Sir/Madam,
I am the customer of reliance digital TV since 6 years.
My smart Card No is :[protected]
Registered Mobile No : [protected]
I had created a request on Date : 19 July 2014 Request No :[protected]
regarding the fact that my TV had poor signals, your executive said on phone ([protected]) that the technician will soon call you back within 2-3 hours. But, no one called back us and despite aur repetitive calling to customer care regarding no callback or visit from technician the executive always tried to buy time and 2-3 passed.
After that a message came to us that you complaint has been resolved complaint no:[protected] and money 175 is deducted . What the hell no visit still money deducted ?
After that we called The Customer Care and told them about deduction they filed complaint for refund Req :[protected], 21 July 2014
They first said money will be refunded but on another day phone came that money can't be refunded (Req :[protected] is now closed), we will send the technician (Req :[protected], 22 july 2014 is created).
We said OK, but foolishness did't stop at this level . Technician came today said some item (stand needs to be replaced ) he will come tomorrow (issue not resolved yet).
One more message from reliance Sms Servers came that your request is resolved Please recharge your account with 175 and balance is now in negative (Req :[protected], 22 july 2014 is now closed ) .What the [censored] ?. Single visit twice money deduction, that visit costing our lot of time .
My only request (Req no :[protected], 24 july 2014 is created ) to you is that CREDIT my account with Rs.175 immediately against false deductions / blunder (either technical /manual) even the person visited was shocked about the scene.
In addition to above the executive names we talked are Deepak Sharma,
Brijesh, Radha
And technican Brijesh Sharma.
