Hi i purchased air conditioner along with stabilizer in June 2016. Stabilizer had 2 year replacement warranty. I had some problem with the stabilizer so i went to the dealer and he told me that only way to get it done is through customer care, so i called them and after 4 calls i was able to get through to them. They registered myy complaint and gave me the complaint no 20537399. They told me that their technician is going to call me. I received the call the next day at 10 am and told me he is going to come in an hour. He did not show up so i called him at 1 and he told me he is on his way. I again called him at 2:30 he was watching some movie and told me that he cannot come before 5 pm. I had to take a whole day off to wait for this guy who did not even show up. I called customer care and they showed inability to take my complaint and told me they are going to call me back, for which i am still waiting.
The point is telling this is that please be cautious while buying anything of their own brand from reliance digital. Not only the things are sub standard, their service is pathetic and rude.

    I had purchased a Sony TV (49 Inch 3D LED) from Reliance in February, 2016. Had purchased extended warranty of 2 years by paying Rs. 19, 000.
    On 20th February, 2017, there was some issue in the TV and it was not getting started properly. Called Reliance customer care and lodged the complaint ([protected]);
    Since then this is the update;
    οƒ˜ 3 Technicians have visited (2 from Sony + 1 from Reliance) within 1st week of March
    οƒ˜ As suggested by the Customer care, I sent the repair charges to [protected]@resq.in. As it is a TV from SONY, Reliance Digital will co-ordinate with Sony and arrange for the cost
    οƒ˜ By 6th March, I was told that it will be done within 1 week.
    οƒ˜ On 10th March, I was told that it will take 10-15 days and a stand by unit will be provided
    οƒ˜ Till 8th of April neither the TV is repaired nor is replacement unit provided
    οƒ˜ On 8th April, when I called the customer care, it was told that The order has not been placed with Sony for repair and it is pending for approval at their (Reliance Digital) end.
    οƒ˜ Whenever you write a mail to [protected]@resq.in for update and time line, they have a common reply- We are working on the same.
    οƒ˜ I would suggest nobody should by TVs from Reliance Digital.
    οƒ˜ I am attaching all the mail correspondents for reference.

    Its more than 1.5 months now, nothing has been done.

      Hi, I have register a service request for my whirlpool AC on 3 April 17, but i am still not getting any proper response from reliance side, I have talked to customer care several time they just only insure me that my request has been resolved very soon but nobody can visit us for AC service. I also told them i am going to shift my room so this is very urgent. Please look into the matter

        I wanted to buy a tv of 40".

        Your people suggested sony bravia 43 w 800d tv saying that it is an android tv... You can use internet totally... You can use hotstar.com etc and all related apps. Said it supports all android apps.

        But it not supporting hotstar app, not able to install flashplayer even. If that is the case i would have gone to a lower version which supports youtube only. No any benefit with this version and high price... I, m cheated by your people...

          I usually not a fan of Reliance. Since My friend suggested me Reliance digital has better appliances models I went there and bought XXX (for Rs: 32, 000+) only to receive the worst customer service ever.

          1. No sincerity
          2. Lacks commitment
          3. Does not care about customer.
          4. Never bothered to address customer issue.
          5. Not giving proper information.

          I would never ever go to Reliance Digital again.

            I have purchased a LED TV worth Rs. 35000/- from Ashoka Electricals Rajapark Jaipur on 30th March 2017. I paid the entire amount through my credit card. But the dealer denied of the payment and asked me to pay in cash, said that the amount has not been credited to his account and would be refunded to my card in 24 hours. So I paid the amount to him in cash. But still after 7days the amount has not been credited to my Card but the purchase is showing in the unbilled statement generated from internet banking of my card. Please do the needful urgently.

              I had registered complaint regarding AC not operating properly on 27 th march and still date your Maintance team is unable to resolve this compliant.

              And not even taking pain to attend the call back inspit of every day followup .

              At each time I had got falls commitments like technician is on the way and will be reach in half an hour and resolve the issue

                Dear sir, this is with reference to wrong product (Ac) sold to me. I have purchased lg jsq18ptxd ac from reliance digital, shipra mall indirapuram branch on[protected]. When the ac was delivered ie on, we realised that it's not 18ptxd. It was jsq18apxd ac. We contacted the reliance digital he not solve proper issue.                   I had taken 3 resq plans for my AC's on 20th December. Accordingly i raised a service request for servicing my AC's around 11 March. Whilst 2 AC's have been serviced after numerous calls to your call center, the fate of 1 AC is not yet been attended even after several calls to your call center. Apparently gas has to be filled and the service technician keeps promising that they will send somebody for removing the AC which never happens.

                  I totally frustrated and irritated by the callous attitude of your call center agents and your service engineers from Thirumala agencies. At one instance the complaint was closed even though it was pending. How can you close the complaint without close looping with the customer. This is a basic requirement.

                  Please look into and address my complaint at the earliest.

                    I purchased one ac last year 7 th April 2016... Even within 1 yr, there is leakages in pipe and no cooling happening..

                    I have been calling customer care since last 7 days and lodged complaints 4 times. Every time, same response. 'we will attend in 24 hrs'...first of all nobody gives any damn care to any such complaints...

                    I did a mistake buying from Reliance a bloody Tata product. Both are equally bad...Now Tata Voltas does not give service if it's purchased from Reliance...so be careful guys.

                    Hope someone will see this and revert...

                      We had purchased Voltas a c on 28th March, delivered on 29th and installed on 30th. After completion of the work, it was found that the remote is faulty. The person came for installation asked us to take this to Reliance digital store from where we purchased the a c. But we are told by the floor manager madam that nothing can be done from here, and she herself booked complaint at customer careand gave us complaint registered no[protected], but till todate my complaint is unattended, and no satisfactory answer from anyone. request you to get the complaint attended earliest.

                        Your team has got a horrible service.I am waiting fir more than a week but stil my AC installationjas not been done.
                        Firstly I was asked to arrange for a ladder since your technicians could not, as if it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange things and now when even I have done that, the techinician doesnot have the time to come and install.
                        Such pathetic service I have never seen.

                          I bought the Sony BDV E3200 Home theater from Reliance Digital, Ambattur, Chennai Dated on 26/03/2017. I need some demo. i raised the request to reliance Digital 31/03/2017. But Till now i didn't get any response. i called the showroom often but no proper response. iam really disappointed.while buying the product from the shop they told you will get the quick support. but it is not true.

                            I have bought an AC split 1, 5 tone Panasonic on[protected] vide Retail sail Invoice No.[protected] costing Rs 39289 including stabiliser and out door unit mild steel brackets. The delivery took place on[protected] night about 8.00 pm and the Relience Digital, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad of Telangana State forgotten the objective of the purchase. I called the given store number and reminded for installation, they send a technician he him self called on[protected] and installed partially without demonstrating user guide how to use and functions as I am new to it.
                            today i.e on[protected] I called the customer care Panasonic on [protected] and registered a compliant for installation that the AC is not working after 3 hours the customer care people says that the problem will be sorted out Reliance people only I again called Relience Digital store people narrating the customer care people said. The response from Relience Digital store is nill and again says that problem will be solved this is continuing since I purchased.

                              I have been subscribed reliance resq plan for my window ac. I logged a service request to repair it bu cause compressor is not working. After two days there is no any follow-up call/email from resq-team to get it repaired. This is very unprofessional way to deal with customers. After many follow-up t with customer service/ [protected]@resq.In either they are not giving any contact details to communicate not repairing my ac.
                              Can you provide resq grievance addressal/appellate authority contact details.

                              Hello All,

                              As I have given my Gionee M5 Lite mobile phone to Reliance ResQ for the repair of my display (screen) as it got fallen down and display got crashed but the phone is working and it is in condition.

                              I have given them on 01st of July, 2017 but till now there is no response from anybody and when I tried to reach them they are not responding properly.

                              I purchased the phone with Reliance Digital, InOrbit Mall, Hitech City last year, one + one year extended warranty from Reliance ResQ and paid around 1, 300 INR for extended warranty on my Gionee M5 Lite mobile.

                              Please help me to get it repaired and it should work properly.

                                  No manager...no bajaj finance exicutive...just like kids handling your store at udaipur...i went at 5.00pm to purchase a cooler faced a lot of problems and finaly purchase it at 9.15pm...i am a regular customer...but this time i felt insult in purchasing a product with such an esteemed organisation...kindly take proper action to maintain your and cutomers prestige.

                                    I purchased Bajaj TC2008 water cooler. At the time of purchase, due to moll noisy environment we are unable to realizes this cooler is creating huge air sound, however at home we realize it. Before purchase product I read Reliance D policy i . e "If you are not satisfied any of the product, we will be happy to accept them for return..." Now they are saying it is not possible to return.
                                    I want another water cooler which is less noisy compare to Bajaj TC 2008. My wife is pregnant hence I purchased it urgently. Could you please help me into it. I strongly believed whatever services reliance providing to the customers.

                                      Hi

                                      I had bought a new HP Laptop from reliance digital store in Kolkata Mani square Mall . They gave me a damaged piece but now they are not replacing it or giving my money back. Please help me to get my money back. Earlier it was told that they will resolve it within 2 hours but then they said it has hardware issue so HP service people will come and resolve it . This is taking lot of time and I am not getting my money back.

                                        I have purchased Sumsang's Air-Conditioner " Item Name- Sammsung AR18MV3HEWK on 26/03/2017 17:03 at Reliance Digital Magneto Mall, Labhandi, GE Road, Raipur.
                                        They promised me as there present day scheme to deliver and install the AC next day i.e 27/03/2017.
                                        But they only delivered the AC @ 19:00 hours on 27/03/2017.
                                        They plead to install the AC on First Half of 28/03/2017, I agreed because of there request.
                                        But there technician arrived at 16 hours on 28/03/2017, they started the installation.
                                        After an hour or so after damaging my property by drilling two walls of my house, there technician says we are repacking the unit and it will be replaced, they packed it and dumped it at my drawing hall and left . When I asked take it when u want to replace it, they says delivery and taking back the unit is not our work, tomorrow someone will come to take it.
                                        Now, when I went to purchase AC I wanted to buy Either Hitachi Or LG product, they told me LG product is out of stock it will be delivered by end of this month say 29th or 30th of March, so they convinced me rather forced me buy Summsang product, because it wanted the AC next to be installed I asked OK to there offer.
                                        But after 2 days of delay and after loss of my property damage, what I got is nothing but mental harassment and property damage. Now either they deliver and the AC of LG or Hitachi in the same price of what I purchased ... Or they pay me compensation of mental harassment from which I went Last three days n until when GOD only knows.
