I bought SONEY XPERIA Z3 compact Mobile and extended warranty for extra 1 year other than SONEY from Reliance ResQ care plan. Mobile got problem and submitted in service center in 4 th October, as per rules they do repair in 15 days. But till now I didn't get mobile. They r not communicating and not responding. Called and emailed to customer care also.

Myself is Atul Gulati and I live in Haridwar. I purchase an Acer company Laptop from your Haridwar Reliance Digital store Ranipur Mode Nearby Vishal Mega Mart, on dated 18.11.2016 but I did not get any bill from your Reliance store that time bcoz sales man told me that Computer is not working properly so they cannot give bill so he wrote my name his register with full details and ensured that he will give me bill after some days and I went there again and again for bill but your store incharge and sales man did not communicate & respond properly.
Now Laptop is not working properly so I went again to the store bt again I was disturb and fastirate.
Kindly slove my matter as soon as possible.

This is Atul Gulati from Haridwar and like to draw in your kind notice that on 18.11.2016 I had buy a laptop for my kids from Reliance Digital store Ranipur Mode Nearby Vishal Mega Mart Haridwar. Due to some technical issue in computer of store, invoice was not generated hence sales man make entry of transaction in register and ask to collect original bill next day. I approach them several time but as of date i do not get the invoice of my purchase.

Unfortunately, now laptop is too out o[censored]se due to some technical reason hence situation become horrible for me. At one side I don’t have invoice copy so that I handover the same for repair or inspection and other side I think I was given duplicate laptop. I am in practice of buy electronic items from good stores but your services is really ridicules.

I had made so many call on your toll free number but not get any response hence situation compel me to write you email.

Your response along with solution is highly appreciated, none of your response results for moving further - to all other open options.

    I Purchased two Reliance Jiofi 3 devices (the activated sim No. are [protected] & [protected]) on[protected] & got it activated at the Reliance Digital Centre on the same day. As per their welcome offer, I was promised unlimited data until 31st Dec 2016. But after consuming 2GB of data on each device, I got a message "You have exhausted your Account balance / Credit limit" with a button to recharge. I called their customer care & their staff does not have any clue regarding how to resolve this issue. They even informed me that the welcome offer only includes 2GB of Data. This is a fraudulent act as they lure the customers by giving false information. Screenshot of their welcome offer attached to prove the same along with the message I am getting when connected to Jiofi. I am submitting the complaint here as their customer care first informed me that this will be resolved within 48 hours & now after 48 hours, they are saying that I have already used up the entire data. Since the answer I got from their customer care is not satisfactory, I would request you to kindly ask the concerned authorities to look into this matter & resolve the matter by keeping their promise of providing unlimited data until 31st of December 2016.

      I bought a hitachi split Ac 1.5T 5S from reliance digital store, pachkula Haryana in rs 49900. When I got the unit delivered I was very surprised to see the price on the box which is 47190. How a company of reliance status can over charge its customers its beyond my thinking! Moreover its 5star label is valid from 1Jan2014 to 31dec15. I bought it in Nov16. So when I bought it was no longer a product with 5 star rating. it all happened coz the unit was supplied 2 days after the billing on my home address.

        It has been 6 days I have given complain that our Kent grand plus water purifier is not working but no one is taking any serious regarding this complain even from last few days the customer care in reliance digital guys are saying that there is no stock also when we tried to call they did not respond. Every time different people pick up the calls and gives various excuses and neglect so much which is intolerable.

            Worst customer service. Uncivilised bunch of staff. The store manager, consulting loan agent and the Jio sales executive "VIJAY" are such nasty hooligans who have never know what customer service is. Wonder how such nasty people are working for a big organization like Reliance. Shame on the store and management. very disappointed.

              Highly irresponsible staff of Reliance digital xpress having address 15/1 block j, block 15, west Patel Nagar, Patel Nagar, delhi-110008. I bought a jio sim from that store on 10/10/16, but it has not started till today ie 7/11/16. They used my code and now I'm not able to buy another one from any other store. When I reached them, first they said they have lost my form then asked me to come another day, when I went thru again asked me to come later. I have gone there 3 times but my problem has not been solved till now.

              Complaints not attended to despite repeated complaints and calls at the call centre, give lame excuses, make you hold your call for long...even if technician anyhow visits some other problem is created...people at customer care dont have proper communication with the head and dont let connect with the senior official

                My smart card number is[protected] reliance big tv/ dth. i have complained on their toll free number before 3 days. i was assured that my complaint would be resolved in 48 hours. more than 80 hours have passed & in spite of my follow up on toll free number (10 times) no response is available.
                We are really disgusted by the kind of service under reliance brand. we had never expected such kind of shoddy service.
                We have been loyal customer since last more than 5 years & have been taking yearly packs & such kind of service is provided.

                So we were compelled to inform you to disconnect our dth service from 1st of november - from the date of complaint as we have been harassed a lot & we cannot further sustain this harassment from service provider. but no confirmation is there & no response is there.

                  [protected], I transfered my dish connection to a nearby place, i was ready to pay the charges for that but the person who came said that i will deducted from your account. When i called the customer care they said that there will be no charges because it is within 6 months. But connection was suspended, when i called again to the customer care they apologized and activated it. After a day again it got suspended when i check again with CC they said it should have been done within 48 hours, there must be some delay pls wait. Waited for couple of days again i called to the CC then they esclated to some senior staff and he said it cannot be refunded i have to pay 350. Its the same CC who promised me that it will be done within 48 hours and after waiting for a week they say no. Its not about the money, its about the trust. Very poor service, they dont value the customer.

                      I bought Sony home theatre on October 27th. I paid the amount at afternoon and I got delivery message with delivery on 28th. But my product delivered after a long struggle with shop and manager it was delivered today 3rd Nov @night 11pm.

                      Not satisfied with this purchase and no proper information at shop for purchase. After billing they are telling next day product out of stock and delivery message came but they delivering after a week. I don't know is that installation and demo will be give for my product.

                      Not provided any Dc for the late delivery also.

                        I don't know what kind of people you employ, your staff is unbelievably rude. I didn't go there to get insulted. I went this morning to your Digital xpress mini store Anand bhavan jodhpur to get a jio sim. I didn't know the process to generate the unique code, so the guy started asking me about my degrees (insultingly)?? What the hell? Oh But he didn't stop there, he continued his insulting insinuations...Is this the way to behave?? They don't even have the decency to talk to a prospective customer. This was my first ever experience with Reliance, and i'm not impressed. I'm not going to be continuing your service. Absolutely disgusted by my experience.

                          We purchased a UHDTV and a LG water purifier from Reliance Digital in Manthri Mall Malleswaram! Absolute disaster ! The TV set costing 75, 000.00 was delivered almost a week ago and even as on date installation is not done and demo is pending ! What is appalling is the person who came for installation was in such a hurry, he gave us some vague excuse and asked us to sign on his iPad! Even after repeated follow up the tv remains unused . Sickening to see that our old tv which was working is also disconnected leaving us with no tv to watch .
                          Customers please refrain from buying any products from Reliance Digitals . You will be cheated for sure.
                          The name of the person who sold the tv in RD was Mr. Dorai and the person who came home to install was Mr. PRASANNA .

                              Sir/ Madam,

                              This is to inform you that my Gionee handset F103 Pro bearing IMEI no. [protected] that was bought from Reliance Dgital in Central Mall, Guwahati, Assam on 29th October 2016 i.e just 5days ago has been unfortunately found defective as it leads to tremendous heating just on using the phone for merely about 10 minutes since day 1 of its use. Also, due to overheating the phone gets hanged sometimes. Even the charging adapter gets highly heated up leading to much heating of the handset which is not expected from a newly purchased phone.

                              The phone is likely having internal hardware problems and I therefore request you to kindly replace the handset asap as it has been only 5 days of purchase and problems are turning up. My reliance digital relationship ID is [protected].

                                I bought new refrigerator on 2015 in Reliance digital, Coimbatore. While i purchasing this product, Reliance & Bajaj finserv team charged to me for Bajaj EMI card. But till i am not received the EMI card. Then why they are charged me. Please consider this complaint as very serious. Due to this transaction i am very disappointed. i hope, i will be got response from your side. please find the following details for your kind reference.

                                      I have made a complainant of my sony 46' led tv. About 9 weeks earlier. On dated[protected] mr. Harvinder from reliance pick up tv. From my house to repair it but so far i could not find my tv. I have made so many complaints about this one on dated[protected] the reference is[protected] other on dated 7/10/2016, 8/10/2016, 10/10/2016, 13/10/2016, and 20/10/2016 they told me that my tv is in sony service center and complaint no is j[protected]Given by sony service center to reliance digital) dated 7/9/2016 please let me know that what is the status of my tv. Please help me

                                        I was purchase an memory card from reliance store and i trying to open the raper of the card, then suddenly my eyes goes to card under the rapper and the card was damaged from the front end, then within the 1 Hrs i again back to the store and told to store man for change the card, he said that the card will not replaced because our Manager Mr. Umesh Kashyap will have rights to take the design, then i told him where he is ? then the store men told me that he was out side right now, I wait him around for him 30 minutes there and after that i make a call with him on mobile no [protected] then he told me that you opened that card in wrong manner that's was the card is damaged but at that moment he was not yet checked that card but he already set his mind the damage is only due to the customer opening process of raper, After that i told him please come and check the card properly after that gives your statement then he told me that please give the mobile to the supervisor after that the manager makes some conversation with supervisor then supervisor cut the phone and click one pic from his phone and sent the photo of that raper to the manager on whats up, after that again he called to the supervisor phone and told me that sir, I checked the image of raper you tried to open that package in wrong manner that was the reason that i will not able to change this,
                                        But my concern is that manager already decided his statement and after that when i request to him for come in store then also he told me that you opened that raper in wrong manner that was the reason that your card is damaged.

                                        I never try to open my card in wrong manner it is already damaged and the store man never check this card to me before give it to me.
