Dear sir, yesterday i purchased a music system making card payment on your outlet rani bazaar, bikaner. The good was not delivered claiming that it is out of stock and will take two days of time. While showing me the displayed item it was claimed that the fresh piece is available in stock but when came to delivery he started packing the displayed piece. I refused to take that old piece. Please ensure that i get a fresh piece. Thanks....

I bought a 40 inch led panasonic tv from reliance digital store, dhanbad, jharkhand which was on display. When it installed i found something on screen. After informing one person visited and informed that there is something pasted in screen which will further removed. Still i m waiting complained further personally but no response again booked a complaint having registration no. R[protected]

I have recharged my big tv on 31st august 2017 for 1 month now it has been finished today is 17 only and its happened so many times and i m trying to connect customer care but it's not connecting pleaae check and resolve the issue smart card no[protected] otherwise you will loose your long lasting customer. I had been to store to recharge my jio of 399 plan. . Then when i askd the guy to do recharge he swiped my debit card and then the amount was deducted and the recharge got stuck or something tech error. . Till now its been 46 hrs i dont have internet connectivity in my dongle. . He was saying if in 48 hrs the recharge is not done he will refund. . I have not thought that i will get the worst service from reliance brand i have visited jp nagar store to buy tv b/w 12:00 pm t0 12:40pm i selected demo phillips 39" and ask salesgirl for bajjaj finance. The bajjaj finance guy was not present there. So i given moblie no to salesgirl and told give cal when bajjaj guy comes. I waited for 1 hour for the cal and cal the sales girl she told me tv has ben sale to other customer i ask salesgirl...

This is really unfortunate to say the service of such company like reliance is so poor. The fake information and promises. I purchase a phone from reliance digital they promised me that they will provide me some accessorieswith phone. After a month passed by but still i didn't get powerbank. While contacting them we are not providing any response. Imagine how a big company running out of consolation accessories.

We have purchased laptop of hp brand on 26/12/2016 costing 72, 000. The laptop is not working due to some technical issue after six month. Its screen is not showing anything, hinges of laptop are very hard. Feels like it will break anytime. When a month ago, laptop stopped working, i have raised complaint for support in hp. Within few days o[censored]sing reconnect window ac in our office, seems like there is no cooling effect of the ac.
It is not able to drop the room temperature below 31 degree after running 4-5 hours.
The fan gives much more cooling than ac.
The problem is still not clear at our end.
Please do the needful immediately.

I have bought a 42 inch lg led tv on 26th oct 2014 and i also bought one year reliance extended warranty as per suggestion by salesman.
At that time lg was providing 2 year warranty on tv and i have bought additional one year warranty from reliance as resq plan after paying extra money.
