I had paid an amount of Rs 38000 for a Samsung 390lts on the 15th of August and they came for delivery after 6 days, they refused to open the cartoon, and after putting pressure they partial opened the cartoon, but did not open the bottom portion, when I asked them to remove the bottom packing, I saw that the fridge was not standing on its legs and one leg was bent at a thirty degrees angle, they tried to put prea sure on me to accept the piece, I had to speak to different people of the showroom and refused to accept the damaged product, they said I can buy an LG fridge instead mi said if I have paid for a Samsung, I want a Samsung fridge only, we went to the showroom for a refund, and the customer service asked for one more chance, we gave them, after two days that employee was not there, my husband went and shouted and asked for a refund they said it will come in a week, I went again after a week and they are saying wait for five days due to system error I asked to speak to the manager, but they are not allowing to meet him.
