I dont know from where to start, Its been 2 weeks that I am struggling to my product (Window AC ) serviced,
Issues -
1. When you call there customer care number "[protected]" most of the time you will here " call person is busy, kindly call some time latter", LOL ..
Can you expect that when you call a toll free service line number
2. Lets say after huge efforts u get connected to customer care, than you have wait for getting there Reps online, and if by luck your complaint get registered, than You will suffer for follow ups on that, as you are not lucky to get there center connected every time.
3. Once my complaint is registered, no one bothered to visit my home and check the issue.
4. I did extreme followups and calls (even escalated to there highest level Shri BM Bade) still lazy team of reliance make no effort to get the job done.
5. Surprisingly on one fine day (after 7 days of registering my complaint) a stupid fellow with no manners on how to behave with customer visited my home for the pickup of AC so that it can be repaired at service center. He straight away walked in my house without introducing himself with his dirty shoes on.
I have to request him for putting off his shoes., He even dont know how to uninstall a AC, he and his friend both are pulling the AC duct like anything without unscrewing the nuts, they almost braked the window and when i told them to check for any screw he told me that some stupid site engineer should have tied that nut else we dont use nuts (ROLF).
He even didnt put the AC front grill back on the opening.
6. After that I am still following up with call center to get my AC back as when you call the service center directly on[protected]
it will disconnect you automatically after 3 seconds of getting ring. I asked customer care to connect me with service center and even they are not able to get any update from service center as they told me that even they are not able to connect them (LOL again).
7. In short I am feeling unfortunate to subscribe the AMC of Reliance ResQ and that too for 2 years, I lost not only money buit also my peace of mind while struggling with this bunch of fools who are just an JOKE in this society.
8. One of my frined warned me before buying anything from Reliance as he told me that it is like a poorly managed government agency where no one want to do any work and they are living on the money of tax payers like a burden on this society.
9. I thought that was JOKE but after wasting my time with these stupid fellows I understood my friends suggestion.
10. MOST painful thing is that even the highest level of escalation do not care about customer experience (CEO BM Bade), so its up to you if you also want to get trapped with these JOKERS.
I lost my money and they are not even refunding my money back for not providing the services. WHAT SHOULD I CAN DO...
However I am so much frustrated that I consulted a lawyer who deals with consumer issues (who is also taking care of my other cases), So he suggested to approach consumer court and for the same I am preparing all documents along with call records.
