The aquaguard product is purchased on nov18 2016, till now (Jan 3 2017) not yet product is been installed. Assigned technician is not picking up call after dec. So i decided to go with reliance customer care, registered complaint with them on 14th of december 2016, from the date no one has been assigned for installation of the product. Tried calling then twice, thrice a week. They will say the product will be installed today and tomorrow goes on till now. Too many escalation, too many calls fedup with making them call. Even spoken with service center manager, that also saying the same. Now they not even picking up the call and switched off most of the time. They not even allowing me to return the product. I need a solution will the installation be done or else accept my return request. Product purchased with reliance digital, funmall, avinashi road, coimbatore. Please help me to some this issue.
