    I had recently visited one of your counters at Reliance Digital Vashi (Opposite Railway Station) for getting a Reliance Jio 4G Sim Card. It was such a FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. Either your staff is not trained at all as they do not know what the requirements are or they really want to trouble the people who come there by giving them the information about the right document in installments.

    Your staff at the counter when asked about what all is required, first told me about just one document, then when I came back from the photocopy shop, told me to stand in queue then after a whole 15 minutes waiting, again told me about second document. And it didn’t stop there, he again had problems with the documents and told me to go home and get another document.

    From 12:15 pm to 1:40 pm he made run here and there for documents, multiple times and moreover he also told me that you should be back by 2 pm, else we will leave!!! And even after I somehow managed to get everything on time and reached back, he tells me that the photograph is not correct. Let me reiterate this was my 4th visit already now in those 2 hours.

    My question is: When your staff was aware and had already seen all the documents beforehand, why couldn’t he tell me everything at once what all is required and in what form !!?? Why it took him more than 2 hours to give me all details and all in installments, making me run here and there multiple times.

    Why can’t you have a flyer or a pamphlet regarding what documents are required? Why is it so inconvenient and troublesome for the customer to get the basic requirement details?

    Also the team at Reliance Digital when called before visiting tells the timing as 11:00 – 2:30 pm for sim distribution and the team distributing the sim are very audaciously saying the timings are 10:30 am – 2pm.

    Can I please know how a customer is supposed to handle the miscommunication problem that exist in your team? Why are we communicated 2 time slots?

    What kind of customer handling training is being provided to these employees!! I have had the worst experience at Reliance Digital Vashi. Did not expect such discourteous and rude employee behavior, specially your front-end, customer facing people. You also know suppliers are available everywhere, and there is no dearth, and nobody will have a problem in switching.

    In today’s world such a basic thing like good customer frond end experience (just talking nice and providing the information correctly and timely) is such simple hygiene things that everyone provides. Even a roadside small shop owner does. But I’m sorry to say that your employees at Reliance Digital Vashi did not just troubled me providing the information timely but also DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED me to the core by their behavior.

    Worst Experience Ever ! Something you just don’t expect in today’s times ! I am totally boycotting visiting this store in future and will surely discourage others too, to avoid such a bad experience and getting a pain in the head.

        I received a msg that my complaint has been resolved, but i want to inform you neither i received cashback in my icici credit card nor points received in my reliance on card, my issue is -

        I had purchase iphone 5s from relaince digital, gulshan plaza, badnera road, amravati on 14august2016, they had commited me that 10% cashback on your purchase through icici credit card, as per offer, but i still not received cashback, as well as they refused add points in reliance one card, poor service, staff dont understands the need of customer.
        kindly update points in my reliance one card & cashback in my icici credit card.

          Now that recently I took a fridge, I walked in to the store I clearly told I am looking for a fridge for my Watchman family I was about to choose one, meanwhile sales man came explaining godrej is a very good model fast cooling though there is not power it holds the cooling for 24 hr blah blah.finally they made me purchase that and fridge was delivered.from day one completely Ice is formed in the fridge.and then when I read the Manual it says we have to defrost every week, which was not told to me as part of demo.And now store people doesnt respond, finally one tech came he talks to me on phone in such a way that I took afterall 14k product ...just defrost it dont you know that..he was using a worst slang.But even after defrost every day Ice form.What should I do with all this issue.I mean don't RELIANCE feel some responsibility for this.why are you doing so ethic less business.what every we spent at you store is our hard earned money.

              Hi i have purchased a lg tv on saturday (15/10/2016) and took delivery on the same day on my own as i have constraint to get it setup on weekend itself as i will not be available on week days due to my office working ours and explain the same to the store representative and they promised for installation\setup on next day i. E. Sunday (16/10/2016) according to their sla which they didn't met. Also i have reached to their customer care on sunday and got response as they will attend on the same day, but they didn't attend i have also reached to their customer care on sunday (16.10.2016) and got response as they will attend my home on the same day and received the message for the same, but no technician attended till now (18/10/2016) and receiving the same response (That they attend on the same day) upon calling their customer care. I called them daily since i bought the product and no attention paid from their side, please find attached text messages which i received from them

                    Conclusion: Staff including their Manager/AM (Sanjay) are very rude, unhappy and i think they are not interested in selling stuff. Croma people are more professional.

                    Went to Reliance Digital Xpress Store Today for the 5th time to get JIO SIM (Not worth buying after going through so much of trouble and pain):
                    WORST EXPERIENCE Reasons Below:
                    1. No body responds to the calls when i try to get the update over the call.

                    2. After reaching the store (travelled 5 Kms from one side i.e. 10Kms in total ) got to know that the servers are again down from last 4 days.

                    3. Went to meet the manager Mr. Sanjay (who lied about his designation, at first he said that he is an Assistant Manager later he said he is the Manager so i was confused). He also didnt gave me his name even after asking multiple times at first, he straight away refused to give me his name, but when i pushed really hard then only i got to know about his name.
                    4. This so called Manager/Assistant Manager (Sanjay) was very rude to me. when i asked that the servers of Reliance are down from last 4 days? and RELIANCE such big group is not doing anything to correct it from last 4 Days then "Sanjay" Mocked me in front of other customers laughing made a joke of my question and even laughed about my genuine question. I[censored] are a manager then you should have a proper answer to any question. THIS WAS NOT ONLY SURPRISING BUT ALSO HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

                    5. now comes the part about why was i at reliance digital. i was there to buy a Jio Dongle. first the staff told me that the dongle is not available. then i said that 2 days back person told me that it will be available by today, that guy went inside and got me the dongle (Its funny because first they denied then they got it out of clouds) funny.

                    6. when i protested that the dongle comes with a sim card with it. they said that i have get the sim from the the jio guy. then the manager also distant himself from the jio person (i thought both were from reliance) NO Co-ordination among themselves.

                    7. I thought all of the staff should be in a reliance ditital tshirts. i might be wrong but he (sanjay) was in plain clothes.

                      I am Eshan Bhatia and I bought an AOC company LED TV from Kolkata Lake Mall Reliance Digital showroom in Rash Bihari kolkata on[protected].I took an extended warranty of Rs 2800 for 2 yrs.
                      Since last one month TV is not switching on due to power problem.We contacted Reliance Digital to solve this.One person from AOC called us and told us that AOC warranty is for one year and if we have taken extended warranty then we will have to contact Reliance digital.
                      So after Harassment of One month One mechanic from AOC visited our house to replace the part of Tv but that new part was also defective.So he took back the new part and the problem remained unsolved and told us that he will come after Two days.But after 2 days he called and told us that Reliance digital has not made payment so he won't be able to come.
                      And since then we are getting harassed by Reliance digital and till now problem is not solved

                          Recently, I had visited Reliance Digital Store (Kestopur branch, North 24 pgs, WB, Kol 101) with a valid bar code which was the prerequisite to get a JIO sim. I stood in the queue for about 2 hours at a stretch. Finally when my turn came, the responsible person went out for a break with only 10-15 minutes more to go for getting the sim for that day. When my turn came they said that they are closing JIO sim counter for the day. Even the behavior was too rude and the executives were maintaining an attitude that they are doing us a favour by providing JIO sim free of cost. It was indeed one my worst experience ever being from one of the top corporates.

                            I had taken a new phone with 4g access, in front of the guy issuing the jio sim (Reliance digital nagarbhavi). He only activated the code for the aadhar card and other details required. He scanned the bar code and it showed number is already redeemed so there was no proper reply from them. Even the customer care guy told me same, can't help with that.

                            With my aadhar card and my details and somebody else is using the sim. Its a fraud from reliance company.

                            Please need a solution for this. There are so many people getting the issue

                                  I visited to your Reliance digital shop on dated 02/09/2015 at 20:35 pm and purchased a microsoft Lumia 4 bearing IMEI NO: [protected] and the bill was raised by your staff in the name of DHIRAJ Sagar.

                                  That the said mobile started malfunctioning (it includes display, hanging etc) some days before but due my business I find it uneasy to visit the service center but when the display was ultimately dead then I went to LUMIA Service center on 20/08/2016 (i.e. within service period from the date of Purchase),

                                  That there I was shocked to know the reason of refusal which they said : they said that the mobile is out of warranty period which ended on 22/06/2016. then I visited your store from where I purchased the mobile, where I was properly Interrogated by your in-charge and also the Product along with the Bill was also inspected and then after a complain was registered on the same date i.e 20/08/2015. THE COMPLAIN NO [protected].

                                  now on the elapsed of nearly two months nothing had been done for its redressal also the person in the store is unable to reply to the matter.
                                  That I need know where is the problem, should I move before the proper court for its redressal and other related grievances.
                                  Kindly Suggest

                                    Purchased whirlpool semi automatic washing machine on 11 oct 16. In the new machine water is leaking through drain hole even when knob is kept in non drain position. complaint registered with Avadi, (Chennai) outlet. No one attended as on today. Even not picking up the phone. very worst experiance. This is the first time i am buying a product in reliance digital. this will be my last purchase. even i will not allow others to buy within my circle. my mob number to track the product i purchased is [protected].                                       I Have recently bought Skull Candy earphones from Reliance Digital which has One year warranty .After 3 months, I have noticed that one of the earphone plug is not working and I have took the earphones to the shop and asked him to replace as it is under warranty. He refused as there was no Bill. But when I asked him before buying those earphones, he said "warranty card would be enough Mam". And now they are not responding . Kindly Solve this Issue as soon as possible

                                        I bought an Air conditioner of Samsung, recently heavy water leakage was there from inside and the display of the AC also stopped working. I called the local reliance digital care and they sent the Samsung customer care engineer. He said this is a clear case of wrong installation(which was done by the Reliance digital persons). One copper pipe was bent badly and fixed which needs about 1000 or so to fix, and the other side of the AC from outside open this lead to rat entry and eatinf of cable. I can understand rat eating is bad luck, but I repeatedly asked the installation guys if that is ok, they were in their own hurry. Had they told that it isnt ok. I would have taken care. And the copper pipe bending is purely an error of the installation guys. I urge the reliance digital to pay for the damage charges. The customer care lady was completely unresponsive. They had promised v good service so I had taken the AC there. But I am really disappointed. I expect speedy action on this.
