Till date there has been no response at all and no intimation or message on delivery is made.

I am really worried on this.

Can you kindly help me in delivery of the items, immediately.

      Hi,
      This is to inform you about the poor customer service from your end. I had been your customer for the past six years. My smart card no is.[protected]. I had registered a complaint on[protected] with no[protected] for signal loss.

      The very next day one engineer( Mr vishnu [protected]) had called me and said the issue will be resolved in the next day. On second day another man had called me and said as there is no service centre in alappuzha for Reliance he need service charge in cash. As I am not ready to pay cash, i had discussed the issue with your customer care executive Mr Rahim and with his senior Mr Sajin also.

      For the past fourteen days after complaint registration, there is no move for solving the issue and till now it was not solved. It's a big shame for a Country wide operators like you. For the past one month this issue exists and I have registered a complaint too. Somehow it was cancelled and we are paying you without any gain and in addition to that your engineers are asking for service charge also .

      If this situation exists we are forced to change the operator.

        We hav already been a loyal customer of reliance digital since long... We recently ordered for bathroom gezar from rewari riliance store and the salesman at the store misguided by sugetn 3 litre gezar wherin minimum of 10 literes of gezar has to be used for bathroom... After our complain the salesmanager umesh and the salesman denied n were instead being rude with us followed which manager assured us he would return the wrong gezar but next to next day he said he dint get approval latr just blinded us by sending for recheck of gezar which is not testing problem rather the wrong sugestion by salesman.. We r surprised by the reluctancy and bad service of the mangt at rewari reliance store which we never faced at any other store of reliance in india... Kindly luk into materr soon and refund our money back.. ..

          Hi on 1st of this month that is on 1-1-2017 I purchased a Samsung double door refrigerators at Reliance digital N D Elite Near Modi hospital Basaveshwara Nagar Bangalore. Upon purchasing refrigerators I got offer to buy V R Glass of shinecone worth Rs 3999 to Rs 500. But later I thought of cancelling that V R Glass purchase but those store people didn't cancel at all . They said to buy it forcebly. Even then I brought it . It was due to deliver. I got it on[protected]. When I saw it . It's of worst quality. If I wear it I may lose my eyes . So I wanted to return it back and get my money credited to my account. So please raise a complaint so that I can return it to respective store and get my amount return. It's of no use and not worth of even 500. It's harmfull to eyes. That day only I requested store people to cancel but they didn't cancel it

            I have visited reliance digital xpress mini store located at Vivekanda Nagar kukatpally main road. I have visited for jio sim and I was asked to wait for 2 mins to serve the customer who came to the store after me. I had waited for 15mins and asked the store keeper to provide me the sim as I am getting late. Then he rudely told me, u have to wait for 30mins or go to the other store because he is showing mobiles to the other customer. Then I told him, as I came first u have to serve me and the response I got from him is really shocking.. he told if I give jio sim I won't get any money, but if I show this customer they will buy mobile and I will get money. So wait for 30mins or go to other store. Such a stupid irresponsible person and the response he gave to me. Jio sim is also a product offered by the Reliance, I don't understand if anything is provided for free, there won't be any importance for the customers who are getting them???

                Reliance people have cheated me by giving a demo model. After 13days of purchasing HP laptop 13 s102tu, the internal Hard disk is corrupted. I want a replacement. I'm not satisfied with the service.

                  Reliance technician came to my house saw my Micromax tv. He told me panel or display problem.

                  Someone called me from Reliance, Micromax Tv panel not available in store so he give money 50%.

                  I don't believe on Micromax company, i believe Reliance Brand so I purchased micromax TV from Reliance digital store Khammam with 3 years extra warranty. What is use as a Reliance costomer.

                  I very upset after buy Micromax TV 50K2330UHD on dated 19/08/2015 from Reliance Digital Store Khammam Telangana State pin 507001 @INR 53, 121.5 9/- Tax 7668.40 .Total amount 60, 790.1 and extra two years warranty till 18/8/2018.

                  As a customer i preferred Micromax on other brands so I feel that I am basically a customer of Reliance Digital not a Micromax,

                  Reliance digital is only acting as a Retailer not an OEM, so I am feeling that i have done a blunder while buying Micromax that is from Reliance Digital Store, As your channel partner Reliance digital is making fool of your genuine customers .

                  TV expert from Reliance Digital for visit and check the problem on dated 08/01/2017. He (Mr. Parameswar from Reliance Digital Khammam visited and told me that TV panel not working.

                  Reliance store manager advised me replace to reconnect Tv 4801 model, because panel are not available in Micromax company.

                  Some called 80 percent return on total amount.
                  Some one called rell 4303 tv replace of old tv. They are playing like this.

                  NOT SATISFIED.. WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY THING FROM HERE IN FUTURE.

                  POOR POOR SERVICE.

                  As a Reliance Digital customer i requestly ask you replace Reconnect 5502 Tv of old Micromax smart TV 50k2330UHD. This is correct as human being.

                  I am really very Upset that in only 16 month time the main panel of LED TV got damaged it shows the quality of Micromax LED TV is very substandard,

                    I've given a complaint to Reliance Digital about my TV not functioning and no display after completion of 13 months . We have RESQ care pack from reliance additional 2 years and keep on chasing them and there is no update from them.

                    Finally after 18days, they have collected the TV for repair (on Dec 30th) and there is no update as on today 5th Jan 2017. I've given lot of calls and mails and not responding properly. IT is very poor response. Please advise.

                      I have purchased a Jio SIM on 01/01/2017 and my JIO mob number is [protected]. I have inserted the sim to my newly purchased mobile LG Phonenix 2 (Purchased from US) Model K-371. It shows tower and Jio 4G, but LTE is not displaying. I tried for voice call, sms. It is not responding. Similar Phone, my relative is having and JIO is working in that phone. The specifications are Technology:GSM/UMTS/LTE; Network:GSM/UMTS/LTE;
                      Frequencies:GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, UMTS 850/1900/2100, LTE Bands 2/4/5/12/29; Data Transmission:LTE, HSPA+

                        The aquaguard product is purchased on nov18 2016, till now (Jan 3 2017) not yet product is been installed. Assigned technician is not picking up call after dec. So i decided to go with reliance customer care, registered complaint with them on 14th of december 2016, from the date no one has been assigned for installation of the product. Tried calling then twice, thrice a week. They will say the product will be installed today and tomorrow goes on till now. Too many escalation, too many calls fedup with making them call. Even spoken with service center manager, that also saying the same. Now they not even picking up the call and switched off most of the time. They not even allowing me to return the product. I need a solution will the installation be done or else accept my return request. Product purchased with reliance digital, funmall, avinashi road, coimbatore. Please help me to some this issue.                           Purchased washing machine at ongole, ap, delivered to our place at our cost. No one is coming for demo and installation. Now saying that it is chargeable. At the time of purchase, they told that its free. But now saying that we are unable to install and do whatever u want to do and telling that in a most irresponsible way. Is it the u treat ur customers. Very bad experience and they are offering me a free suggestion that you can complaint at consumers court. U wasted my time and money and I lost faith on you.

                            Purchased a laptop along with which they gave a 32GB USB Drive free which was faulty. When I took it back for replacement, they refused to exchange the pen dive or provide any help of sorts and were very rude. When I insisted, they had me running from pillar to post and were extremely unco-operative. Customer Service Desk Person named Alok didn't know how to talk to women and had the audacity to tell me I was was wrong. I won't recomend the WAVE branch of Reliance Digital to anyone.

                              I am a Jio Money user and request you all not to add money to jio wallet.
                              I added 18k inr to my jio wallet. I withdrawn some amount and 12k is witheld by jio money. Also, earlier there was no charge for bank transfer. But now they are charging 4%+ tax. Its a complete fraud step. When I added money there was no processing fee. After adding money they are charging processing fee. Please be aware of this as I am facing a lot of issues and my 12k is withheld by jio money. I am unable to withdraw it. They are also not upgrading my account from basic to advanced inspite of submitting address proofs.

                                I Just Purchased JioFi Device 3 Days ago, i' From Sri ganganagar, Rajasthan and I'm just getting downloading speed of 20/kb ... Please Fix this Problem . I'm not able to do my work properly .. it takes huge time to Load any Webpage of the Internet .. Please Fix it ... i Know because of huge numbersof Jio Clients we are facing these Problems But Please Fix ity ASAP ...

                                  I purchased a cannon camera before three months from reliance digital shopprix mall Meerut.
                                  This store cheated me as they gave me the out of warranty camera and the camera didn't work properly from the date of purchase...
                                  I submitted the camera on the store but they doing nothing.
                                  So, I request u to please do something that I will get my camera .

                                    I visited reliance digital, shipra mall, indrapuram. I saw an offer there. That was "on purchase of washing machine cost rs.36500/-, i were getting lg oven and 2year extended warantee of both the article free of cost. I decided to buy and paid the amount of rs.36500/-. After billing, i received a break-up bill of rs.36500/-.in the bill, nowhere written that the last two product/service was free of cost. When enquired, they said, bill generated in the break-up way. Don't worry. You will get everything as per the commitment. Since, in the bill, there were clearly written about the warranty extension of 2 year.
                                    Since, the last six month, my washing machine is not working. When visited to reliance digital, shipra mall, indrapuram, they checked the order number and said your product is under warranty. They booked the service request and said my engineer will soon contact you and will visit on your address.

                                    After repeated call/cancellation of my service request, your engineer came to my addredss and checked all the thing. Further, they said, for repair i have to take this washing machine to my warehourse, situated at noida sector 62/63. I oked and requested to do the needful urgently.

                                    After some days, your engineer came and taken that to warehourse. After, 4-5 days, i received a phone call from pawan tyagi, phone numebr [protected] stating that your product is not under warantty. I detailed all the communication at the timing of purchase. Copy of bill send on what up no. Of [protected] of mr. Ashok in which it was clearely written that the product is under warranty. They said ok, i will call you later. On last saturday evening mr. Pawan tyagi called me again and start saying sir, if you pay rs.5000/- directly to me without informing to reliance digital about these communication, i will make the everything ok. Since, i had every right of free warranty, i clarely denied for paying rs.5000/-. Afterward, i received a mail stating"whereas we regret to inform that your service order number with regards to mr. Sujeet kumar product bosch fafl 5.5kwm will be cancelled".
                                    Now, you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful urgently. Copy of bill i am sending you through e-mail.

                                      I have a complaint against a digital express store nearby our locality. They are carrying out the activities as per their choice. A week before we visited the store to get jio sim but inspite of having the sim they postponed it to the next day.
                                      This is the case since last 2-3 months since jio is available at digital express.
                                      Today 25th december also I visited the store, they said that we on our willingness have decided not to distribute the sim today.they don't treat the customer properly.moreover there was no coordination among the two.One postponed it to monday, while the other to tuesday.
                                      After contacting other stores i came to know that they were distributing the sim, and the distribution isn't stopped officially.
                                      Does all this seems good, they can take decisions as they wish.

                                        I had purchased a new Samsung Galaxy J7
                                        (2016) from Reliance digital V3s Mall Laxmi Nagar series on 20th November, 2016 at Rs. 15990/- as recommended by
                                        the staff of Reliance Digital Showroom at Laxmi Nagar outlet. I had a
                                        strong feeling at that time that I am going to buy this phone from a
                                        reputed outlet in East Delhi.

                                        But unfortunately my phone camera got stucked and as per the advised
                                        by the staff I went to service center of samsung in Laxmi Nagar Branch
                                        and got the reply that HARD DISK TO BE REPLACED for which I have to
                                        pay 7000+ amount. and when I enquired that how is it possible than the
                                        engineer said "Due to moisture hard disk got crashed and it happened
                                        mostly."

                                        I am now unabloe to understand that if a person buy a new phone from
                                        the reputed outlet than what is the use to take guarantee of any phone
                                        when you have to pay the entire money for your phone.

                                        I request you to take this matter on priority and need your support on
                                        this matter.
