Lg smart tv installation had been not done and u have not send any person at our home this is service send the person tomorrow only we are working people i am not satisfied with your service there is no rules and regulations
Kindly send the person tomorrow only otherwise take your tv back .

    I am sandeep kumar from anantapur,

    I went to reliance digital which is located at anantapur district.
    And i asked one sales person his name is sai (Irrespective and irresponsible)
    And i told him that i need reconnect led tv then he replied ''currently we don't have stock sir, if you order now we will get the tv which is cost 32990 rupees with 2 yrs free warranty''.

    Then i ordered reconnect led smart 43 inchs which is 32, 990 /-
    But when i done my payment i was shocked when i seen my bill
    In that tv price is only 27, 990 /- and i paid 5000rs extra for #ing extended warranty without my agree,
    When i making payment that sales person sai doesn't tell me about that extended warranty.
    And i met manager he also talked rashly and he also said complaint to anybody

    What the # this is...

    I need that refund amount of 5000rs which i have paid for #ing extended warranty
    And also i met branch manager also but he also talked rashly

    Sales person and the branch manager both insulted to me

    Please refer the attachment for the bills, please resolve this problem and please refund the amount of 5000rs (I don't want extend warranty).

      Fridge and microwave not delivered on time thrice, then came home without info. Called them regularly for the updates but they have lots of communication gap. Finally fridge arrives but has a dent. Now waiting for it's exchange for past 10 days. Keep calling them regularly but they keep promising and don't do anything. No revert even once from their side. Worst is they have tie up with lg and whirlpool so i can't ask for servicing or any other thing directly. Have to go thru reliance only. No reply of complaints or emails. Moreover they keep sending messages thanks for the feedback which i didnt give. Worst decision of my life buying from reliamce digital. Want to return both products. If they not giving servicing now in d beginning what will they do when product gets defective later. Want my money back.

        I had brought a washing machine named samsung active wash + on the bill named rosy d'souza few days back and i wanted to exchange the old machine with new one and soo the salesman told that it will be done. The new machine was delivered on the same day on the day of purchase and the salesman also came during delivery told that the old machine will be taken by reliance on the other day of the delivery but they they didn't come then again yesterday i went to reliance digital to complaint about it and so they told that it will be picked up in the afternoon but still they didn't come.
        I had purchased washing machine from reliance digital which is located at andheri kurla road.

          Purchased the above system at your jeedimetla shop (Reliance digital).
          On 19/10/2017. (I., e on diwali day) vide invoice no. C#60380648 dt.19/10/2017.
          At the time of purchase ur rep told that skull candy head phones worth rs.2999/- is free. Along with the system.

          But after making the payment before delivery at gate he told stock is not available and said he will call after 2/3 days. But after 5 days also there is no phone call then i called. Response is not up to the mark.

          Personally went to the shop and the treatment is the worst.

          You mean to say if we purchase some itms only we will get espect or else ur reps. Are not seeing at all.

          Why are u running the shops. Better close the reliance digital when u people dont know how to give respect to customer.

          Dont think that customer is least bothered.
          It is very sad. Finally they said it will be given next day. Even now also no phone call then i called the rep is telling he is at anoter etail showroom and he will call afterwards. If this is the situation tell me what we have to do? And one more thing the audio has not been checked and it is given directly. But it is not working proerly. Shall i through system in shop???

          What nonsense is going sir.
          What response u want to give to the customer.
          On diwali day they cheated. They said there is no stcok after making the payment. I want to return the system and would like to take another system.
          Please help me.

          If you people do this sort of cheating am telling reliance digital is going to die. No body can save it. As a customer i have been fed up.

            Dear sir /mam, i am a consumer of reliance digital tv. And i want to tell you that my set top box isn't reading my card it's no. Is[protected]. I have complained for it earlier but they said that your agent will come and will change the card. But none of your agent has arrived my home yet. Please check where the problem is. I have an id in gmail as '[protected]@gmail.com' please message on that id.

              Hi all,

              We bought livpure water purifier on 25th oct 2017 while buying they promised us within one day installation we will done if not then they will pay in reverse 5000rs for livpure brand, after 1day completion we got product delivery on 26th oct 2017 but still now now installation not done.

              We don't have any response also we called many people in showroom there response is waste of time and tried to call customer support it also waste of time and i mailed to higher authority people but still no response from anyone.

              We went to showroom and asked for installation person but they are saying in another day installation will be done, so we tried to ask for refund amount of 5000rs which they promised that amount also they are not giving and installation also not doing.

              I don't know why this guys changing there words like anything, no response from anyone and refund amount also and installation also, if we pay amount after 2 days is it ok for this retail people for taking money from people they will speak with very sweet words once payment done no words from there mouth. Really very very bad experience from this guys and waste of money.

                Purchased microwave on 19oct17 diwali day (Madinaguda, hyd vide tax invoice [protected]) and after payment is done and wheen the produxt delivered on20th found that the xomplimnentary items were missing startup kit & trio bowl set. When contacted the store there is no proper response and even they ate not aware when these items will be made available. The only reply they give is that there sales department will contact.

                Its been a week now and no progress on the above issue. Pathetic customer service, the interest they is just to loot the customer money and make revenue with inadequate services and support.

                Need a solution and measures taken by this misleading brand to plug these gaps.

                  Sir i have registered many complaints regarding the filter life and push button of my Livsure RO water purifier purchased from Reliance Digital but none of the technician visited have sorted out that problem and even many times they didn't visit at all.Till date i have registered 6-7 complaints from march to till date and latest complain was on[protected].My registered mobile no. with reliance digital is [protected].
                  If the company is unable to provide service and installation of new filter then they must replace this RO with the new one as the my RO in under extended warranty of 2 years till Jan-2018.Requested to take immediate action against this fraud company.

                    This is the worst service from a reputed company. I purchased lg tv from rd jp nagar 2nd phase and they told that it will be delivered next day. It's been 1 week and they have not yet delivered. When ever i call the showroom they say it will be delivered tomorrow. We have wasted our time waiting for the product to be delivered by canceling our other plans. Worst service. Never will i trust reliance digital. Never seen such a worst service until now.

                    Yesterday we bought LED TV from Ashima Mall store. TV was delivered today but without proper attachments. We called 2-3 times at the store but didn't get any reply. TV is kept in our house in the box only as it cannot be installed.

                      I purchased reliance reconnect 43inch full hd led tv on 16/1017, from reliance digital store, btm layout, near udupi garden signal, bangalore.
                      They had given wrong information about the product (Speaker), that came with tv. After arguing i got 2500 cash in return and they took speaker back.
                      Next to this tv is defective. They delivered defective tv, and for replacement they are giving false excuses dailt from last 5 days.

                      Now i am asking for refund.

Last four days your executive kalpana who is handling delivery department just promising me and your service centre just sending complaint no sms but no body coming for demonstration.                             I have bought a home theatre system on 18-10-17 and contacted the store member for installation request after contact their response was very bad and they are saying that we will come on that day or the other day but none of them cares about it and after one week also they are not bothering about the installation and simply they are saying that technicians are not available. From this how can we have faith on this store to buy the other product from it. Kindly resolve this issue as early as possible.

Contact the official no of allahabad store and the rply is the driver missed that product n next day the driver is went for delivery n we did not tell him about the delivery n the next day it is too late sir we will delivered tomorrow.                                 Puchased hp pav15-au620tx on 17.5.2017 at reliance digital in gandhinagar chennai.

                                Philips headband shl worth rs. 999/- which is shown in the bill was not delivered to me on the plea of out of stock.

                                After 5 visits to the reliance digital, manager told me they will not provide the philips headband, instead i should claim from hp company. However when i checked the hp website, there is no provision for free gift. My complaint mails to reliance digital were unanswered.

                                It is illogical when the philips headband is among the list of items i purchased from reliance digital, why should i claim from hp?

                                The staff and manager refused to answer my queries and gave replies in disrespectful manner. It amounts to cheating

                                  Reliance digital colours channel not working:
                                  Same issue, all reliance customers are getting this message on these channels colours, mtv, colours marathi, etc..
                                  Tried calling customer care on[protected] is unavailable too.. No sms received from reliance for service being down.
                                  "channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. Service shall resume shortly." this is been showing from last 3 days. When will i get the service back???

                                  Fraudulent Reliance. FRAUD
                                  My Complaint is still not addressed, reliance channels are not working for all consumers.
                                  This is a fraudulent service.
                                  I have paid yearly subscription and not getting the service I paid.
                                  I want my money back as well as other customers to get their money back too.
                                  Reliance is fraud.
                                  I lost my bill can i get it again.Why because i have warranty for my tv for four years.So please answer to my question as soon as possible!!
                                  Am paying for south pack for Tamil Malayalam one year subscription but now sun network channel not working its not fare removed the channel u have to notify the customer before recharge customer

                                    Dear sir, i have complain two times but with out solution u closed my complain. Sir i register complain that salesmen of reliance tell me wrong commitment about resq plan. That instolation and reinstolment is free for five years in any where in india. I take this plan but i came to know that this is chargeable. I want refund. I not want your resq plan. I already complaining but no refund done. No action taken. Reference no.[protected] and another reference no.[protected]. From last one month they talk to me that today, tomorrow after 3 day your refund will done but still no refund give me. Every time they talk to me false. They telling me to come at there shoping mall. And talk but i not want to come there because they can do any type of wrong activity with me. I will go to consumer court regarding this matter if my refund not done

                                      I have a washing machine with warranty from reliance digital. Its electronic panel has malfunctioned. Despite confirmation from reliance digital that this part is covered under warranty, the machine has not been repaired in the last two months. Multiple calls to the store and service centre have not resulted in repair. The manufacturer of the washing machine has confirmed that the part has been received, and they are only waiting for the cheque from reliance digital to complete the repair. This itself has been pending for 10 days.

                                      I have purchased washing machine in Nellore reliance digital on 27/09/2017. But no one given free demo for that, I called so many times for past 6 days no response. I never seen this type of worst shop and service. Can you please rectify the problem as soon as possible.

                                        Purchased tv from so called reliance digital in times square outlet sakinaka andheri east.
                                        Please note i had registered complaint at your 1800 reliance digital service helpline. Since then i have spoken with number of reps regarding this complaint
                                        To name few (Rahul, reshma, prateek) and the list will go on, and to add on this your so called sr service rep - ms. Archana - [protected].
                                        None of these above ones are able to help me out.in fact your senior service in-charge does not even bothers to update me after taking my number and information. I am the one who has been following up on this with her. I was committed so many dates and yet nothing is resolved. Either from reliance or sony. Its a height o[censored]nprofessional and kind of service you guys provide to your customers, i am have been trying to get help but no one is interested, i feel like i have been cheated by reliance who has committed all the false promises and service they told me during the time of purchase. My tv is not even a year old and with an extended warranty valid till jan 2019. None of the people responsible or accountable of what is happening, everyone of them has been providing with lie and inadequate information. You guys should be ashamed of this, my worst experience from such a big organization and in future will never ever purchase from your store again, you guys have lost a customer here. I hope you guys get better in this area and help your customer properly instead lying, cheating and leaving unassisted.
