    I had a non-pleasing and insulting experiencing of visiting the reliance digital store located at halwasiya court,Lucknow. I made a query on 28th march on reliance website i.e http://www.reliancedigital.in/contactus.html for Sony VAIO E Series SVE14123CN Laptop, 14 inch (35.6 cm) for which i received a call from sales representative named Deepanshu Dwivedi from mobile [protected] and I asked him to send me a quotation(attached in mail) for the product on my email id but the problem started right there from starting here only as the quotation was send after making 12 calls to your sales representative and after so much pursuance from my side the quotation was finally received at my mail. I am also attaching the quotation in this mail and have a look towards the quotation which was sent to me where even no name has been mentioned anywhere in which whose favor the Demand Draft has to be made and what city it has to be made payable so therefore i asked for it by again making a phone call. I always said to your sales representative that I would be making the payment by demand draft still no terms and condition were told to me regarding the delivery of the product would be made only after the clearing of the Demand Draft. I requested my bank to issue a demand draft in favor of RELIANCE DIGITAL RETAIL LTD. Payable at LUCKNOW D.D. No. 825521 form Vijaya bank, Hardoi dated 30.03.2013 for an amount of Rs. 34,740/-. So finally we traveled by our car to a long distance of 110 kms from hardoi to Lucknow to buy the laptop and came to reliance digital store located at HALWASIYA COURT, Lucknow after 2 hours of journey on 30.03.2013. While selecting the product I changed my mind and selected the LENOVO laptop model Lenovo G[protected] priced at Rs.32,990 still i again said I will be making a payment by Demand Draft but still the shock of my life was not told. Since the Draft amount was of more than the Laptop Price I said to convert the remaining amount in to Reliance Digital Gift Card and I was told that it can be done.Finally when I reached towards the billing counter I was told that the laptop would be delivered only after the clearing was made i.e approximately after 6 days, I asked why is that so as I never faced such problem before i was told it was company policy. I inquired about it again and again and asked for several other options but even other options were denied to be me. So finally i had to return back to hardoi empty handed i.e without a laptop which is absolute mental harassment, fraud, miss-communication, unreliable customer services and more-soever it was sheer waste of my precious time and fuel and who will bear the cancellation charges of demand draft and i think that the reliance donot care of their customers and they always treat customers like a football.

      Hi,

      This is regarding a Samsung microwave I had purchased on 9th Mar 2013. After we made the transaction they told me to collect starter kit within 4-5 days. I'm keep on calling them but no one pick up the phone and even when someone picks they ask me my name and cell number so that they can call me back but they never did. It was my my mistake as well where I experienced the same pathetic service when I purchased the LED TV last year where they promised to collect the BluRay player within a week (as part of deal) which they provided me after one and half month after keep on chasing them continueosly.

        I have Purchased a Godrej AC and Samsung Washing Machine two years back from Reliance Digital, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. They have insisted me to take AMC for both the Products. I have taken AMC for Godrej 1.5 Ton AC by paying 2800 for extended warranty as well as service for 3 years. I have paid Rs.1100 for Samsung Washing machine for extended warranty of 2 years. One month back The Service person called on my mobile saying that he will visit our residence for servicing the AC. Since one month he has not visited. The Reliance Digital People have no moral responsibility after selling the products. By paying the Amount I have wasted the money for AMC. Since the summer is reaching the service person has to come and check the AC condition. Nothing has happened. They do not bother about customers. They simply collect money and keep quiet. They have to visit my residence yearly 2 times for servicing. They have not visited even for single time.

        Action has to be taken against Reliance Digital.

        Samsung — amc

        i had bought 1 a.c .machine one year back.on expiry of one year i gave annual maint contract with parts to samsung authorised service centre VISION COOL SERVICES.After 15 days my a.c. stop working.i call service centre.they visit my home and told me that there is a leakage in my a.c machine & they demands Rs.3752.for repairing my machine.i had paid that amount as i have no other option.but as per service contract they have to repair my a,c machine for free.cash receipt no.33447.model no AW182WAETL.SET SERIAL NO A928PZL2200044M

          Sir, I have purchased a brand new phone HTC Desire X from Reliance Digital Showroom near Brigade Road Bangalore. Three months later I found my phone not getting booted up. I was disappointed and deeply hurt cause I had paid 18000 rupees for it and mostly because it was not even a year I used it. I thought that it might be a slight software problem and it would be fixed if I give to service care at Reliance Digital cause they had promised 1 year warranty for that phone and 2 year theft insurance or some insurance of that sort. But when I went there and asked them to service my phone, they washed their hands saying, we don't do servicing, its upto HTC people and we don't take it here and gave me HTC service center number, when I called them, they informed me that they don't take mobile devices which are under warranty and their service is only for devices post warranty period. I was seriously disappointed for when I went to Reliance Digital, I had assurance that whatever I buy here, if it gets spoilt for some reason they would look after it, else I could have gone the E-shopping way. Worst thing I felt was the service person saying its HTC Warranty not Reliance Digital Warranty and that they can't accept it, my initial response was if for HTC problem I had to go to HTC service center not Reliance Digital then for buying HTC I could have gone Taiwan instead of going to Reliance Digital. Finally they accepted my phone after my argument.Its been 6 days since I have handed over my phone to them, haven't heard a single word from them, they told it will take 15days, if it takes more than 15 days, I will surely complain against them. My only wish is that I don't want any other innocent customers dancing to their tune and wandering somewhere to find their products service center when it is really the duty of the Reliance Digital. I really dunno about the service of other Reliance Digital Showroom, so I won't comment on that.I do not wish to degrade anyone but I wanted every showroom like this to provide good service after the products are sold instead of giving warm service while buying the product.

            Feb-2013: I want to share my experience with Reliance Digital (Ambience Mall).

            - Last Year I bought a washing machine (Samsung) from Reliance Digital (even though I have read about the pathetic service from reliance digital). First of all the machine that was delivered had a significant dent (which I did check at the time of installation)...I decided to live with that that as installing the machine was critical for me.
            - Now as soon as I started using the machine...it keeps giving an error message intermittently and then stops...the machine needs to be restarted again. We cannot leave the machine unattended as it may need a restart anytime. Even after multiple complaints to Reliance Digital and all the possible numbers I could get... I could not get it fixed.

            The good part is....by now we have learnt to check the machine after every 10 mins and if it’s not working we restart it. (i hope you understand the frustration).


            Unfortunately, still i did not learn from my experience and after a Year (2013)...i decided to buy a split ac (Hitachi) again from R E L I A N C E D I G I T A L. I thought that was one of case and things would be much better now....the sales guy (Sandeep) assured me that their service is fabulous and they have improved their process etc. etc. SO, i purchased one.

            Now i could see myself again in the same situation (dee ja woo):

            - I was told (confidently) it will take 48 h for the machine to be deployed.
            - On 4th day i received only the AC (after multiple follow-ups).
            - Then i started chasing them for installation...After a week someone came for installation (i am sure he hardly had any experience of installation split AC...I have to talk with him on phone for 30 mins (from my office) to convince him about the place of installation....finally when i bought his manager on call....he agreed in less than a 5 minutes)
            - Anyways...he unpacked the box and bang...there was a crack in the body. I asked for a replacement (this time) as it was a big crack. They said we will make a report and it will be replaced. I said ok.
            - After that...again a session of follow ups started...from last two weeks i am continuously calling them (but unfortunately in vain)...they tell we will send the person...he comes take pictures...i keep waiting and then call them again...the person come again take pictures.

            It’s almost a month since i bought the AC (45K) and it’s lying in my store room. The worst part is there is no follow up from RELIANCE DIGITAL. I keep calling them and getting frustrated.

            Finally i have learnt this lesson that I AM NEVER GOING TO BUY ANY ITEM FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL!!!!

            I am still wondering if it will ever be replaced....:-/

            Reliance Digital — Service is pathetic

            Hi I have got a SONY DVD player from "reliance digital" banglore.Just after 3 months it stopped working. I have submitted it in the service center of "reliance digital " on july 11th.But they are making me running again again for almost a months.They are really crap. Its very frustrating.

            My name is Archit Rout and my complain number in the service receipt is 129.

            If you can help then its well and good.
            i heard about this reliance digital no one on is happy about the service they provide they sell the items at higher cost than other competitors, most of the item the items are not delivered to us on the promised date and time and after sales they dont respond to the calls and will not consider our complaint

                I buy a new reconnect LED 29" TV last month13-jan-2013. In that product have free product reconnect home theater. Still they will not provide me the free product.

                Wrong commitment 1:
                It’s given buy sales executive Mr.Nandha Kumar when i buy that product he told me when TV will come at the same time free product also you will receive nu. But no follow ups

                She told me product not available max one week it will come nu. It’s not come. Again I will go and ask they will give used &defected product in local sealed box I was checked inside the music system was missed in that box. to me the wires are burn completely complained to store manager. But no follow ups

                (04-jan-2013)he was informed me to give me max 3 days the problem will resolved nu. But still that product was i am not received and also no one call me to inform the delay. Again no follow ups

                  Bigtv/Reliance — Complaints not addressed

                  Dear Sir

                  URGENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNWILLING TO ADDRESS THIS COMPLAINT TO SAVE THEIR OWN SKIN AS IT WAS THEIR TECHNICIAN WHO HAD ENTERED THE WRONG CODE.

                  Big tv purchased in the name of Ajitha Nair, invoice dated 27/08/2008, invoice no: [protected], from Reliance webworld E-5/7 Bittan Market Opp Habibganj Police Station Bhopal M.P. Webworld code 10002. Total amount paid 3990 for the South Max package.

                  Subscriber ID:[protected]

                  After receiving the south max channels for a few days the service has been reverted to the basic package.

                  After one week of the above, the first complaint was registered with the customer service at[protected] on 22/09/08, complaint number 76379967. We were advised our complaint will be addressed in 24 hours. After 24 hours the second complaint was registered, the same complaint number, and was advised the complaint will be rectified in 48 hours. Then there was the third complaint, fourth, fifth sixth, and we stopped counting today on 30/09/08. On 25/09/08 We had sent a detailed email to [protected]@bigtv.co.in and again on 30/08/09, but had no response and we were not at all surprised.

                  We would consider the inaction as shortage in services and so would anybody. I do request that if they cannot address my genuine complaint to kindly advice me how I may return their much hyped but useless to me Big tv and get a refund.

                  These people do not give any number of thier higher ups and the customer is left with calling one single number given above again and again until they are frustrated.

                  Reliance Big T.V — No Separate Component Audio Signals

                  I bought Big T.V dish since they introduced in public(about 11 months ago). My Dish problem is they gave component signals output but they didn't give Audio signal output sothat when I switched off and on any electronic appliences at home, the picture disappearce and appearce. I called many times and registered many complaints to customer care, but their is no use. I wasted my money to speak with different local distributers. At lost they told me they can't do anything.Please rescue me in this horrible situation.
                  I bought Big T.V dish since they introduced in public(about 11 months ago). My Dish problem is they gave component signals output but they didn't give Audio signal output sothat when I switched off and on any electronic appliences at home, the picture disappearce and appearce. I called many times and registered many complaints to customer care, but their is no use. I wasted my money to speak with different local distributers.                     Recently I bought Samsung Washing machine on 1st Jan 2013 from Reliance digital, Cunningham road, Bangalore. I was promised that installlation will be done by saturday between 11 AM and 1 PM, I spent entire saturday waiting for the technician to showup at my residence for installlation and the same thing repeated on following day sunday aswell. However to my utter disappointment no one turned up inspite of our repeated followup with the relicance Digital showroom persons.
                    The technician assaigned to address my issue was ONE Mr ASHOK. He is a nothing but an who cannot do his work properly and because of such ppl the company gets bad name.

                    Hi I am Syed Naseer. Recently I bought Samsung Washing machine on 1st Jan 2013 from Reliance digital, Cunningham road, Bangalore. I bought many articles from various other showrooms and their service is very good and satisfying. BUT I FELT THERE IS NO ANY BAD WORDS TO EAPLAIN THE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE OF RELIANCE DIGITAL.
                    So my sincear advise to all tat dont ever make a mistake of buying any goods from RELIANCE DIGITAL, Sales department is good but the customer care service is worst.
                    The technician assaigned to address my issue was ONE Mr ASHOK. He is a nothing but a scondral and who cannot do his work properly and because of such ppl the company gets bad name.

                      sir,
                      I bought a sony vaio laptop E-series from reliance digital retail shop and also a CD of microsoft office.
                      The sales person named as Mohan said that he will install the antivirus and make the disk partition and will hand over the laptop to me,but this was not done after the billing was done his assistant just downloaded the microsoft essential antivirus from internet and gave it to me and said the wifi connection here works slow so you install it youself in home.when i was installing and updating it i got a message from microsoft that the downloaded antivirus was not the correct one it was a fake so it couldnot be updated.
                      I downloaded myself again and then updated it.
                      Apart from this when i said them to make the disk partition his assistant said i dont know how to do it...but after sometime when i asked other salesperson over there to do it...then the assistant replied i m doing it..what was this??? I was not there to joke with that person rather i was investing my INR 50000 for buying a laptop and other accessories.
                      They even didnot install other softwares and programs required by me...which should be done by the salesperson at the time of buying...and this is what we call as installation charges.
                      Now i also had a offer in my microsoft office CD to redeem a usb philips speaker for free.For that i was asked to register to a website and in case of any problems i should contact the sales person named Mohan as said by them.
                      when i was registering my self to the website given by them i was asked to enter my COA number but i didnt knew it so i made a phone call to the person to ask about it at first the latter said that the number is 2224445....when i asked where is it written he said ya ya it is that then after that he started conversing with one of his colleague without saying me to hold on the line or even saying me to wait...i was on the hold for 15minutes and saying hello hello......but he didnt reply me.
                      I searched the google and made my registration and COA no. was 999.......
                      I am also facing problems in my keyboard,screen of my laptop.
                      I have to ask whether buying a laptop and investing INR 50000 was a fun for them??
                      i was buying a scanner with printer and some other CDs that day but thanks to god that i didnot bought it from this shop otherwise it would also have been my loss.
                      I dont even think that saying them for sevicing my goods bought from them would be helpful to me.
                      on my personal opinion i would say that reliance should take care of this customer related issues which is increasing day by day.

                        I wish I could address this mail to Mr.Ambani and apprise him of the gross cheating which I faced at the Reliance Digital Store in Ambience Mall on 15th November, 2012.

                        I was looking for a tablet for my daughters at the store and picked up Micromax 7" Funbook worth Rs.6,499 (Rupees Six Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Nine), while making the payment I enquired about the cash back scheme (assured 5%-100% cashback scheme). I was told that if my bill is more than Rs.7,000, I am eligible to get the assured cash back. On a request to the customer care, they agreed to change my tablet and I baught a tablet worth Rs.7,249/-, a Micromax 7" Funbook Talk. After settling my invoice, I again went back to one of the sale representatives to help me SMS the invoce details to get the cash back offer.

                        The sale representative took my invoice and helped SMSing the invoice no. 0028, invoice amount Rs.7,249/- to [protected]. Immediately we received a congratulatory SMS from RDRLTD congratulating that we have won 100% cash back. The sales representative congratulated and in midst of the festive we as family were very happy. We were told that to avail the offer we have to come back to Reliance Digital store between Dec 1, 2012 to Dec 31, 2012 and make purchases worth 3 times our invoice value to avail cash back and also we have to retain the SMS receieved along with the original invoice.

                        We were asked to wait for some time. After some time another sale represntative (Mr. Aniket Kumar) walked upto me and informed that sorry Sir, you are not eligible for the cash back. First, I was told that to avail the cash back, I had to buy at least 2 products, then I was told that the cash back offer is not available on the Micromax products. And all this information came only after we had made purchases, settled our bill and were told to SMS to avail the cash back offer.

                        I not only feel cheated but greatly humiliated. It was more to console my young daughters to whom I just could not explain the unethical behaviour of the store officials.
                        Well, I think the communication is just very clear that the hundreds of posters displayed in the store trying to entice customers of 'UNLIMITED HAPPINESS ASSURED'. It should have read UNLIMITED UNHAPPINESS ASSURED.

                        Please convey to Mr. Ambani that you are not capable enough to keep the promises you yourself make to customers. Highly Disgusting and Unprofessional Business Ethics. Sorry to say that you lost yet another customer for life time (it might not matter to you, given your size).

                        Thanks for adding sparkles to my festive season, hope the money you saved by cheating helps you employ more honest and forthcoming store officials.

                        Reliance Digital — Cash detected

                        Hello Dear sir i purchased a mobile phone from relince digital and they swap my debit card against the amount of 1000 but the said to me there is insufficient balance then i payed that amount by cash and i did not sign any charge slip against this amount but that amount was detected from my account whenever i inform relince digital and bank also both are not taking responsibility for this. when i discussed with the manager of

                        I have purchased Karbon A29 from reliance digital, Bhiwadi on 15th of Aug'14. The phone was faulty at the begining of the day we have started
                        and the same is lying with their RESQ team (So called customer care). Today when I want to know about my phone they told me that customer care of Karbon didnot entertain them as they have returned without doing any thing with Mobile phone.


                        When I heared from Reliance representative Mr. Kamal that please take back your faulty phone we can not help you got surprised that how people cheating customer.

                          I recently purchased ULTRA Wet Grinder from Madinaguda Reliance digital store.From first usage it was creating very loud noise.I complaint to the store but they are not responding and they are telling goto Ultra service center even they sold damaged peace.we used the product only twice.Please help us to resolve the problem.

                          This complaint is against Reliance Digital and Ultra both.
                          why they don't check the piece before selling it.

                          Sowbaghya Wet Grinder — Not able to get the broken product

                          I purchased Sowbaghya Wet Grinder from chennai few years ago. I am not able to get the broken plastic handle for my sowbaghya wet grinder, i am currently in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, tried in the local shops, they wasted almost 3, 4 months. but no use. I tried Sowbaghya web site in internet, i could not get that information. Also i tried the dealership numbers for mumbai, which i could not get. Kindly help - Usharani

                          we purchased the vijalakshmi wet grinder on 12th april, we started to use on next day, when the masala grinding the stone was touching the steel drum, got scraches. then we called the vijalakshmi service centre, after calling they came after 2 days to fix, today again the same problem started. the stone were loosen.

                            I, Philomina Joseph hereby wants to post a complain regarding Reliance Digital Vashi.

                            The decision I made to purchase the refrigerator from Reliance Digital Vashi turned out be a very wrong decision.

                            I purchased the Sharp refrigerator of 274 litres from Reliance Digital Vashi on 3rd Dec 2012. The refrigerator was delivered on 4th Dec 2012 late at 9.00 PM. The package was not unpacked because the installation guy was suppose to come the next day. The next day the installtion guy came in ... he unpacked the refrigerator and we found a dent on the freezer door.

                            When we checked with him whether the door can be replaced, he said either keep the refrigerator as is or they will provide us the replacement of whole refrigerator. The door alone cannot be replaced. He said in 2-3 days the refrigerator will be replaced. He took the photographs of refrigerator and went away.

                            Since there was no response from Reliance Digital Vashi I called up to inquire and no one from the support team has any idea about the status of refrigerator replacement. A Sharp's technician came in on 7th Dec 2012 - no idea who sent him....he too took few photos of dent and suggested door replacement which we refused as we were told about refrigerator replacement by the Reliance Digital intallation guy.

                            I again called up Reliance call center at [protected] and somebody there told they will update me. But no response next day (8th Dec 2012)..... I called up vashi nos. at [protected] and a person called Sheetal gave Mr. Mangesh cell no. [protected] for follow up. This person Mangesh as no clue about the status of my complaint.


                            Today (Dec 10th 2012) a week has gone from purchase date, I am continuosly calling the nos. [protected], [protected] & [protected] and not a single no. rings. I am called up the call center no. [protected]..it is on hold. When I am calling Mangesh he asks me to call Reliance Digital Vashi Numbers. These people are taking us for a ride.

                            Is there anybody out there to address this issue. I am fed up!!!!!!

                            Reliance Digital, Vashi, Navi Mumbai — Late delivery, incomplete installation

                            I bought an AC from Reliance digital, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I was promised at the time of full payment that it'ld be installed by 05.04.09 by 5.00PM. Even the Installation head also confirmed.
                            But nobay came that day. Next day on 06.04.09, their person came late and didn't install AC completey citing the night as reason. Even today there is no response from their side. The AC is partially installed.

                            Also, at the time of purchasing, I was assured by their representatives that the installation would be absolutely free of cost. But they forced me to pay Rs. 235 extra at the time of installation. They were demanding more Rs 650.

                            I request all to be careful with their lieness and unprofrssionalism.

                            Please help me if anuybody can. My AC is still not installed completely

                              Hello,

                              i brought a microwave Electrolux EK25CBM4 from reliance digital,Pheonix market city Nagar road ,Pune on 25 November 2012 and it got delivered to my place on 28th.The installation guy came to me after four hours he was trying to install it however the Microwave was not working ,it was dead.he told me that engineer will come within 1hr.but nobody came today, i called reliance digital to either replace the model or fix it but atleast do something.

                              this complaint is against Reliance Digital and Electrolux both.
                              why they dont check the piece before selling it.

                                i want to purchase huawei smartphone from reliance digital that i saw on their website and for that i go to the local store in my city to enquire about the warranty of that set that whether i got the one year warranty or not but the store executives dont know about the warranty of the set.Then i mail reliance digital to conform the warranty of the handset but they didnt reply i repeatedly enquire about the set by mail or by phone but i didnt got any sort of satisfactory response from their side reliance digital custome service really pathetic.

                                Reliance — Horrible service

                                I purchased a Reliance Netconnect data card online in the last week of December 2010. A sales channel of Reliance(calls itself Vriti) approached me over the phone and made the delivery of the datacard the next day and I made the payment in cash. It was promised to me that this data-card will get activated in maximum 2 days time. However, it never got active. I called the customer care several times. All they had to say is that your details have not yet got updated in our system, and I was asked to call the sales channel which sold me the data-card.

                                But, there is no response to phone-calls or e-mails to this sales channel.Not sure if a channel called Vriti even exists.
                                On calling customer care after a week, they asked me to contact Huawei service center as they suspected it was a hardware issue because of which there was no signal detected on this device.
                                Not sure what to do. It seems the Sales people are only concerned in making the sales and not in confirming service to users.

                                    RELIANCE DIGITAL CHEATED ME
                                    Yesterday me and my wife purchased a laptop lenovo From reliance degital bill no 0052 from orion mall yeshwanthpur ...we bought it around 8.30pm they showed me the laptop and made me to sign in a form ..after this
                                    i just checked the same at my home it was not working at all.. and the same time i cAlled them ie,9 o clock and compliant they said come tmmrw 9.30 morning at shop.and today i went der at 9.30 but shop was not opened one lady told me that it will open at 11 o clock only., and I waited der up to 11.after 11 one person has come and heard my compliant with out cheCking he said we cant do anything ..wile the time of receiving you shOuld check seems.am not even opened the system and he is telling like dis .at last one another person has come he heard everything and said
                                    they will call lenovo people after getting some certificate frm dem dey will give the new system by one week.and dey accepted my laptop and given me one receipt .. they dont know how to behave to a customer
                                    My dear firends i suggest you pople dont go with reliance digital.. very very bad service and behavior

                                      Follwing Below is the text of Email send to Store.
                                      I had purchased Samsung refrigerator from your Korum Mall store on 04/11/2012 against Invoice Number C9838 for Rs. 27075/- Sales Executive was Dinkar Jadhav. Product was not readily available so he said within 2-3 days he will deliver the product.
                                      Then I was waiting 2.3 days for call for delivery but no body called up.
                                      Then I was trying the phone number he had given [protected] but it was not working.
                                      Two days I was trying his phone then I call on the Land line phone number on Thursday.
                                      Where one lady answered about the query and promised me that on Friday it will be delivered.
                                      For getting the confirmation I need to called her 2-3 times, as she forget to call me.
                                      I thought let the time and delivery is confirmed no problem.
                                      Then after short time I received call that on Saturday it will be delivered at evening 5.00 pm.
                                      On Friday evening another lady called and ask when I want the delivery, I said I had been promised tomorrow evening then she said that in the morning also I can get the delivery.

                                      I said Ok as I cancelled my outdoor visits and stay at home. I am the only person to take delivery at home that I had conveyed to all persons at every time.

                                      On Saturday at 10.15 I called up the store to seek when delivery would be send?
                                      Person on the phone said that the concerned lady is not yet came, She will called you up.
                                      I was waiting till 2.00 pm for her call or rather delivery of goods.
                                      I then on my own call her and shockingly she said your delivery is supposed to be at evening.
                                      She taken a stand that she was not aware about the change in the delivery schedule or rather disbelief that it is not possible.
                                      To satisfy her disbelief I need to give her the call time and phone number from which I received the call. Then she promised me that in the evening only it will came to me, she even said that I will personally tell vehicle driver to deliver first to me as I am suppose to go Outstation. Nobody is cam till 07.00 of this hour.
                                      Then till evening I was waiting and no body called when I called up again new fellow was talking to me and says that today it is not possible to deliver the goods tomorrow we will send.

                                      I am really frustrated the whole day I was at home just to take the delivery of goods purchased in cash.
                                      For that I cancel my outstation program due to false commitments and promises.
                                      This what going on!! Are the customers are full??
                                      What about the time lost and metal harassment done by the people at your store.
                                      They do not understand the time value of other persons and just keep telling one story after another.

                                      Let me know what to do in such situation where time value of another person is not considered, his priorities and schedule are rearranged and disturbed for your staff's negligence after sales service.
                                      All over the mental harassment and inconvenience is more from a reputed brand.
                                      All the way from Dombivali I came to shop Thane to your store and had such worst experience.
                                      Practically speaking I lost Two working days and emotional attachments to get the delivery before Saturday.

                                        I purchased one Sony digital camera and four Havell's ceiling fans with bill no. C7963 #0033 17:13:29 23OCT2012 with total amount of Rs. 12713. The amount was debited twice from my credit card account. I have written e-mails to [protected]@resq.in and also submitted online complaint on the reliance website on 30th Oct, 2012. It has been 4 days. Nobody cares to reply though the SLA for response is 48 hrs.

                                        I also called up the store on 24th Oct and was told it would be reversed. But, nothing happened. I called up again, he took my credit card number and other details. Again, nothing happened. I called up again a couple of days back. He told me to go to my bank and ask them for reversal. I called my bank's customer care and was told that they had not received any reversal action. The reversal should be done by the merchant and they cannot do anything.

                                        It has been going round and round. Nobody in Reliance Digital cares to look into it.
                                        Imd. without delay go to police and lodge FIR u/s IPC 420 on d shop-owner if it is found to be his fault. delay wil make u loose...
