I bought a panasonic 32 hd smart led tv 32es480dx from reliance digital store on dated 7th dec., 2017 through capital first, which was priced at 23990/- and later i checked the details of this led tv in e-commerce sites (Flipkart & amazon), so the price of this tv is 21499.00 + additional services which screen shots attached for your reference.
So, in the morning i talked about the reliance digital customer care, she said, once you go to the store and talk about it and show the price of e-commerce and we are registering your grievance and the complaint number will massage you. Then i do the same things but the sales executive said that
You do not compare our price with ecommerce sites. While ecommerce is giving me very good service + discount from them.
Then how can they say that ecommerce sites are not trustable even reliance also sale the products on ecommerce sites.
Reliance digital sales executive say that we have sell our products at the lowest price from others and we also provide the best services to the customer. Then talk to them after taking the product then these people talk to you in a dirty way and no one register your complaint.
I even told them that your product has not been opened yet, if you cannot give me the same price (21499), then you take it back or exchange it but they refuse. Then last, i said to those people i have cleared your entire payment now (Rs. 21499) but those people do not agree, so i do not want to purchase i will never buy any products from reliance in the future because their prices are much higher than from others and nor their services are good.
It’s a very bad experience with reliance digital store.

If those people can not return this product or exchange the TV, then give me the same product at a price of Flipkart/Amazon Rs. 214 99/- Thanks

As per the our telephonic conversation in the morning, please share your policy with me, where it mentioned that we can not compare with the prices of e-commerce and why?

Write down also that you can not give me this product at a price of e-commerce (Rs. 21499/-)and it may be able to return or exchange.

So that we do not have any such problems again in the future.

I called you back at 4:51 pm, you did not say anything to me on the phone that after discussing with my team, then we will reply to you. Whatever you talk on the phone write on the same mail.

Just write on the mail for which you refuse on the phone and which I have written in previous mail.

And please do not write all that in the mail from which I have not talk to you nor need to call me because I know you people do something else on the phone and give a reply in the mail something else.

Your verbally spoken statement should be written because I do not believe verbally.

So, could you please read my complete mail once and then only give me the final answer on the mail as early as possible.

    I have purchased 32 Inch Sony FULL HD TV from Bangalore Reliance digital and now TV has stopped working it is under warranty
    Only LED blinks. So i called to reliance customer care on 18th Sept-2017 and they generated service request number id[protected].
    and said that technician will visit to your home within 48hr. But even after 1 week no one visited.

    I called again they said they will come in morning but no one came, i kept on calling whole day but no one came they just said technician will come
    by afternoon evening.

    Finally after two weeks sony technician came and he said there is panel issue need to replace, and it will be resolved within 1 week .
    I informed the same to reliance they said it will be done within 1 week. I waited 10 days hoping they will update me on this but there were no update from there side .
    I called them they said that they have brought wrong panel so it will take some more time.
    I said ok but kindly keep me posted about the progress at call they said ok .. but no one care about customer ..
    They never call me for any kind o[censored]pdate or progress .

    I request them please start a mail thread so that at least i can know my issue status but on each call they said they they have escalated the issue but
    when next time i call them they only said please wait for some time .

    I called again they said this part is not available so we will replace the TV . I said ok what ever you do please do it ASAP and please keep me posted
    but did not get any update ..

    So it is been almost 4 month but no proper update that will my TV be repaired or Not.
    No one is calling me not updating on this.

    It is really really frustrating and worst service from reliance that i came across . Please refund my money.

      Dear sir,

      Reference to above subscription no.[protected], one fine morning it appeared on tv screen that end of november big tv will cease to air the program and requested to switch to tata sky. Meanwhile dish tv contacted us and promised to adjust my annual subscription account with big tv.

      Dish tv sent their technician and install their set up box and took my big tv smart card.

      After 10 day of airing dish tv program, dish tv began asking me to pay for airing program, i reminded them what they promised to adjust the monies with big tv, they insisted to pay or big tv stop airing program, which they promptly did.

      I have been calling to big tv to pay my balance amount or relays the program since them

      I contacted mr. Ajay rathod of big tv who promised me to do the needful, but so far back to square, nothing materialized.

      I first request you to recommence airing the big tv program to me as i paid one year subscription to big tv and only 3-4 month we could watch the program. Secondly, kindly issue another big tv smart card as dish tv stolen my smart card.

      I humbly request you to resolve the issue as am a faithful subscriber of big tv, continuously associated 7 years with your company.

        My reliance digital big tv is showing poor signal from past 4 weeks and i am tired calling customer care every day, they are only registering my complaint id and they are not sending anyone to my place. Even customer care told me to renew the plan so that they will look after it, as my plan was expired so i was not able to get the customer service. So even i had renewed it by paying 270rs. Still, there is no one has come to my place for 4 weeks.

        Reliance digital tv is worst they told me that customer executive will charge me around 200+ and anything he does have to pay me extra. On this note, i still agree with all the terms still, the executive had not arrived.

        I am facing loss of 270 rs. + without tv is so frustrating + call on customer care on daily basis. I am not free whole day to deal with all this.

          i m brought a brand new hp printer from reliance digital at on 30th November 2017, the time i bought it am absolutely not satisfied with the quality of the product and customer services hp are cheater pretend they are selling you a quality product but reality is something else day first printer occur problem into a color cartridges and my work sufferer due to it.i m also log a complain in hp department but customer services is to like a unprofessional Organization,
          in hp my case id is [protected] i m also consulted this matter into reliance store, today is full week passed by no one can resolve my problem in this same with side of hp and reliance digital store.reliance digital gives also 7 days replacement warranty with a product but they failed at this time.
          otherwise you have to take feedback form to a customer is just only showing off..
          please focus on this issue on first priority because my work sufferer

            Hi i am nisha r from chennai, recently i bought a samsung galaxy s7 edge from reliance digital outlet, kolathur, chennai. It's only been a week since i bought my phone and i hardly used it twice.
            Today when i switched on my phone the screen was broken i took it to samsung service centre and they say that the phone is faulty and reliance is refusing me for an replacement of the phone.
            And at samsung service they are asking me to pay rs. 14800 for screen replacement. It's really heart breaking i bought it for rs 41800 and the staffs at the reliance digital store are not even responding about this issue.
            Now i don't know what else to do i searched the internet and got an positive reviews about this website. If you can provide me with any solution am pleased for your response through my email id r. Nisha. [protected]@gmail.com.

              Sir i have purchased one k4300 samsung tv for rs 27800 and one reconnect home theater ramse2110. Total amount comes to rs 32790. Where as i have made cashpyment of reconnect full and down payment of tv rs 5000 on 4dec 2017. Remaining balance of rs 22800 should be my bajaj finance loan. Now i have received bajaj finance message for loan rs 31900 which is not understood. Then what about my down payments and cash payment. Kishor of you dept salesman misguided me taken over payment. Kindly investigate matter and loan amt may be decreased to 22800.

                I had given complaint on last month, you people have not even bother to call us back. I had paid the money of 2480 in september 2017.
                I want my money back.
                Is this way owner of the company cheat us and make money.
                Customer care no is not working, nobody in reliance communication is answering call.
                Will our government take action against these company.

                  I employee at 6884 anand store i have purchase ac from our store. Since 1 and a half months i havent receive product. When we check stock it was not available so with prior approval we made cn and submitted the same to vinod bhoir all details to cancel the loan. Now i am informed to talk with bajaj finserv and baja finserv is asking me to send confirmation from reliance, though i have send both the parties each and every document such as do copy, cn copy, mail from both the side but still there is no perfect update when it is going to close. Already hit one installment. Received down payment from reliance jio digital anand 6884 store but really feel never to buy on bajaj finance please help me to close this loan from bajaj finserv.

                      Had purchased lg front loading washing machine direct drive (Lg wmfh0h3ndnl02) on 26.11.2017 from reliance retail ltd, fortune plaza, benachity, durgapur 713213, west bengal (Cin no. U01100mh1999plc120563). They promised to deliver it to my permanent home address (Rampurchak, shyamchak, debra, paschim medinipur, west bengal 721301) on 2.12.2017. Till 2.12.2017 afternoon, they told that the product will be positively delivered by 6pm. However we have not received the product yet. However after that we started to communicate the service manager of the store (Ms. Farha parvin). But she gave ambiguous and cold responses and blamed the dc (We don't know what dc means!). After repeatedly calling her, she directed the call to dc (Mr. Gaurav dey). He told that it will take time and has again given another person's number (Mr. Snehasis).
                      During purchasing the product, we asked the store to deliver the product on saturday. During working days (Monday to friday) it is difficult for us to take the delivery so we asked them to deliver it on weekends. After their commitment to do so we made the full payment instantly. The registered mobile no. Of purchase is [protected]. But still now we are unable to track our product. After buying such an expensive thing, this kind of harassment is unacceptable. Every person is blaming another person and giving somebody else's name and number. They are more active during selling things but after payment they are least bothered. Still now there is no assurance. Feeling robbed and helpless. Who will compensate for this harassment??

                        I had purchased refrigerator form reliance digital jp nagar. It was too huge of 674 ltrs. They took it back after me paying for the transportation. Even till today they have not given credit note or in exchange for other items or cash back. It's been 2 months now. I have been following with the store manager everyday, buy no proper response. I have the messages exchanged with manager, i m not able to understand what steps i take further. Kindly advise

                          There was a message that reliance tv is not operational hence, our wardha dealer has fixed tata sky instead. Also assured that balance amount from reliance tv will be transferred to new account of tata sky.

                          I have received message that amount rs.2611 is being transferred to tata sky account, but it shows only balance rs 25 only on mob: [protected].

                          Please look into the matter. This is serious.

                                Had purchased a refrigerator of whirlpool from reliance digital phoenix market city mall viman nagar pune. The product was scratched by the delivery person while handling. Had complaint to the customer care almost each day & also informed the store from where we bought it. Almost 5 days passed the store people were least bothered to provide any help and started negleting the issue specially mr. Vikas (Crm manager). Really pathetic service. The store people only wants money no one really cares about customer & after sales service.

                                Its like buying a product from reliance digital & getting headache & tension absolutely free with it.

                                Every one please think twice before buying any product from reliance digital.

                                  I wanted to buy an ipad 2017 from apple store situated in reliance digital, wave mall, lucknow. Mr. Deepak had promissed in conversation on phone that we will give you i pad 2017 along with temperred glass and will lower the price as i had negotiated with him.
                                  But when i was ready to purchase it and when i had initiated the process for payment through bajaj finance after all the other formalities, mr. Sumit jaiswal asc, mr. Deepak and mr. Vivek told me that you will not be given temperred glass along with the i pad and they even increased the price of i pad which they had promissed me earlier.
                                  Their behavior was very rude and they made me to come on the store many times which wasted my valuable time.
                                  I demand strict action against such people who diminish the reputation of the company and cheat the valuable customers and i want compensation for what i have suffered asap.

                                    We had booked samsung refrigerator of 465 ltr model no. Rt47m623esl. My urgent requirement was communicated to your stores team
                                    It was delivered on 20 nov 17 however it was damaged at the leg (Bend leg) with dent marks. The same was noticed and reported by your service engineer. Your stores haven not taken back the defective /damaged piece till today
                                    It took long 8 days to deliver the replacement and the same was delivered on 27th nov 17. Again another defective and damaged piece. I regret to mention apathy lethargy and casual approach of your team while saying that the new replacement will take yet another 7 days.
                                    You are requested to deliver the quality product immediately and clear the damaged pieces by tommorow as it is occupying lot of space.
                                    This is second time i have been cheated as last time payment was taken for fresh piece 1.5 t ac of hitachi make and delivered display piece
                                    It is highly unethical behavior from your company.

                                    Machine not working. Registered Complaint not resolved for more than 20 days. Poor response.
                                    Reliance digital - saravanan - CSE attended concern. Escalated to rescue team head Mr. Suresh - Senior Technician(calls not resoonded). The problem not resolved. Take back product for a new replacement.

[protected] per kai bar call bhi kiya meri problem door hui. kai bar samsung ke techinician aaye aur bata rahe hai ki manufacturing defect hai. isliye pcb aur card change karna padegaa. lekin mai nai tv repair nhi karana chahta hoo. pls replace my tv or my amount.

                                        UdayaTV colours kannada not comming, customer care also not available, then last month suddenly they stopped service without informing now they came back but all channels are not cmng, we are visibiling tempravary not available, now what to do... give us suggestion, if you not solve the problem I will change the connection, we pay 330rs for month it's becoming waste no use, give us suggestion, r solve problem, in tatasky for 300 rs more channels r cmng, solve the problem as soon as possible thank you
