    Pls brothers don't buy lg air-conditioning in reliance show rooms they are fraud consumer for service, no responce from store, un authorized persona are installed air con, my unit is gas leak within one month, i give a call to lg they see and told to me where ur installed they ar responce for gas, but show room person are too much neglut, they says two days two-day but no use, so don't buy lg air conditioning in reliance show rooms, iam crying for buying product in reliance

      I Am Also Facing The Same Problem
      I have booked for a new connection from Reliance BIG TV on 01.03.2018 Booking Id[protected] got confirmation via sms from them that it will be installed in 30-45 days and after crossing of that deadline i requested them numerous times for installation then i registed complaint in National Consumer Helpline http://nationalconsumerhelpline.in/ (Docket/Complaint no-692364) on 17.04.2018 they told me to sent a mail to Nodal officer of Reliance Big TV for immediate action but he never replied then on 22.05.2018 they adviced me to register complaint on PGPORTAL https://pgportal.gov.in/ (Complaint/Registration no.-MOIAB/E/2018/01221) for a strict immediate action on them which i did.
      then on 29.04.2018 i recieved a call from RBig Tv peoples after they recieved my complaint through Pgportal they promised me to install connection in 4-5 days them to my surprise after lapsing of that period i recieved a mail from them which says that they are glad that i am ready to wait for the connection but that mail didnot mentioned the 4-5 days of wait as promised by them which is really misguiding on their part

        In this regard it is humbly submitted that at the time of purchase of the above mentioned product from reliance digital store, j-1/162, rajouri garden, new delhi-110027 your representative convinced me to purchase the vov5 instrument with the insurance benefit for two years (1+1) one year insurance free for next year with the payment for one year of rs. 1685/-.in bill it is also mentioned that one insurance free and next year rcp is rs. 1685/-.
        But unfortunately my instrument screen is cracked by pushing someone else. It is therefore requested to your good self please change my screen as per information provided by your representative at the time of purchasing of the above said product. Photocopy of the bill is attached for your reference.

        The microwave turns on but the stuff kept for heating doesnt heat up. A component responsible for heating was replaced in Jan/Fe 2018 but the microwave stopped working within a month again.

          Dear sir,

          I would like to inform you that i was purchase a cooler from reliance digital, jodhpur they give me a cooler symphony touch but was there for buy sense 50 the cost of this cooler was 12000 and i pay that amount and they give me touch 35 its market price is 8500 and i got scammed. I want my money back i don't want to purchase anything from reliance digital.
          If you are not going to do that i will go legal against you. They give me a sample cooler from outside. Then i asked for the box of cooler they told me we don't have enough space for box so destroyed the boxes of the cooler.

            I had bought a new refrigerator on 28.4.18 from reliance digital (Samsung fridge, model no. Rt47m623esl, invoice no. 002622 dated[protected], invoice attached), an outlet in dwarka, sector 13, new delhi, which was delivered to my place on 29.04.18 but unfortunately it was found damaged. Moreover, the delivery boys broke my hanging wall clock while placing the fridge.

            Out of worry & frustration i had lodged a complaint then and there which also got accepted for replacement.

            Ironically, there was more waiting to happen! Even the second time the refrigerator delivered (On 6 may 2018) which had dents at the back side of it. I again spoke to the reliance digital customer care where in they assured that if the dent is not visible and acceptable to me they would compensate soon. (Installation engineer has also taken the photographs and acknowledged the fact that there are dents on the refrigerator… copy of the invoice with acknowledgement is enclosed for reference.).

            There was no way out, i had to accept the same as i had already sold of my old fridge and the replacement had also taken a week’s time, so i accepted and took delivery of the product upon assurance that i will get the compensation. It’s been more than a month now, reliance digital is fleecing me and initially confirmed and assure that i will get the compensation… instead of compensation now i have been told a technician will come… i am a service man with a limited income… i can not leave my hard earned money like this.

            I purchased one laptop on 26th of January 2018. There was an offer at the time of purchase, the offer was 5% cashback up to 3000 rs on purchase if pay with sbi card. I bought the product using sbi debit card. I have not received the cashback, it's been 3.5 months. Kindly resolve this issue soon.

              मैं आपके कंपनी से अक्टूबर में वाशिंग मशीन खरीदा हु। मेरे मशीन का ड्रायर पिछले 1 माह से खराब है और 1 माह पहले मेकेनिक आकर पार्ट बदलने के लिए रिक्वेस्ट डाला और इस बात को 1 माह हो गया है और मैकेनिक के जाने से लेकर आज 14/05/18 तक जब जब रेस्क्यू आफिस से दिए समय के अनुसार हर बार फालोअप मेरे द्वारा किया जाता रहा है आपके यहाँ से कोई भी सही रिप्लाई नही दिया जा रहा है आज आपके रायपुर रेस्कयू ऑफिस में अनिल ने मुझे सीधे यह बोल दिया है कि पार्ट जब आएगा तब देखेंगे, यह क्या जवाब सही है मेरा मशीन 15/05/18 तक नही सुधरा तो मैं 16/05/18 को कंज्यूमर फोरम में केस डालने में मजबूर होऊंगा।

                I am very sorry to say that I an not happy with your digital connection, I was paid for 1 year subscription in the month of Jan 2018 only 30-40 days only i got all the channels rest of the days either very few channels or no channels are coming.when ever I contact your customer care always they are telling that it will resume with in 72 hours but it is not resuming it shows that your commitment . May I hope it shall be resolved?

                    I am facing lot of problems with your technician,
                    I purchased the samsung ac from reliance [protected]@kukatpally, hyderabad on 21st of apr
                    When i was purchased i explained every thing about the urgency (Because of my uncles health issue) of ac installation to shop executive, i am paying around 6000 per day in hospital because of no ac in my room.

                    But he didn't came to install the ac with in the urgency period and he came on monday and the technician said it is very difficult to install the ac but after the conversation with him he is expecting some money for installation. As per the rules no need to pay the money for installation.

                    That time i need emergency so paid the money for installation (2500/-) and he is asking more than what we given. One day i went to office and he came to my home directly and went to bed room while my family members are busy with their works which is embarrassing to me by doing like this and he took the ac remote with him.

                    I dont how kind of service it is??? The way of treating to the customers is mandatory in business aspects and i am fully unsatisfied with the service and all.

                    Mean while i approached to customer care and it is worst to speak with them as they are disconnecting the call while speaking and holding the call for long while.

                    I never faced with this issue from others. I will give 1 out of 10 rating with service.

                      I had bought a micromax-39 hd led tv-39c2000 from reliance digital (Park square mall-itpl bangalore) with 3 years extended warranty provided by reliance digital on 16 june 2015. The tv display was not working. I raised a complaint in reliance resq to repair the tv on 24.03.2018 (Complaint no: [protected]). The technician checked and replied the part needs to be replaced. They will order the new part from micromax and replace it. One week later the technician called again and said the part is not available. The tv cannot be repaired, you will get the tv insurance money from reliance digital as per the resq plan. Reliance resq promise to resolve the issue within 48 hours, but its been 44days since the complaint is not solved nor i received the insurance money. And overall the customers service people are behaving very rudely whenever i call to get the information about the refund. Reliance digital have made me to take the extended warranty by giving false representation by which they have deceived me and made me to believe that they are pioneer in this field and your service is unmatchable. Kindly request reliance digital to refund the extended warranted money rupees 3667/- payed on 16 june 2015 with interest of 18% per annum and suitable compensation towards the mental agony caused to me at their hands

                        installation not done within prescribed time 30 to 45 days

                        I booked reliance big tv on 14/march/2018, booking id no. Is[protected]Having installation time of 30 to 45 days). But after 60 days my installation not done. I called to customer care no. - [protected], they said to install after 15/june/2018. I am not comfortable with this new date.
                        If installation is not possible in 1 or 2 days, then refund my pre-booking amount. I do not want to wait any more....

                        There is some problem with my ac's which i have purchased from reliance digital and they have provided 2 year warranty. From last 1 month (From 15th april), i am calling daily to customer care for getting my issue resolved but for no use. They people are such a lazy persons that they are just postponing and cancelling the complaint request every time. I am just fed up with these people and with their careless attitude.

                        I request you to look into the matter and help me to resolve the matter.

                          I purchased a product in reliance digital on 22/02/2018 that time he said free installation of my daikin air condition and mentioned in same bill also but now i need instal the air condition dealer said only 1month valid offer for from purchase date he not said me before and not mention any expired date in bill...

                          And the dealer delivered me a old manufacturing product 2017... But i purchased 2018 year of manufacturing i purchased a product billing name sangeetha

                            I bought a headphone js now and found its not working and asked the person immediately to chnge it but they dont have the substitute how can its possible its a big company and dont have products in stock and they took me all the corner of the lobby for the priducts.. And finaly i asked for refund for that also they took huge time which cost my time as i have to leave the station today.. I am very unhapy with the services.. Kindly look in to this..                               Hi all,

                              Purchased panasonic ac from reliance digital v3s nirman vihar delhi. The installation technician had lot of attitude. He destroyed my wall while drilling. He did incomplete work and left. Later i called him then he said he will come next day early morning. No response then. We called customer care[protected]st an executive promised next day service. But no technician has arrived. We called again to customer care and second executive tejas was such in attitude and was informing about customer service time. We are not at all happy with customer care service and technician service of reliance.
                              Its better we could have buy same product from other store.

                                Problem in colour pannel after 4days of installation the television... Complain lodged immediately after facing problem... But after lodging complain it is the 23rd day problem has not been resolved... There are a lot of miscommunications, miscommitments, negligency and fully dissatisfaction. Bought the product from avani reliance digital... Now they does not coordinating with me... I'm suffering very fatal problems... Please resolve these asap...

                                  As our refrigerator which was purchased last year at your reliance digital since 3 days onwards our refrigerator is troubling us as it is not working the problem with the product is the cooling process of the refrigerator is not working as the items in the refrigerator are not cooling up and that is the problem with the refrigerator please send the repair person to solve the above issue thank you

                                    Don't buy any product in reliance digital just because of after purchasing he is not helping the customer service i have buy symphony air cooler tech 35 and 2nd day complaining but symphony service boy came and service my cooler. What is this 2nd service. And i have completed reliance digital and he told me you got to symphony i'm not helping. And symphony service boy also told me why did you by symphony coolers your bye local cooler... I'm 10000rs spending but your not 1rs spend

                                    I purchased a washing machine on before 5 days and no one came for installation. Servicing guys told us there timings are from 12 to 5 PM. Really bad experience regarding service.What should I do if the installation has not been done since 5 days. They are making false promises about services. It give me mentel harassment...

                                      Hi

                                      I bought new DAIKIN 1.5 ton AC from Nizamabad RELIANCE DIGITAL store, you can find the bill in attachment for your reference.

                                      Though the delivery got delayed and its acceptable and beyond that we have cancelled SHIRDI trip twice due to the delay and now the installation got delayed since 3 days and now DENYING to INSTALL AC and there is no response to calls.

                                      When contacted Reliance digital store in Nizamabad, they are saying to get it done by someone else from our end, as if its not there responsibility.

                                      As per the rules, its the responsible of RELIANCE DIGITAL STORE when a product is bought they need to deliver and install, but here the store people are denying it directly.

                                      Is this how the customers are treated when bought it from RELIANCE store itself.

                                      I need the AC Installation to be done without any delay.
