I had paid an amount of Rs 38000 for a Samsung 390lts on the 15th of August and they came for delivery after 6 days, they refused to open the cartoon, and after putting pressure they partial opened the cartoon, but did not open the bottom portion, when I asked them to remove the bottom packing, I saw that the fridge was not standing on its legs and one leg was bent at a thirty degrees angle, they tried to put prea sure on me to accept the piece, I had to speak to different people of the showroom and refused to accept the damaged product, they said I can buy an LG fridge instead mi said if I have paid for a Samsung, I want a Samsung fridge only, we went to the showroom for a refund, and the customer service asked for one more chance, we gave them, after two days that employee was not there, my husband went and shouted and asked for a refund they said it will come in a week, I went again after a week and they are saying wait for five days due to system error I asked to speak to the manager, but they are not allowing to meet him.

    Dear Conern,

    As Reliance Jio Sim is only available in Reliance Digital stores, I got a Sim on submitting my documents on 25.08.16.

    To my surprise it's more than 6 days now but I am still searching for signals. Have a 4G phone which was duly verified by the person. Customer care doest bother to answer. Have attached the snapshot of on hold duration. Magic service. Just providing free 4G service and free calls on pathetic customer service would hardly attract any educated customer.

      My complaint request no is [protected], i was purchased on dated
      17/07/2016 and Led installed on dated 18/07/2016 within 7 days im
      facing Led back-light display spread issue and i got replacement of same brand and model rather i insist them to give me other brand but as per them that time they haven't other brand in stock of same price.

      Later on i got same issue with replaced LED and now i want replacement as brand is not even a month older, they are ready to repair a faulty part but i have paid for new so i dont want faulty part replacement. I am expecting refund or brand change of TV.

        I purchased for Rs. 42900/- a Samsung LED 40H4250 TV along with Samsung speakers on 20 Aug., 2016, from Reliance Digital Ltd./RRL Digital, Vikarampuri, Karkhana, Secunderabad 500009, Relationship ID [protected]. I was informed by the salesperson Mr. Satish that while the TV would be delivered the next day, the speakers however would be delivered only after 2-3 days since they were out-of-stock. I agreed to wait for 2-3 days. But I regret to inform you that while the TV was delivered the next day, though it is 12 days now since I made the complete payment, the speakers have not yet been delivered. I made a few calls to the shop on Tel. Nos.[protected], 22, 33, but either my call was not taken or my complaint was not responded to. I then called on your toll free number[protected] on 31 August. Your officer on the phone informed me that he would look into the matter and contact the shop. But I did not hear anything from the shop after my call to your toll free number. . So I contacted the shop today i.e. on1st Sept.. Mr. Kishore took my call and said that he would look into the matter and call me back within 2-3 minutes. But it is about two hours now and no one has contacted meas yet regarding my complaint. I wish to inform you that I am very disappointed at having purchased my TV from this shop. I could have purchased a TV from Croma which was just a few shops away. But I chose Reliance Digital thinking that I would get better service from you. I request you to look into the matter and please do the needful at the earliest.

        I would also like to mention that most of the time my calls are not taken at all by the shop.

          We visited reliance digital mini store at kadavantra Cochin . The service which your staff provided was very bad. We just went to buy one o[censored]r life phone and they treated us in such a way that we asked them for free phone. The person in the counter(the one with your uniform) have no interest to sell products he just want us to leave the store as early as possible

            I registered a complaint on 30/8/2016 regards my micro max led tv model no 50k2330UHD repair which I brought just a month (25/7/2016)before in reliance digital old washermenpet branch, till now (1/9/2016)no one shown up and no one called me, this is the worst every service I every faced, now I'm thinking buying tv in your show room was the mistake of mine, in ur resq portal your mentioned 24/7 service all fake, I went to the reliance digital store where I brought the tv . Even they don't know whom to call, tell what should I do, shall return the tv in your show room .

            Hi,
            I am Manikandan, as per Reliance reference no : [protected] and TR No:75693136, It's been 27 days till now my problem not solved, micro max service center issued me a new tv for a replacement but still I'm not got it from Relience digital, why you people trolling me, I brought the tv because I like Micromax but this makes me so depressed. When I ask replacement in Relience digital they are saying store (code :7585)there wifi not working for 10 days . Now there saying they update new app so I need to wait until they transfer old data, that also I waited 4 day till now, for 10 days this shop server down they are saying then how they serve better with Jio, this 27 days I'll called and went store so many times,

              Reliance digital delivered a worst product (Aquasure taste guard) to me and within 2 months there is a repair of 3 times.
              whenever i raise a complaint the service engineer comes on the last minute of SLA and solved the problem and the next day the issue arises again.

              The worst exp i have with Reliance.
              I regret now as why i purchased the product from this company.

              I suggestion to all not to buy from Reliance as the service is the worst and products are not reliable.

                We brought a DELL Laptop on 25th Jan 2016, from Reliance digital, Hill Road Bandra. the representative available sold me the display model without my knowledge. within the next month there some or the other issues. (like the touch pad wasn't working properly, Laptop should get shut down automatically) I even wanted to exchange it but they said it wont be possible now and as it was minor issues. so we didn't raise a complaint,

                But now since the issue is still persisted and also the laptop keyboard not working properly. I contacted the Dell Customer Care, they informed that the laptop is not in warranty and asked me to check with the provider, which i did, I spoke with Vikram from Reliance Digital Hill road Bandra, He said since its been so many months that's y the dell people are not updating the warranty and they don't have any idea when they will update it.

                Firstly it was the Reliance Digital responsibility to update it with the few days we purchased the laptop. now we are facing so much problem.

                Every time My Wife have to speak to Reliance digital Representative or the dell customer care Executive.

                We are very much disappointed with reliance service.

                  I purchased an LG refrigerator from Reliance Digital (Marthalli, Bengaluru) on 15th August and the delivery was agreed to be done on the weekend of 20th Aug.
                  The fridge was delivered on 21st Aug, however it could not be opened till the Reliance Technician visited.
                  The reliance technician visited on 27th Aug (Saturday) only to find after opening the packaging that the refrigerator was damaged and not fit for use.
                  When spoken to Showroom they said this will need to be picked up with LG who will give approval for replacement fridge.
                  If the refrigerator is damaged it is either Reliance or LG's fault. But not mine.

                  I have been living with a refrigerator for almost a week now. I need a replacement fridge or my money back so that I can purchase another fridge from somewhere else.

                  Expect speedy action on this from LG or Reliance Digital.

                    There was an offer of 5% of Cash back on all purchases made using debit card. Thereby, I am suppose to get cash back of Rs. 540/- (5% on 10, 801.50)

                      I bought reliance jio sim from one of the reliance digital stores located in city center, dhanbad. As reliance promises that sim will be activated within 72 hr but till now i have nt received any sign of activation. Apart from this i also want to say that they are providing the sim that does not contain mobile number because of which we are not be able to complain as customer care require mobile number for their database search.. I am providing you all sort of details of the sim pamplet that i received from the store. I request you kindly to take strict action against the store as they are not providing the best services to the customer

                            I bought a camera in your shop. While receiving itself I told them it is being used and not a new product they told me it was in display only, The shop incharge told me this product does not have any issue. But I even told him that its not working properly I told. Next day I went and I complaint the product is not working well. He asked me to return so that he will get me new product and I given it back. but till now no response and not even proper response. Could you please guide them. If not please ask them to return my money.

                            My jio sim not activated from past 3 days when i was calling they are answering 24 hours till now it is not activated uneccerary they are making me a foolish from past 3 days and they are telling we will activate tomorrow i am listening these qords from past 3 days take this matter seriously and make my sim activated early.

                                I want to give complaint for reliance digital store in adarsh nagar new delhi, they are not giving reliance gio sim to anyone. As per them your company has[protected] pendency which company is not able to resolve and till time it will not get resolved they cannot able to provide new sim. When i ask them that do you made indent for new sims they replied it comes automatically we don't make request. It was also looking that they have stock with them but they were not providing that. Nobody over there was telling when we get the sim. One guy was saying to come and check tomorrow and another was saying to come after 3-4 days. When i asked one guy over there about his name, he hesitated and said don't take my name i am in training, what a answer i got. I want you to please let me know when do i get sim from adarsh nagar store.

                                  I purchased an acer laptop from reliance digital banjara hills, it was defective sold with a duplicate charger.manager Mr. Susheel xavier .n, has sold it for 19000rs.next day I returned and it went to service centre and it's mother board was replaced and aftr that again it's battery was found to be defective and again replace and still it was not working.sudheel xavier the most fraudulent person in this world he doesn't reapond to any queries and refuses to replace laptop nor get it repaired. Reliance digital and acer are frauds and fake companies which doesn't care beware

                                    I registered a service / repair on refrigerator using my coupon received on buying LG Washing machine a month ago. And it got repaired too but after few days again refrigerator stopped working [ not cooling ], even after calling the service man few times he ignored saying it'll work after few days more. Till date it didn't. So I contacted Reliance regarding this, as per Reliance executive I've been told to register a complaint and I can reopen the same coupon which I used for repairing.                                       Reliance Digital — Incapable staff and incorrect information


                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I have purchased the RECONNECT-RELEGE4301 43inches LEDTV on 16th August 2016 at Reliance Digital, LEPL CENTRO Mall, Vijayawada.
                                      In the name of Muneer Akbar. Phone no: [protected].

                                      They are supposed to deliver the TV on 17th but even after several calls they have not delivered.

                                      I called the customer care on 18 August 2016 Reference no:[protected], finally 24th August 2016 they have delivered.

                                      After that I am called the no [protected] for installation, they confirmed that they will come tomorrow 25th August 2016 with the technician and installed the same.

                                      After that I am continuously calling [protected] the lady who lifts the calls and say's she will send the Technician tomorrow.

                                      It was almost 8days for delivery, but there is No response for Installation.

                                      We are experiencing a pathetic service from these people.

                                      What kind of service we can expect after sales.

                                      With this kind of worst experience I am not interested to deal with Reliance Digital any more.

                                      I want you to please take action regarding this.

                                        My "Relationship ID" : [protected]. I purchased iBall Premio Win 8.1on 8/08/2016. Product ID : INIB[protected] as per the invoice. Your product claims FREE Microsoft Office 365 one year subscription and Auto upgrade to Windows 10. I am told by Microsoft that both are not possible as the offer to iBall as expired 6 mths ago. The charger adapter was not working and I was directed to the iBall service center on the third day of my purchase. On enquiry about the Microsoft Office 365 activation, they could not do it and asked my contact Microsoft. Went back to your store at Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad and I was assigned one Intiyaz Ali to look into this matter. He assigned one Microsoft personnel to come to my house and do the needful. The gentle man Mr. Nagendra cam from Microsoft and after inspection spoke with his senior and shared with me that the offer to iBall on Microsoft Office and Auto upgrade has expired 6 months ago.
                                        On contacting your store I was told it would be resolved. UNFORTUNATELY this has yet to be resolved as of today.
                                        Very surprising when speaking with Mr. Intiyaz Ali to understand by when this can be resolved as he was suppose to give a resolution by 23rd Aug'2016, he disconnected the phone and repeated calls is not responding.

                                        I do not know now what to do. Please deliver what has been claimed on the product or take back the product and refund the money.

                                        Hope to get a faster resolution.
