I purchased reliance reconnect washing machine 9.0 kg from reliance digital store, mansarovar plaza, madhyam marg, mansarovar, jaipur on friday date 19/01/2018.

During the purchase of tv the sales person told that you will get cash back of 5% on your sbi debit card with in 2 to 3 months. We had booked a whirlpool fridge at reliance digital panvel on 19th october 2017 and taken the emi scheme of bajaj finance and paid a down payment of ra. 4300. They told us it will be delivered within 10 days and we agreed. Later after 10 days we got a call they told product is out of stock so they need additional 10 days for delivery. We agreed for the same. Again after 10 days we received a call that the production of that refrigerator...

Poor service - i bought a lg double fridge on 14th jan, i got delivery on wednesday, still it is not installed yet, response from the showroom and the lg technician is very bad. Invoice date - 14th jan.

I had purchased many product from reliance digital Kolkata like iPhone 7.samsung note 5 and now reliance dj music system .product from reliance digital are kind of China product bcoz whenever I had purchased a product it always in service centre in till it's one year period after replacement also the same thing happen and now my issue is that I had purchased dj music on date of delivery the product is not working from the date of delivery...
