I have brought new LG air conditioner on 23/04/2017 and i was assured that the installation will be done the very next day. It took a week and no one is responding regarding when the installation will be completed. By i got the massage in mobile stating Installation is completed and still some of spare parts like copper wire are yet to be delivered to me. this is very frustrating and i really need to rethink if i need to purchase any product in future from reliance digital.

    This is to bring to your notice that i bought a panasonic washing machine from relience digital gurgaon ambience mall store last month and while installation engineer put the crack on side body of that machine due to wrong handling and since than my complaint is launched with relience digital for the replacement of machine but from last one month no one bothered to look into it and provide me a replacement, All i am doing just raising one after another complaint and taking follow ups with relience in context of replacement.

    So can anyone please help me here let me know when i will have the replacement of my machine as from relience no one is bothered to look into this and provide a replacement is this the kind of service provided to customers by relience where customer is continually chasing them since first day and no one is bother to look into it and provide a replacement.

      I bought reliance reconnect 42'" smart tv on nov 2014. After that i feel bad about me, how am choosing worlds worst product. Its is really pain to invested 70k for worst ever product like this, come to issue, with in 3 years i serviced 4 times in tv remote. No improvements their side. Very low quality material used for remote.
      Mid of 2016 tv screen was problem so i raised the complaint. The great high talented service man came my home after 1 week and he don't know how to lift tv and broke the tv screen. After 3 weeks they changed the existing tv screen.
      Now again april5, 2017 remote is not working. I directly went and informed the
      Service people they agree to replace the remote, but still my problem not resolved.

      What i want to do now???

        I have registered a complaint on April 1st 2017 for service of our Hitachi window AC and split AC. It took them more than 20 days to get my AC services. I have purchased ResQ plan for both the AC's . Window AC makes lot of noises and couldn't be used. Despite off many calls given to them even today my AC is not fixed this has become such a harassment. All the guys who sits at service center as In charge doesn't even pick calls they will give the numbers to call but will never pick calls they will promise to call to but they will never revert back. My family is suffering from the heat we have to sleep in drawing room in Sofa's as window AC is used in bedroom and is not been fixed yet despite of many calls and emails. One of the pathetic services i have seen so far in many years. No Resolution yet

          Hi I hv purchased reconnect 1.5 Ton ac on 19th April 2017 and installed by 20th April
          But d same day onwards its electricity consumption is very high it is taking around 4-5 units per hour I complained on toll free no two days back but technicians not yet came.
          Dear related employees plz look in to d Matter as soon as and resolve it ither change it and give me another brand I can't pay for such amount it is around Rs.160-180 per nyt consumption past I hv used another brand it was usually 7-8 units per nyt.

            I have initially visited Reliance Digital showroom, Velachery on 19.04.17 for purchase of LENOVO IP510. The sales executive Mr. Aravind Kumar tried to convince me for purchase of LENOVO IP 500 but I was clear in buying IP 510. Later, He quoted the price of IP 510 at Rs.61000/- but when I enquired about the price of product in different showrooms they finalized the price at Rs.49000/-. When the same has been discussed with your sales executive, he informed that he will consult with his higher officials and confirm the price. Finally, the concerned executive after discussion accepted to sell the desired product for Rs.49000/-. He also added that he will be in leave on 20.04.17 and this matter will be taken care of another executive. On the next day around 9.00 pm, me and my brother went to your showroom for purchase of the product. As the showroom was about to close, they were in hurry to sell the product. I was in the billing section and product was explained to my brother who doesn’t know about the model which I opted for. ie. IP 510. At last they sold me LENOVO IP 500 for Rs.49000/- (Rs.12978/- as down payment and remaining yet to be paid by finance from M/s Capital First) which I realized after reaching home.

            I have taken up this issue with Branch Manager on 21.04.17 and he informed that it will be discussed with concerned sale executive after his arrival to the showroom. I didn’t get any response on the day so I again went on 22.04.17 . The sale manager Mr.Saravana Kumar has accepted their negligence in selling different product and has promised to solve the matter on 24.04.17 after discussion with higher official. Again I went on 24.04.17 (Monday) and came to know that Mr Saravana Kumar is in leave and this issue is being handled by Mr.Rasooldeen N.M Department Manager. When I approached him, he informed me that the laptop purchased will be inspected by our technical team and if found to be in order, refund process will be started. Believing the same, I handed over the product to him and asked for proper acknowledgment. But they have refused to provide me proper acknowledgement as such I took my product back. Finally the Branch Manager has also shown his averse in doing the same.

            I was completely annoyed with the customer service provided by your team and lost the confidence with your brand. They literally deceived me and also spoiled my time a lot.

            So, I request you to take up this issue with your team and make arrangement for refund of money as I didn’t wish to purchase any product from your store hereafter

            After several follow up, mechanic came and told washng machine drum need to replace and come back with estimate by evening, it's been week I am continuously calling for estimation and he never responded positively. Please look the matter seriously and fix my reconnect washing machine.

              Dear reliance digital maine 1 hafte pehle daikin 1.5 ton split air conditioner purchase kiya tha.ac delivery hone ke 2 din baad installation engineers aaye. Maha bakwas engineers. Pehle to aadhi adhori knowledge. Usko jitna pucho utna bolte hai. Roof pr ac ki ek unit lagti hai usko stand pr rakha jaata hai. Bhai sahab ne kuch nhi btaya or na reliance store walo ne. Simple bricks pr rakh kr chale gye. Fir 2 hour ke installation ke baad jb ac chalu kiya to pta chala stabilizer khrab hai. Uske baad store me call kiya to bolte hai 2 din baad aayega stabilizer. Aaj 3 din ho gye ab tk nhi aaya. Or kabhi bolte hai jb store se bheja tha to thik tha... Wah bc chutiya samjha hai kya. Payment pehle krva lete hai baad mein koi responsibility nhi leta. City me sabhi shops ko chod kar reliance ko choose kiya. Socha acchi service milegi.. But now i don't think so...

                Hi,

                I am Ravi Bondada purchased Reconnect Air Cooler on 23-May-2105. Around 10 days back it got stopped working due to Motor issue. I visited Reliance Digital show room on 17-Apr-2017 which is located at Kothapeta, Hyderabad, Telangana. They provided me the toll free number [protected] to registered my complaint. On 18th April 2017 I called on the toll free number [protected] then I got response saying that server is not working due to that executive is unable to registered my complaint and the executive confirmed me that I will be receiving a call in next three hours. But I had not received any call till now. On 19th Apr 2017 I again called on the toll free number [protected] then I came to know that complaint already registered on 18th Apr 2017 without my knowledge and the complaint number is [protected]. Call center executive provided one local (Hyderabad) contact number[protected] to get faster solution. I spoke to Mr. Ananth on the provided local landline number and he gave me the Manager (Syed Mohisin) Number [protected] for Hyderabad location. I called Mr. Mohisin for almost 10 times. He send on engineer (Mohd Kareem, Mob No: [protected]) to my residence and he confirmed that motor problem and the stock is not available. I requested the manager to place an order for motor to rectify my complaint. Post that i am calling these two persons every day and I am not getting proper response.

                Today also I tried to reach Manager but as usual busy. I spoke to Call Center Executive Ms. Abhilasha and the same old answer server is not working due to that we are unable to take complaints or update on the complaints.

                I just want to know whether repair and service team is available at Hyderabad location or simply selling your Reliance products and you people are least bothered about the customers complaints. Sorry to say this but the service is pathetic and no one is bothered about customer.

                I request if any body is there to help me in this regard...Looking for a positive response at least now.

                  Hey, just purchased a Daikin Ac from Reliance Digital, mumbai but seems that indoor unit is making noise. I agree to the fact that split ac outdoor unit makes noise, indoor unit fan speed makes noise, but I don't agree that there's a gas passing sound in the indoor unit whenever the compressor starts. Called the technician but he says that the hole made in the wall is not closed after installation so it needs to be filled to dampen sound and the sound coming is natural. I'm willing to challenge reliance digital that the gas passing sound in indoor unit is not natural and I'm willing to take back my complain if they show me that gas passing is natural and can be found in any other ac's. Not recommended from buying at reliance digital.

                    Worst product and bad services!

                    This is my second complaint in just 2 months. My reconnect 1.5 ton split ac got defective again in just a few days. Its not cooling. Its working just like a table fan. I have again raised a complaint on 18th to fix the issue but there is no engineer visit till date (24 april).

                    I am calling them daily 5-6 time per day and each time customer services team told that my ticket has been assigned to an engineer and he will visit today. But there is no call or engineer visit till now.

                    I have escalated this to cs head on 23 april, hoping they will help.

                      I had purchased voltas 1.5 ton 3 start ac from reliance digital crown interiorz mall faridabad in may 2016.

                      Along with ac i also purchanced resq maintaince plan.

                      Generally with new ac itself we get 3 free service and the company provides the service even without we registering a service.in my case, no one contacted me. Now when i registered a service call on 19'th april 2017, i was told that the service would be done with 48 hours.

                      Till now no technician has visited me for ac service, neither have i gota call from reliance.in fact i have given multiple call to it's customer care, and i just get told that the service would get on that day itself.

                      It is a very pathetic service which reliance digital is providing and i would not recommend reliance digital for buying any electronic item, because their after sales service is very poor.

                        I have registered for AC servicing on 20 April 2017(ph.no.[protected] ).but so far there is no response. And today i have tried to contact the Representatives but they were busy even after waiting in line for 6 minutes.This is very bad on your service part.Pls rectify this issue.My resQ Sr.no.429010.No response from Reliance since 5 days of my complaint. Very irresponsible and careless Service. I will restrainted to go for Legal Aid if no further aid is received.

                          We bought a Reconnect subject AC form reliance. It is more than 10-15 days i have continuously communicate with reliance digital customer care regarding compliant of our above mentioned subject ac and finally we got the compliant number on - 19/04/2017 (compliant No. is[protected] and a new compliant no.[protected] on dt.22/04/2017 with Mr. Rajesh. We had continuously called for ac compliant all the time reliance digital
                          customer care executive tell us our engineers will visit by today evening or by tomorrow morning and he will call you back soon but for the last 10-15 days neither no call given is back nor no one come to check our AC.

                          WHY IS THERE NO ACTION BEING TAKEN??? WHY ARE THE ENGINEERS NOT WORKING ON OUR COMPLAINT???
                          WHY ARE THE SUPERVISORS HARASSING US BY SIMPLY IGNORING OUR REPEATED CALLS..

                          Request you to please send your engineer to check our compliant on URGENT BASIS.

                            We bought a hitachi ac form relaince. This summer we have called for ac service but everytime a person comes he gives a refrence of some other person...

                            The customer service people have kept us on hold for 25 mins and then they tell us we will revert to you. And no call is given back.

                            At the peak of summer season my parnets whho are 72 yr old and 67 yr old are not able to use the ac!! Why is there no action being taken??? Why are the engineers not working on our complaint???
                            Why are the supervisors harassing us by simply ignoring our repated calls..

                            There has to be some accountability. Please look into our problem.

                              I have purchased 2 ac (Whirlpool 3d cool 5s and voltas window ac 5s) from reliance digital store on 09/04/2017 i have given cheque amount rs near about 20000/- from some reason i have changed my voltas ac and purchased same whirlpool ac 3d cool 5s i have given 1500/- rs extra for the product billing because i have financed from bajaj. There is very serious communication gap between ur employees. As on 22/04/2017 my ac was not delivered. Please take serious action because ur employees was not given any answer of my billing and there is no person to taking responsibility. I am visited ur reliance store from 09/04/2017 to 22/04/2017 he always saying. I am doing sir but i sit at there there days from 5pm to 9:30pm daily but no response will be given to me. Please appoint one responsible person for taking grievance. If these type of issue created from your side one day ur store was closed because of your employees behavior kindly change the staff of panipat for better service.

                                Repair ke liye diya gaya he dt 28/03/2007 ko model no. 2105 serial no. [protected] he jo ki bana kar nahi diya ja raha he. Given at the relaince service centre. They are not responding as well. Saying kal hoga parso hoga who gave you my number. This is disgusting for such a brand.. Contact person is santosh. Please make it as soon as possible we are very frustatted with these replies from relaince digital.

                                  As per the complain that I had already registered, I am sending some videos which I took when the engineer from Whirlpool came at my place. There is still no solution to my problem, and I assume that this mail will bring some sort of hope to me and you guys will now take an action.

                                    This mail is regarding that i gave the complaint last week for my Samsung refrigerator for customer care as well as i visited to Relince digital store kukatpally after that i got a call from Benarji Reliance Services centre from Attapur and he told me he will come in the evening but till now he didn't visit my home and I got msg that my complaint has been completed.

                                    I'm not understand how its possible to get the msg work is completed when nobody visit last since one week.

                                    Really i have to appreciate you people.

                                    How you are mainting customer relationships i can understand & how pathetic services you are providing to customers.

                                    I'm definitely recommend to people not buy anything from Reliance Digital Store because product is good but service is pathetic - worst.

                                      I bought display unit of carrier dc inverter ac 1.5 ton (Superia +). The ac was bought on dec 16, the same was delivered and installed on 13th of jan17. Since the day one the installation of ac was not carried out correctly and i was facing issue with ac (F3 error & ac not chilling).

                                      From january 17 they has visited 6 times along with couple of visit from carrier engineer but they could not fix the issue. This is going on since jan17 and on 17th april 2017 they took my ac for testing in there lab. On 20th april 2017 they reported that pcb and sensors from outdoor unit has gone faulty and it will take approximately 7 days to get the same replaced.

                                      I am asking reliance to refurbish 4months of warranty and service period which has gone wasted due to there incompetence to fix the issue. Also my request of replacing the wrong remote for the supplied ac has been rejected.

                                      Please let me know how can i act against reliance lawfully and get the justice. This is loot and unethical behavior of reliance digital. There policy is and will be to just suck customer money and provide no service.

                                        I purchased Voltas Split AC on Monday[protected] from the reliance digital outlet in Semmencherry Chennai (Ground Floor, Tech Pumps Tower, No. 3 /62 Rajiv Gandhi Salai, MR Road, Navallur, Semmanchery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600119.)

                                        The sales girl who attended me was Ms. Anitha. I was looking for Voltas 5 star AC. When asked she told they don't have a display piece of the AC and when i asked for any brochure, they dint have it as well.I however finalized to buy the Voltas 125MY model after checking the model details online.

                                        I specifically asked Anitha about delivery & installation, she promised me that the AC will be delivered on Tuesday and also gave 90% guarantee to have the AC installed on Tuesday and if not 100% on Wednesday i.e[protected]. She gave me her personal mobile number and asked me to inform her as soon as the product was delivered so that she will arrange for the installation. She told she will definitely pick my call and co-ordinate everything. The promises that she made were overwhelming. Any person will fall for the kind of promises that she made.

                                        On Tuesday, The product was delivered around 1 PM( the delivery guy took 100 Rupees by being emotional). I tried calling Anitha on her mobile- no response.. where did the promise go??? I then called the store and spoke to Anitha who in turn promised to get back to me with the installation details. Waited for 1 hour, no response what so ever from her. I had to follow up. Called the store again, at that point one sales person by name Anand picked and told that the installation guys will definitely come by eod. No one turned up. Another promise never met!

                                        I was expecting some kind of information from the store today morning. No one called me until 11.30 AM. I again had to followup. I called Anitha again, who told that she was talking to the technician and promised to get back to me shortly. Waited for and hour and i had to followup as there was no update from her. Another promise not met!.

                                        When i later called her around 1 she promised me 100% that the installation technician will definitely come today and she didn't know the exact timing. I was relieved that at least the technician would be coming today. No technician has turned up so far. I again called Anitha on her mobile twice and also dropped a message. No response at all. Called the store and to my surprise there was no response from the store as well. Wow what a fabulous customer service.

                                        I have called[protected] and raised a complaint, but I am sure that fell on deaf ears.

                                        While i purchased the AC i also purchased the Resq care plan worth 3000 rupees, which gives me additional 2 years of warranty. I bought this only because it was reliance. Now with the kind of experience i have gone through, I have no faith that the the Resq care plan would work any good. I think the 3000 rupees that i paid is gone down the drain.

                                        Its 40+ degrees and very hot here and i have an AC at home which is not installed yet. What should i do now?? I was on leave for last couple of days thinking that the installation technician would be visiting me. Just that I lost my leave and nothing happened with the installation

                                        What is concerning me is that Reliance is a global brand and how can unethical sales practices still be followed. Isn't Reliance worried about customer satisfaction?? for the sake of selling a product you give false promises??? As a customer you let me know what would have been your reaction for these.

                                        I hope this mail doesn't fall into deaf ears as it happened for couple of days now.. I am looking forward for some actions and firstly would be be get rid o[censored]nethical sales practices and being transparent in all communication with the customers.
