I have all ready registered complain against this and my complain no is[protected]
But no response is given to me yet by company even i tried contact through calls and email but there were also no response by them.

My complain :
I am unable to get help from anywhere. No phones are answered.
Purchased jiofi router on 15th sept 2016 from reliance dx mini jnv colony, bikaner.

Not received any communication for activation and didn't get the tele verification message. If it takes so long to activate, why you are selling saying it will be activated in 2 days?
We are in information age and you are a digital company. Try to respect time.
. Do not understand whether you are adequately staffed.
I have been using bsnl broadband. After getting jiofi router i made a request in bsnl customer service center to disconnect the broadband
Please do activate at the earliest.

How much time it take activate the router while i have provided my adhar card and also done the finger print scanning while process, i was told in next 24 hrs ur sim will be activated now its been 6 days... What kind of promise and services are these.

    But when i am visiting reliance digital express mini wave city center, noida from where i get the reliance jio sim card on 4th of august 2016 and ask them for current status of my jio number they refuse to provide me any information regarding this.

    19 days has already passed . Only i got the reference number[protected] thats all. No action is taken. Also I have contacted the JIO care by E-mail. Is it that a huge process, that is taking 19 days( how many days it will take still unknown, to activate a single SIM)

      I purchased Jiofi device on 16/09/2016, but not received message of activation.
      I complained it to customer care, but even after expiry of my complaint time, they didn't activated my sim card.
      Customer care people are just adding time, but not resolving issue.

        In Mangalore city center Reliance digital store I found guilty because one Mr Rajesh Attavar (AM) sells Jio sim only for his friends, colleagues & ladies without token. I was waited morning to evening to buy sim with token but I could not get because of his bad customer service. So
        Many customers went out.

          We purchased the UHDTV 40" from Reliance Digital, Banjara hills, Hyderabad on 15th August and also as a Independence offer we had given free UHD ready smart card (of Rs. 6500/-).

          In this regard, I would request you to setup "UHDTV smart card ready connection" immediately. Please consider this request as urgent as it pending for long time.

          IMPORTANT:
          I'm following this request along with ref: service ticket number: [protected], please address this immediately otherwise I would take appropriate steps to escalate this issue.

          PS:
          Reliance Support team, please follow up with Airtel so that we have the "UHDTV smart card ready connection" setup promptly resolved.

          Expecting the prompt response and resolution in this regard.

          I had purchased intex aqua power plus mobile (msn-15R[protected]) from reliance digital store varanasi on 19/09/2015 . But its not properly working from 9/09/2016 .               I paid for Samsung 253Lt inverter technology double door refrigerator on 15th Sep 2016. One of the executives has committed that, the delivery will be done on 17th Sep 2016 morning at home. Later he called me on 16th evening and told that, transportation damage was happened and we have to get new piece. I accepted for that and he committed again, the delivery will be done on 20th Sep morning at home. No intimation regarding the status. If i ask for COD, can you accept? I don't know how these people are working worst and no response giving to Customers in time.
              Dear Manager/Head, kindly take an action on this issue to enhance the services. Being Reliance is big shot company, you have to keep an eye on each corner for better results!

                I bought a new jio sim and they said to get it activated in reliance digital store because number is not reflecting.

                It has been weeks, i was roaming from one jio store to another but no activating is done!

                What should i do now? Mr. Mukesh ambani's speech talks about instant activation, however, in reality it is taking weeks and months for the activation!

                  Sir, My name is Bhargav. I have been visiting Reliance digital stores in Visakhapatnam since past many days . They ask me to come after a week and when I visit the store, they ask me to come visit again the following week citing non availability of Sim cards.What is the use of generating code paying a hopeless visit everytime. I asked atleast one perfect date and time so that I can get a Sim. Even that answer I could not get it. I request you sir to enquire into this. I know that the demand is high and I can wait even for a couple of months, if the reason is genuine . With due respect, Why don't you generate some wait list token number? But if this is the way, then I cannot be a person who keeps visiting your store without getting any information, any dignity, leave about getting any Sim, in the name of 'Free' .

                    It's been over 4 years that I ve been using the HD set top box of reliance and after I installed it with my new LG 3D TV it kept flickering the screen while in use and eventually damaging my TV SMPS now I have to spend 6000 rupees to get it fixed, the poor quality DTH set top box was never fixed by relience also even though I have been using and paying more than the market price towards the subscription for minimal Chanel's also when called about the issue they wanted to charge me more for checking the set top box

                        Res sir, I have purchased a lyf mob.along with jio sim from the said shop having tin no [protected]; J.S.T No.Hz-6286 on dated 16.09.16 as the shopkeeper assured me to activate this no.next day.
                        I stayed there for next day & at last he told me that due to vishwakarma puja it is not being today.He advised to go to ranchi and from any digital store it could be activated. Now At ranchi from reliance digital store I come to know that this sim cann't be activated from any store before 15 oct16 as the no has not been allotted for this sim yet.
                        why the seller has false comitted me to sale his mob and wasted my time as well money? I want to lodge a case against him.

                          I bought jio sim in banglore but the same has not been activated.
                          I am waiting for it since from june.
                          It is disgusting company like jio is discriminating the customers.

                          Every document is correct and was verified by the agents in the reliance digital store. They stamped the CAF as correct. Then what was wrong...

                          Is served a lot of time to get this jio connection but was it worthless?

                                I V .K.Subramanian Ex Servicemen Army presently in income tax dept facing problem to get jio sim from digital express nanganallur chennai outlet .Daily from morning Eight AM iam standing in queue they are opening their outlet at 11.00Am and by opening itsef they are saying server down they are not issuing token also .Lot of public woman with three standing in hot sun were disappointed .If this type prevails how can your products delivered in time please look after this problem on priority

                                  2.in saalo kaa server chuda pda rhta h hamesha. Saala jb jao ye apni gaand jsi shakal dikha ke bolte h server ni chal rha rha kl aao. Behen chodo ne kl aao kl aao krke 200 rs li transporatoon cost niklva do meri upar se time alag jaa rha h. Abhi tk sim di ni.
                                  3.yaha ke security guard me itna attitude h. One word for that. Bhai tu cm ni h jo chauda ho rha h faltu me.
                                  4.yaha jo bhi sim lene aa rhe h unse thoda sahi se behave ni hota. Aisa behave krte h hum sb bikhari h. Iske liye bs ek baat bolunga. Ye sims tum logo kaa baaap ni baat rha aur tum log kpi charity ni kr rhe ho thodi respect do yrrr.

                                      Jio sims are available at nearby shops for rupees 200-700 in black.
                                      I have been trying to get the sim for about 10 days but fail.
                                      The reason Customers are unable to get the sim is:
                                      Most of the stores here in delhi do not open the shops at all, just to avoid customers.images are attached.
                                      After finding nearby stores closed, huge number of customers gather at the opened one.

                                      A digital store at Ambience mall vasant kunj attends no jio sim seeker.security guard attends them on the entrance.tells to write name and come on so and so date.the date is after atleast 60 days.
                                      They have everything, but they don't want to interact with customers for no profit.

                                        Reliance Digital Store in Kottayam, Kerala never answers customer's phones. It is highly ill mannered when customer's needs assistance without driving to the store.
                                        I have visited the shop and requested staff to answer the customer phone calls. Staff has replied that we are too busy to answer phone.
                                        I have been trying to get some information about the product availability for the past 3 days by calling them in the contact numbers mentioned in the website. But phones were never answered. 3 numbers have been listed in the websites. No one bothers to answer any of them. If store cannot answer customer calls, then either contact number to be removed from the website or make arrangements to answer customer queries.
