Dear,

We have shifter to new home on 7th of Aug 2016, on 15 th of Aug we have raised complaint and informed that we have shifter to nre place and request for reinstallation.
As per your customer care advised that chage of Rs 350 of your address chage is applicable hence i have rechage Rs 500 for my two connection on same day.
At lat we have raised one again complaint on 26 th of Aug for installation and it was still pending since 15th to 26 th Aug .As per your assurance you have depot your team on 30 th of Aug and agin we have rechage Rs 500 as per your customer care advise.

Now today once more sms from your side for rechage, do you think we should pay one more and why.
Being your old customer you should take care automatically from your side and not charging huge amount which i had paid.

I this the way of customer handling, Now i am decided that i have disconnect reliance TV and shift to others.

    On 24 September 2016 a work order was placed a technician came and said a replacement part is required and it takes 3 to 4 days for the replacement, today is 9 September and we are still waiting for the replacement part.
    Called customer services numerous times, send mail to customer support head and customer support managers, no response except the system generated replies.
    Please understand that the reason we go for added warranty or ResQ is for a peace of mind and not to worry about equipment damages.

      I am using reliance jio [protected] since 1.5 Months but I am really very embarrassed after using reliance 4g ( as said by Mr. Ambani).
      I must say the speed which we customer get is not 4g at all as it an be said the mixture of all slow and fast speed & nowadays its really worst than before as its not at all 4g.
      Speed test result from Net velocity --40 kbps.
      Kindly resolve our issue as 4 G Means speed which reliance promises to every indian, but at the present its a fake promise.

        Hi,
        I am Unable to get help from anywhere. No phones are answered even after 2 hours of waiting. Even reliance web site is not allowing to post the complaints. Do not know what to do.

        Purchased jiofi router on 4th Sept 2016 from Reliance Digital Store, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Product serial no. RPEMFGC00083538. Not received any communication for activation apart from order Id NO00000721KY. If it takes so long to activate, why you are selling saying it will be activated in 2 days?
        We are in information age and you are a digital company. Try to respect time. It won't take more than a few minutes to verify my aadhar card and activate the router. Do not understand whether you are adequately staffed.

        Please DO activate at the earliest.

        Hey, Thank you. The sim is activated.
        I bought the Reliance JioFi device for Rs. 1999/- on 07.09.2016 from Reliance Digital, varacha road surat near geetanjali, Gujarat. I was assured by the representatives present there that it will be activated by 10.09.2016. I have successfully televerified my device as was told to me by the Reliance representatives after I received SMS from Jio. It is 10.09.2016 today and there is still no signal on the device (RED indication on my JioFi device is appearing continuosly) and I am unable to connect to internet. I have visited the Reliance Store numerous times but they are not at all cooperating to resolve my problem. It has been 4 days and the device is not working till date. I have even emailed to Jio care regarding this but they have responded that "it will take time". I tried calling customer care numerous times but the dial tone keeps going and nobody answers. It feels like I have thrown my hard earned money into a gutter by trusting Reliance. My Reliance Jio Number is [protected]

        I m calling every now and than but Jio customer care is just ringing ..after waiting more than hour a call was picked and mine complain got registered. it was said that with in 48hours it will get resolved but still pending.

            I bought reliance jiofi device and SIM on 3rd september paying 1999Rs (Reliance mini store S R nagar Hyderabad), also submitted aadhar copy as POA/POI. Jio promises 4 hrs activation time at its site and the store told that SIM would get registered/activated by evening. Now it is 6th day and the SIM is not even registered. Jio customer care number [protected] would keep you waiting forever, went to the store for help but there was a big queue there !! How come jio is selling more and more SIMs if it can not handle existing customers !!!

            Went to the reliance digital store, was informed that my KYC got rejected for some reason like "signature mismatch/overwrite". There was no notification about this on email or SMS. Good part, store issued another SIM and did aadhar e-KYC. This new SIM got activated next day, was able to use it on my jiofi device.

              Hi there,
              On dated 08/09/2016, when I went to a Reliance Digital store at Marathahalli (Bangalore) around 11.30 am - 12.30 pm, I saw there a long queue out side the store (people were waiting for jio sim). however I ignored the queue because I had to purchase some other product. but when I entered to the store one person at the door stopped me and asked me whether I went there for jio sim or not. then I said NO. then my friend asked him the procedure to get the jio sim. now on the person didn't even allowed to go in. what the hell man, he continuously shouting and misbehaving to get out from the store. then i told him this the way you are behaving to your customers, then i warned him I will complain against him then the person asking me to take his ID (but didn't given) and do whatever you want to do, then i left that place.

              So this is the way you are treating your customers, its very pathetic and a holy [censored] way to deal with your customers. for a free jio sim you will loss your business.

              And please take action for the staffs those who deals with the customers in this way.

                I have purchased Jio sim from a retailer on 3rd September I have received a message in my alternative number stating " Thank you for choosing jio ...                   We are not really happy with the service of reliance dish TV service provider. i have 40 dish TV connection but the service is worst inspite of giving the money in advance for 20 connection for a whole year. the service provider Mr Mahesh Zanjad from reliance dish TV has done the recharge for only 3 moths now he is not responding to our phone calls. now my all 20 connection is stop working and know one the the department is ready to help us out. Reliance being such a big company just cheating their customers

                    I am planing take reliance jio sim at reliance digitalstore in btm2nd stage.when I went there they said reiliance jio sims have two types .one for local and another for non local people.local people for blue color sim and non local people for orange color sime. here why you guys doing separately local/nonlocal. is it required to purchase this sim.we are all Indians right. if you are not interest to provide sim please donot announce.its time wast for all.

                          Yup just got a call from number [protected] and asked me about every details of sim card and at last he said ur application may be rejected and thus u need to visit our office again for submitting new CAF and I'd proof .am i so desperate to get ur jio sim activated by begging u again n again ???? The answer is NO .feeling cheated by buying ur lyf flame mobile worth rs 5500 .its so disgusting .submitted same documents for both sim and yeah for one sim that for my Samsung 4G phone got televerification SMS and for Lyf flame handset got rejected .How????? Don't have time to visit ur jio office if so I would HV taken ur jio sim from ur office itself for free and not by paying for ur pathetic 4G speed jio sim .

                            My smart card number for Reliance Big TV (RBTV) is[protected] for which I have taken one year subscription by paying 2500 rupees. After few days, I got issue with set top box and it has been replaced by RBTV, the set top box for which RBTV has charged 500 rupees and also I have lost 3 days of complete service for the process of getting new set top box. Though I was charged 500 rupees for new box, they have provided a very old USED set top box which has worked just for one month and stopped working. I lost the service again. I called up customer service and got the complaint launched and informed clearly that I need a new set top box as I have paid for one and also I told not to charge again for box as the box is still under warrenty for 6 months. Inspite of all the discussion, engineer came with same old USED set top boxes and again I was charged for the box which was deducted from my annual subscription amount which lead to service suspension again. I called up customer care and to my surprise, they said that they will give only old set top boxes though it is charged and cannot stop charging it. But could raise a refund request which would take 3 working days. Again, it took 5 days to complete the process and I have lost 5 days of service again. So totally 8 days of service is gone with in just 2 months and still 10 more months are there and I am not sure how many times i need to change the set top box and loose the service for days. Please help me with this

                              Purchased jiofi router on 3rd Sept 2016 from CMR Central stores, Visakhapatnam. Product serial no. RPEMFEC00031420. Not received any communication for activation. If it takes so long to activate, why you are selling saying it will be activated in 2 days? We are in information age and you are a digital company. Try to respect time. It won't take more than a few minutes to verify my aadhar card and activate the router. Do not understand whether you are adequately staffed.

                                I am Amit Purkait. A new customer of reliance jio number [protected].On 26 th aug i brought Jio sim from Reliance Distributor from Diamond Harbour. They told me that my sim will activate after 3days.But after 3days i got delay massege from Jio. And i wait from some 2-3 day. Then i visit local distributor, call customer care, send mail to jio.But they all dont respones.Now already 10 day running. I complaint comsumer forum, My complaint number is 16092. I request you please take action and solve my problem.

                                  I had purchased a jiofi on 27th aug 2016 from reliance digital, gachibowli, hyderabad. They gave me caf no. App00anwzh and also gave me a jio sim (No.[protected]) without jio mobile number. The sim is not yet activated. I contacted reliance digital store and they said to talk to jio cutomer care. When i contacted jio customer care, they said that they hadn't received my documents till date. Reliance digital and jio are making fool of the customer. I want to return the jiofi device and get refund as i do not have trust on both the reliance digital as well as jio. Pl. Help in the same

                                    I bought a reliance JioFi2 device on 3.9.2016 from reliance digital, Mogappair. They give me a blank sim there was no mobile number in it. Executive told me that sim will be activated in 1 or 2 days and u ll get message to ur alternate number. But its been 5 days there is no message nor sim activation.                                       First of all, I just want to say reliance is giving pathetic service to his customer. I booked a complaint on around between 15th Aug- 17th Aug against Voltas 2 ton AC.
                                      1. First visit happens on 19th or 20th Aug and diagnosed that cooling not happening. And engineer said tomorrow or day after tomorrow second engineer will come to fill cooling gas. He came after 2 days on 21st Aug. and found that unable to fill gas, and said that tomorrow someone will come and pick your AC to workshop coz need to change the cooling coil.
                                      2. On 22nd Aug they came as per the committed time and carry AC along with them and ensure that we will fix your AC within 2 days.
                                      3. After 22nd I am still chasing reliance people to fix my AC. Some people says your AC got repaired we will deliver soon. Some saying not repaired yet coz of parts not available.
                                      4. I think AC is for summer and humidity season and I am suffering because of no AC.
                                      5. No one is giving the proper response. How much more time it will take to get repaired.
                                      6. TAT is already over.
