I bought a reconnect tv from sarjapura road reliance store on 18th of april 2018, the respective seller name is yashwant, he said that if this set will not be installed by 19th of april 2018 then 5000 cashback will be delivered to you. When on 19th it was not installed / no one called me from reliance group for installation i went to the store and asked for the 5000 cashback, the store manager devraj asked me to collect the 5000 gift voucher on the very next day as her crm was absent. When i went on that day they rudely asked me that the offer was not available and leave the store, when i told i will escalate this matter, they said do escalate nothing will happen to them.
This is the service provided by reliance group.
