I bought the Sony BDV E3200 Home theater from Reliance Digital, Ambattur, Chennai Dated on 26/03/2017. I need some demo. i raised the request to reliance Digital 31/03/2017. But Till now i didn't get any response. i called the showroom often but no proper response. iam really disappointed.while buying the product from the shop they told you will get the quick support. but it is not true.

Please do the needful....

I have bought an AC split 1, 5 tone Panasonic on[protected] vide Retail sail Invoice No.[protected] costing Rs 39289 including stabiliser and out door unit mild steel brackets. The delivery took place on[protected] night about 8.00 pm and the Relience Digital, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad of Telangana State forgotten the objective of the purchase. I called the given store number and reminded for installation, they send a technician he him self...

I have been subscribed reliance resq plan for my window ac. I logged a service request to repair it bu cause compressor is not working. After two days there is no any follow-up call/email from resq-team to get it repaired. This is very unprofessional way to deal with customers. After many follow-up t with customer service/ [protected]@resq.In either they are not giving any contact details to communicate not repairing my ac.
Can you provide...

I purchase ac frm digital store.
After 2 days servies engg nt cum to install my ac. Even nt getting response frm dgitial store as well as customercare. i puchase it from isckon maal, ahmedabad_digital store.
I felt really wrost experience to shopping with reliance n dont suggest to anybudy to puchrase your (reliance) products too..
I gt many more complaint numbers bt situation is ramains same....

No manager...no bajaj finance exicutive...just like kids handling your store at udaipur...i went at 5.00pm to purchase a cooler faced a lot of problems and finaly purchase it at 9.15pm...i am a regular customer...but this time i felt insult in purchasing a product with such an esteemed organisation...kindly take proper action to maintain your and cutomers prestige....

I purchased Bajaj TC2008 water cooler. At the time of purchase, due to moll noisy environment we are unable to realizes this cooler is creating huge air sound, however at home we realize it. Before purchase product I read Reliance D policy i . e "If you are not satisfied any of the product, we will be happy to accept them for return..." Now they are saying it is not possible to return.
I want another water cooler which is less noisy...

I had bought a new HP Laptop from reliance digital store in Kolkata Mani square Mall . They gave me a damaged piece but now they are not replacing it or giving my money back. Please help me to get my money back. Earlier it was told that they will resolve it within 2 hours but then they said it has hardware issue so HP service people will come and resolve it . This is taking lot of time and I am not getting my money back.br...

I have purchased Sumsang's Air-Conditioner " Item Name- Sammsung AR18MV3HEWK on 26/03/2017 17:03 at Reliance Digital Magneto Mall, Labhandi, GE Road, Raipur.
They promised me as there present day scheme to deliver and install the AC next day i.e 27/03/2017.
But they only delivered the AC @ 19:00 hours on 27/03/2017.
They plead to install the AC on First Half of 28/03/2017, I agreed because of there request.

I have bought a reconnect 55inch smart led TV from reliance digital Vidhyanagar branch Secunderabad but the TV is faulty and huge amount of problem the smart TV is of no use at all. I think reliance digital should be banned from selling electronics because they are taking customers for a ride and just cheating them. It's three months now they have not come up with a solution they have not replaced it also because they are sure the same...

Ordered for a 4 star fridge. The store has displayed purple colour. I asked for maroon colour with the same specifications. They agreed to deliver from the warehouse and asked us to do payment. But they delivered a 3 star fridge and now betraying us by saying that they I asked for a 3 star fridge. Please provide me refund or compensation for the betrayal done by reliance digital stores....

Water is leaking from the aqua sure. Please send the technician at the earliest

03/27 :- It's being three days complaint has been registered . However nobody has approached me so far. It's very unfornate for customer for such a long waiting period to get small issue addressed.

I have made purchase in reliance trends on 16th march 2017 at location gorakhpur, u. P. I want size of clothe to be exchanged with same brand (Duke) in noida, u. P location.
So i have contacted manager in sector 37 noida and sector 18 noida both shop, but they refused to exchange because that product was not listed in their inventory or not mapped in their store.

I purchased lenovo idea 3000 tab from reliance digital 2.5+ years ago along with extended warranty. It is not working due to mother board issues. I handed over it to service executive for repair on 18th dec 2016. He informed that it would repaired with in 20 days of time. But, after doing several followups, he has given it in 1st week of feb and asked me to charge it and check. I checked it and return it back since it was not working.br...

I have LG 3D LED TV which under Reliance Digital ResQ Extended Warranty. The TV panel was not working and I have raised complaint 5 months back still it is not solved and no backup TV is also provided as promised. Hi Team, Iam Siva & I have purchased 55inc Samsung TV for 1.3.lacs.
In this TV there is in build Airtel connection which was not installed properly & Card reader is of loose connection. Hence I request immediate action from both Reliance & Airtel for resolution & they need to present at same time to fix it permanently.

I have purchased iPhone 7 Thursday ( 16th march 2017 ) evening 3 hours later than I have paid. As I have purchased a Sony TV from Reliance Digital on "26.10.2016" using a Icici debit card. There was an offer of 3000/- cash back on using of ICICI debit / credit card. I haven't received any cash. I complained at Reliance Digital store and communicated through by mails. And they were least bothered about my complaint.
