Worst shopping experience at Reliance digital Shipra mall. I purchased a home theatre Yamaha YHT-299 from Reliance digital Shipra Mall (Ghaziabad) on 25th Aug. Since it was the last unit open box available, upon auditioning it was found faulty for centre speaker. Because I only wanted to go for YHT-299 model, I was then advised that 1 unit is available in Mahagun Mall which is a display unit but fully functional and no issue in aesthetics also. I agreed and made the payment in Reliance digital in Shipra mall without even seeing or testing the unit trusting brand reputation. Got the delivery of the unit yesterday and I was very disappointed seeing that receiver of the home theatre is faulty, showing "Internal Error". The 2nd issue was the deep scratch on sub-woofer panel. I immediately reported the both issues to Reliance digital store to reply of which they explained that the installation person will see the error and sub-woofer and rectification will be done tomorrow. Today the person visited but was unable to resolve the functional issue in the receiver. For the other issue of sub-woofer he advised to talk to store for replacement.

Complaint id yesterday was [protected] (for Faulty receiver/installation/sub-woofer) and now a new id [protected] has been assigned today. My question is do we expect faulty products from a brand like Reliance? Is anybody responsible for quality assurance before product is packed? And when the customer already informed yesterday that receiver is faulty, why don't a skilled person was sent for problem resolution?
If the product will be repaired now by Yamaha, I am not interested to keep this product and need a refund against the same and will definitely refrain to buy products from Reliance in future.Pl call me asap because now your service department called & told me that since it was display unit, it will be repaired which I don't want. I was not told at the time of purchase that was faulty unit. 1st he asked me to visit Shipra mall to get the replacement and later told that repair will happen.The guys are so unprofessional that when I call your Shipra mall store, the ask the query and then put on hold for 10 minutes and then give number of some another guy and so on. I can't take this much of headache and tired of the pathetic services, either refund my money within 2 working days or provide me the replacement.

I shall be pursuing this matter with your parent company too if needed and will post the feedback on social media also in case it is not resolved timely. This was never expected from a brand like Reliance ! Highly dissatisfied.

    I went ro reliance digital virar west. Already have generated bar code feom my join app. When I went there and ask about sim they said to come next day saying coupens for today are finished. They asked me to came next day saying ques are therefrom morning 7:00 for sim and they are only giving 60 coupens a day. If reliance are looking to cover India then why this type of attitude you are having. Just 60 sim a day ??
    Is this sim is for those people who have time to stand in Que in working day's or have no other work to do. I[censored] can't give sim then what is the point to advertising it this much..
    Typically reliance service.. pathetic

      Hi,
      This is Rajasekhar from Bangalore, i am facing issue with reliance digital service. i have been chested multiple times by customer executives of reliance it causing time waste and money waste in my case.
      I want them to activate new plan and i did what customer executives have guided me but i could see no changes. when i reach them i am asked for new recharge for now plan but changes are never done...

          I purchased JioFi on Aug 28 from Reliance Digital Mini Store. This device costed me 2899 rupees in cash. That time Reliance Website (www.jio.com) and Reliance Mini Store executive at Mathikere, Bengaluru both confirmed that upon activation I will get 3 months (90 days) of free 4G data. But after 2 days when the device got activated I saw only 2GB data is there (by logging into jio.com, myAccount section). I have raised complaints from this app and got no reply since 3 days. And now today just noticed the device's cost came down to 1999 rupees. I can ignore the fact that I was cheated by Reliance on the price of the device. But what I can't tolerate the fact that for 2900 rupees, I just got 2GB of data and nobody is there in JioCare to listen to my complaint.

            . Today I feel really sorry for Buying Reliance Jiofi2 form Kottiyam, Kollam, Kerala. Mine was Rejected because my passport Photostat was not correct, I resubmitted it on Sunday, They said it will be activated the same day (Sunday)... TODAY IS FRIDAY... Still no sign of Jio signal... People who applied it on Monday got it on Tuesday, All the people who applied it last week got it activated Except me...
            I hope the activation is not given under the basis of Reservation.

              I am still waiting ... Still not yet activated.. They have no responsibility for customers who paid 2899 for JioFi router and which is not usable. No information from customer service.. The company should have activated the Jio sim with JioFi router customers to free Jio sim customers who paid nothing..

              I have purchased JioFi 2 router along with Jio4g sim from Reliance Digital Kottayam, Kerala on[protected]. I submitted all documents at the time of purchase. I was told from the sales executive that it will be activated in 3 days. But the connection is not yet activated. I have paid 2899 for the device and after that I disconnected my active broadband connection. Before 2 days the price of router slashed to 2000. Please don't try to cheat your valuable customers by not activating the connection. I had faith in Reliance service but the situation is worst. My Jio number is [protected]. I haven't got any tele verification message yet. Please take an immediate action to solve my issue.

              Same problem for me.
              I had purchased reliance jiofi device on 1st Sept 2016 for 2899/- at Reliance digital store, Tirumala, Trivandrum but the device is not yet activated. I didn't get any confirmation message that my sim is ready for tele verification. After my fourth visit to the store to see what the problem is, I was notified my alternate number was noted down incorrectly but my sim is ready for tele verification. So I called the tele verification number and enter my details which in my case is the Date of Issue on my Driving license but they say I have entered the wrong details. I tried it a few times and then I move to the store to see what the problem is. The store representatives try as well but they are flustered too and they can't understand what the issue is.               I have purchased JioFi device for 1999 /- & got a Jio Sim from Reliance Digital Store at Avani Riverside Mall, Howrah on 9th Sept 16 after completing the eKYC with my adhar card; this SIM should have been activated within 15 minutes, but even after 6 days the SIM is still not activated. I did not even receive any message for tele-verification & when I am trying to tele-verify on my own, it says my Jio sim has already been tele-verified. I do not expect this as a customer.                 Overall intent for ongoing reliance jio promotional offer is to build the required customer base so that they can sustain over a period of time considering the tough competition from other major players. But seems like they are faulting on the customer relationship part.
                I got a mailer/sms that your mobile is reliance jio compatible and recommended to get the registration done. Post registration suggested to visit nearby reliance digital store for document submission /reliance jio sim collection. I was really amazed with the simple / overall registration process defined and excited to experience reliance jio's service but got disappointed with the customer service @ reliance digital, shipra mall. Experienced one of the worst customer service. Truly speaking they've lost one of the customer only

                  I bought the Reliance Jio Fi 2 portable wifi hotspot device from the Reliance Digital store @ Fun Mall, Coimbatore on 1/09/2016.I paid Rs .2899 for the device but it was priced Rs.1999 on their website when I checked on the same day.I don't know why it was not updated at their store.
                  I want to know why I was overcharged for the same device which they had announced at Rs 1999.I will produce the bill if necessary.I would like a quick response from you side and can I get a refund.Iam at a loss of Rs 900.It might be the franchise owners of the store responsible for not updating the price.This is a matter of great concern for me please take this seriously.

                    I had paid an amount of Rs 38000 for a Samsung 390lts on the 15th of August and they came for delivery after 6 days, they refused to open the cartoon, and after putting pressure they partial opened the cartoon, but did not open the bottom portion, when I asked them to remove the bottom packing, I saw that the fridge was not standing on its legs and one leg was bent at a thirty degrees angle, they tried to put prea sure on me to accept the piece, I had to speak to different people of the showroom and refused to accept the damaged product, they said I can buy an LG fridge instead mi said if I have paid for a Samsung, I want a Samsung fridge only, we went to the showroom for a refund, and the customer service asked for one more chance, we gave them, after two days that employee was not there, my husband went and shouted and asked for a refund they said it will come in a week, I went again after a week and they are saying wait for five days due to system error I asked to speak to the manager, but they are not allowing to meet him.

                      Dear Conern,

                      As Reliance Jio Sim is only available in Reliance Digital stores, I got a Sim on submitting my documents on 25.08.16.

                      To my surprise it's more than 6 days now but I am still searching for signals. Have a 4G phone which was duly verified by the person. Customer care doest bother to answer. Have attached the snapshot of on hold duration. Magic service. Just providing free 4G service and free calls on pathetic customer service would hardly attract any educated customer.

                        17/07/2016 and Led installed on dated 18/07/2016 within 7 days im
                        facing Led back-light display spread issue and i got replacement of same brand and model rather i insist them to give me other brand but as per them that time they haven't other brand in stock of same price.

                        Later on i got same issue with replaced LED and now i want replacement as brand is not even a month older, they are ready to repair a faulty part but i have paid for new so i dont want faulty part replacement. I am expecting refund or brand change of TV.

                          I purchased for Rs. 42900/- a Samsung LED 40H4250 TV along with Samsung speakers on 20 Aug., 2016, from Reliance Digital Ltd./RRL Digital, Vikarampuri, Karkhana, Secunderabad 500009, Relationship ID [protected]. I was informed by the salesperson Mr. Satish that while the TV would be delivered the next day, the speakers however would be delivered only after 2-3 days since they were out-of-stock. I agreed to wait for 2-3 days. But I regret to inform you that while the TV was delivered the next day, though it is 12 days now since I made the complete payment, the speakers have not yet been delivered. I made a few calls to the shop on Tel. Nos.[protected], 22, 33, but either my call was not taken or my complaint was not responded to. I then called on your toll free number[protected] on 31 August. Your officer on the phone informed me that he would look into the matter and contact the shop. But I did not hear anything from the shop after my call to your toll free number. . So I contacted the shop today i.e. on1st Sept.. Mr. Kishore took my call and said that he would look into the matter and call me back within 2-3 minutes. But it is about two hours now and no one has contacted meas yet regarding my complaint. I wish to inform you that I am very disappointed at having purchased my TV from this shop. I could have purchased a TV from Croma which was just a few shops away. But I chose Reliance Digital thinking that I would get better service from you. I request you to look into the matter and please do the needful at the earliest.

                          I would also like to mention that most of the time my calls are not taken at all by the shop.

                            We visited reliance digital mini store at kadavantra Cochin . The service which your staff provided was very bad. We just went to buy one o[censored]r life phone and they treated us in such a way that we asked them for free phone. The person in the counter(the one with your uniform) have no interest to sell products he just want us to leave the store as early as possible

                              I registered a complaint on 30/8/2016 regards my micro max led tv model no 50k2330UHD repair which I brought just a month (25/7/2016)before in reliance digital old washermenpet branch, till now (1/9/2016)no one shown up and no one called me, this is the worst every service I every faced, now I'm thinking buying tv in your show room was the mistake of mine, in ur resq portal your mentioned 24/7 service all fake, I went to the reliance digital store where I brought the tv .                               I am Manikandan, as per Reliance reference no : [protected] and TR No:75693136, It's been 27 days till now my problem not solved, micro max service center issued me a new tv for a replacement but still I'm not got it from Relience digital, why you people trolling me, I brought the tv because I like Micromax but this makes me so depressed. When I ask replacement in Relience digital they are saying store (code :7585)there wifi not working for 10 days . Now there saying they update new app so I need to wait until they transfer old data, that also I waited 4 day till now, for 10 days this shop server down they are saying then how they serve better with Jio, this 27 days I'll called and went store so many times,

                                Reliance digital delivered a worst product (Aquasure taste guard) to me and within 2 months there is a repair of 3 times.
                                whenever i raise a complaint the service engineer comes on the last minute of SLA and solved the problem and the next day the issue arises again.

                                The worst exp i have with Reliance.
                                I regret now as why i purchased the product from this company.

                                I suggestion to all not to buy from Reliance as the service is the worst and products are not reliable.

                                  We brought a DELL Laptop on 25th Jan 2016, from Reliance digital, Hill Road Bandra. the representative available sold me the display model without my knowledge. within the next month there some or the other issues. (like the touch pad wasn't working properly, Laptop should get shut down automatically) I even wanted to exchange it but they said it wont be possible now and as it was minor issues. so we didn't raise a complaint,

                                  But now since the issue is still persisted and also the laptop keyboard not working properly. I contacted the Dell Customer Care, they informed that the laptop is not in warranty and asked me to check with the provider, which i did, I spoke with Vikram from Reliance Digital Hill road Bandra, He said since its been so many months that's y the dell people are not updating the warranty and they don't have any idea when they will update it.

                                  Firstly it was the Reliance Digital responsibility to update it with the few days we purchased the laptop. now we are facing so much problem.

                                  Every time My Wife have to speak to Reliance digital Representative or the dell customer care Executive.

                                  We are very much disappointed with reliance service.

                                    I purchased an LG refrigerator from Reliance Digital (Marthalli, Bengaluru) on 15th August and the delivery was agreed to be done on the weekend of 20th Aug.
                                    The fridge was delivered on 21st Aug, however it could not be opened till the Reliance Technician visited.
                                    The reliance technician visited on 27th Aug (Saturday) only to find after opening the packaging that the refrigerator was damaged and not fit for use.
                                    When spoken to Showroom they said this will need to be picked up with LG who will give approval for replacement fridge.
                                    If the refrigerator is damaged it is either Reliance or LG's fault. But not mine.

                                    I have been living with a refrigerator for almost a week now. I need a replacement fridge or my money back so that I can purchase another fridge from somewhere else.

                                    Expect speedy action on this from LG or Reliance Digital.

                                        I bought reliance jio sim from one of the reliance digital stores located in city center, dhanbad. As reliance promises that sim will be activated within 72 hr but till now i have nt received any sign of activation. Apart from this i also want to say that they are providing the sim that does not contain mobile number because of which we are not be able to complain as customer care require mobile number for their database search.. I am providing you all sort of details of the sim pamplet that i received from the store. I request you kindly to take strict action against the store as they are not providing the best services to the customer
