Purchased tv in nov 2017. After 4 months o[censored]sage, there started issues with display. Its flickering and there are lines in display.

Tv is in unusable condition since 10 march 2018.
I have put a complaint on customer care, but they are taking too much time and the technician is not trained enough to identify the faulty part. Today the technician has changed sone part after 15 of raising complaint and still tv is not working. He says the the panel need to be replaced and will have to be shipped from mumbai which may again take 15 days.
This is highly unacceptable behaviour from such company and i hereby seek quick resolution to my issue.
