I bought display unit of carrier dc inverter ac 1.5 ton (Superia +). The ac was bought on dec 16, the same was delivered and installed on 13th of jan17. Since the day one the installation of ac was not carried out correctly and i was facing issue with ac (F3 error & ac not chilling).

From january 17 they has visited 6 times along with couple of visit from carrier engineer but they could not fix the issue. This is going on since jan17 and on 17th april 2017 they took my ac for testing in there lab. On 20th april 2017 they reported that pcb and sensors from outdoor unit has gone faulty and it will take approximately 7 days to get the same replaced.

I am asking reliance to refurbish 4months of warranty and service period which has gone wasted due to there incompetence to fix the issue. Also my request of replacing the wrong remote for the supplied ac has been rejected.

Please let me know how can i act against reliance lawfully and get the justice. This is loot and unethical behavior of reliance digital. There policy is and will be to just suck customer money and provide no service.

Please suggest.

    I purchased Voltas Split AC on Monday[protected] from the reliance digital outlet in Semmencherry Chennai (Ground Floor, Tech Pumps Tower, No. 3 /62 Rajiv Gandhi Salai, MR Road, Navallur, Semmanchery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600119.)

    The sales girl who attended me was Ms. Anitha. I was looking for Voltas 5 star AC. When asked she told they don't have a display piece of the AC and when i asked for any brochure, they dint have it as well.I however finalized to buy the Voltas 125MY model after checking the model details online.

    I specifically asked Anitha about delivery & installation, she promised me that the AC will be delivered on Tuesday and also gave 90% guarantee to have the AC installed on Tuesday and if not 100% on Wednesday i.e[protected]. She gave me her personal mobile number and asked me to inform her as soon as the product was delivered so that she will arrange for the installation. She told she will definitely pick my call and co-ordinate everything. The promises that she made were overwhelming. Any person will fall for the kind of promises that she made.

    On Tuesday, The product was delivered around 1 PM( the delivery guy took 100 Rupees by being emotional). I tried calling Anitha on her mobile- no response.. where did the promise go??? I then called the store and spoke to Anitha who in turn promised to get back to me with the installation details. Waited for 1 hour, no response what so ever from her. I had to follow up. Called the store again, at that point one sales person by name Anand picked and told that the installation guys will definitely come by eod. No one turned up. Another promise never met!

    I was expecting some kind of information from the store today morning. No one called me until 11.30 AM. I again had to followup. I called Anitha again, who told that she was talking to the technician and promised to get back to me shortly. Waited for and hour and i had to followup as there was no update from her. Another promise not met!.

    When i later called her around 1 she promised me 100% that the installation technician will definitely come today and she didn't know the exact timing. I was relieved that at least the technician would be coming today. No technician has turned up so far. I again called Anitha on her mobile twice and also dropped a message. No response at all. Called the store and to my surprise there was no response from the store as well. Wow what a fabulous customer service.

    I have called[protected] and raised a complaint, but I am sure that fell on deaf ears.

    While i purchased the AC i also purchased the Resq care plan worth 3000 rupees, which gives me additional 2 years of warranty. I bought this only because it was reliance. Now with the kind of experience i have gone through, I have no faith that the the Resq care plan would work any good. I think the 3000 rupees that i paid is gone down the drain.

    Its 40+ degrees and very hot here and i have an AC at home which is not installed yet. What should i do now?? I was on leave for last couple of days thinking that the installation technician would be visiting me. Just that I lost my leave and nothing happened with the installation

    What is concerning me is that Reliance is a global brand and how can unethical sales practices still be followed. Isn't Reliance worried about customer satisfaction?? for the sake of selling a product you give false promises??? As a customer you let me know what would have been your reaction for these.

    I hope this mail doesn't fall into deaf ears as it happened for couple of days now.. I am looking forward for some actions and firstly would be be get rid o[censored]nethical sales practices and being transparent in all communication with the customers.

      Have bought an AC of VOLTAS 1.5ton from reliance digital Bhiwadi which was delivered on 17th APR-17 in the evening.
      Till today after 4 days from the delivery also the AC was not installed.
      I have contacted the reliance store several times.
      I am facing inconvenience due to this non responsive behaviour of these reliance store people.
      I request you to look into this matter.

        I had purchased the samsung 43inch led tv model ua43k5570aumxl (S/n:0a573zeha008860x) in reliance shop
        With bajaj finance at velachery, chennai-42. On 26.01.2017 which was fixed reliance team to me on 5.02.2017
        After i just a month of its usage vertical lines started appearing in the screen covering half of the view
        I registered compliant two times there are no response

        Please replace the tv because this problem came to within 45 days in feature with in warranty period how to spend more then rs.15000/- to 20000/- the valuation of led smart tv rs.55359/-

          They have been sand two time defective product !!!
          It means you are selling all defective product...!!!

          I have purchased Samsung AC. But now reliance digital's engineer were not coming for installation. I am complaining daily at their office but no help was provided by them

            I have bought Whirlpool purifier for 19399 RS including reliance 2 years warranty from Reliance digital 1st block HRBR Layout, Kalyan agar, Bangalore560043. Store contact number[protected] on 05/April/2017. I received defective product from DC office bangalore. The product was identified by technician. He told me clearly that the product is defective. He took compliant and left from home on 6th April 2017. I waited for 10 days to replace or take it back. Till today I haven't receive any response from reliance digital store. Right now im at reliance store, they are not ready to take it back. Still they are asking time to resolve it. I am escalating this, really such a worst service from reliance digital kammanahalli branch bangalore.

              We have complained about the breakdown of AC on 13th in their help line number [protected].
              It is under warranty till September 2017. We called up Reliance Digital and lodged complaint for the same. They confirmed the trouble ticket number as [protected] and supposed to get back to us within 48hrs including repairing the AC.
              But now its over 48hrs and no representative called us. Also their Customer Care executives failed to give any commitment as they are sitting in Mumbai and service centre person needs to come from Hyderabad. Is this the quality of Reliance Industries support?
              Please contact us immediately and solve the problem else we may drag this to consumer forum.

                On 14th of January Rs 30000/- was deducted from my account at Reliance Digital but no transaction slip was generated from the EDC machine and it prompted as transaction fail. I was assured by the retailer that the amount wiill be credited within one week . After a week when the amount was not credited to my account I had to call Reliance Digital store where the transaction took place and they sent me a screen shot on mail about the transaction not being credited to their account. i complained my home branch they given a statement transaction successful,
                since 3 months there is no resolving my case.

                    We have purchased whirpool 290 litre refrigerator in reliance digital in madinaguda, hyderabad on 08/04/2017.the product got deliver on 09/04/2017.the installation person was supposed to come on the same day however after 6 hours of false promises he switched off his phone.next day there was another technician assigned. After open the fridge we came to know it's a damaged product.he took the photos and told us to intimate in the store.we tried calling them however no one bother to pick our call in spite of having great staff.we again went to reliance digital and gave complaint and the crm manager promised that it will sorted in two days and she promised call back from the concern department in one hour but it never happened.After continues followups we got the refrigerator on 14 April and now the installation person who was assigned is again promising timings but not turning up.in seriously belive reliance digital is no more into professional or moral grounds.false promises and commitments and treating customers as fools.they deserve very unprofessional behaviour from the customers to complete thereview work.

                      I have raised a complaint to repair my AV Receiver that I purchased from RD a while ago. The service and response is pathetic. I keep calling them and asking when are they coming, and keep requesting please come and check the device. After repeated requests they have taken the device one week ago, but they are yet to come back with any information. No call back to me. I keep calling the person who took the device, but he keeps saying, the center will call you sir. I already told them. Still I am waiting worried. What kind of nuisance is this? Reliance Digital should be prompt and even track what is happening to each request. I am very unhappy about this, and feel I made wrong thing by purchasing from Reliance Digital.

                        I have purchased a 1.5 tons of AC from Reliance Digital, Vadodara, Gujarat on 30.03.2017. AC was installed on 31.03.2017. The AC was defectively installed by the Mechanic / Installer . I made a complaint with the person who was in-charge of the electronic wings (Mr. Dinesh) but no solution. Again I visited shop on 2nd April 2017 no solution only assurance. Again reminded over phone but no solution.

                          I have bought Voltas Air Cooler D70EH from Reliance Digital for 14900/- thinking that Tata has good customer service, but I was wrong. The day I bought cooler started leaking. Problem not solved even though techie worked on it for two times, so I asked for replacement then suddenly no one is responding (no response to mail or call), even technician stopped coming.

                              We purchaged kent water fillter in may 25th 2016.we got problem in october .they repaired ones.after 15 days later again it damaged.so i have given complaint about kent water fillter 3 month's back.no response from the kent service so i returned purchased product to repair still there is no response from Reliance digital service bhimavarm.from last 3 month's they are saying we are looking after the problem.

                                I bought an AC on Saturday (8th Apr 2017). When I have enquired, I asked the sales person that the installation should be done by Sunday (9th Apr 2017). When I called them on Sunday, they said that today installation was not possible and then I had asked refund.

                                Then they sent 2 persons after more calls and arguments by 4 pm. They didn't bring extra copper tube for extension and they went to get that and took more than 2 hours, informed like since Sunday, so there is no shop open to get the tube.

                                I was very much irritated and they told that the tube will get it by morning and do the installation. Now 12 pm (Monday - 10 Apr 17). No one respond my calls and no installation done as of now.

                                So Please don't go with Reliance Digital Service. if you go, You will get tensed and irritated with their wonderful customer service :(

                                  My whirlpool refrigerator, is under warranty and the compressor is not working.. I have lodged a complaint on 04 april with reliance customer care and so far no one has looked into the complaint.. They are trying to play around the warranty terms & conditions.. This product comes with a 05 year warranty. Now they say they will repair the compressor and i have to pay for the repairs.. Everyone is talking on phone and no one is visiting the my house to provide a resolution..

                                  Appreciate if some one responsible in the organisation sees this message and act with speed to clear my problem..

                                  The sales team is after you till we buy the product, and once we buy the product, we are running behind the company to install or repair the machine..

                                  I have spoken to your Service center representative and he does not provide a solution.. Further he advises me to go back to whirlpool service center.. When i go to Whirl pool service center, they say that they cannot provide service to any item bought in Reliance Digital as you have not opted for their service.. This is very confusing.. SOME ONE please resolve the issue.. Thank you

                                  My Whirlpool Refrigerator purchased from Reliance Digital, which is under warranty is not working since 04 April. Even after repeated calls to the Reliance Digital Service Center, the machine has not been attended for repairs.. When I approach the Brand Service center (Whirlpool Service Center), they say that any product bought from Reliance digital has to be attended by Reliance only and the Brand service centers cannot attend.. That is the policy followed by Reliance digital for any brand of equipment purchased from them.. I am confused.. I am now at the mercy of Reliance Digital only for them to come and repair at their own time..

                                  Lesson Learned: Never buy any home appliance form Reliance digital.. as no one can support the equipment other than Reliance as long as the product is in Warranty.. If you want your product to be supported in warranty, then please purchase from MORE or Big Bazzar stores so that the Brand service engineer can coem and repair in 24 hours.. This is the Suggestion provided by Whirlpool Service engineer..
                                  I have posted my grievance on the link provided along with my contact details.. Appreciate a response and a quick resolution.. If possible.. Thank you

                                    Hi i purchased air conditioner along with stabilizer in June 2016. Stabilizer had 2 year replacement warranty. I had some problem with the stabilizer so i went to the dealer and he told me that only way to get it done is through customer care, so i called them and after 4 calls i was able to get through to them. They registered myy complaint and gave me the complaint no 20537399. They told me that their technician is going to call me. I received the call the next day at 10 am and told me he is going to come in an hour. He did not show up so i called him at 1 and he told me he is on his way. I again called him at 2:30 he was watching some movie and told me that he cannot come before 5 pm. I had to take a whole day off to wait for this guy who did not even show up. I called customer care and they showed inability to take my complaint and told me they are going to call me back, for which i am still waiting.
                                    The point is telling this is that please be cautious while buying anything of their own brand from reliance digital. Not only the things are sub standard, their service is pathetic and rude.

                                      I had purchased a Sony TV (49 Inch 3D LED) from Reliance in February, 2016. Had purchased extended warranty of 2 years by paying Rs. 19, 000.
                                      On 20th February, 2017, there was some issue in the TV and it was not getting started properly. Called Reliance customer care and lodged the complaint ([protected]);
                                      Since then this is the update;
                                      οƒ˜ 3 Technicians have visited (2 from Sony + 1 from Reliance) within 1st week of March
                                      οƒ˜ As suggested by the Customer care, I sent the repair charges to [protected]@resq.in. As it is a TV from SONY, Reliance Digital will co-ordinate with Sony and arrange for the cost
                                      οƒ˜ By 6th March, I was told that it will be done within 1 week.
                                      οƒ˜ On 10th March, I was told that it will take 10-15 days and a stand by unit will be provided
                                      οƒ˜ Till 8th of April neither the TV is repaired nor is replacement unit provided
                                      οƒ˜ On 8th April, when I called the customer care, it was told that The order has not been placed with Sony for repair and it is pending for approval at their (Reliance Digital) end.
                                      οƒ˜ Whenever you write a mail to [protected]@resq.in for update and time line, they have a common reply- We are working on the same.
                                      οƒ˜ I would suggest nobody should by TVs from Reliance Digital.
                                      οƒ˜ I am attaching all the mail correspondents for reference.

                                      Its more than 1.5 months now, nothing has been done.

                                        Hi, I have register a service request for my whirlpool AC on 3 April 17, but i am still not getting any proper response from reliance side, I have talked to customer care several time they just only insure me that my request has been resolved very soon but nobody can visit us for AC service. I also told them i am going to shift my room so this is very urgent. Please look into the matter
