Purchased iphone6 (16gb) but the store gave me bill with fake imei number. Felt cheated. Very bad.
Escalated to deepak chohan, ceo escalation team, reliance digital retail ltd 7 days ago. No proper response.

Thanks for response but this is not resolved yet. I cancelled my other plan and whole weekend spent at home so that you guys can fix it. 4 guys came today but went without installing the card.
Pls note when I bought TV from Reliance, I was NOT informed about:
1) I need to get new setup box
2) I need to get new dish installed
3) I need to get approval from my association
4) I need to pay extra for above things done
I was told that this integrated card will work. I even gave my residence address with pin code.
When I spoke to Mr Deepak last time, he said help us getting approval for installation (though this approval is NOT my responsibility). I have got approval to install dish at 2 places :
1) At Terrace which was recommended by Airtel
2) In Balcony of my own apartment
For 1st one Reliance + Airtel want me to pay for extra cable? why I should pay for this when I was NOT informed that to make my TV work extra cable, dish, setup box are required. Even 2 days back we spoke but there was NO mention of additional expense to me as customer.
For Balcony installation your guys are saying it will NOT work due to signal without even checking it. Without checking how you guys know there is no signal? One of the other resident has placed dish in balcony, it was informed by my apartment technician as well. Pls DO NOT ask me to get approval to visit someone else's apartment now.
When I spoke to Mr. Deepak 2 days back he also said that only approval is required. I have got approval for 2 places already. There was NO mention of additional expense.
My apartment association technician and General Manager both visited apartment TWICE in presence of Reliance and Airtel and confirmed approval. Why this is NOT installed?
When I again called your concerned person he is NOT picking the phone and disconnected.
All your 4 guys left without closing the issue asking me to check with Reliance HQ or pay from my pocket.
Kindly give me any logical reason why I should go though this non-sense due to your issues. Its upto you to work out with Airtel vendor or what ever. I bought TV from reliance Digital with promise that integrated card will work and was NOT informed about additional expense and items (Dish, Setup box, cable).
Its been close to 2 months and its NOT working. I want to reach out to next level escalation to get this fixed from Reliance. I bought TV from Reliance Digital NOT from anyone else.
I don't want to blame anyone but surely I don't deserve this treatment and mental agony.
You guys should take responsibility to get this fixed and make my TV work. You can't expect me to Pay which was NOT informed by Reliance while selling the TV.
Seriously looking for solution.
