I have purchased a voltas ac from reliance digital under employee scheme and the installation was also done by reliance engineer but there is a water leakage issue since the day 1. I have tried contacting the engineer multiple times but he is not responding the call.

Please arrange some other engineer to fix the issue asap.

    Dear sir/ma'am,

    I am a customer of your prestigious company and this is to inform that i have purchased a music system​ (Reliance electra)​ from reliance digital on dated​ 27.01.2017. This music system is malfunctioning since it was purchased.

    The problem is that it does not switch on most of the time and has been repaired by the person at your store with the commitment that the said issue will not rise in future but even after thrice visits to the store the problem still exists.

    This is now very irritating that after spending money on the product and even after several repairs the product is malfunctioning and this is bringing bad name to the company.

    Your standards seems to be below customer satisfaction and that is a problem. Kindly check with representative at the store and either replace the product with a new one in proper order or else refund the money.​pls find the attached scan copy of invoice and music system phot

      Ac delivery done on 20.03.2019, store is saying total tat 10 days, but resq engineer is call me and saying, "ak ac ke liye itna dur nehi ja sekta" so i am waiting for when 2nd ac sold? Install my ac immediately, other wishes i am complent consumer forum.

        From the beginning it's too negligent and late process from the reliance digital team to respond to the calls and messages, i have been trying from past 3 days regarding the water leakage problem with the ac nd that too newly bought one.
        Thw installation people haven't tested the tests that are given in the lg guide. I want the reliance team to be attentive and solve the problem immediately

          I had bought a sony xperia mobile phone (Xperia xz) from reliance digital store and had got an extended waraanty from the store itself. Mobile mouth piece (Bottom speaker) had stopped working after 1 year and 3 months and then i gave the mobile to the reliance resq department. After 4 days i got a call from them that the mobile will not get repaired. And they are giving back the mobile without getting repaired.
          What should i do then, what will be the right process.

            I booked reliance digital dth in the pre booking window started from march 1st 2018, though after booking no further communication regarding status of my booking was communicated, toll free no. Stays conjusted every time called, and the mail id they provide also didnt respond to my query mail. I very skeptical about this whole scheme where they provide 5 year free services.

              Dear sir, i have given regular request for my reconnect aricondition service to reliance customer care. On 10.03.2018 they had sent their service engineer to my place. After going through the checkup and they told me that there is a problem in some parts and said to take the part along with them and replace it with new one.
              Since then i am still waiting for them.
              And their is no response from either service center or the customer care.
              And its almost 15days since now.
              And i am very disappointed with the kind of service given to me and i am very disturb mentally.
              I need you to take my complaint very seriously.

                Sir I have purchased the Daikin inverter Split AC of capacity 1.5 Ton capacity model FTKH50SRV16 at Reliance digital, lakshmipuram, Guntur on[protected] . The complaint has been launched to Reliance digital, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 15 days before about the cooling problem .The service engineer came on behalf of Reliance digital and attended and given the feed back to the same Reliance digital about the mother board fault in the outdoor unit.Up to now the complaint was not restored . I have given so many reminders to the Reliance digital over Phone[protected] for the rectification of the fault .If this is the way of attending the complaints of the customers the reputation of the Daikin company will lose in the public sight. As a prestigious company you should be more care full in satisfying the customer. Sir I request you to kindly rectify my problem, otherwise I may proceed to consumer forum .

                Still the problem is not rectified, Your team is simply sitting in office .If you can't able to do repair the AC then replace the AC unit with the new one .It is almost 25 Days completed.

                  I bought a new air cooler from reliance digital avani mall on sunday 11th march 2018. They have switched the cooler and showed me that you can feel the air. Once i bought the product at home and when i poured the water in it from beneath all the water comes out. After complaining one engineer came on 15th march 2018. And he could not fixed the problem yet. Today it 20th march 2018 till date no solution is done. After buying a new product i have to face the problem.. Therfore it's my humble request to all the customer before buying any thing from reliance digital please check the product properly specially when they said its a last product. Last product is actually a defective product...

                        Please note we purchased above item from reliance digital aundh pune411007 on 5th march 2018 for almost a week we have to call them for instalation every day. Every day different person like mr sunil/rahul/suraj/dipanshu /laxman will pick up the mobile[protected] & ask the complete history when you bought your item complaint no etc etc it looked to us that every body is boss there & no body is responsible because no body is feeding details about copmlaint then we have to call mr swapnil their main boss even he could not keep his promises for instalation then finally mr amar was helpful
                        When they brought the stand for the out door unit fixed on the wall latter they checked that the holes on the stand no longer matching the out door unit & they drilled 4mm hole on the new out door unit to fix it which was tottaly wrong as these self tapping 4mm screws are used for aluminium roofing &i refused to accept it i asked them why co has given 12mm x4 holes to fix it
                        Now finaly they came on 7.30 pm on 14th march& fixed it
                        The quality of stand their vendor fabricated is very poor only two hole are matching other two in air on small patti which is not acceptale to us & our security has also objected for it that this type of job is not expected from a reputed co like you
                        In last i will only request you either get the stand done properly or take your stand back as early as possible because i was told better i should buy any thing extra required from reliance digital for quality job.

                          We have purchased refrigerator from reliance digital belapur saturday 10 but still not delivered. The person deputed for customer help not responding and only giving wrong information to customer. They don't have knowledge how to handle customer and product details. The explain details to customers are wrong as per real specification of machine.

                          They don't even given my invoice same day again i request to cancel my order but they told invoice is already raised we cant cancel order now. Please suggest how to cancel this order.

                            1st. I have went to buy 7+ on 7th of this month and your outlet in guwahati central mall didn’t have the product and even there was no apple representative at your apple display
                            I ended up buying it from another locat store and getting much better response and much better treatment
                            2nd. I have went again today to buy some other items such as
                            1. Printer wifi enable
                            1. All in one desktop
                            1. Vacuume cleaner
                            1. Moto g5’s
                            And out of all this products your outlet had just a vacuume cleaner we went to see the product and know specification but there was no one in the section we asked a guy near by to help as with the same we asked him what was the capacity and he replied with there is no such capacity as such this is just one of the many dum answers that we received.
                            We then asked for a complain book but your people at the desk handed us a visitors book
                            And asked us to wright in that and we did note our complain and also were telling our concern to them but honestly we didn’t get a proper response from the sales team as well and not even a small work such as sorry if this is the quality that your providing and not at all inviting towards the customer not even pushing them to buy another model i don’t understand what standards are you living up to hope i get a response and hope when i visit for the third time i get a better hospitality

                                On 26 feb 18, the samsung tv was purchased from reliance digital store, infinity mall, malad - west. The product was a display piece and after much demonstration and convincing the product was provided with huge discounts and assured of full functionality. However the delivery was only scheduled for the next day. The following day on 27th feb the store technician came in for installation but failed to have the unit started. Following day another two technicians attended without successfully able to start the unit. The day after that another technician attended with a universal remote and managed to run the unit stating that a complaint has been registered with samsung and their technician will check the unit. Till then to use the old universal remote control till attended by the samsung technician. The attending technician then was advised of the holi weekend and i was assured that latest by monday the issue will be resolved. Since then we have been chasing the technician and the store representatives but they keep providing absurd timings towards the end of working day and then call post the time asking for extension. This has been going on from the time the purchase has been made and being extremely upset with the services and the way the persons are treating their responsibilities post sales is extremely excruciating and concerning.

                                Your customer care and store officers all are waste and I never seen this type of non sense people.your payments towards these people are going waste.I think such a big company should appoint correct people to deal with customers

                                  Sir we have purchased led tv in reliance digital kukatpally branch, hyderabad. Before purchasing the tv your salesman told our service man will come and fit the tv to our home in 24 hrs. After purchasing when we called to your store they are saying it will take 2-3days to come home and fit. Is this right one we have to wait till 3days? If it will really takes 2-3 days they are supposed to inform before purchasing. Please take action on them or solve this problem

                                    I gave my jiofi modem yesterday while giving they said it ll battery problem. So it ll be delivered in end of day i went today afternoon and waiting nearly 3 hrs to deliver.

                                    Notice: new modem bought 15 days back.

                                    Worst manufacturing and worst customer service in cuddalore manjakuppam

                                    My advice don't buy jio products it is not worst..

                                    Now 1500 is waste of money

                                      We bought 2 air conditioners on 20/08/2017 from reliance digital kachiguda branch in which they added 3 installation charges. We need to get back our one installation charges 1600 back. All these days they told me they will return and now saying that they didn't get back from installation dept. Your employee mahender id no 60140422 is very negligent. We didn't receive exp iyr ean[protected] service book as we paid 3300 on 21st aug 2017. Ean[protected] /8415 dated 21/08/2017. Auth code 632189. I want my 1600 back and book of servicing wort 3300rs.

                                        I bought an AC on 18th of February and till now nobody has attended for its installation. When I call customer care/store, they give me a date and time saying that the technician will visit. I take leave from my office and stay at home and wait for the technician, the whole day but he never comes. This has happened thrice. i lost my three days of leave just because of these horrible people who make false commitments.
