I had purchased samsung LED Smart TV from your Bokaro Steel City Stall on January end..after that nobody came from reliance digital nor samsung to install tv nor free tutorial...today one of your caller from bokaro steel city office named Rahul no:[protected] had called for any problem in my tv...I had told you about the installation and tutorial problem ...but he given me a number for complient. I said is one month I had installed...

2 days before, I was purchased lg Mwo convection Mc2884smb from reliance digital store at db city mall. But they do not
Send any executive for installation of it, i am continuingly follow the associate but they are not send any of the executive for installation of microwave. I called them so they switched off their phone, , this type of irresponsible behaviour is really unaccptable, so kindly look forward on it....

Rude behaviour of Store Manager
The store manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I want to understand that if you are working for retail are you allowed to behave such in front of your clients.

I have purchased the product probuds ear phones on 12/02/2017 and found it is not according to standards. I went to store 3 times to return it back and Every time the person named Md. Irfan who Takes care of CRM or Risk department is not available at the store. He will be outside store premises and never come to store.
