I have booking on preebooking 499 in 10 march but my setup box and any confirmation mail and message and booking id was not received i have call on customer service but why saying 72 hours after 72 hours after 72
Many times are i'm calling but not answer properly please auction sir you dont auction i'm complain on fir
So my setup box was not received and my money also deduct 499...

I bought voltas air conditioner from reliance digital day before yesterday. The delivery guy denied to deliver ac in evening between 7pm-8pm. Thier i got help from jio store sec 31 gurgaon executive, he said we are getting this ac delivered at our store & in evening we’ll deliver it to you. I got it in the evening. Today i didn’t got call from any of your executive for installation. At the end in evening around 6:30pm i called your customer...

I purchased samsung fridge on date 20 apr. 2018 and get the delivery next day same time i found at the corner of door there was damaged. I show him delivery person. He said tommorrow other person came and change the bit.
But today 3 days pass out but no one came nethier call.

I have already spoken with sm also and share the picture. But till now he hasn't helped me.

I ordered for new connection and paid ₹499 on 1st march 2018 and got msg that within 30-45 days new connection will be installed but nothing happened till now. And now no call is being received and no answer is from mail also. I also agree like other people that this is another cheating by mr. Anit ambani as his reliance mobile is also known for its cheating culture....

I purchased a samsung mobileset from reliance digital store on 26th of jan 2018. There was promotion of 500 rupees cashback on purchase using sbi credit / debit card and i was promised that cashback will be credit with in few weeks. Its been 12 weeks and i haven't got it yet.

Since last one month I am asking jio customer care a simple question in the tweeter that is " if i port out from jio to another service provider what will happen to my adhar details" they are not giving any answer I have asked them to write to me but have not written yet .my jio number is [protected]. And I suspect this jio care is a third-party bpo . now I am feeling insecure ....

From the date of purchase, this is 2nd time within a month my diakin ac stopped working. On 1st complaint, resq technician visited and rectified the issue is because of gas leakage, so he refilled it and my ac worked for 1 or 2 week and after that it again stopped working.
On my 2nd complaint, technician visited yesterday but he was not able to identify the issue and after discussing with his senior mr. Piyush...

12/04/14 I am giving my cellphone for repering in vidyavihar Mr. Yogesh.
They not be ans to any call message, his senior say no anyone give u your call phone without yogesh,
But yogesh tell me come on Saturday but his not present. it's totally uncomfortable for me.
You please tell me what I do now.
Yogesh tell me after 7 day your product is ready if any problem I will tell him, but they not a any call message...

I have purchased an ac form reliance digital. Model was ar18nv3hrtrn. When ac was installing it was found that outdoor unit was different from the model i purchased. The model no of outdoor unit was ar12nv3hdtsx. However it was packed in outer box which mentioned model no ar18nv3hrtrn inside. I informed store but their response in not satisfactory....

Reliance digital is selling the window acs with an offer of free standard installation. After purchase they mentioned that it includes only unpacking and plugging in the ac after putting into the designated place. So the first lie is, this process cannot cost rs. 500 (As per our invoice of purchase) which would take 68 minutes according to the resq rate chart.
Secondly, they send installation people who are essentially third party...

Dear team,
I have purchased 1.5 time ac from reliance digital surat-395009, it has been noticed that when i purchased ac they provided the bill amount of rs.39991.00 but at the time of delivery of product the invoice copy of bill was provided for rs 38446.99, were as i had paid 39991.00.

How can bill and invoice copy can be different when product is same.

I hv purchase my mb lyf wind 6 from your reliance digital center... On may 2017
After a week found issue of heating and touch pad problem. Then reliance digital employee sent me to reliance retail service center. Then i visit twice a time then representative check my ph and update software and said ph ok.
After 4-5 month onces again heating and touch pad issue then service center once again resolution.. But...

I had bought a micromax40 inch led tv from reliance digital with reliance resq 3 years extended warranty. A biggest mistake that i had ever made. There was a display issue complaint raised on 24.03.2018. The reply from technician was that the part is not available and we will refund the tv insurance amount back. But till now i have not recieved the refund. Very poor service and response from reliance. I will have to raise a complaint in consumer...

I was quiet happy with reliance, untill i faced this worst experience with my purchase. I bought a whirlpool refrigerator on 4th of apl, and i got the delivery only after 2 days. Was happy with the service. But, when i opened the box, to my surprise, the product was totally damaged. I wonder how can someone is so irresponsible in product quality check. I want buy voltas ac but didn't received any inverter ac to my home they said delivered as 10 days but 2 months didn't received ac so be careful i would like to request u please do not buy any product's from reliance digital... Thats why i will raised and written the complain here didn't get it my inverter i have already. Paid the money in advance... But they would say to this model is not in their division so why they have cheted me so beware...

Hii i m a customer of reliance degital cable connection we hav done recharge of 1500 and we r told that v wl b able to enjoy al the t. V channels but very next day few channels stop working and aftr 15 20 days not even a single channel is appearing so v want our refund v are unsatisfied with that i[censored] r promising ur customer to provide service than how u can do this its better not to promise....
