              I have made prebooking on 01.03.18 for hd hevc setup box by making payment of rs. 500 online through the company website ie. www.reliancedigitaltv.com.

              As per the website we were supposed to get the connection within 30 - 45 days.
              But we are still waiting for the confirmation of the payment. We do not have a confirmation/booking number to track.
              Multiple calls to their customer care number yield no results. We get the same response
              - you will get the confirmation number in couple of days.
              - there is no supervisor talk to
              - the back end team will get back to you

              But none of the above things have every happened. Waiting for 45 days to complete. Once that is done will launch an official complaint on goi and consumer forum sites.

                I have done pre booking of redmi note 5 pro on 14 march 2018, but the product is not available even after 1 month. Reliance digital have no idea when the product will come. They are wasting valuable time of customer's. They have said the product will available till 31 march.

                    It's going to be a month that only limited channel are working in big tv, the rest or most of it are resume, i don't know for what we are paying if this is happening, we are keep on waiting everyday, we miss what we want to watch and it's all useless when we come to the point of looking at the tv channels. When we when to asked from the retailer who provide the connection of reliance dth also nothing he says about it but just a word that it will be ok on their own when times come, this is not the way of treating a customer, do something about this or else we will be in favour to choose some other connection ot dth.

                      Dear Sir/Madam

                      I had made a transaction of a mobile phone purchase in "Reliance Digital" as on 24/02/2018 for Rs.24990 for 9 months(EMI as suggested by the staff though I was ready to pay cash). I made the EMI with Axis bank credit card as they said that "NO EMI INTEREST WILL BE LEVIED".

                      Complaints:-
                      A)According to it, my EMI would be Rs.2776.66. But, I have received the unbilled transaction for period 21/12/2017 till 20/03/2018 as Rs.2977.66.

                      They said that show us the credit card slip to us where it is written there will be no EMI.I said last time I went into the store I think they have kept is or missed it so to give a duplicate copy. They refused to give me a duplicate copy as they said their copy has been sent to bank. I said you can anyways give me by requesting the bank.When they refused the same, I said to give me bank name and branch name so that I can retrieve. They sincerely refused to co-operate in anything.

                      I am myself holding a reputed position in a private organisation and was a banker for 10 years. So If records are submitted, then they can be retrieved too which they are fooling a customer.

                      B)They said 2 free gifts are there for which I was turned off twice and then 1 gift was given while the other has not yet been offered. I cannot go again and again for free gifts by taking out time from my busy schedule.

                      Details are:-
                      1-Cost Of phone-Rs.24990(So actual EMI should be Rs.2776.67.
                      2-Ref No. of transaction-Rs.6949530.
                      3-Staff name-Pradyumna
                      4-Date of transaction-24/02/2018.

                      Please help me urgently as my credit card bill payment is as on 09/04/2018.

                            My ac of hitachi make which was purchased from reliance digital noida was sent to your authorised workshop at noida sec 63 for repair and was re-installed by your service engineer last week. Since the installation the ac has become noisy and continuously leaking from the front side. I have lodged a complaint at your customer care but there is no response from their side till date. More shockingly and to my surprise the complaint has been closed without resolving the same (Complaint no. [protected]).

                            Today i have tried to contact your customer care no. But it continuously is busy. That is why i have to lodge this complaint here.

                              I have received sms from your company to pick up my phone by 30/11/17, i had being communicating through various means with your company for specific information and in live chat on 12/10/17 (Copy of which i had already emailed to your company), i had refused to accept phone at your new terms & conditions which were enforced on your website after date of my booking on 25/08/17 (About which i had even mailed downloaded copy to you).

                              In live chat i was promised phone with all necessary accessories to be made available free, but later was mailed that they are chargeable and recharge plans also were introduced with unmatched & different terms & conditions compared to address of mr. Ambani on news media live, while launching of phone.

                              Your company had not withstand its commitment of providing phone within stipulated time period and also not withstand its commitment with terms & conditions as were addressed by chairman while launch & on website (Earlier there were no conditions as they are now uploaded).

                              Hence please view the live chat transcript copy i had already emailed and refund my paid amounts with interest (Till date of payment), penalty & compensation for harassing & making me roam at your stores and consuming my time & efforts which went in vain.

                              If i will be made to suffer more, your company will be liable for more penalties and compensation towards my future harassment, tensions & consumption of my time & efforts.

                              If i don't receive refund of my paid amounts with interest (Till date of payment), penalty & compensation by 30/11/17, i will be at liberty to take legal action against your company, the cost, my all amounts invested {including basic amount (Rs. 500/-) plus cumulative interest (2% p.                               I had booked my smartphone on 24/08/2017 vide transaction id: fv0000029ai6, but till date i haven't received any positive communication from yours good selves company.

                              I am just getting mails of hope (S) of communication from your company (Please refer to emails below with this mail), whereas i am looking for firm implementation on yours good selves commitment made during the launch of the smartphone.

                              I had been calling several times on numbers available on your company's website, but most of numbers were accessible for jio customers, only one number got connected from my non-jio number and the executive who attended my call was unnecessarily arguing with me and then he asked me to dial other numbers which when dialed weren't accessible to non-jio numbers, which he should have been aware of, means either was not trained or knowledged properly or he purposely mislead me to annoyment.

                              I had even visited several times to your company's outlets at reliance digital, ulhasnagar (W)-421003 and your company's franchise store at ulhasnagar (E)-421004. On 27/9/17 at ulhasnagar (E)-4 store, one executive (Who was in custody of smartphone launched & by showing me and other customer) told me that phones stocks for customers had already arrived at their place and will be made available to customers on 29/09/17 on occasion of dusshera. He further said that the delay happened because of gst. Along with that executive, one other counter desk executive also confirmed the allotments of phones on 29/09/17.

                              On next day (28/09/17) i visited your company's outlets at reliance digital, ulhasnagar (W)-421003, the executives told me that they have not received any stock of newly launched smartphones from company, upon my sharing with them about occupation of phone by one of the store executive in ulhasnagar (E)-4, she called my knowledge as wrong & continuously argued forcefully with me that it was impossible that anybody has acquired the smartphone, because according to her nobody in company is allocated with newly launched smartphone. Then upon my request one another executive called the ulhasnagar (W)-421004 and was shared with facts were true as i mentioned to them. After that i enquired about the status of bookings, they replied o[censored]nawareness about details of the allotment of phones.

                              Upon non-receipt of any communication or smartphone from your company by end of september, 2017, i visited to ulhasnagar (E)-4 store and spoke to same executive who promised me for allotment of smart phone by 29/9/17, he said that now the phones will be distributed or allotted during diwali.

                              Because of following up (After booking smartphone) with your company by me (Through several calls/emails/visits to both stores), i (As a customer) am facing lot of problems & getting harassed by misleading informations from your company subordinates/ franchise.

                              The so called employees of the company should work as an asset of company with total focus, dedication, commitment, etc.. As being part of company's business as if of their own and not as liabilities {who are just for existence & concerned with their salaries (Which are expenses for the company), but least concerned with development of company & it's goodwill}.

                              I am sorry, but feels like the subordinate staffs in your good selves company has been spreading misleading informations to customers. Customers are told that the delay in allotment of smartphones is because of gst, now gst was effective from 1st of july, 2017 and i think the launching programme was after that, so questions arises, as to how come such big repute company was not prepared with gst policy for it;s project of launching new smartphone.

                              I respect and admire yours good selves a lot, though i have not met personally, but when i view yours good selves in newslines i feel yours good selves & mr. Anil ambani are "god" blessed with business acumen & several qualities of politeness, respectfulness, soft spokenness, sharpness, dedication, commitment, being peace loving, being caring, and so on... Businessman personality. These are just my feelings about yours good selves, because i can see and realise no matter how rich in name and fame your good selves become, you are always in the feets of respected mother.

                              In the address on launching the phone hon'ble mr. Mukesh ambani said the phones delivery will start in september, 17 onwards, weekly 5 millions phones will be made available to customers who had booked on first come first basis.

                              I request for my updated status of booking (My updated waiting list number) & date of my phone delivery at the center nearest to my location (Pin code: 421004).

                              When ever i dial the toll free number: [protected] (Provided to know the status of booking), i get the message (Sms) from your company that i will get sms with store details upon availability of smartphone, but when you don't mention.

                              I would like to know when your company will deliver my smart phone (Mention date) and when it can be used with functionality.

                              Please revert back at the earliest with details of date of delivery and operationality of smartphone.

                              Also i would like to know whether the smartphone with come with sim card (4g volte) also or i will have to book & purchase sim separately, if it will come together, then please notify me few days before issuing sim, as i will port my current mobile number (Which i am subscribed with other telecom company) to your company and wish to purchase your company sim with same number of mine after porting.

                                We ordered lg tv from reliance digital, phoenix mall, kurla, mumbai on 29/03/2018.
                                Tv delivered on 01/04/2018.
                                On 02/04/2018, engineer visited for installation then found that it was faulty piece. Then, he logged a complaint with reliance digital/lg on the same day and assured us that we will get it replaced. But we never got it replaced but to add to our inconvenience, no call or message was sent from any office/person regarding any solution of the problem. 2 days later we registered a complaint again to the reliance digital company. They assured us that they will get it replaced as soon as possible. Since then, its just the never ending process of callings and detailed description of the problem from our side to the customer care centers and them being apologizing and promising of replacement of the tv, but we are waiting for even the pickup of the faulty piece from our home.
                                So we want our tv and amount to compensate for our mental harassment.

                                    Today i have gone to the showroom of reliance digital in barrackpur to purchase mobile but at the time of billing i have to face a lot of problem because the billing machine didnot accept the discount for some network problem but at the same time mr abhra mazumdar in the cashier was behaving very rudly to us. So i request to take some action against this fellow man for his unethical behaviour.

                                      This is with reference to complaint no. [protected].
                                      I had purchased carrier ac from reliance digital store, malad west, mumbai on 25th march.
                                      Within two days post installation, ac gas has leaked out. As per assessment by technician this is due to loose fitting of gas pipe. Now i have been told to invest in extra copper pipe since the location of ac outer part needs to be changed.

                                      I was not communicated about loose fitting at the time of installation and was assured about proper installation.

                                      This has caused me extreme inconvenience and not able to use ac since last one week.

                                      I shall not pay any charges towards extra copper pipe. As it is my balcony wall has been damaged.

                                        I had purchased a Kent RO, Model "Grand" from Reliance Digital Asansol on 25.03.17. As suggested by their sales, I had opted for a 3 year term "resQ" plan.
                                        After 6 months, I had requested for a scheduled check but it was not attended.
                                        No scheduled maintenance or routine check is done till date. It has been a year since the purchase.

                                        Finally my machine broke down on 17th March. I had informed reliance digital, Asansol about the same and also written numerious mails to resq customer care. But after 15 days of delay resq service personnel visited for maintenance, they only cleaned the filters with plain water, made me purchase another filter kit worth 1k.
                                        But soon after they left the machine again stopped working.

                                        Call no. [protected] dated 19.03.18. Present status - RO is still dysfunctional

                                        Please treat this as an emergency.
