    Sir i have been revolving around the store from past 3 days but the store manager is making fun of me and not issueing sim to me instead he is postponing the issue i went there at 12 pm he made me wait for 2 hours and said to come by 3 pm and when i went at three he made me wait for 2 hours and said to come in night and when i went in night he said there are no sims, in the mean time he has been issuing sims.

      I'm facing problem with my jio-fi afer next day of tele verification sign in wi-fi occurs on notification panel on my cell phone from my jio-fi. After that it take to recharge page where written you are on another plan recharge is not allowed. I was using it since morning and it was not great but good and I don't even got a msg afer verification that you can usei it but it was running automatically. Please resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

        Hi,

        Raghu here, I have mailed this issue am facing to you to email: [protected]@jio.com on Sep 7th, 2016 still no response. Am repeating the same to you. Hope my concerns will be addressed and needless to say this is serious.

        The issue:
        I have applied for jio number using my documents, I did'nt get the sim yet, the dealer where I applied told me my application has been rejected and asked me to re-apply. But today I called my number and its ringing. I need a clarification if someone else is using it under my documents or if it got rejected to me and the number assigned to anybody else.

        My details:

        FYI: Message I got from Jio:
        "Dear Customer, Due to overwhelming response to our Jio Preview Offer, there may be some delays in activating your connection. We will inform you via SMS once your JIO number [protected] is ready for televerification. Thank you, Team Jio."

        D.O.B 20/07/1982

        Please do not de-activate the number - I have been waiting for it for too long, if confirmed that the number is registered in my document I will contact the dealer on this. Just confirm me if its been registered using my documents or not.

          I have purchased JIOFI on 04 Sep, completed e KYC on 05sep, was told sim will get activated with in 4 hrs, but still waiting.
          No SMS or any other communication from reliance

                  I am facing a network issue and requested for an engineer visit since 31st Aug . And till today 11th Sept no one visited not even bothered to check the issue. On top of that there is a big attitude of customer care executives. Also they lie on calls .they think we are fool.                     I am just surprised, if Jio service completely not ready they why they hurry to launch it ?

                    i got the Jiofi device & sim, its more that 5 days, i still not received the number . forget about the activation.

                    Reliance digital member told that he will call and confirm the number.
                    now its more than 5 days, i am still waiting for the call.

                    one more sad part of Jio service, why they give customer care number in the website ? just for show ?

                    its a big joke, even after 20 mins on call no body will answer your call.
                    you need to get frustrated and disconnect the call.

                    one more joke, send mail jio care you will get reply before 24 hours.

                    now its more that 48 hours no reply.

                    Is Reliance cheating people or playing around with people.

                    Jio customer care service i think Company owner forgot to implement may be. or intentionally done so that no one can complain about the service (smile)

                      I bought the Reliance JioFi device for Rs. 2000/- on 07.09.2016 from Reliance Digital Xpress Mini, Dharampura Bazaar Patiala, Punjab. I was assured by the representatives present there that it will be activated by 09.09.2016. I have successfully televerified my device as was told to me by the Reliance representatives after I received SMS from Jio. It is 10.09.2016 today and there is still no signal on the device (RED indication on my JioFi device is appearing continuosly) and I am unable to connect to internet. I have visited the Reliance Store numerous times but they are not at all cooperating to resolve my problem. It has been 4 days and the device is not working till date. I have even emailed to Jio care regarding this but they have responded that "it will take time". I tried calling customer care numerous times but the dial tone keeps going and nobody answers. It feels like I have thrown my hard earned money into a gutter by trusting Reliance. My Reliance Jio Number is [protected].

                        I bought JIO Sim from Reliance Digital on August 27th but till today Sim is not activated. When I tried to insert the same no network is getting. I checked the Reliance Digital but they are saying they already sent the application. This is very frustrating that some people sim is getting activated within 1 or 2 days but for me even after 15 days it is not activated.

                          Hope you guys are doing well. First of all i would like to congratulate on the launch of jio services. Your Tariffs have made me/us very tempted for jio connection.

                          Act 1

                          So i bought Jiofi device from one of your Reliance digital mini stores in kottayam. As a customer i was excited for the device, but the behaviour of the salesman made me change my decision, nonetheless i bought the device. His behaviour towards the customers was very rude. They didnt give me any information how and when it will be activated. Thanks to god that i have good friends they were the ones who filled me in with the details of activation.

                          Fast forward, Act 2 (aftr 5 days=120hrs & counting)

                          As i am a patient man, i have waited for five days (& counting) i havent got any sms regarding the connection. Or any order number. As i value my money, & as i have paid 2000rs. I kindly request you to solve the problem. & MY PATIENCE IS WEARING THIN.

                              I bought reliance jio SIM on 29th august (Reliance mini store Shivaji nagar pune), also submitted aadhar copy. Jio promises 4 hrs activation time at its site and the store told that SIM would get registered/activated within seven days. Now it is 12th day and the SIM is not even registered. I went to the store for help but the person in that store not behave politely.My code is expired on 11 th of September, what I will do so that my sim will activated.

                                We have shifter to new home on 7th of Aug 2016, on 15 th of Aug we have raised complaint and informed that we have shifter to nre place and request for reinstallation.
                                As per your customer care advised that chage of Rs 350 of your address chage is applicable hence i have rechage Rs 500 for my two connection on same day.
                                At lat we have raised one again complaint on 26 th of Aug for installation and it was still pending since 15th to 26 th Aug .As per your assurance you have depot your team on 30 th of Aug and agin we have rechage Rs 500 as per your customer care advise.

                                Now today once more sms from your side for rechage, do you think we should pay one more and why.
                                Being your old customer you should take care automatically from your side and not charging huge amount which i had paid.

                                I this the way of customer handling, Now i am decided that i have disconnect reliance TV and shift to others.

                                  On 24 September 2016 a work order was placed a technician came and said a replacement part is required and it takes 3 to 4 days for the replacement, today is 9 September and we are still waiting for the replacement part.
                                  Called customer services numerous times, send mail to customer support head and customer support managers, no response except the system generated replies.
                                  Please understand that the reason we go for added warranty or ResQ is for a peace of mind and not to worry about equipment damages.

                                    I am using reliance jio [protected] since 1.5 Months but I am really very embarrassed after using reliance 4g ( as said by Mr. Ambani).
                                    I must say the speed which we customer get is not 4g at all as it an be said the mixture of all slow and fast speed & nowadays its really worst than before as its not at all 4g.
                                    Speed test result from Net velocity --40 kbps.
                                    Kindly resolve our issue as 4 G Means speed which reliance promises to every indian, but at the present its a fake promise.

                                      I am Unable to get help from anywhere. No phones are answered even after 2 hours of waiting. Even reliance web site is not allowing to post the complaints. Do not know what to do.

                                      Purchased jiofi router on 4th Sept 2016 from Reliance Digital Store, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Product serial no. RPEMFGC00083538. Not received any communication for activation apart from order Id NO00000721KY. If it takes so long to activate, why you are selling saying it will be activated in 2 days?
                                      We are in information age and you are a digital company. Try to respect time. It won't take more than a few minutes to verify my aadhar card and activate the router. Do not understand whether you are adequately staffed.

                                      Please DO activate at the earliest.

                                      Hey, Thank you. The sim is activated.
                                      I bought the Reliance JioFi device for Rs. 1999/- on 07.09.2016 from Reliance Digital, varacha road surat near geetanjali, Gujarat. I was assured by the representatives present there that it will be activated by 10.09.2016. I have successfully televerified my device as was told to me by the Reliance representatives after I received SMS from Jio. It is 10.09.2016 today and there is still no signal on the device (RED indication on my JioFi device is appearing continuosly) and I am unable to connect to internet. I have visited the Reliance Store numerous times but they are not at all cooperating to resolve my problem. It has been 4 days and the device is not working till date. I have even emailed to Jio care regarding this but they have responded that "it will take time". I tried calling customer care numerous times but the dial tone keeps going and nobody answers. It feels like I have thrown my hard earned money into a gutter by trusting Reliance. My Reliance Jio Number is [protected]

                                      I m calling every now and than but Jio customer care is just ringing ..after waiting more than hour a call was picked and mine complain got registered. it was said that with in 48hours it will get resolved but still pending.

                                      and main thing Igot the message that mine sim is activated on 10 sep and mine 9 December is last date for all mine free data free calling offer...itz getting late day by day..who is responsible
