I have purchased washing machine around 36000 in feb 2017 from allahabad reliance digital. But they did not updated my point on my card.
Tomorrow when i visited reliance digital in allahabad and presented my reliance card for redeem after purchasing cloths.
I came to know that my card is showing zero balance.
After that when i ask to manager vrispati tiwari & sales person anand srivastav, they told me that point has been updated to other card and i have only one card which is showing zero balance.
Reliance digital staff is doing forgery and they are making fool to their key customer. They had taken benefit of my card for their own benefit.
So i want that company should take legal action against the people who are involve in this forgery.

    Things crossed its limits today (9th may, 2017) when jitender on help desk was convicting my mother guilty, shouting that "when i called you in afternoon twice why didn't you come receive your money? I was free that time." how much insane the misconduct of reliance digital in general is that i have lost all confidence and faith in this company.

    My mother bought a room cooler (Cin no: u01100mh1999plc120563) on 8th april, 2017. Reception promised a delivery within 2 days and thus she submitted the money. The product didn't arrived so she called again to remind. This happened for weeks now. They even made false statements that "ma'am your product has been dispatched from here" and so she has to cut her whole day off just to receive that product but that didn't happened.

    Since, it was becoming an everyday pain, she finally cancelled the product and asked for refund. They stated that the money would be transferred in the account within a week, but that too didn't happened. She repeatedly, visited reliance digital asking for refund but they started misbehaving with her rather refunding amount. She told them she will file a complaint against them forum and all drama happened that jitender finally called today in morning (9th may, 2017) when i was busy in office and standing in queue and thus went late at about 9pm when jitender peaked his misbehave shouting on loud voices.

    I want to ask, on what qualifications your company recruit these rude people. Is this a mandatory criteria for your company for people on help desk to be rude? This has set a benchmark in, perhaps, the worst service i have ever received.

      I have purchase window ac and stabilizer from reliance digital - logix city centre noida on 21st april 2017 against the invoice no 16.
      The stabilizer install is faulty as whenever electricity comes back post cutoff, ac get on instantly without any delay from stabilizer, which might damage the product.
      Tried to contact the customer care several times but they disconnect the call in b/w while raising the complaint.
      After several attempts finally raise the complaint having complaint # [protected].
      Hope technician will visit soon and resolve the issue and replace the faulty product.

        Respected Sir,

        I have purchased Kent Grand Plus RO on 3rd may 2017 for Rs 16200/- with a discount of RS 1000/-. The sales team intimated it is promotional offer with out providing any more information. However they have delivered the product which is manufactured in 2015. Hence there is water leak with in the machine itself. I have taken this information to Customer care officer of the sales team, However
        there are not willing to replace the product with new one. Hence i request you to direct Reliance digital to provide replace of the product with a new one or refund my money and take action on them for cheating the customers by selling outdated products in the name of promotional offers or discounts.

        Here by i am attaching documents with invoice and manufacturing date details. My name and contact number also available in the invoice details.

          I had bought a Top Loading Fully Automatic Samsung washing machine from Reliance Digital at Brook fields Mall, Coimbatore on 05th May 17. Model is TL WA 65 K 4000HD. The payment was done by card and they gave me a cash Memo-Retail Invoice for the amount Rs 15, 372. This price was after giving a discount of 6 %. The sales person said that due some technical problems they are not able to generate the bill and a copy of the bill will be forwarded to me by email soon. But within a few hours of leaving the Brookfields mall, Coimbatore, I got a call from the seller that the offer is not available and when they get adequate cash they will intimate me to collect the refund or opt for another model and pay the difference.
          I am surprised as to why did your sales person show the last piece and describe the piece and bill the product and collect the money from me on 5th May. Thereafter, I have been making calls to get more information as the shop was not bothered since they have got their money without actually selling the product.Not delivering the product or saying that the product is not available after billing amounts to breach of trust and cheating a customer. I want suitable action taken against the salesman Mr Rahul and this shop and intimate me on further course of action at the earliest. Otherwise I will file a complaint in the District Consumer Redressal Forum.

            A.C in vizianagaram Reliance store on the date 27.05.2016. But it is not working properly. I am also complaint the Reliance HO in vizianagaram on
            jun-2016. Service person came my house, and observe the A.c and identify the problem. Cooling system is very poor, heavy noise, and capasitar is failed, meny Times Gas leaks.

                I have purchased reconnect rhpcb2701 cooler vide bill no. C#60337567/s#7452txn#4/r#102 dated 7/4/2017. Cooler is not working properly, there is no cooling effect. The service technician have taken photographs of cooler and conducted trials of above mentioned cooler. But cooling problem has not yet been solved. Now, nearly half summer season from the date of purchase, (1 month) passed away. The technician were not able to resolve the problem i have also been calling consumer care from a long time. I hope my request will be considered. Thanks.

                  Dear team,

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that we had bought a fresh samsung smart tv on 15/04/2017 which after delivery we have been facing problems with the tv which does not show any colors.

                  Problem statement:- tv when being connected through the audio/video cable does not show any colors but when connected through the hdmi cable works fine. It has been and will be a big problem for me if i want to connect any dvd or playstation devices which do not come with the hdmi cables.
                  I have raised the ticket with reliance customer care centres but no constructive update has been provided yet. The reliance team further communicated to samsung technical centre. The samsung technician did visit my place to check the device condition, he mentioned clearly that the audio/video slot is disrupted from inside and updated the same with a screenshot in samsung's portal, please refer to samsung complaint no.[protected].

                  It has been almost 3 weeks we are in terrible pain taking follow ups with no effect.

                  Current status:- from past 5 days we are using the tv with hdmi cable connected, we cannot connect audio/video cable as it does not show colors.

                  Desirable resolution:- we want our money refunded with the interest of emi for 9 months.

                      Yes i have contacted to Customer Service, But we checked again on 25-01-2017 recharge was not done.Can you please check it again?Because on 25-01-2017 recharge was not done thats why we recharge on 26-01-2017.Why we will recharge two times after next day?

                        I have purchased a cell phone IMEI No [protected] model no nokia Lumia 1320 from Reliance retail Ltd digital express mini no37 RP Road Hasthinapuram Chrompet Chennai 44 on 18/02/2015 The bill no[protected] ResQ care plan serial no 61886.During the. Course o[censored]sage it was found in the month of Aug 2015 that the photos and all apps are stored in the phone memory not saved in st card.we contact the nokia care the. Officials informed that the said phone was activated during the month of Aug 2014 that is 7 month before the date of purchase. Hence it is very strange that how could the mobile Activated before the date purchase . I doubt whether the used phone is sold as brand new product.more over it was advised to pay for updating the storage facility.since the waranty period is expired.i wish to point out the waranty period will be expired on Feb 2016.i request you todo the needful at once.                             I requested for three times to reinstall my Voltas Window AC 1.5 ton by calling Reliance Digital Customer Care. Finally, they visited my home in my absence (my parents were there) and installed it wrongly in the window while damaging it. Later when I saw the installed AC, I called the Customer Care and asked them to send a technician to check.

                            I wondered when he said that the previous technician had installed it wrongly while leaving the AC in such condition that it could fall down anytime. The more shocking part is that the person had given a fake bill of 400/- (for installation). The worst thing is when I had asked the customer care representative about the fee and process, they simply said that the technician will let me know. Is this the authenticity of such a brand?

                            Please resolve my concern ASAP.

                              They misguided us for router, and i bought the Tp link router. And i want a modem cum router for my broadband connection, and i went to return it on the same day and they refused to change it. Even after checking it that it is untouched or not, and after the checking they also admire it is untouched. Even then they refused to change and giving some non-sence excuses, and i also registered a complaint in their complaint book. They didn't gave me the complaint number after requests​.

                                I want to restart my suspended set top box after getting call from company
                                Company Caller informed ur services activated for two days but my set top box not getting signals
                                I lodged a complaint with company having refrance number[protected]
                                Dated[protected], company informed service Will be given free of cost but local dealer called me from no [protected] and asking for 150rs in shape of compolusary recharge coupon, I called back to company, again GOLI/LOLIPOP Given and local dealer on same track
                                I have to drop my idea of restarting connection, if company is not bothered to provide service as per their words, thanks
                                Hoping some action will be taken...

                                  I have purchased panasonic 1ton split ac in reliance digital at kilpauk on 29/04/17 and its delivered on next day (30/04/17). The installation asigned same day (30/04/17), but no call from technician yet. I'm tried to complain reliance digital to take action future steps. Below the latest requested vide id 20577017, dated 02.05.2017. Please resolve and support.

                                    I bought 2 coolers from reliance digital store around 20 days back. Water pump of one of them stopped working suddenly. I called the store also, they replied to get it repaired in 72 hours. Now it's been more than 5 days. I didn't hear anything from store. I tried to call again and noone is picking up my calls. When I bought the product then i was asked just to do one call and service will be at your door. But i couldn't see any of this. Is this how reliance digital works?

                                      I bought a voltas ac from reliance digital shop phoenix max last friday. And technician from reliance fixed it and go. Also he told the stabilizer provided by reliance team is not good and we have to change it. After 30 mins water is coming out from ac., i called up store and they provide new stabilizer for that we need t wait yesterday more than 6 hours and the relationship manager named martina confirmed she would be sending technician to fix it. Instead of repeated follow up technician not yet come to place even after 36 hours. Would request you to take this ac and refund my money back

                                        Have purchased a cell phone imei no [protected] model no nokia lumia 1320 from reliance retail ltd digital express mini no37 rp road hasthinapuram chrompet chennai 44 on 18/02/2015 the bill no[protected] resq care plan serial no 61886. During the. Course o[censored]sage it was found in the month of aug 2015 that the photos and all apps are stored in the phone memory not saved in st card. We contact the nokia care the. Officials informed that the said phone was activated during the month of aug 2014 that is 7 month before the date of purchase. Hence it is very strange that how could the mobile activeted before the date purchase. I doubt whether the used phone is sold as brand new product. More over it was advised to pay for updating the storage facility. Since the warenty period is expired. I wish topoint out the warenty period will be expired on feb 2016. I requst you todo the needful at once. Note:we already complain sales man and branch manager (Cell no:[protected]) they did not taken any response.
