    Don't buy any product in reliance digital just because of after purchasing he is not helping the customer service i have buy symphony air cooler tech 35 and 2nd day complaining but symphony service boy came and service my cooler. What is this 2nd service. And i have completed reliance digital and he told me you got to symphony i'm not helping. And symphony service boy also told me why did you by symphony coolers your bye local cooler... I'm 10000rs spending but your not 1rs spend

    I purchased a washing machine on before 5 days and no one came for installation. Servicing guys told us there timings are from 12 to 5 PM. Really bad experience regarding service.What should I do if the installation has not been done since 5 days. They are making false promises about services. It give me mentel harassment...

      Hi

      I bought new DAIKIN 1.5 ton AC from Nizamabad RELIANCE DIGITAL store, you can find the bill in attachment for your reference.

      Though the delivery got delayed and its acceptable and beyond that we have cancelled SHIRDI trip twice due to the delay and now the installation got delayed since 3 days and now DENYING to INSTALL AC and there is no response to calls.

      When contacted Reliance digital store in Nizamabad, they are saying to get it done by someone else from our end, as if its not there responsibility.

      As per the rules, its the responsible of RELIANCE DIGITAL STORE when a product is bought they need to deliver and install, but here the store people are denying it directly.

      Is this how the customers are treated when bought it from RELIANCE store itself.

      I need the AC Installation to be done without any delay.

        I purchased a 43 inches reconnect led tv from reliance digital aundh (Pune) showroom.

        I am facing issues with the television where no video is coming up only audio is coming from tv and for the same i have logged a complaint on 26 march 2018 ([protected]).

        The resq team took the television and delivered it on 14 april 2018. After 2 days of working the same issue arises where no video is coming only audio is coming. So for that i ahev logged another complaint ([protected]) dated 17 april 2018.

        After that i am following up with the resq team engineer and they mentioned that the part is not available. Last week they mentioned that the part is in transit and will be available on saturday 28 april 2018.

        But after this no communication is been made by the resq team engineers.

        I tried to call them but they are not picking up the phone.

        Even i wrote emails to cs head and ceo teams on 2 may 2018 and 4 th may 2018 they mention to get in touch after 24 hours but i didn't receive update from them.

        It has been over a month for the same issue and resq team is dealing with and no proper resolution is provided.

        Here i have to mention that it is the worst service provided by reliance digital and reliance resq teams.

          I had lodged a complain for servicing of my a/c at customer care of raipur(c.g) on 1.5.18 . They confirmed to provide service in two days, despite many reminder calls no technician visited, on6.5.18 I visited reliance digital outlet bilaspur to lodge the same complain, there they said to provide assistance in a day or two.             Booked hitachi ac in 3rd may 2018 in reliance digital, as rao nagar, hyderabad. Was informed that the ac will be delivered on 4th may 2018. But till 7th may there was no information on delivery. Again had to visit reliance digital stores in 7th may and was informed that ac will be delivered on 9th may. But again when i have called up now, there is no clarity on delivery date. There is no sancyity on delivery commitment not courtesy to inform that there is delay in delivery. Looking forward for immediate acknowledge and resolution.

                I have raised complaint about water purifier (Call no. [protected]).

                But after more than 20 days my water purifier is in shut down condition.

                Technical person visited twice, but did not resolve problem. They says that its not their responsibility, kindly let me know who is responsible.

                I suggest you to refund the money back, as you are not eligible to solve it.

                Now i am going to raise complaint at consumers court...

I mean to say that why this false committment is made at the time of sell. Very poor after sale service is provided by your reliance digital.if it is not installed today.                       Hi team,

                      This was my first purchase at reliance digital and had a pathetic experience. I bought the laptop one week and with i also bought the services to take a backup of the laptop in pen drive. I was told the sales executive and technician that this service will take 3 hours, so i planned to take this service on 5th may 2018.
                      I went to the store on 5th may to render that services of taking the back up. There it was told by the technician that window needs an update which will take 5 hours more, this was not communicate during the purchase. I waited till evening but there were some issues with their internet and they delayed the whole procedure by another one day. I called the technician again on 6th may and he said, he come to the store at 12pm and he just started the procedure. Now again they have not given me any deadline when the whole procedure will be done.

                          Worst technician, i bought my ac 20 days back but till now i have not used it's reason installation was not done properly, i tried many time complaining but non could response properly, finally last week technician came but he's asked for installation fee, got really fed-up. I have bought two ac from reliance the one i bought last year same problem they installed without apply white cement and went and we were not aware of it the whole indore system got damaged by sqiural bite through the hole from wall due to not applying of whites cement now the ac i bought this year same they have not drilled the whole instead used ventilator to connect the outdoor, now ventilator s opened we can't close it, my parents are old they don't know about these they cheated them and installed saying some reasons as i was away from home which was the big mistake i did. Worst technician i have seen they actually don't look like technicians, now still my ac is in same condition i'm fed-up of complaining, please at least through this complain arrange to send new technician.

                            I purchased reconnect air cooler from reliance digital store in fatima nagar, pune on 1st may 2018. When i went through the instructions manual, i found out that the sales person had given us incorrect information about the water intake port which is actually at the back of the cooler whereas he told us that water is to be poured from the top. It is next to impossible to pour water from the intake port provided at the back as it is too small to even pour water from a glass. I seriously feel this is a major flaw in this product. I immediately went to the store to complaint regarding the same on 2nd may 2018 where the store manager ms. Gitanjali goud assured me of sending over a technician for guidance the next day. Since nobody turned up till 1 pm the next day i decided to cancel the product. But since then they have been playing around with false commitments of sending someone to pick the product. Ms gitanjali goud is the most unprofessional manager i have ever come across.
                            I need to get the refund back as soon as possible. Can anyone please help?

                                Our fridge godrej rt eon 261 p ean-no:[protected] registed mobile no; ​[protected] has malfunctioned on 17.4.18 so complained on reliancedigital toll free no [protected] on 18.4.18, their local service technician santosh visited the fridge on same day and said that cooling fan is out of order, so he placed demand for spare part. But till now i had many conversation with godrej & local service centre, they are saying parts not received from centralized warehouse. Till now our fridge is not repaired despite product is under extended warranty purchased from reliance deigital store at gwalior dd mall. Complaint call no: [protected]

                                Also talked to indore service centre office but they also not provided much help. Alreday 16 days passed in this summer season without fridge. U can imagine how pathetic service is provided by your people.
                                You are requested to kindly take action against employees delaying in service this much.

                                My complaint for service is pending with reliance digital as i had purchased extendwd warranty from them and pendency is frim their side...

                                  Purchased a. C hitachi 1.5 ton from reliance digitals on 25th march 2018. It stopped working on april 30th. After continuous follow ups they sent technician minor boy. He said fuzes gone, pcb board gone. These customer care said he going to send senior technician. At end said, technician already diagnosed as pcb box damaged it will b replaced. After 1 year if anything goes out who will bear this service and parts costs. My relatives and many using acs but not with this type services. I want ac replacement. If not going to submit consumer complaint

                                    Dear sir / mam

                                    With lots of grievance i am complaining about the cheating done to me in details as follows :
                                    I have purchased lg air conditioner of 1.5 tons from your reliance digital outlet at untwadi, city center, nashik on date 29/04/2014.
                                    Since i was not available at home & spouse was there at home the installation was done on date 01/05/2014. Since when i came home later found a. C. Was installed & cooling properly.
                                    Later on date 11/04/2018 there was some problem in cooling so i hired local mechanic to check the fault & was leakage of a. C. Gas which was resolved but surprisingly mechanic brought to notice was the mentioned air condition was of 1 ton & not of 1.5 ton.
                                    Being trust on reliance this is shocking to me that the people are cheating the customer as i have paid for 1.5 ton a. C. And fooled me by giving me 1 ton a. C.
                                    Since i have the bill copy will have to take serious action but once again i being a customer approach to reliance to support me & give justice to me.

                                    Since i have already registered complaint in regards but not received proper response.

                                    Please help me or have other medium to get justice.

Or jo product muje diliverd hua jiska outdoor nov 2017 or indoor dec 2017 ka diliverd hua.. Jo ek tarah se mere sath fraud hua h... Es baat ka vapis mene reliance digital udaipur me call karke kha to muje kha ja rha h.. Ki box par likhi date se ko mtlb nhi hota h.. Wo 2018 ka hi product h... Old stock clear karne k chakkar me ye sab kiya ja rha h.. Jiske liye main bhupendra bhavsar claim karunga...
