Sir, when i went to your showroom at vanastalipuram, i asked your staff as to whether on the day of deewali itself your people would deliver the tv and install the same, if is does so, i can purchase the tv, and your staff has specifically promised and assured that if i purchase the tv, compulsorily the same would be delivered and installed on the deewali festival day itself. Basing on such specific assurance, i purchased the tv. The item has been delivered at 7.00 p. M. On the day of deewali i. E., 19.10.2017 (Thursday), but so far i. E. On the next day of deewali i. E., 20.10.2017 till 7.00 p. M. No technician has come and installed the item. Even i made many calls, but nobody is responding properly. It appears, the services are not up to the mark. Your staff are showing interest only till the payment for purchase of item is shown, but thereafter, they are paying a deaf ear, which is not good in the interest/propperous of your company

    On 17th october 2017 reliance digital in sambalpur was paid the full amount of a 335 ltr samsung refrigerator as the sales executives posted there promised delivery the next morning provided the entire amount of around rs 34, 000.00 was paid in full immediately.

    On 18th instant they deliberately cheated us many times by telling various things like:-

    1) in 15 minutes it will reach.
    2) your item is being packed for delivery.
    3) item has left our premises is on the way
    4) in two hours it will be delivered.
    5) we will deliver in the evening after 7 pm.

    After 7 pm no one lifted the phone.

    When called from another phone no they lifted the phone and someone of them told :-

    1) in 15 minutes it will reach.

    The refrigerator did not reach.
    In fact it was not at all sent to us.
    The were telling plain lies.

    Believing them - we stayed glued to our home to facilitate its safe delivery and placement.

    Next day (Deepavali day 19th october) someone from reliance digital inquired about the delivery of the item.
    What item?
    Micro-oven.

    We booked a refrigerator and not a micro-oven.

    The reliance digital persons on the other side appeared to talk and then argue among themselves and disconnected the phone initiated from their side.

    We tried to contact back. They did not lift the phone.

    We visited the reliance store and asked for the complaint register to right down the problem for scrutiny and logical solution.

    Despite repeated requests the did not give complain register.

    Someone said today by evening your item will be delivered.

    We told on deepabalee day as there will be firecrackers all around and alpana (Rangoli) all around our courtyard.
    A heavy item like freez can not be taken inside house without disturbing those painstakingly made things.

    Till today the delivery has not been made.

      I had raised a complaint with reliance customer care on 14th oct 2017, stating the non-functioning of the whirlpool washing machine (Bought through reliance stores) bearing the request number [protected], and turn around time was said as 24 to 48 hours by call center executive, though no body turned up and the issue was not addressed but to our surprise it was closed.

      We again called to the customer care and informed the same, then a new request was again raised bearing the number [protected], after this request we made multiple calls to customer care where in the customer care executives committed the delay from their end but again there was no action. We escalated the same to the floor supervisor amith kamle, he in turn took an hour's time and after that we received a call from shiva prasad from the mobile number [protected], where he promised to send a technician to our place, but no one reached us, we again contacted amith kamle, floor supervisor, call center, who then made a conference call with shiva, in which shiva assured of the help or call back in 15 mins, which we didn't get. Later shiva prasad is not taking our calls and when contacting the call center, we are said amith kamle is engaged with other customers and they will arrange a call back, finally we are not able to reach any one and no assistance or technician reached us.
      Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Thanks Team, for notifying the Reliance Digital customer support, but the issue is still open. The escalation team is also not capable to address the issue and all false commitments.

      They are just playing with the customer's time and emotions.

      They are incapable to address a small issue of changing the part (panel, PCB) of the washing machine.

      The very first complaint was given on 14th Oct, 13 days passed off, still the issue is open.

      Please refer below for the communication from the Reliance, which reflects their false commitments.

      I called the customer care once again as from your end we could not except any phone call regarding the status of our ticket. And heard some cock & bull story. You people are least bothered about the consumer issues. Why you people have a separate entity for customer service I do not know. If I would have gone to Whirlpool directly, my problem would have been solved already.

      But they say if we purchase a product from Reliance, we need to call Reliance customer care only. This very bad & bitter experience I had with Reliance and I would never recommend anybody to goto your store for any purchase.

      I may not stop your store nor I may not stop all people to purchase a product from you. But atleast I can avoid some people not to fall into your Reliance Digital false commitments, Trade practices & bad marketing strategies.

      I want a clear answer in how time my issue will get resolved. Is that in your range or not.

        I purchased a sony 32 inches tv on 11/10/2017... They told me that sony 5000 mah power bank free with sony tv when i asked for power bank they told me that it will delivered to ur address with tv. Again i went to store on 13/10/2017 they sales guy told me that stock is not available he will call me on couple of day.. Till now they didnt call me.. I called to custmer care service they also not responding

          I have puchase 3 products from shipra mall store indrapuram, after having so much of dicussion regarding the delivery, i made the payment, now no delivery at home till its been 5 days, no one is picking the calls also, i tried more than 50 times calling to the store, also drop mails & log the complaint at call centre, but no action, this is so disgusiting behaviour of shipra mall team of reliance digital even asst manger vivek is also not responsding. Feel like cheated by you. Never trust & never recommend reliance to any of my surroundings. Worst experince i am having from you reliance digital.

            All sun network channels telugu like gemini, gemini movies, gemini music, gemini news, etc,.. All.. Are not coming since last 2 weeks, and we are unable to reach out to customer care it's disconnecting all the time, not sure to whom and how to contact and sort out the issue. There is no communication message from reliance why they are blocked and when will get them back etc.. We need immediate resolution on this or message from reliance on the issues as early as possible...

              I have purchased the split ac samsung sac 1.5t 3s ar1mc3jdmc cosmo on oct 02, 2017 and installation was free but since then till oct 18, 2017, i have been following up with reliance service team for installation. Thrice they have visited site and all the three times they have given different view points to me started from the ac installation could be done to it can't be done to it can be done.
              Now it gives me a feel as if reliance digital people wants to take customer for a ride and everytime they try to give a solution and it comes with some add on cost and they way the executives behaves as if they are the boss and what they say is final and binding and reliance only listen to what they say despite the fact that i told them and shown them that we have so many split ac's installed in same vicinity and in same location but they say that they can't install it and now the whole issue is whether they are willing to install the ac at all or actually not willing to and in between am running pillar to post to get it resolved cause reliance people didn't have time also to look into the issue and get it resolved and close the matter.
              So pathetic and disgusting service that am feel cheated after purchasing the product from reliance digital.

                I have purchased iphone 7 32gb from reliance digital store on 14th oct 2017. The price charged was rs.47040. On 16th oct 2017 morning, i saw an advertisement from reliance digital wherein the price mentioned by reliance digital was rs.42999. When i brought this to the notice of store manager and asked him for refund he refused it, citing price dropped.

                Will it be a good idea to move consumer forum for cheating customers?

                  I have booked a 260 ltrs lg fridge on 24.09.2017 and made the payment on same day. After two days, they called me on phone and told the product is not available and to have another product. On 9.10.2017 they told me that the product is available and it was delivered on 10/10/2017, the same day technician has come and we have found that there are holes in the door panels and foam behind the same is visible also the deepfridge also damaged, immediately o have lodged s complaint since then everyday i use to call toll-free no and the show room but till today no replacement was taken place. Whenever i call they say by evening they will attend but of no use i have vexed with the replies services are very very bad. These reliance people are playing tacts with the customers. Almost one month after payment till today i have not received the correct piece means is it justified. It is glad if some one attend at least this compliant immediately.

                    It was very bad experience with reliance digital. I bought one led from reliance digital hazrat ganj lucknow. Still led has not installed yet. After servalreminders. They called me up many times for led installation but executive didn't come yet. Still waiting for him. Even offer items aren't delivered to me because of mismanagement. Customer service is not upto the mark. I need solution asap. For your future reference i'm not going to buy anything from your store after seeing this kind of customer service.

                      Sir/madam,

                      I ordered for one 253 ltr samsung refrigerator at the company's outlet at inorbit mall, malad on 15/10/2017 and paid ₹ 2099 as down payment, rest to be paid in 9 monthly instalments. It was promised by the company to be delivered on the next day, i. E., on 16/10/2017 and the same was mentioned in the invoice also. However, the article has not been delivered even today at my residential address. It is really disgusting as whenever i call them they show some filmsy ground and all along are giving bluffs.in this situation i want to cancel the order and get my money back.

                        Hi,

                        My experience is pathetic. Worst experience that product purchased from digital has no service support from product company.

                        I purchased aqua guard genius from digital four months back. I faced issue and raised complaint to fix. Aqua guard customer care simply denied to service product which is purchased from digital.

                        So i checked with reliance resq to fix the issue. Service is so pathetic that even after 10 days of my complaint, they simply deny that they dont have part.

                        Aqua guard or reliance resq are invain to give service post sale.

                        Now i am fedup to repair my product after such a huge struggle. I may face same trouble if again my product face any issue.

                        I request to replace my product. If not i wants to stepup taking to next level of justice.

                          We purchased the samsung side by side refrigerator from reliance digital vikrampuri branch, on 28th sept, 17 and got the delivery on 9th oct, 17. Since then no one has come to give the demo. I have been calling the customer care since 12th oct, requesting for a demo, and i was assured that the executive will come to my place within 24 to 48 hrs. No one came. I again called customer care on 14th oct i. E. Yesterday afternoon around 3pm and again i was told that the executive will come on or before 8pm, on the same day. When no one came, i called the customer care to enquire, and the lady on the phone says that right now she came help me as the service executives would have left for the day. When i requested to connected me to the manager incharge, she kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes for a couple of times and later says that the manager is busy and will get him to talk to me the next morning by 10am. No calls from them till now.

                          It'll be a week now and no one has come for demo. It's a shame on part of the samsung team. Inspite of purchasing such an expensive product, we are harassed and made to wait for days.

                          I hope this complaint is taken as a priority and someone is sent for the long awaited demo

                            This is with reference to a product that had to be exchanged with our new panasonic washing machine that we had purchased on the 14th october. As requested we had had contacted swamy on the 15th of october. He had informed me twice that he would be coming, however did not turn up. Later he had informed that he would be coming today at 9 a. M. When he did not turn up we called at 11 a. M., when he said that he was at kushaiguda, which is only 20 minutes away from my home. However, he said that he was stuck in traffic and did not turn even after 30 minutes. After 30 minutes i called and he said that he was nagaram, and was still taking time to come, when it is only 10 minutes away from my home. He then said that he had work. So my husband told him to come after 3 o'clock as he had to pick my son from school. I called twice after 3 and he did not answer the call.

                            Kindly have some pick up the exchanged semi-washing machine from our house asap,

At the time of purchase paid 5212 rupees for the 2 years additional warranty but recently they charged 5275 rupees on 27.09.2017 by maintainance service provider eurekha forbes contract receipt no 802 and receipt no is 0007652. When i am asking this is completely unfair, their reply is awful and indecent behaviour. No proper response from the eluru manager sampanth and complaint taker is kishore these two people saying blindly money will not be returned and do whatever you want. This kind of behaviour is not tolerable and shameful to the reliance fame. Please do the needful by returning the money or i have only one option that is none other than consumer form. But i hope you will resolve this issue as soon as possible. Here i attached both receipts for your perusal.

                                Recently, i purchased a panasonic 49es630d smart led tv on 15 october 2017 at 10:41pm. The mrp of tv that was mentioned is rs 59990 and after discount i had to make a final payment of rs 57000 which was stated by the seller. But in the bill the discount mentioned is rs 5000. And there is another item added to the bill that wasn't purchased by me but was given to me as a gift by the seller, which is sony hp xb450ap bk.
                                So in all, i haven't received the actual discount over tv and have been fooled by getting a gift whose amount is added to the bill and also been taxed and the payment is taken by me. I am highly disappointed by the fraudulent activity done by the reliance digital personnel.

                                      I bought a panasonic convection microwave oven on 24/09/2017. As promised by the executives that it will be delivered on 25/09/2017 within night 22:00 pm & installation next day morning. I was waiting for that but no delivery done and no body called me regarding their problem and when i called the executive, he pretend like that i got it. And he told that i called u after few but he did not. Then next day i go to shop and told to cancel my bill i will not take it. They convinced me to delivered today & install also. But till today 13/10/207 @1800hrs
