I went to this outlet to get a product which was unavailable at that moment, and because it was unavailable, the guard of this outlet told me to leave with a very rude tone and expression. When I started to ask why was I being treated so rudely, the other staff members also started to be rude and unpleasant. This is not the right way. I, being a genuine customer, deserve the right to be treated correctly according to the standards. This outlet at that time was not even crowed for their unjustifiable gestures. I am really angry because of this issue. I need answers and apologies from the respectable head of the outlet.
Why did the guard ask me to leave? Is this their home and not a public outlet? Is this not the manager's duty to respect their customers? WeDeserveBetter.
