I would say a very very bad service from reliance I order a refrigerator on Monday 24th October and the fridge is still not delivered to me.. on the bill the delivery date is 25th October but it's still not delivered today is 28th October...when call at the store on 26th oct to know the details of the fridge the person is telling me that the driver will call u...was so pissed they can't even tel you or give you the tracking details...

    We bought an AC including installation charges to place in our home, but they did not come for the installation so we called many times to Reliance Digital Subhash Road in Anantapur. After 7 days they came but the technician was in a hurry placed the AC in the wrong place. We told him to move it to the correct place and he asked 2400 Rs for the extra work to be paid to him, not to Reliance. We complained to the shop but incredibly they said that the technician was right and did not help us. The installation was not finished despite calling the shop many times they say they are not responsible. We demand a AC technician to come and complete the installation of the AC

      This is to inform you that your store located in masoodpur, vasant kunj, new
      Delhi has poor staff who is poorly handling the store with zero value to their customers and zero customer satisfaction. The staff has too much attitude that they straight away denies to buy products from them.
      Please take it seriously about this particular stores staff.
      Even for reliance free sim they are selling it in black. To others they keep telling the server is down. Since 15 days their server is still down. They ask to come in evening if you go there in morning or they ask you to come in morning if you go there in evening.

          I karthik reddy valluru, resident of hyderabad.

          I was looking to buy gift cards to my whole company, i have gone to visit my local reliance digital showroom. Which is located near sr nagar statue, hyderabad.

          Reliance express mini, opposite to andhra bank.

          I stepped in to store and i have questioned for the gift cards, i dont know in what mood he is.

          He is asking me who are you? Still didn't have any deal or any thing.
          I again questioned him why you need my details.
          He irritated me like any thing.

          I warned that i will complaint to higher officials, he said whatever you want to do you can do.

          My question to reliance digital is:

          how come a non local guy is a manger to a brand showroom? He doesn't know local language.

          don't you train your managers to respect the customers?

          His name is sujinder singh, he said he was relational sales manager and iam not clear whether details he said to me are true.

          Now i have changed my decision and i was going to buy amazon gift coupons, which is going to cost a million or more.

          You are loosing business with these kind of attitude guys

            Scam of sending legal notice.

            Few days back i got below mail which seems to be scam as i had written mail to reliance nodal officer and customer care in way back, that is in 2011 regarding this problem. It was sorted out then why such notice after 5 years, please check if this scam. i wonder if it was government body why the mail is coming from gmail and why not from official ID.
            Moreover, I have already paid all dues.
            I am so pissed of with reliance that...

            The following issues were faced by me when i visited '"reliance digital - velachery show room"" on 21.10.2016 :-
            1. I went inside at around 7.15 pm and there was nobody to attend to my requirement for the next 10 mins.
            2. The sales executive who attended me was an amateur he had no knowledge about the product nor did his superior mr. Rasool.
            3.I asked for a tablet with a good screen resolution of 1280 x 720 but they suggested me to buy iball snap 4g2 and insisted that it had the same resolution.
            4.But i was doubtful on looking at the inbuilt video.Since there was no wifi facility available in the store, the demo piece present there was totally useless. But since mr. Rasool reassured me after i waited for more than an hour i had no other option than to buy the same.
            5.They further delayed at the billing point and the billing person was missing. Finally they opened the gadget box inorder to fill up the warranty card there itself and finally i moved out at 9.10 pm.
            6. When i took it home and checked it with my home wifi with an app, the resolution was horrible. Images were very bad and were breaking. When i checked the specification of the same device online, it was completely different. It was just 1024x 600.
            7. When i called back i was not responded to properly by mr.Rasool. He blindly told me that the gadget could not be replaced or refunded even if it is untouched. After i said i would lodge a complaint, he asked me to bring it and will check with his seniors what can be done.
            8. I took it back the next morning and again i was asked to wait for around an hour then he told me that he would update me the same evening
            9. Evening he called me and told me they would deduct 10% of the total value of the tablet for which i totally was reluctant. Why should i pay rs 750.00 for their mistake ????
            10. I could have very well bought a tablet of my choice through online shopping but since the delivery time was 2 days and i wanted it immediately i went to reliance digital hoping for a better service which was proved wrong by your untrained staff.
            11. Now, i have the bill copy with me with the return of the device in good condition mentioned on it with date and time signed by mr. Rasool.
            12. Finally, now i request to be refunded at the earliest !!

              I Purchase HTC M9+ mobile from Reliance Digital, Gulmohar Cross Road, Andheri West on 8 Jun 2016.The mobile was sold me specifying the display item. Hence they have given my big discount. I was specially told that its a new item and having full warranty from service centre of HTC. There are some problem in the mobile, hence I went to service center for repair. I was surprise to note that the particular mobile was a repaired mobile and warranty of mobile is expired this month.The mobile was used mobile and they are issuing invoice for used mobile. Reliance Digital is a big organization and I believe on the fact given to me. The mobile was given to me in full box having warranty paper. I went to show room and there is no response from them.

                I have never experienced such a bad behaviour in any other place except Reliance Digital(Address: 403, CMR Road, Jalvayu Vihar, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, 3rd Block, Kammanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043).
                Very worst in listening customers enquire and not even answering for it. Doing their works and using mobile phones without even seeing the customers. If the company has such kind of employees surely no one will enter inside. I have visited exactly 4 times there till today. All the times the employee service is useless. I have decided not to go there again. Please check the employees for their behaviour. Don't allow persons with this behaviour that to in customer service.

                I purchased one jio sim 6 days before. It got tele-verified on the same day. But the interesting thing is that still it is not activated. Whenever i try to connect to the jio wifi network, one pop message showing recharge options and all are coming. Please solve my issue.

                  I bought Jio Hotspot router with sim accompanied, though my SIM activation process successful, I was never able to connect to their network. Based on their tele customer care advice, I have submitted router for repair, but they never came back to me with resolution though I waited for 15 days, its alomost 45 days still I yet to get proper update. Not they started saying router not in stock they can't give replacement.

                      The set top box of smart card no.[protected] was replaced on 14/10/16 for which I was charged Rs. 400/- but since 16/10/16 it is not working. I lodged a complaint in 17/10/16 on 18th when I called the operator said it will be attended within 24 hours, nothing happened. I again called on 19th, the operator said a new complaint will be registered as services were suspended. Anew complaint was registered on 19/10/16, since than I am calling customer care daily and getting assurances that set top box will be replaced but now tele-operators are saying that it is not in stock Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                        I have purchased two track suit on 4/9/2016 from your show room at MMc No: XX/466 Item:[protected]&[protected] at a total cost of Rs. 803/ On checking the item at home it was found that one is not suitable for me. I have returned the same on 5/9/2016 and replaced it by one[protected]. But the shop people argued me that I have to pay Rs. 100/ more as I have not bring the other which is suitable for me; to the shop. This is an absolute looting of customers. Even in any western countries they have only insisting the unsized to be returned for replacement.
                        I wonder if have purchased 10 items in a bill and to replace one to bring all the 10 to obtain discount is stupidest and foolishness of management. Kindly give suitable directions to the shops to stop this type of looting otherwise people will move out from your shops.

Asked me, "Have you purchased your 4G set from us, otherwise you will not get Jio Sim." In another case, a dealer at Chandidas Market, Durgapur-713205, asked Rs.200/- from me for a Jio Sim.                                 I had recently visited one of your counters at Reliance Digital Vashi (Opposite Railway Station) for getting a Reliance Jio 4G Sim Card. It was such a FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. Either your staff is not trained at all as they do not know what the requirements are or they really want to trouble the people who come there by giving them the information about the right document in installments.

                                Your staff at the counter when asked about what all is required, first told me about just one document, then when I came back from the photocopy shop, told me to stand in queue then after a whole 15 minutes waiting, again told me about second document. And it didn’t stop there, he again had problems with the documents and told me to go home and get another document.

                                From 12:15 pm to 1:40 pm he made run here and there for documents, multiple times and moreover he also told me that you should be back by 2 pm, else we will leave!!! And even after I somehow managed to get everything on time and reached back, he tells me that the photograph is not correct. Let me reiterate this was my 4th visit already now in those 2 hours.

                                My question is: When your staff was aware and had already seen all the documents beforehand, why couldn’t he tell me everything at once what all is required and in what form !!?? Why it took him more than 2 hours to give me all details and all in installments, making me run here and there multiple times.

                                Why can’t you have a flyer or a pamphlet regarding what documents are required? Why is it so inconvenient and troublesome for the customer to get the basic requirement details?

                                Also the team at Reliance Digital when called before visiting tells the timing as 11:00 – 2:30 pm for sim distribution and the team distributing the sim are very audaciously saying the timings are 10:30 am – 2pm.

                                Can I please know how a customer is supposed to handle the miscommunication problem that exist in your team? Why are we communicated 2 time slots?

                                What kind of customer handling training is being provided to these employees!! I have had the worst experience at Reliance Digital Vashi. Did not expect such discourteous and rude employee behavior, specially your front-end, customer facing people. You also know suppliers are available everywhere, and there is no dearth, and nobody will have a problem in switching.

                                In today’s world such a basic thing like good customer frond end experience (just talking nice and providing the information correctly and timely) is such simple hygiene things that everyone provides. Even a roadside small shop owner does. But I’m sorry to say that your employees at Reliance Digital Vashi did not just troubled me providing the information timely but also DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED me to the core by their behavior.

                                Worst Experience Ever ! Something you just don’t expect in today’s times ! I am totally boycotting visiting this store in future and will surely discourage others too, to avoid such a bad experience and getting a pain in the head.

                                    Dear Reliance,
                                    I received a msg that my complaint has been resolved, but i want to inform you neither i received cashback in my icici credit card nor points received in my reliance on card, my issue is -

                                    I had purchase iphone 5s from relaince digital, gulshan plaza, badnera road, amravati on 14august2016, they had commited me that 10% cashback on your purchase through icici credit card, as per offer, but i still not received cashback, as well as they refused add points in reliance one card, poor service, staff dont understands the need of customer.
                                    kindly update points in my reliance one card & cashback in my icici credit card.

                                      Now that recently I took a fridge, I walked in to the store I clearly told I am looking for a fridge for my Watchman family I was about to choose one, meanwhile sales man came explaining godrej is a very good model fast cooling though there is not power it holds the cooling for 24 hr blah blah.finally they made me purchase that and fridge was delivered.from day one completely Ice is formed in the fridge.and then when I read the Manual it says we have to defrost every week, which was not told to me as part of demo.And now store people doesnt respond, finally one tech came he talks to me on phone in such a way that I took afterall 14k product ...just defrost it dont you know that..he was using a worst slang.But even after defrost every day Ice form.What should I do with all this issue.I mean don't RELIANCE feel some responsibility for this.why are you doing so ethic less business.what every we spent at you store is our hard earned money.
