Respected reliance customer support team,
After getting plenty of positive response socially and as well as from my colleagues, i have purchased jiofi for my official use on 02/09/2016, i was told by store manager that my device would get activated in 24 hours, which itself was not compromising as my colleagues told that it would activated in 4 + hours. but i was like agreed to 24 hours and purchased device.
Patiently waited for 48 hours, only then i realized my wait is not just 24 hours it is going to be forever & forever. added to all these, jio customer care lines are all busted, so a customer who has spent 1999 rupees (against free jio sim) has nobody to provide support (or) at least to give activation update. reliance jio has already created very undesirable impact, and i’m not going to recommend it to my family, friends, colleagues and not even to any common man.
I’m not even sure if these are the right mailers to be used, but i have no other go other than this, just wanted to convey message to somebody at reliance, so if at least there is only lyf at reliance who cares for quality and customer can address this.
I came to know that there are about 30 jiofi connections waiting for activation for last 5+ days from same store. can someone please help out?

The people in kanjurmarg west store do not pickup hundreds of calls neither do they activate any sims.

same thing m facing..
I m calling every now and than but Jio customer care is just ringing ..after waiting more than hour a call was picked and mine complain got registered. it was said that with in 48hours it will get resolved but still pending.

and main thing Igot the message that mine sim is activated on 10 sep and mine 9 December is last date for all mine free data free calling offer...itz getting late day by day..who is responsible
