Bought a Washingmachine at reliance digital Hyderabad, giving complaint for the service from 10 days daily, nobody turned up for service till date, confused not knowing what to do next.worst service, no service at all.need response immediately. Gave a complaint on 7th October 2016.i have been calling daily to the customer care. Four months back the same thing happened but of no use nobody turned up

    Reliance digital store are playing foul. Even after having plenty of stocks of jio sim, the are intently not providing the sim. They are placing condition that if we purchase mobile from their store then they will instantly provide jio sim and activate it.
    What kind of service is this reliance company providing? They are not providing jio sim for free. The reliance digital workers are forcing its customers to buy mobile to get jio sim.
    It is really disgusting that reliance company is promoting something else and reality is so different.
    Keep your jio sim with you. No longer interested in getting the sim. I just want to bring into the notice about the fradulent activities going on in the name of so called 'jio'

      I bought Micromax LED tv from Reliance digital 1.6 years back in Hulimavu branch bangalore. Now tv is in problem only sound coming tv display is not coming. The complaint raised on 27/09/2016.i have called several times but no response. they have not interested to attend the complaints. Every time I call, the phone is not lifting., its irritating Please help me..

        I bought Micromax LED tv from Reliance digital Rohtak. After some time its HDMI port malfunctioned. Because the TV was under warranty so I sent for repair on 20 Sep 2016. Repair still pending and stand by unit was not provided even after several complaints on customer care. Every time I call, the answer is spares are not provided by Micromax and waiting for spares. Please help me.

          I have purchased jio sim enabled mobile in mid week of september and generated barcode also. When i went to digital mini store on[protected] for sim they told me that sim is not there you come on[protected], i went again but they do not provided me.
          Today when i went there their tone is different. The store manager's uncultured behaviour hurt me much. He even told me that he will no give sim to me.
          I'm saying that they bare illegally selling sim and ignoring valuable customer. Please take tough action against them.

            I beg to say that today i went to market and I had put my sim card in my pocket but when i returned back to my house then i found that i had lost my sim card.that sim car is of reliance company and the simcard number is +91-[protected] . This sim belong to my mother. So, I request you to please deactivate it.I shall be very thankfull to you.

              I went to this outlet to get a product which was unavailable at that moment, and because it was unavailable, the guard of this outlet told me to leave with a very rude tone and expression. When I started to ask why was I being treated so rudely, the other staff members also started to be rude and unpleasant. This is not the right way. I, being a genuine customer, deserve the right to be treated correctly according to the standards. This outlet at that time was not even crowed for their unjustifiable gestures. I am really angry because of this issue. I need answers and apologies from the respectable head of the outlet.
              Why did the guard ask me to leave? Is this their home and not a public outlet? Is this not the manager's duty to respect their customers? WeDeserveBetter.

                I have purchased r o water purifer from reliance digital store mount road (Chennai) with extended warrenty. I have been reaching out to the store representatives for the service of the water purifier from last 10 to 12days because of some issues.                   Purchased on 26.06.2016 from reliance digital, college square, cuttack 753003 for my samsung galaxys5 for external memory expansion. paid rs.1249 by card.
                  Samsung msd 64 gb evo one number.
                  Ean#[protected]. it was found to be faulty by the samsung galaxy service centre and advised to get it exchanged. i went to the rd resq where they also found it to be defective and kept it for sending to service centre in bhubaneswar on 16.08.2016 evening. on my repeated reminders i was informed that it has not come from service centre and assured me to inform me when it comes. on 3rd october last i got the i was intimated that this will take another week as it is not in stock. i am waiting for the replacement of msd card as i am not in a position to spend again rs.1249/- for new one.

                    Today i went to reliance digital kilpauk branch to purchase a double door refrigerator ; there were many staffs available, but no one attended us.in fact i tried to ask a staff to help me out and he showed no interest.. This isn't the first time this is happening, everytime i come to your store, i leave disappointed. So i decided to purchase my refrigerator in viveks which is close by. I made a purchase of 1.5lakh refrigerator. The service in kilpauk branch is the worst i've ever come across. I asked other people regarding this and they also complaint regarding the same issue. Youve got the most number of staffs but none of them are productive!

                      I want to complain that there has been corruption prevalent in The reliance digital world yamuna vihar new delhi- 110053.i went to purchase a jio sim but they told me that my barcode is not matching, which was not true. But still i asked my friend to generate a barcode from his phone because i wanted to catch them red handed. They again told me that this barcode is not matching. I wanted to take this issue to reliance customer care and asked one of The employee to show his i card but he refused to show me The card. And started abusing me. Then one employee showed me his i card and told me that do whatever you want. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable in a company like reliance.

                      So i kindly request you to look into this serious issue of corruption and unethical behaviour on The part of employees of reliance digital world which is in yamuna vihar delhi - 110053.
                      One of The employee Name was parminder kumar. I also have a letter signed by him in which he accepted that there has been some error while matching The barcode

After two day's tv was not working. I complaint customer service center they're telling mother board problem. But only two days working tv problem in mother board. I am not interested in the tv so please re place with new one i am asking in show room they telling u ask service sing center. But they are not agree to replacement with new one.                             I have purchased r o water purifer on 30/3/2014 from reliance digital store moggipair (chennai). after d 3rd month d problem starts initially the service people did come and did d need full from than every part has been changed and wen the first yrs of warranty was to get over it was asked to go for an amc for 2yrs, i went for it than my problem increased with ro as well as reliance service and staff with no response from them i went personally with d machine to their service station and to consumer court. they did d repair but after a month again d same routine of calls and no reposenes starts...

                            I generated the Jio offer code in my Leeco handset. and visited to the nearest Reliance digital store for sim with all detailis. When they applied my Offer code, they said that offer code redeemed. How offer code can be redeemed without my knowledge? Again i never got any sms from the Jio regarding offer or activation.                               They have taken my rs.27, 460 for this laptop on 2/10/2016. Didn't even give me a bill or the product. They did not tell me that they were selling me a display piece. When i refused, they are delaying by saying 2 days, 3 days we will give you a new laptop. Today they told me it will take 10 days. I am stuck with these people.

                              Now i need a refund asap.

                              This company is simply cheating.

I registered for AADHAR Card when I was posted to Haryana and now I am serving at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. When I went to your Digi store to get Jio SIM, they told me that your AADHAR is not registered in MP state so you will get JIO SIM in Haryana only. Now I have to go to Haryana to get JIO SIM? Please do the needful.. thank you...

                                      I went your reliance digital store cannigam road, bangalore they told that adhar card is must and address should be local address only. I told i have ration card and votor id at local address they they refused to provide jio sim. Let me know that without adhar card i can not get jio sim.

                                        I got a reliance Jio sim on 26/9/2016, Maharashtra.I submitted my adhar card as an identity proof. He said that it will take 3-4 days to activate the sim. But now I have been waiting for more than a week and still i don't see any sign of activation.I only got an order number regarding that. I have also tried to reach the customer care many times but that is of no use. I went to the store many times but they don't have any clue where my form is, They simply say It must be in data pending. I tried to call the customer care thrice and after waiting for whole 1 and a half hour I was lucky enough to connect twice. First time they gave me a complaint no. and said it would be resolved in 2 days. But it has been 4 days since he said that. Second time she wasn't able to check any info as apparently there servers were down. So this is my last resort. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.My Aadhar Card is of Chhattisgarh and I took jio sim from pune, Maharashtra...I have heard rumours that only people having local aadhar card of maharashtra would get their sim activated ...so can I know is it true?
