I had purchased Whirlpool washing machine from Reliance digital db mall, bhopal and machine still in extended warranty period. On 27 july 2016 our machine was strucked suddenly and the washing process was stopped. Immediately I lodged complaint to Reliance digital.Then I spoke with Mr. Sunil, Area incharge, Reliance mobile:[protected] and explained him clearly about my problems. Whenever I called him he said that he will send the technicians next day.Many times his mobile was switched off. I also spoke to Manager of Reliance digital, bhopal branch.But no proper reply from them Many a times, engineers used to come but in vain..with wrong machine part. Nearly 6 months has gone but our complaint has not been attended. And finally, since a month, they have taken washing machine to their service center and on contacting them, they are not even picking up the call. Our machine is with them and since a month, we have not got any response from them.
I would like to say that Reliance digital service in bhopal District is very very poor. Its required more training to the responsible person on how to communicate with customer and take responsiblity for actions and filed complaints. I am very much disappointed with service.
