The mobile phone sl. No.- [protected], make - sony gsm h/s - e2363- m4, aqua-black, date of purporchase - 09.11.2015 was submitted to reliance resq, rrl svc mansarovar garden, d-3 block no. Sc-ii, mansarovar garden, new delhi, new delhi-110015 on date - 23.04.2017.

Till date my mobile phone could not be received after rectification, on enquiry also no convincing reply also was received from the shop manager.

It is requested to take necessary action to get my mobile phone back to me after reply. Why i am being harassed?

      My name is anoop r nair. I called to the reliance customer service number[protected] and an agent named "preetam" attended the call at 4.23 am ist on 5/28/2017. I called from my number which is ([protected]) to check as my net connection was running very slow on my data card number ([protected]).

      He didn't even troubleshoot my problem for checking even basic troubleshooting steps, which every agent comes with in handy. Instead, he started to register a complaint, which i appreciated, and instead of assisting me in registering the complaint he said he needed the registered email id also for the complaint. It's a complaint and your employees should work efficiently on the product complaints. I said i don't remember the email id, however, i can give you all the details apart from that and he didn't even assisted me and instead was saying thank you, "we cannot assist you further".

      Is this the way a agent works in reliance communications. If he had registered even my complaint, i would have appreciated it. He didn't even look for alternatives, he just wanted to cut the call as soon as possible. He could have because there are always an alternative for such things and i have got tremendous support from other connections in the past. I have been a customer for the past several years. An agent should always take that into consideration.

      So, if my complaint is not taken into account, and it's not attended, i will be disconnecting my connection after this month pack ends. And when i said this to him he said its your wish. Cool. That polite he was. I have seen many agents not like him.

        I booked and paid for one 2 ton Samsung inverter A/C (AR24MV3BHEWK) at Reliance Digital Jorhat Assam on 23/05/17, which was supposed to be delivered to me latest by 27/05/17, but on querying today they asked for another week to deliver the item. Such irresponsible behavior on the part of such a reputed brand as yours is quite disappointing. The staff are giving varied versions for the delay and are not giving any satisfactory reply. I want refund of my money or compensation for the delay. Please look into the matter and warn such staff to deter from misguiding the customers.

          I have purchased samsung inverter ac in chrompet chennai. They told 2years free service during purchase (Date of purchase: may 2016). But still now i didn't received not even single service. Same i have committed to supporting team and show room manager directly. Showroom head directly given instructions to team to service immediately. But i didn't get any service as of now. Rreally very worst service and supporting team in chrompet chennai. Please take immediate action on this.

            I have purchased an ac (1.5 ton) from reliance digital, diamond plaza mall, kolkata, in april 2017, from 15/03/2017 i am facing problem in the ac, ut is not cooling at all, i complained several times, the technician visited, one says senior technician will com & fix it, senior comes & takes the ac to service centre, after 15 days they come & re install the same, but problem remains the same, after a regular complain, again a technician visited on 17/05/2017 & taken the outer unit to service centre, after 4 days they came back & tried to fix it on 22/05/2017 & also changed the entire pipe line, problem remains the same, again, they again taken the the entire inner & outer unit to service centre, till then i am only hearing the thing that we are working on it will fix it tomorrow, its 26/05/2017 still no solution received, the actual thing is that the air conditioner sold by them is a faulty one & is of no use once the warranty goes out the customer is the looser.

              I have purchased panasonic window ac on 23 may 2017 and they delieverd at my home on 25 may 2017. Upto this date no one is coming for ac installation, as they told us they installed that on next day of delievery. I try to contact them on there mobile no but they never pick our call too. This will create a grt problem for us so i would like to req u to take some action reagrding this. Thanks for your kind support.

                No one responsible in the store. From last thursday we are harassed by your digital staff. We purchased a 1.5 ton whirlpool inverter ac which was billed on friday of billed no r#109. On 19th may 2017, still my instillation not done. They promised me to do the installation on sunday. But on monday they delivered the product after my personal contact with the store manager puja but she is very harsh on his behavior and told me as per policy in 48 hour it will be installed. May be from 19th may to 24 may it has not been 48 hour as per their knowledge. Even she shouted at me that installation is not her responsibility. Do what ever you can do. This is the skill of your employee that's too the store in charge. They even don't have a complain register with them. They even said once the bill generated you can do nothing but just to wait. We will install when ever our installation boy is free. If this is your after sale service quality than i am very sorry to say i am really regretting my decision to purchase from your store.

                  Hi,

                  I have purchased reconnect led tv from reliance digital, pune on 11/10/2016. After six months approx. There were dust patches in panel, so i called reliance customer care ([protected]).

                  1). After two days service person visited and rectified the problem. For filing complaint he removed led back panel and while removing he broke retaining bracket (Photo 1) and he said "feviquick hai na." the service person is not properly trained.in the meantime he was publishing extra warranty at cost.

                  2) few days after he called me and said new panel has came. Two people came on was the same earlier guy and the area manager. They replaced panel. After switching on the tv there was white semicircular shade backlight on left bottom corner and there was physical bulge on bezel, i said them and they agreed and told me that after few minutes it will go. Along with that there were black vertical fade bands over whole led (Photo 2). That day i saw half a movie thats it.

                  3) on ipl final day i put on my tv and what?? (Photo 3) the new panel was damaged... Black wide band and big patch, i called next day and filed complaint. Today on 24th may 2017 same guy came and saw, clicked some pictures and sent to the higher authorities. And in small voice said i will call you in 30 minutes its a physical damage issue and usually not claimed under warranty. But he said he will confirm and then call me.

                  The damage was propagated from that semicircular white shade, i think its either manufacturing defect or improper screw fitted on backside of panel which did this.

                  I am a middle class guy just started doing job in pune. I am having very bad experience with reliance customer service.

                      The total cost of micro max led 49 inch including rs.8, 686.00 2 yrs warranty, i paid rs.45, 676.00, dated 22.07.2015 (Not even 2 years i used this tv)
                      Now they were telling that they will refund only rs. 18, 000/- tw's my warranty.

                      What is your calculation? As a middle person common man tv cost which i purchased to my family is much
                      To me.

                      You made totally in justice. Is i purchased seconds tv?

                      I have used my jiofi3 device for two months and it was very nice...
                      but it started from this month, it is behaving slow and very slow speed for internet without reaching the limit(1GB).
                      i can't even use a 50mb...it's only giving me 1 - 18kbps...

                          We have purchased Bosch Washing Machine model No : WAK20065IN on 20th May 2017 but till now its not installed.

                          Its delivered very fast on Sunday then one technician called me and ask me for stand Rs 1300 and cover Rs 500 then i said we no need it.so that he is not come for installation.

                          Again I got a call on Monday by another technician he asked the same stand Rs 1500 and cover Rs 500. I said please bring but price should be Rs 1300 what they said in yesterday.he is not come to installation.

                          I am simply asking one question this technicians are whether your employees or commission brokers for stand or cover?

                          Really we are very disappointed with this response.

                          Washing machine panel has an issue, reliance engineer visited and charged Rs350/- when asked for bill he said we will receive when the part will come. Now he is not answering my calls n neither I am aware when will the new panel will arrive. This is highly disappointing service and I am being forced to say it's literally looting the customer.

                              I Bought a Samsung Washing Machine from Reliance Digital at Brook Fields, Coimbatore on EXchange Offer on 05May17, as last piece available. Paid Rs15372 for product in full by card & invoice collected, but within 02 hrs was told on phone that last piece not available & asked to take some other model. After reasoning with dealer and on 12May17 I had to go buy a costlier W-machine, again a last piece but @ Rs19000 & paid the difference & also took an additional 03 yr warranty, but till date (22/05/17) not received extended warranty, in-spite of reminders. Product was finally delivered on 17/05/17.
                              After repeated reminders, W-machine was installed on 21/05, but outlet hose was missing. As per Exchange Offer, Reliance authorised agent was to take the old fully automatic Haier W-machine. Again after repeated reminders their agent came offered Rs 500 for old piece which was fully serviceable & working till today. He called it scrap. The it is not an exchange offer at all. So Reliance exchange offer is a fraud & their sales & delivery is abysmally poor. It was torture to have a bought this from RD at Brook Fields due to frequent calls and poor response and the whole process took 17 days and the old W-Machine is still lying with me. The salesman Rahul & Manager Adbul Razaak are responsible for poor marketing of your products.

                                Horrible service: for 10 days no one has come to repair kent water purifier.

                                I have taken additional warranty for Kent purifier from Reliance digital and now it needs a filter change but no matter how many times I call - no one from Reliance bothers to look into matter.

                                Its been 10 days, almost 8-10 calls, 4 mails.

                                Every time I get reply saying 'Will send someone by 7PM' or 'This has been escalted on high priority'

                                It is just a water purifier filter change which will take...

                                Dear sir,

                                I purchased hitachi inverter on 19th may and as per request installation was committed on 21st may by reliance digital sales team.
                                Technician mr. Sadik attended installation call in the morning at 9:15 am. Installation was started as suggested by technician only. He started drilling and found rcc structure and stopped activity after informing to his senior mr. Altaf. I request him to complete the installation and i was ready to pay the charges applicable for rcc drill. Technician have lake of tools and not ready to complete installation. I contacted mr. Amit gajjar and requested to help to complete installation. Mr. Amit gajjar responded that first complete the site at your end and then i will complete installation today. The matter was discussed at around 11:00 am.
                                Rcc drilling was complete at my end at around 13:00 and i informed mr. Amit gajjar to send technician for completion of task. He didn't pick up the phone.

                                I visited reliance digital at panchvati at around 14:00 and met there mr. Parag purohit, he attended me very warmly and cooperatively. He also tried to complete installation by today only. He talked with mr. Amit gajjar, mr. Tejas and one of his senior most but no one was ready to commit for completion of installation by today evening.

                                Now i was really scared by the rescue team response. I want to know that site ready whose responsibility? Customer is aware about site ready? Any way i managed and now site is ready, now team is not ready for installation. I tried to complete the task from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, almost 7 hours but result is still not get.

                                From this totally unprofessional approach of rescue team i cancelled my two years rescue contract and same is proceed by mr. Parag.

                                I request to your intervention in this issue and complete installation by today evening only. Also i request to take some concrete action against rescue team members involved in this issue.

                                Even after above communication through mail to concern persons, installation was not attended on sunday (21st may).

                                Installation is not only issue in this matter. The way of behavior of rescue team was totally unprofessional.

                                Rcc drilling on site is not customer responsibility at all in any case and also installation was not attended after completion of drilling.

                                Why installation was not attended even after site was ready at 1:00 pm on sunday?

                                  This is to bring to your notice that I have logged this complain one month ago regarding the Samsung Refrigerator bought from Reliance Digital Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad which was having refrigeration issue. I have also taken ResQ Plan from Reliance Digital and as per requirement i contacted Reliance digital and logged a complaint.

                                  At the first instance your Reliance team has closed the ticket without resolving the issue which should not happen in any circumstances as it is unethical and illegal. I again logged the complain regarding the same issue i.e the refrigerator is not cooling, this time the same engineer came from Reliance digital and checked the fridge saying that the FAN motor has problem so it needs to be changed .For this another engineer comes after taking nine long days to change the FAN.It was again an unsuccessful attempt because the FAN he brought was smaller in size compared to the one which was considered as defective in the fridge. Then after checking it again the engineer comes with another story i.e the PCB is defective and FAN is good in condition. Now according to him the PCB has to be changed he again went back without resolving the issue and it took him another two days to come and change it. The same engineer comes with a PCB and fits the new PCB and now says that again FAN also needs to be changed because it is not working. Again without resolving the issue he goes back and comes another day with FAN and checks the fridge which was still not working.Now this time he has raised a new issue that the fridge is NON- REPAIRABLE.

                                  I also want to bring to your notice that :

                                  1. Reliance says that they are 100% partner of Samsung but he sends an Engineer who is on payroll and showed no liability to contact Samsung support and all engineer who came to verify were not good in their skill as they had no clue of the issue after taking many attempts in assessment.
                                  2. I as a customer having faith in brand of Reliance as well Samsung is feeling cheated at the end and i still have no clue what is going to done to resolve this issue.
                                  3. I took all stress and initiative to call and set reminder to resolve the issue which i expected from the other side i.e Reliance digital. For this i have skipped my office hours to help you positively and at the end got no result.
                                  4. In the hot summer i am taking all pain to manage without fridge and handling all costs on my own to maintain my standard of living.I have also got a standby fridge i.e only two days ago which in not in working condition and shows how much you carelessly handle your esteemed customer who have purchased a fridge from your store.
                                  5. The negligent behavior of all your staff while handling this issue and non co-operation is highly unacceptable.
                                  6.After spending all approx one month and high payment for ResQ plan i am helpless, a customer who bought a fridge from a branded store(Reliance Digital) and a company/brand (Samsung) which manufactures so called esteemed product and claims of prompt services.

                                    We bought an LG Air conditioner from Reliance Digital Gachibowli branch with a commitment of Installation by Reliance Digital within 2 days.

                                    Initially they came and informed we have not brought wires. We will come on next day ASAP.

                                    The day never came and it's 15 days we are waiting for technician. We raised complaint in customer care with no 20605958 but still no response. Called multiple times to Reliance Digital.They are just making us fool saying it will come at this time and sorry. It's ridiculous. Only concerned about selling products with false promise and no responsiveness.
