I bought a ac on last april when the people comes to install they have not even asked our opinion they placed the outdoor panel outside the sunshade now the blue star people come for the service they dint even do both the services it is because the mistake done by the reliance installation team late u complained on the same to all the staff in the branch they don’t even mode to rectify it. I think i made a working choice of buying by ac, washing machine, fridge, oven, hometheator, printer etc i have bought everything with reliance and this is how u will treat a privilege customers shame on this. I have made a extended warranty also for 2 years now it’s ur turn to do it otherwise i will not going to leave this issue

    I had purchased a fridge of haier on 19th april 2018. The piece which was delivered was damaged from the back side. The person who came to deliver said that the haier service team will take care of it and when the haier service person came he said the piece needs to be replaced and it would be done by the reliance digital team. Even after follow ups and repetitive calling i still haven't received the fridge. This is really frustrating as i cannot waste my time on this matter i do have other important assignments to be completed.
    The occasion for which i purchased the fridge is held tomorrow and the fridge is yet to be delivered to my place.

      We purchased samsung split ac this week(23rd april 2018) only and got it installed on 24th april 2018, very second day water started dropping inside the room, after calling customer care they send the engineer next day, they came they checked they did work very untidely broke my wall, and just after they left the same problem of water dripping started, they came back again and did some thing but to my surprise problem reoccurred immediately they left, on calling customer care people said some one will visit in 24 hrs but no one has turned up yet...
      Thats such a bad experience i am facing for the first time...
      will appreciate a quick action on this

        Tbh it sucks, the satisfication to customer is not up to the mark. They dont know how to talk or deal with customer, very much disspointed. This is the second time getting dissapointed
        They are not listing to our prblems and even ignoring our calls no matter how you people are busy with your work but your duty is to help the customer with their needs not only making payments at first.
        Need to improve in behaviour. You better take it seriously.

          Reliance resq: complaint# [protected]

          My samsung home theater is not working properly. As i have extended warranty with reliance resq. I raised a complaint on march 10 in reliance resq.

          On march 12 service engineer from samsung came on behalf of reliance and said that pcb board is faulty and it needs to be replaced. After a week i reached reliance resq on status of my complaint. I was told by the resq team that samsung service center is shifted to other location and pcb part is pending from samsung for part replacement.
          But no progress on my complaint after one month also. Again after reaching reqteam on my complaint a service men from samsung came again and gave estimation for the samsung pcb on april 16 in email to resq team. After that no progress on my complaint. Whenever i asked my complaint status to resq team the only reply i get them is it will be resolved in 3 day or 2 days. I have even raised this to resq team manager also but no progress.

          When will my samsung home theater complaint will get resolved? Iam really disppointed with service.

            I bought a reconnect tv from sarjapura road reliance store on 18th of april 2018, the respective seller name is yashwant, he said that if this set will not be installed by 19th of april 2018 then 5000 cashback will be delivered to you. When on 19th it was not installed / no one called me from reliance group for installation i went to the store and asked for the 5000 cashback, the store manager devraj asked me to collect the 5000 gift voucher on the very next day as her crm was absent. When i went on that day they rudely asked me that the offer was not available and leave the store, when i told i will escalate this matter, they said do escalate nothing will happen to them.
            This is the service provided by reliance group.

              Sir/madam i purchased one lg freeze on dt 24/04/2018 from bhopal and it was to be delivered on next day. Meanwhile i wanted to change the product by heigher range but it was not available of my choice. So i wanted to cancel the product but one of your employee hema madam told that it will take four to five days for refunding in process and even didn't talk me properly and whatever talked that was ill mannered. She is always busy on phone and never pay attention towards their customer. So it is my humble request to look into the matter and resolve my problem.

                Dear sir-

                I have paid rs 1499 subscription for one year,. But from last 15 days we are getting 400 error and none of the channels are coming before that only star and sony were blocked but repeated calls since last one month with the customer care i was assured that it would be resolved in a day but nothing has happened so far. The customer care line is very pathetic and it is very difficult to get through and even if we are lucky enough speak with cc agent they seems to assuring that it would be resolved by a day and when we try to say that we will complain to consumer court they are least bothered and there way of talking is very pathetic. I have lost faith and trust on big tv.

                I would never ever buy any reliance product!!!

                  We bought a Hitachi air conditioner from reliance on 2016.
                  Currently we need a service for that. I booked a service request on Monday morning. Request number is [protected]. They said the tech will visit within 48 hours.
                  But till now we haven't recieved any call. We called the customer care multiple times but getting the same update as technician has been assigned. We faced similar issue when we bought this AC in 2016. I don't understand why Hitachi is not handling the services and why they have handed this to reliance as they are the partners. It is really frustrating to get the same update from reliance Cust care with no progress.

                  Reliance never called back... I called Hitachi and requested for tech visit. Tech visited the home and resolved the issue on the same day and informed us what the problem was Thanks to Hitachi and the tech who resolved the problem... It could have been appreciated if my complaint was lifted earlier to resolve.

That time there was 5% cash back offer for SBI debit cards. My remitted the amount Rs.24584/- thr SBI card. But that 5% cash not yet credited my sbi account.                         I bought voltas air conditioner from reliance digital day before yesterday. The delivery guy denied to deliver ac in evening between 7pm-8pm. Thier i got help from jio store sec 31 gurgaon executive, he said we are getting this ac delivered at our store & in evening we’ll deliver it to you. I got it in the evening. Today i didn’t got call from any of your executive for installation. At the end in evening around 6:30pm i called your customer care to ask them to do the same. After lots of request 02 guys came at 8:45pm. They were unable to install my ac due to lesser equipments. After that 02 more guys came & same happened. They were also unable to install. After that they told me that yes we can do but it will be charged to you. Seriously, pathetic service. Why would i pay more money inspite of i have already paid. Then these guys said return this and buy split ac. Seriously, i thought if these guys can not install. Then what will they do after sale service.

                          I purchased samsung fridge on date 20 apr. 2018 and get the delivery next day same time i found at the corner of door there was damaged. I show him delivery person. He said tommorrow other person came and change the bit.
                          But today 3 days pass out but no one came nethier call.

                          I have already spoken with sm also and share the picture. But till now he hasn't helped me.

                          Very bad experience my reliance digital staff has not supportive and helpful to customer.

                            I ordered for new connection and paid ₹499 on 1st march 2018 and got msg that within 30-45 days new connection will be installed but nothing happened till now. And now no call is being received and no answer is from mail also. I also agree like other people that this is another cheating by mr. Anit ambani as his reliance mobile is also known for its cheating culture.

                                    Since last one month I am asking jio customer care a simple question in the tweeter that is " if i port out from jio to another service provider what will happen to my adhar details" they are not giving any answer I have asked them to write to me but have not written yet .my jio number is [protected]. And I suspect this jio care is a third-party bpo . now I am feeling insecure .

                                      Hi team

                                      From the date of purchase, this is 2nd time within a month my diakin ac stopped working. On 1st complaint, resq technician visited and rectified the issue is because of gas leakage, so he refilled it and my ac worked for 1 or 2 week and after that it again stopped working.
                                      On my 2nd complaint, technician visited yesterday but he was not able to identify the issue and after discussing with his senior mr. Piyush porlekar from reliance digital, he told me this ac need to take to their workshop for further checking though i was not convinced coz i was asking for a replacement and after the assurance given to me by mr. Piyush that within 2 days max it will be sorted out and due to their transport unavailability on 18/4/18 they planned it for 19/4/18 but no one has turned up for this nor anyone informed me about the status of this request and after chasing them finally they took my ac on 21/4/18 for further checking and yet i haven't got my ac back situation is same nor i haven't got any solution it's more then 3-4 days. When i called 10-20 times in reliance digital no one has responded.
                                      Why they are making their customer suffer like this after paying so much of money for a product like this?
                                      Requesting you to please take an immediate action and give me the replacement or money back.

                                        12/04/14 I am giving my cellphone for repering in vidyavihar Mr. Yogesh.
                                        They not be ans to any call message, his senior say no anyone give u your call phone without yogesh,
                                        But yogesh tell me come on Saturday but his not present. it's totally uncomfortable for me.
                                        You please tell me what I do now.
                                        Yogesh tell me after 7 day your product is ready if any problem I will tell him, but they not a any call message me

                                        His tolled me in 7 days your product will be ready if any problem I will inform you.
                                        But they not ans to my call message etc.
                                        Yogesh senior service centre his tell my no anyone give u product without yogesh.
                                        Before Friday yogesh r tell me u please come on Saturday and take your product, but they not answering your call message
