Jio sims are available at nearby shops for rupees 200-700 in black.
I have been trying to get the sim for about 10 days but fail.
The reason Customers are unable to get the sim is:
Most of the stores here in delhi do not open the shops at all, just to avoid customers.images are attached.
After finding nearby stores closed, huge number of customers gather at the opened one.

A digital store at Ambience mall vasant kunj attends no jio sim seeker.security guard attends them on the entrance.tells to write name and come on so and so date.the date is after atleast 60 days.
They have everything, but they don't want to interact with customers for no profit.

    Reliance Digital Store in Kottayam, Kerala never answers customer's phones. It is highly ill mannered when customer's needs assistance without driving to the store.
    I have visited the shop and requested staff to answer the customer phone calls. Staff has replied that we are too busy to answer phone.
    I have been trying to get some information about the product availability for the past 3 days by calling them in the contact numbers mentioned in the website. But phones were never answered. 3 numbers have been listed in the websites. No one bothers to answer any of them. If store cannot answer customer calls, then either contact number to be removed from the website or make arrangements to answer customer queries.

      Discourteous, rude and boorish behaviour of reliance jio executives at RELIANCE DIGITAL, HALWASIYA COURT, HAZRATGANJ, LUCKNOW
      Here, I am mentioning two incidents of their misbehaviour.
      On 28 August, I had visited the store and got the token after waiting for 3 hours to get reliance jio sim on 8 September but due to unwanted circumstances I may not be able to go on the given date and time as I was out Lucknow to conclude my SSC-CGL exam. I can provide you proof of token and SSC-CGL admit card.
      So I again visited the store on 7 September to them about the situation and to my surprise one of the executive behaved very rudely and said, "whatever is your situation, it is not of my concern, dont waste my time, just go away from me."(THIS IS THE FIRST INCIDENT OF MY INSULT AND YOUR EMPLOYEES MISBEHAVIOUR).They are so uncooperative.
      So I again visited the store on 12 September to get fresh token, but firstly they had given but after 4-5 seconds they snatched it from my hand and MANHANDLED me and said your generated barcode through Reliance jio app is expiring on 12 September and they even don't know that the validity of barcode is now extended to 31 December.TILL DATE I HAVE NOT GOT THE SIM.(THIS IS THE SECOND INCIDENT OF THEIR RUDE AND BOORISH BEHAVIOUR)
      Now I am very much depressed about their behaviour. I am well educated person and was the student of one of most prestigious university of India, Banaras Hindu University. I am not complaining this to get the sim but how can they tarnish the integrity of a person in front of 100 people.
      Kindly look into the matter and reply as soon as possible and take disciplinary action against them, so that, they cannot betray and mortify anyone else.

        Sims are being sold in Black in TINDIVANAM (TAMILNADU-604001, VILLUPURAM DIST)... just near to Main JIO office and in other locations too. past 10days i visited the office. Main JIO office says that they have no stock for sim while in office this can clearly be seen that many of forms are under process. so if they dont have the stock how and from where they are collecting forms. when i reach the other retail shop they were selling the SIM for Rs200, 500 even 1200... Is this is the way thus the company or head office is monitoring the retailers... Very worst service of JIO in beginning itself..Here Reliance digital store manager sell all the sim in hand of retailers to corrupt money. I request you to . please solve this case and give as much as punishment to that corrupting agents and retailers

          I went to take Jio sim for 2 days got it at-last but net was not working, so i went for the inquiry in reliance reliance digital thripunithura store in Ernakulam district Kerala(682309). the store manager behaved to me as if talking to a beggar as well as the person who is handling the Jio sim. even they are not customer friendly with the customers and have many complaints from my friends. we will never ever visit anymore in any reliance store because you people don't know to recruit executives properly.

                I have bought a reliance Jiofi device on 4th September 2016 at Reliance Digital store in Dombivli East after paying 1999. My ekyc was done by store staff immediately and I received acknowledgment of the same in 10 mins. I was told the next step is receiving a tele verification message which till date I have not received. I tried calling their customer number[protected] but afte 35 tries I got through to be informed that my televerification was pending.

                I am still waiting and feel terribly cheated. I have had great apprehensions of Reliance as my earlier connection was with Reliance and the customer service sucked. I thought this will be different but looks like this is another money making scheme. Reliance Jio has to activate those connections who have paid upfront which they are not doing. I hear they are giving preference to mobiles bought from them, which is cheating.

                I have stopped my friends from getting a Jio connection till this matter is solved. Reading so many similar complaints I feel others need to be forewarned.

                    I am from Rourkela, Odisha and here the Reliance digital are playing with customers by taking documents to provide free JIO simcard and after 10 days they are telling that JIO sim will be provided from retailers. The retailers are charging Rs. 500 to give a pre-activated Simcard without any documents.

                    First I took out my time to be in a long wait to submit documents after submitting them they told that sim will be provided after 10 days. Now they are telling that they are not providing sim and the sim will be available at retail shops who are charging Rs. 500 for a pre-activated Simcard.

                    The Reliance digital must have joined hands with retail shops to play this kind of dirty game whereas in other areas the Simcards are provided free of cost.

                    Now to cut long story short I want my free Simcard as promised or my documents so that another person cannot use/misuse my name & details to make any fraudulence.

                    I personally did some enquiry from those who took free sim and found that Relaince Digital (Civil Township) is providing free sim which the other Reliance Digitial Express Store (Uditnagar) is not telling the customers about that and redirecting them to their linked retail store who are selling the sim.

                    Another Fact came when I asked a retailer why they are charging so much of price Rs. 500 for a free SIM... The retailer replied that Reliance digital person sold the pre-activated sim to him @Rs. 250-300.

                    Now it is clear that the Reliance digital is taking authenticated Documents from customers like me and activating it and selling them to retailers.

                      I have applied for Jio Sim in your Reliance digital store, ambala cantt and I don't receive a sim. I approached your office representative and he said though people who applied for the sim has already received their connection, they were not able to inform me what happened to my connection and when I approached them they said my coupon has been already redeemed. I have confirmed to them I haven't given the code to anyone. But I regret to inform you that, their response was very disappointing and said I can take back my application and they cannot do anything on this.
                      I request you to intervene in this issue to find out who has redeemed my coupen. I am sure, your latest system can easily find out that information.

                        Relaince digital store manager refuse to give sim of relaince jio which comes free with my new LYF Flame 8 set. They didn't give it because i bought that from from flipkart instead of their store. when i went to store, at first they ask me from where i bought that phone.Then i said flipkart. then he said i don't able to give you a sim. then i ask "if i bought it from here, will you give me sim"? then he said yes. they have sim in their stoke but they refuse to give me that.

                            After hearing about the reliance jio 4g speeds and the servicesI became a fan of Jio. So I also purchased a phone along with JIO sim.

                            I have revieced the message regarding the receipt of my application. After that 24 hours passed so I called the JIO customer care they confirmed that my application have been rejected. I went to the shop and asked them for form they denied give the form also. The reason of rejection was shocking for me. The shop was trying to delay the form. They got me signed form without filling any details. I have submitted the documents and signed the form on 12.09.2016. they submitted the form as on 13.09.2016 to the digital expredd store at reliance market for activation. However the most tragic part is here. They filled my form and put the date 17.09.2016. And due to this reason my form have been rejected.

                            Generally the sim gets activated with in 24 hours after we get the message about activation. Therefore I inquired and come to know the fraud by one of the most reputed and popular telecom shop "Poojara Telecom Pvt. Ltd." sardar Nagar road branch Rajkot 360002. I have gone to the shop to submit the fresh application form they denied and started telling me the stories about other cases and trying to convince me I can't give you the form. He wasn't concentrating on my case instead of telling me rubbish about other cases.

                            I also visited the Nana Mava road digital express store in the reliance market. They said that we can't give you the application form. It is my right to get my rejected form back. I think they didn't care about rejected applications. However its a serious issie for customers.

                            Jio team request you to help me get back my rejected application form and file a new application.

                              I have purchased JioFi device for 1999 /- & got a Jio Sim from Reliance Digital Store at Avani Riverside Mall, Howrah on 9th Sept 16 after completing the eKYC with my adhar card; this SIM should have been activated within 15 minutes, but even after 6 days the SIM is still not activated. I did not even receive any message for tele-verification & when I am trying to tele-verify on my own, it says my Jio sim has already been tele-verified. I do not expect this as a customer. Kindly help in quick activation.

                                I had purchased a jiofi device from a reliance store at Hyderabad on 28th of last month . After a week I got a SMS telling the number of the device and its[protected] . So now it's almost 3 weeks completed after the purchase . I had already contacted all means but no response from any way. At your contact number I tried infinite number of times and waited for hours. So please return my device and give my 2899 rs back . Attitude of the employees at your store is rediculous.I had sent many mails but getting just some automatic mails.
                                If possible please activate it or else return the cash.

                                  I am senior citizen and residing at Dahisar. I bought fridge from your Khira Nagar Reliance Digital shop on 5th Sept, 2016 at the price of Rs 20, 690.02 and Relationship ID No [protected].
                                  At the time of purchasing sales girl also told me that I will get Rs 1500.00 of old fridge which will be collected after 2 hours after delivering the new fridge. the new fridge was delivered on 6th Sept but the old one is still lying with me. The person who supposed to collect called he told that he will come by evening and he vanished, Now I am chasing him but for one or another reason he is avoiding to collect the same and making funny excuses.

                                  Sir, Is is the way of doing business and harassing seniors ?
                                  See if you can do anything in this matters?

                                    I purchased a Jiofi Router and SIM card on the 3rd of September 2016 from Reliance digital store, Oberon mall branch, Cochin. I submitted required documents - Passport copy and photo. They told me that I would get SIM activation within 10 days. It has been 12 days now . Why am I not getting any activation message or any details? Customer care is also always unavailable and I have no received any response to my Email about the complaint either.                                       Unable to get help from anywhere. No phones are answered. Even reliance web site is not allowing to post the complaints. Do not know what to do.
                                      Purchased jiofi router on 07th sept 2016 from reliance digital cunningham road, bangalore. Product serial no. Rpemfgc00017508. Not received any communication for activation. If it takes so long to activate, why you are selling saying it will be activated in 2 days? We are in information age and you are a digital company. Try to respect time. It won't take more than a few minutes to verify my aadhar card and activate the router. Do not understand whether you are adequately staffed.

                                      Tried to do the tele-verification yesterday and still have not received any message at all.

                                        I have purchased jio fi from reliance digital store pune hadapsar on 5th sep. Still my number is not activated
                                        My Jio Number is [protected] . Kindly activate unlimited plan for my number.
                                        I'm calling and chasing jio care from past 7 days, there is no response.
                                        Have paid RS 2000 in advance & still unable to make any call or use data pack.
                                        What a pathetic service Reliance is providing.
                                        More over support number are not responding at any time of the day. I have called them 100 time a day for 2-3 hrs continuously. No response form [protected]@jio .com mail id.

                                        what is reliance and company doing. if they are unable to achieve what they want then they should not think big & high.

                                        i want activation on priority else i will escalate to Prime Ministers portal.
