Reliance digital (Phoenix mall, bangalore) sold 49 inch led samsung tv (For approx. 90, 000/ rs) with option of integrated dth card. Have not got dth card and working tv even after 6 weeks of making payment.
Not reliance is asking me to get separate permission from my apartment association to install dish and other equipment to make dth card work in my tv. This condition was not told to me while selling.
It was told that i just need to insert dth card and it will work. Its been 6 weeks of paying 90, 000 but still tv is not working.
Have followed all internal process of reliance digital (Talking to store manager, escalation and reaching out to grievance cell to ceo) but no result.
Instead of getting it fixed they pass on my number to airtel without my consent who keeps calling and harassing me.

1) this is pure breach of my personal security as my contact detail and address have been shared with airtel dth without my consent.
2) my tv still does not work has reliance has not be able to arrange dth card till now
3) airtel guy with whom reliance shared my contact keep harassing by calling me and asking for permission from apartment association which i was not informed to me
4) response from reliance ceo escalation group is rude and went to level saying if you want go and file police case.

I was not sold tv by dth operator but reliance.

I just need my tv to work which was promised to me and i have paid 90, 000 rs. I was not informed by reliance for any condition like approval from apartment to make my tv work.

Thanks for response but this is not resolved yet. I cancelled my other plan and whole weekend spent at home so that you guys can fix it. 4 guys came today but went without installing the card.

Pls note when I bought TV from Reliance, I was NOT informed about:

1) I need to get new setup box

2) I need to get new dish installed

3) I need to get approval from my association

4) I need to pay extra for above things done

I was told that this integrated card will work. I even gave my residence address with pin code.

When I spoke to Mr Deepak last time, he said help us getting approval for installation (though this approval is NOT my responsibility). I have got approval to install dish at 2 places :

1) At Terrace which was recommended by Airtel

2) In Balcony of my own apartment

For 1st one Reliance + Airtel want me to pay for extra cable? why I should pay for this when I was NOT informed that to make my TV work extra cable, dish, setup box are required. Even 2 days back we spoke but there was NO mention of additional expense to me as customer.

For Balcony installation your guys are saying it will NOT work due to signal without even checking it. Without checking how you guys know there is no signal? One of the other resident has placed dish in balcony, it was informed by my apartment technician as well. Pls DO NOT ask me to get approval to visit someone else's apartment now.

When I spoke to Mr. Deepak 2 days back he also said that only approval is required. I have got approval for 2 places already. There was NO mention of additional expense.

My apartment association technician and General Manager both visited apartment TWICE in presence of Reliance and Airtel and confirmed approval. Why this is NOT installed?

When I again called your concerned person he is NOT picking the phone and disconnected.

All your 4 guys left without closing the issue asking me to check with Reliance HQ or pay from my pocket.

Kindly give me any logical reason why I should go though this non-sense due to your issues. Its upto you to work out with Airtel vendor or what ever. I bought TV from reliance Digital with promise that integrated card will work and was NOT informed about additional expense and items (Dish, Setup box, cable).

Its been close to 2 months and its NOT working. I want to reach out to next level escalation to get this fixed from Reliance. I bought TV from Reliance Digital NOT from anyone else.

I don't want to blame anyone but surely I don't deserve this treatment and mental agony.

You guys should take responsibility to get this fixed and make my TV work. You can't expect me to Pay which was NOT informed by Reliance while selling the TV.

Seriously looking for solution.

    Purchased iphone6 (16gb) but the store gave me bill with fake imei number. Felt cheated. Very bad.

    Escalated to deepak chohan, ceo escalation team, reliance digital retail ltd 7 days ago. No proper response.

      We purchased two AC 1.5t 3sinv jsq 18apxd on[protected]delivery number:[protected]) total cost of 76778.80 rupees.
      we purchased from tumkur reliance digital, the installation was not good so we complain againt reliance digital on that day only. Problem is if we purchase AC from reliance, reliance sending technician for installation that too free installation(for a sake). the tecnician will install AC like throwing stones to water. he did not installed corectly, no white cement from outside to cover hole, if rain comes the water flow inside wall like falls. And this time rat bite wires because of hole is not covered. We complain LG that our AC not working, the LG tecnician came & that person telling installation is not good we should reinstall it will charges extra. he blaming reliance technician. why should reliance providing installion from reliance technician, so this problem arising. Technician from reliance digital tumkur is the worlds worst service. not at all satisfaction. if anyone se this installion they will spit to reliance face. so please requesting you to kindly stop giving LG sales to reliance, dont lose a good LG product from customer because of this reliance digital located at tumakuru, karnataka.

        Reliance digital failed to provide support for water purifier covered under warranty plan for more than 5 weeks. Was finally forced to approach different agency to get it fixed which responded next day. I had to pay out of my own pocket to fix my purifier despite being under warranty!

        Do not take this service from reliance resq. It is a scam.

          I have registered a complaint on 1st nov (Call no. [protected]) about tv panel faulty. Till now i am waiting for a resolution. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service. Daily i am in touched with your employee miss menakshi. Mechanic came 3 times with faulty panel so how can a customer wait more than 20 days.

          If you are unable to resolve the issue i need immediate replacement of old tv.

          I have purchased 32 inch led lg TV from reliance digital Pune . At the time of purchase reliance store people said that there is 5% cash back on payment using paytm but up to now I have not received any cash back.             Very bad quality & service by reliance digital. I bought reconnect 32" led tv. From vashi - navi mumbai.
            After 8 months front panel damaged. I not know reason. I registered complaint on 09-nov-2017. Technician came on 10-nov.& after checking taken some photographs he said we will call you back. After waiting for three days (No response) i registered complaint again for this. After that every day i am calling two or three times and getting same answer, we are waiting for service center. There is no any specific response. Three days after when i call they told we are waiting for part. This answer repeatedly given for three days. And suddenly on 21-nov, after my call they demanded rs.9000/- for that part,. Customer care & service center response is very bad. Not expected from reliance digital. May be next time of purchase i want to think 100 times.

              I have purchased a samsung smart tv and they have give me a reconnect bluetooth speaker with that and have also purchased samsung refrigerator and samsung washing machine from that store.
              My salesman tell me that all the things including speakers are delivered at my given address but all the things are delivered excluding speakers.

              When i visit to their store regarding speakers then he first tell me speakers are not mentioned in the bill when i show him that the speakers are mentioned in the bill then he talked to his manager and manager blamed me that you have taken the speakers at the time of purchased and their is no thing is mentioned in pending register.

              And at last they refused to give me the speakers.
              Manager was very rude and refused to talk.
              Salesman say this is my mistake i am sorry but can’t do anything about it.

              Very bad reputation in front of about relaince digital.

              The is which i have suffered is in gip mall noida sector 18.

                I purchased a samsung tv 55 inch (High end model) on 30oct. Due to furniture issue i did not request for wall mount and gotnit placed on table top. The service boy and also the store manager told me that i could get the wall mount done whenever it would be convienient.
                I have been requesting the store manager for installation since a week and they are only delaying the work. I have been calling them everyday for the same.
                This kind of service lethargy is not at all expected and appreciable from such a brand.

                  Hi all,

                  I bought dell inspiron laptop from reliance digital phoneix mall, bangalore and also bought additional warranty along with it. The product was faulty and sparingly used in one year as i was out of india. The laptop became completely dead after an year. I was relaxed as i bought additional warranty for this laptop with reliance. But my sorrows and miseries starts from here.
                  I submitted my laptop at nearby reliance digital service centre on 29th october 2017. There was no update from anyone from the service centre. I was contacting reliance customer care daily and i was getting false updates from them that product sent to vendor (Dell). After my rigorous follow ups and on 6th of november, i received call from service centre that laptop hardware has malfunctioned. They need to replace the hardware. But they can’t do it because there was wrong product warranty update done by the store at the time of purchase and the service centre refused to service and asked me to take the laptop back to the store where i originally purchased my laptop. Very unfortunate and epic as i produced all the evidences (Bill + warranty) that my laptop warranty is still active. But didn’t helped. They just wanted to wash their hands with this issue.
                  I collected laptop from there on 6th november itself and then took it back to the purchased store (Reliance digital store, phoneix mall bangalore) and they accepted that warranty was incorrectly updated by their staff and they will take it for service. They kept it for 3 days with no update. After my repeated follow ups they told that the laptop hardware is faulty which was already known to them. Now the worst part, store people tried to pitch me a new laptop by paying me minimal compensation for my faulty laptop. Very shameful and it makes me feel that reliance doesn’t value customers money and the faulty products they sell. I was stringed not to buy any other product from reliance as already i’m going through miserable customer experience and can’t afford to invest anymore on faulty products they sell luring their customers with additional warranty which is pathetic.
                  I told them to get my laptop serviced and they informed me that they’v ordered faulty parts from dell. It’s been a week now and still no update when i will get my laptop back in working condition. Nobody in reliance is cared to follow up with dell and service the laptop and handover to me. It’s 19th november today and still its not know when the laptop will be handed over to me. For how long i’ve to wait to get my laptop serviced? Does it really takes a month that your product lies with reliance before somebody acts upon it. Very inhuman. If someone is listening here please help to escalate and expedite.

                    I purchased washing machine of reconnect 9kg as on[protected] and made payment on the same day the sales staff committed that they will deliver this product on[protected] but it got delivered on[protected] and this was broken piece when we opened the packing and delivery boy took this stuff back again.

                    On 28th october 2017 again they sent a washing machine no doubt it was okay when we open but after usage of this even first time we got to know this washing machine is again not working in proper manner initially is works and after 2 3 minutes it got automatically shut down so we contact to elante mall reliance digital showroom they didn’t entertain us in good way and ultimately we contact to customer care our complaint got registered call no [protected] which we registered on 11 nov 2017 and executive came to our place on 12th 2017 he checked the machine and made video of this how it getting shutting down automatically while working

                    Today we again call to the same executive named sarabjeet singh he told us that staff of reliance reconnect are not picking his call so when he will spoke to them then only he will make us know.

                    Its been more than one month but we didn’t got any help from anyone even our washing machine is not working. We got very negative from reliance reconnect after this incident so will never prefer any electronics good of reconnect ever in our home. It was very worst experience with reliance reconnect

                      I purchased water purifier in phoenix mall reliance mall 1 year ago and the water purifier has shown filter warn alarm.

                      When i purchased i already 2 years warranty extension by paying extra money.

                      However, when i request to check and change filter 2 days ago, but they didn't sent technician till now and reply and no pickup phone.

                        I purchased water purifier from reliance digital one year back. When product was under product company warranty. These guys from reliance digital came immediately and replaced some part and charged complete cost for that part as it was clause in that product warranty clause. I asked those fellows from reliance digital service they said sir once it will come under reliance warranty it will be free.
                        Now my my purifier is not working for last two days. I called 3 times to reliance customer care. They said it is assigned to technician. I said it not working at all please send him fast. Now after 36 hrs they rescheduled my complaint for some another day. No date has been decided.

                        I never trust reliance brand. But some how i felt that now they will be following some standard and bought some product from reliance digital. But they are still big time cheaters.
                        No one should buy any thing from reliance. If last option is reliance... Dont go for any warranty from reliance...
                        They are simply cheating people's hard earned money. Below is latest response from them.

                          I had purchase one ao smith geyser and samsung micro oven from reliance digital near tura mandi najafghar at 13th of november 2017 and i had complain store manager gaurav and also customer care of reliance to install my geyser but always told me that engineer come tomorrow but i had wait 4 days but still not came, i had call so many time but not install, now i am planning to hire one local technician to install my geyser.

                            I have been purchase samsung mobile in digital with extended warranty, and i had a small power button repair problem and i have given it in reliance digital at banjara hills road no 12 store at 18oct, still now they have not return my mobile, they siad that cum within 15days now it almost 30 days, still they are saying it will take time, this what a company response to coustmer and next they are not lifting call i had called 15times but still they are not responding, this what reliance digtal i never expected thz type service, plz take as serious and followup and slove it. Till now 6 to 8 times i visted to store for the phone by wasting my time.

                              I purchased sony led tv from reliance digital (Kphb, hyderabad branch) and i took 3 years extended warranty which will expire in 2018.
                              Now im facing issue with the screen and same complained to reliance resq to resolve the issue using extended warranty, for that i raised complaint on september 1st and till today they doesn't taken any action and not responding properly. They are not providing the services.

                                There is no anyone responsible for take care of any customer & also not attending any call or not giving any reply.. & & all employees are irresponsible & not fulfill their commitment.. There are specially two persons whose names are ravi kumar verma & raju ram... I am not happy with the service of reliance.. & never trust on this brand.. Thanks for behaving like this & cheating with customers..

                                Sir.i am purchase samson 55 inches 4k uhd tv with the offer wmn550m/xl.last one month before. But stil not delivered to me the music system.                                   On 12th nov 2017 i had order vu 49s6575 which was supposed to be delivery on 13th nov 2017. I have received an sms where they have confirmed that the material is delivered, but the material is yet not delivered, upon calling at store they said that the material is moved from store and driver is notable to make the deliver the product by today. Moreover the material is out from store and is with there delivery driver at his home... Is this the service standard you people maintaining. What if the driver will change the parts of the product is your store responsible for this. How can you let the product to be laying at the other place after i have received the delivery sms. Also your customer center still giving us an sms that technician will visit by 13th nov 2017. Being the indians top retail brand this is not at all acceptable from your company. Now i am not sure that what product am i getting as the delay in delivering dosent matter a lot but keeping the tv out of your store and not reaching at my place creates an serious concern that there may be the chances that the product might be changed or done something wrong. If you were not able to deliver today you must have stooped at first point and don't let the material move from your store.

                                    I bought lg ac in march from reliance digital phoenix market city bangalore. Since then it has been 17 phone calls to lg, and 23 phone calls to reliance. Lg engineers visited 5 times, and 6th time they dismantled the ac to carry the checks in their workshop. Post the checks they returned the ac after 10 days stating there is no issue with product and i need to contact reliance. Though i had been contacting reliance in parallel, i did call them again and finally one engineer visited. He mentioned about leakage in the pipe and promises he would come back with necessary equipment (Nitrogen gas etc) to diagnose and fix it once for all. Its been 3 weeks since then with multiple phone calls to reliance. I have no idea why lg would not own this and let the customer get ping pong between them and their sales partners like this.

                                    My request is to please let me know which lg office i can drop this ac back to, and i do not need any refund/replacement. I just want myself to come out of this daily struggle with lg and reliance. I at least can buy a new one and have peace of mind.

                                      As per massage from big tv will transfer to Tata sky .Tata sky person came and disturb all and kept as it is without restarting big tv.he was having some technical problem.but it is duity of reliance digital to resolve the problem as change to Tata sky was reliance decision.

                                        I purchased a sony 28 led 28r412b on 16.10.2016, it is just one year completed and i saw one white back light in the display screen on 08.11.2017 (Photo with date stamp attached).
                                        When i complained this to reliance digital they sent a sony representative to my house for checking. The person who came to house opened the tv to take photos of stickers and serial number. When fixed the tv back there were several back lights seen in the screen and the display became worse. (You can see that he is taking the tv photo with date stamp attached).
                                        He promised that this problem will resolved free of cost as he know that he made the repair even worse. But i have received a mail from reliance digital asking for rs.7500 for repair.
                                        Is this fair? The product has not survived even a year. Do they sell use and through products, if so why should we pay so much? Can't they extend the warranty for at least another 1 month and do it free? How will i pay for the mistake done by the service person who opened the television and made it more worse?
