We are facing an issue related to panasonic waterpurifier installation.

We had purchased from reliance digital store sector 10 dwarka 110075. It was delivered on 22 oct 2016 and was purchased 21 oct 2016. Delivery complaince no : [protected]. This morning we had received sms from your end that the my installation will be proceeded by mr. Pawan kumar[protected].
We had been tracking him since morning. We feel very disappointed...

Sir I brought an New samsung on 8 mobile. When I generated the barcode and went to the reliance digital Store for the jio SIM. But they told me that my barcode was already redeemed. But I never generate any barcode in this mobile.. I request you sir to give me solution how I get the jio SIM .

I had recently visited one of your counters at Reliance Digital Vashi (Opposite Railway Station) for getting a Reliance Jio 4G Sim Card. It was such a FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. Either your staff is not trained at all as they do not know what the requirements are or they really want to trouble the people who come there by giving them the information about the right document in installments.

How is it possible? Because i purchase new mobile.

Conclusion: Staff including their Manager/AM (Sanjay) are very rude, unhappy and i think they are not interested in selling stuff. Croma people are more professional.

Recently, I had visited Reliance Digital Store (Kestopur branch, North 24 pgs, WB, Kol 101) with a valid bar code which was the prerequisite to get a JIO sim.
