I visited reliance digital, shipra mall, indrapuram. I saw an offer there. That was "on purchase of washing machine cost rs.36500/-, i were getting lg oven and 2year extended warantee of both the article free of cost. I decided to buy and paid the amount of rs.36500/-. After billing, i received a break-up bill of rs.36500/-.in the bill, nowhere written that the last two product/service was free of cost. When enquired, they said, bill generated in the break-up way. Don't worry. You will get everything as per the commitment. Since, in the bill, there were clearly written about the warranty extension of 2 year.
Since, the last six month, my washing machine is not working. When visited to reliance digital, shipra mall, indrapuram, they checked the order number and said your product is under warranty. They booked the service request and said my engineer will soon contact you and will visit on your address.
After repeated call/cancellation of my service request, your engineer came to my addredss and checked all the thing. Further, they said, for repair i have to take this washing machine to my warehourse, situated at noida sector 62/63. I oked and requested to do the needful urgently.
After some days, your engineer came and taken that to warehourse. After, 4-5 days, i received a phone call from pawan tyagi, phone numebr [protected] stating that your product is not under warantty. I detailed all the communication at the timing of purchase. Copy of bill send on what up no. Of [protected] of mr. Ashok in which it was clearely written that the product is under warranty. They said ok, i will call you later. On last saturday evening mr. Pawan tyagi called me again and start saying sir, if you pay rs.5000/- directly to me without informing to reliance digital about these communication, i will make the everything ok. Since, i had every right of free warranty, i clarely denied for paying rs.5000/-. Afterward, i received a mail stating"whereas we regret to inform that your service order number with regards to mr. Sujeet kumar product bosch fafl 5.5kwm will be cancelled".
Now, you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful urgently. Copy of bill i am sending you through e-mail.
