Respected reliance customer support team,

After getting plenty of positive response socially and as well as from my colleagues, i have purchased jiofi for my official use on 02/09/2016, i was told by store manager that my device would get activated in 24 hours, which itself was not compromising as my colleagues told that it would activated in 4 + hours. but i was like agreed to 24 hours and purchased device.

Patiently waited for 48 hours, only then i realized my wait is not just 24 hours it is going to be forever & forever. added to all these, jio customer care lines are all busted, so a customer who has spent 1999 rupees (against free jio sim) has nobody to provide support (or) at least to give activation update. reliance jio has already created very undesirable impact, and i’m not going to recommend it to my family, friends, colleagues and not even to any common man.

I’m not even sure if these are the right mailers to be used, but i have no other go other than this, just wanted to convey message to somebody at reliance, so if at least there is only lyf at reliance who cares for quality and customer can address this.

I came to know that there are about 30 jiofi connections waiting for activation for last 5+ days from same store. can someone please help out?

The people in kanjurmarg west store do not pickup hundreds of calls neither do they activate any sims.

      We have brought new LED TV from reliance digital Nagpur 2 days back..But still we don't have any service provider for installation at Wardha.At d time of purchase they promised us installation within 24-48hrs ..also we r not getting proper communication responses even from frequent calls at centres..we r havng lots of inconvenience as we all r working people in family...kindly look after the matter n communicate us as early as possible..contact no-[protected]..I hope u don't think ur customers r imp till then they pay ur bill amount..

        I got a reliance jio sim on 31/8/2016, Maharashtra.I submitted my passport as an identity proof. He said that it will take 3-4 days to activate the sim. But now I have been waiting for more than a week and still i don't see any sign of activation.I haven't even got even 1 message from them. I have also tried to reach the customer care many times but that is of no use. I went to the store many times but they don't have any clue where my form is, They simply say It must be in data pending. I tried to call the customer care thrice and after waiting for whole 1 and a half hour I was lucky enough to connect twice. First time they gave me a complaint no. and said it would be resolved in 2 days. But it has been 4 days since he said that. Second time she wasn't able to check any info as apparently there servers were down. I tried to reach them on twitter but there they simply tweet back the automated responses and don't even try to contact you further. So this is my last resort. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

          Today i visited reliance digital store madhuri complex bartand dhanbad for a jeo sim at 6.10 pm, he refuged to provide sim and said that we are distributing only 50 sim daily. you have to come in the que in the tomorrow morning at 11 am. i requested that i am an employee and will be free till 6.00 pm, kindly provide me in the tomorrow evening, but he refused to do so, and at the same time he is completing the formality of a person for the same. i think there is something going wrong in providing the sim.
          I shocked with his behaviour and do not understand what should i do for this.

            Sir i purchased jiofi device on 1 september from dx mini store in tarabai kolhapur
            On the same day the price fell by 900
            They they having technical problem in the billing system so they told me to take the bill on 3rd september
            Since then more than 5 times i visited the store they always tell come tomorrow
            Sir their management is worst at store
            Store opens at 10 am but the person who is head comes from sangli comes after 2 pm
            Today i waited at store for 2 hrs he didnt came
            Once at your 2 of your workers were fighting with each other they wasted my hour there
            At glance i had worst experience at dx store
            Sir i want to request you to tell them to prepare the bill and let me know will i be eligible for refund as the peice fell on same day by 900

                I bought the jiofi wifi hotspot device and they are providing free jio sim with the device but they are saying that there is no sim available. What is this all about. I feel cheated. If the customer service doesn't contact me within this 2/3 days i will go straight and return the device.

                I don't get the sim yet.

                      I dont know from where to start, Its been 2 weeks that I am struggling to my product (Window AC ) serviced,

                      Issues -

                      1. When you call there customer care number "[protected]" most of the time you will here " call person is busy, kindly call some time latter", LOL ..
                      Can you expect that when you call a toll free service line number

                      2. Lets say after huge efforts u get connected to customer care, than you have wait for getting there Reps online, and if by luck your complaint get registered, than You will suffer for follow ups on that, as you are not lucky to get there center connected every time.

                      3. Once my complaint is registered, no one bothered to visit my home and check the issue.

                      4. I did extreme followups and calls (even escalated to there highest level Shri BM Bade) still lazy team of reliance make no effort to get the job done.

                      5. Surprisingly on one fine day (after 7 days of registering my complaint) a stupid fellow with no manners on how to behave with customer visited my home for the pickup of AC so that it can be repaired at service center. He straight away walked in my house without introducing himself with his dirty shoes on.
                      I have to request him for putting off his shoes., He even dont know how to uninstall a AC, he and his friend both are pulling the AC duct like anything without unscrewing the nuts, they almost braked the window and when i told them to check for any screw he told me that some stupid site engineer should have tied that nut else we dont use nuts (ROLF).
                      He even didnt put the AC front grill back on the opening.

                      6. After that I am still following up with call center to get my AC back as when you call the service center directly on[protected]
                      it will disconnect you automatically after 3 seconds of getting ring. I asked customer care to connect me with service center and even they are not able to get any update from service center as they told me that even they are not able to connect them (LOL again).

                      7. In short I am feeling unfortunate to subscribe the AMC of Reliance ResQ and that too for 2 years, I lost not only money buit also my peace of mind while struggling with this bunch of fools who are just an JOKE in this society.

                      8. One of my frined warned me before buying anything from Reliance as he told me that it is like a poorly managed government agency where no one want to do any work and they are living on the money of tax payers like a burden on this society.

                      9. I thought that was JOKE but after wasting my time with these stupid fellows I understood my friends suggestion.

                      10. MOST painful thing is that even the highest level of escalation do not care about customer experience (CEO BM Bade), so its up to you if you also want to get trapped with these JOKERS.

                      I lost my money and they are not even refunding my money back for not providing the services. WHAT SHOULD I CAN DO...

                      However I am so much frustrated that I consulted a lawyer who deals with consumer issues (who is also taking care of my other cases), So he suggested to approach consumer court and for the same I am preparing all documents along with call records.

Me bohot baar gaya relaince digitalxpress mini isanpur me . Lekin 1 hi baat bol te hai that system is not working. Har baar jhuta promise karte hai aur jab jau to bahana banate hai. Aaj 12 baje jane k liye kaha aur 12 baje gaya to bole 4 baje ana. 4 baje gaya to bole system band hai kal ana. Me bohot khane padhe. Muje aaj ke aaj sim card chalu karwa dijiye.                         Bohot dino se jaa raha hu. Phele kaha 2 din baad ho jayega. Fir 2 din baad kaha 4 din baad hojayega. 4 september ko gaya to bole kal 12 baje ana activate ho jayega. 12 baje gaya to kaha 4 baje aajana activate ho jayega. 4 baje gaya to bol rahe hai kal ana.

                          I have bought the jiofi device because my phone does not support jio sim . But it has been 4 days till now, I have not recieved any message, I have waiting such a long time. Even today the sim has officially launched but our has not been activated. Please don't make me loose my 1999 rupees, the jiofi price . Atleast get my data service activated, . Am not even asking to get it fully activated .

                            I have gone to reliance digital store so many times but they said sim is not there, then whom they are giving sim. and they are speaking very rudely. so, bad service they are providing. and when I called to store they said come to store and take the sim, when going there they said who picked up the phone is new and don't know. please take the correct step to solve the above problem.

                              Worst shopping experience at Reliance digital Shipra mall. I purchased a home theatre Yamaha YHT-299 from Reliance digital Shipra Mall (Ghaziabad) on 25th Aug. Since it was the last unit open box available, upon auditioning it was found faulty for centre speaker. Because I only wanted to go for YHT-299 model, I was then advised that 1 unit is available in Mahagun Mall which is a display unit but fully functional and no issue in aesthetics also. I agreed and made the payment in Reliance digital in Shipra mall without even seeing or testing the unit trusting brand reputation. Got the delivery of the unit yesterday and I was very disappointed seeing that receiver of the home theatre is faulty, showing "Internal Error". The 2nd issue was the deep scratch on sub-woofer panel. I immediately reported the both issues to Reliance digital store to reply of which they explained that the installation person will see the error and sub-woofer and rectification will be done tomorrow. Today the person visited but was unable to resolve the functional issue in the receiver. For the other issue of sub-woofer he advised to talk to store for replacement.

                              Complaint id yesterday was [protected] (for Faulty receiver/installation/sub-woofer) and now a new id [protected] has been assigned today. My question is do we expect faulty products from a brand like Reliance? Is anybody responsible for quality assurance before product is packed? And when the customer already informed yesterday that receiver is faulty, why don't a skilled person was sent for problem resolution?
                              If the product will be repaired now by Yamaha, I am not interested to keep this product and need a refund against the same and will definitely refrain to buy products from Reliance in future.Pl call me asap because now your service department called & told me that since it was display unit, it will be repaired which I don't want. I was not told at the time of purchase that was faulty unit. 1st he asked me to visit Shipra mall to get the replacement and later told that repair will happen.The guys are so unprofessional that when I call your Shipra mall store, the ask the query and then put on hold for 10 minutes and then give number of some another guy and so on. I can't take this much of headache and tired of the pathetic services, either refund my money within 2 working days or provide me the replacement.

                              I shall be pursuing this matter with your parent company too if needed and will post the feedback on social media also in case it is not resolved timely. This was never expected from a brand like Reliance ! Highly dissatisfied.

                                I went ro reliance digital virar west. Already have generated bar code feom my join app. When I went there and ask about sim they said to come next day saying coupens for today are finished. They asked me to came next day saying ques are therefrom morning 7:00 for sim and they are only giving 60 coupens a day. If reliance are looking to cover India then why this type of attitude you are having. Just 60 sim a day ??
                                Is this sim is for those people who have time to stand in Que in working day's or have no other work to do. I[censored] can't give sim then what is the point to advertising it this much..
                                Typically reliance service.. pathetic

                                  This is Rajasekhar from Bangalore, i am facing issue with reliance digital service. i have been chested multiple times by customer executives of reliance it causing time waste and money waste in my case.
                                  I want them to activate new plan and i did what customer executives have guided me but i could see no changes. when i reach them i am asked for new recharge for now plan but changes are never done...

                                      I purchased JioFi on Aug 28 from Reliance Digital Mini Store. This device costed me 2899 rupees in cash. That time Reliance Website (www.jio.com) and Reliance Mini Store executive at Mathikere, Bengaluru both confirmed that upon activation I will get 3 months (90 days) of free 4G data. But after 2 days when the device got activated I saw only 2GB data is there (by logging into jio.com, myAccount section). I have raised complaints from this app and got no reply since 3 days. And now today just noticed the device's cost came down to 1999 rupees. I can ignore the fact that I was cheated by Reliance on the price of the device. But what I can't tolerate the fact that for 2900 rupees, I just got 2GB of data and nobody is there in JioCare to listen to my complaint.

                                        . Today I feel really sorry for Buying Reliance Jiofi2 form Kottiyam, Kollam, Kerala. Mine was Rejected because my passport Photostat was not correct, I resubmitted it on Sunday, They said it will be activated the same day (Sunday)... TODAY IS FRIDAY... Still no sign of Jio signal... People who applied it on Monday got it on Tuesday, All the people who applied it last week got it activated Except me...
                                        I hope the activation is not given under the basis of Reservation.
