Though I have purchased the washing machine on 14/8/2016 from reliance digital at ISCON Mall, Ahmedabad, the essentials kit valued Rs.1999 is not delviered to me so far. I visited many times the show room. But I was not given any kit. the email and other correspondence is as under:

At the time of purchase, i was informed that a essentials kit will be given free of cost which is worth Rs. 1999. However the same is not supplied to me till date. I have been visiting the shop several times. I was told that I may be given iron box in place of the kit few days bank but I already own two iron boxes. On 2/10/2016 I was informed that now I cannot be given anything now and as and when it is heard from the company they will inform me at that time.
I request you to allow me to take any other article like rice cooker etc within the above cost or give me voucher or if possible give me the refund. It will be dificult to me to pursue regularly since I am transferable in my job.
Please understand my position and do the needful immediately.

I am surprised to note that you have closed the complaint without attending to it. I am not given the gift nor the refund. The complaint cannot be treated as closed unilaterally. I deserve proper reply. Please inform me the action taken by you in this regard. You cannot close the complaint as you like.
