IT MEANS THEY HAVE FALSELY TOLD ME YESTERDAY THAT OUR PERSON ARSHAD IS COMING TO DELIVER IT. SEE THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR STAFF. HOW THEY ARE TRYING TO FOOL THE CUSTOMERS. MY ADVISE TO YOU IS TO TRANSFER THESE PERSON TO YOUR VEGETABLE OUTLETS WHICH THEY DESERVE.

I WAS TOLD TO COLLECT THE LAPTOP AT 5 PM YESTERDAY BUT NO CALL CAME TO ME TILL 5 PM. I CALLED UP AND I WAS PROMISED TO COLLECT THE LAPTOP BY 7 PM. WHEN I REACHED THERE I WAS TOLD THAT MR ARSHAD WILL DELIVER THE LAPTOP AT MY RESIDENCE BY 9 PM. TILL 9.30 P.M. NOBODY TURNED UP. I CALLED ARSHAD WHO PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL REACH WITHIN AN HOUR. I TOLD HIM SPECIFICALLY THAT I WILL WAIT FOR HIM AS I HAVE TO GO OUT OF STATION IN THE MORNING. HE PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL COME. NOBODY TURNED UP TILL 10.30 PM. ARSHAD PHONE IS ALSO SWITCHED OFF.

I ADVISE U TO GET THE HR AUDIT DONE OF YOUR ALL STAFF AS I AM NOW SURE THEY WILL CONTRIBUTE A LOT OR MAY BE CONTRIBUTING A LOT FOR THE DISMAL PERFORMANCE OF YOUR RETAIL BUSINESS AS THIS KIND OF CARELESSNESS WILL TAKE YOUR COMPANY TO A PLACE WHERE NOBODY CAN REVIVE IT. TEACH THEM THE MEANING OF "CUSTOMER CARE". I[censored] DON'T WAKE UP EVEN NOW, EVEN GOD CAN NOT SAVE YOUR COMPANY.

Subject: THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF YOUR PRODUCT

I have purchased a laptop on 30/11/2011(bill attached). This product started giving trouble right from the date of purchase. Some noise is coming from it like a train is running inside it. At the time of purchase, I was told that in case of problem, I can contact any showroom of Reliancdigital. Based on the assurance I purchased this product. But very soon, it started giving problem and when I approached Reliancedigital showroom najafgarh road showromm delhi (Receipt attached) , I was told that I have to take it to south delhi service centre and in case of commencement of extended warranty period, it can be taken care of a showroom level. I approached the service centre, the person told me that its hard disk become non operative and he replaced it. But they also remove the original window and told me that as the no. printed on the laptop is beyond recognition, original window can not be loaded.
It has happened within two year of its purchase, but even after this laptop noise is getting louder and to my horror, when I got wifi at my place, this laptop did’nt work and when I approached (as now I was in extended warranty time period) on 01.04.2013., I was told that it will be repaired within a maximum time of 15 days. After ten days I got a call and the person told me that its motherboard is not working and they required at least one week more. When I contacted them after one week, I was told that they are repairing it and they won’t be able to give time frame for its repair.
NOW YOU TELL ME WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS YOU ARE SELLING. IN THE FIRST TWO YEARS OF PURCHASE THE MOTHERBOARD, ORIGINAL WINDOW, HARD DISK GET OUT OF ORDER. THIS IS THE QUALITY YOU MAINTAIN. MY WORK IS SUFFERING DUE TO THIS AND I AM TALKING TO ME ATTORNEYS REGARDING FILING A CASE AGAINST THE CLOSURE OF YOUR COMPANY AS I WAS SOLD A DEFECTIVE PIECE OF PRODUCT BY YOU. NOW A DAYS IN 15 DAYS FIVE AIRCRAFTS ARE PRODUCED AND YOUR ENGINEERS ARE NOT ABLE TO REPAIR A LAPTOP.
I WILL PUT THIS IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE BY PERSONAL MEETING, EMAIL, FACEBOOK BOTH AT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. I WILL FILE THE CASE IN CONSUMER FORUM FOR THE CLOSURE OF THE COMPANY.
MY REQUEST TO YOU IS THAT YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF LEADING A BIG COMPANY. START SOMETHING AT PROPRIETORSHIP LEVEL, GAIN EXPERIENCE AND THEN DO THE BUSINESS AT THIS LEVEL.

SF-1,2,10&11 2nd floor , 68 jessor Road kolkata, west bengal pin-700055.Store PH[protected].Refrigerator model-WPL-DC-230I-MAGC 5DG.Order No.-[protected].salesman ID-540473 ,auth code-021989.ON 11/5/2013.Down payment is made and rest amount is finalced by bijaje finance (MFT finance no.-SF9625330)
    But still now today 13/5/2013 the refrigerator is not delivered to me from reliance.On 12/5/2013 reliacne just sent a defictive product to my house and immediately took the same back.Also my old working refrigerator is dismalteded as reliance brought it from me for rs.1000.Now having lots of problem.AS NOW NO NEW REFRIGERATOR AND MY OLD REFRIGERATOR IS NOT PROPER DUE TO THE ACTIVITY OF PICKUP PERSONS.HENCE please provide me the new refrigerator by 14/5/2013.

      1. They claim that if you find a product cheaper than theirs, they will pay you double the difference.
      2. They offer you a ResQ Pack (Extended Warranty) on the appliances you buy.

      At first I thought "WOW What a deal" but when I placed an order for my Air-conditioner, this is what I discovered.

      1. The price they offered was INR 29990 for an LG 1.5 Ton 5Star AC Model Number LWA5CG5F which you can easily find at a lower price at a dealer near you.
      2. They promised that the equipment will be delivered on the next day (May 06, 2013) and will be installed on the next day (May 07, 2013). Based on their commitment, I shelled out my hard earned money INR 29990 (A sum that only a few Indians manage to earn in a month) expecting that the appliance would ease the life of my little daughter who otherwise needs to battle with the unruly weather of Delhi NCR. However I was stunned when the Appliance was delivered at 10:00 PM (A time when we avoid going to a friends place unless it is an extreme emergency) and the excuse given was that the truck had broken down. I had ordered a mandatory Power Stabilizer with the appliance. When the delivery guy was asked to give that he said, "he forgot to carry that". Disgusting
      All this time both me and my wife were frantically trying to call Reliance Digital Store from where we had ordered our appliance (or rather I would say who had duped us of our expectations) and we were getting a constant busy tone on the phone. Ridiculous
      Finally I managed to get hold of Sanjeev Sharma this afternoon on phone and he reassured that the stabilizer will be delivered today and the appliance will also be duly installed today EOD. it's 09:26 PM IST and I don't have a hint of the Stabilizer yet, leave aside installation. To top it all, look at the attitude of Mr Arjun Kumar who answered my call just a few minutes back, saying that the stabilizer is on it's way and will be delivered any moment. Any moment after 09:30 PM! and the installation will be done tomorrow, maybe after 09:30 PM.

      I really am sick and tired of this BS given to me by Reliance Digital and would request everyone to avoid buying from Reliance Digital.

        I bought a lg led tv 32 inch in reliance digital,mogappaire branch chennai.
        The salesman said that its Internet tv and confirmed me about it.
        I got the tv only after 2 days with several follow up calls.
        Once the tv was delivered the Internet didn't function.

        Till today RELIANCE hasn't done anything.
        Lg team says that the remote is not the one of the supplied tv.

        I went back to the showroom and asked the salesman but he was only avoiding me.
        Even i am ready to pay if required for higher models.
        I need internet to function.

        Very poor response from reliance.

          I had bought a HTC Desire X from Reliance Digital Near Brigade Road, Bangalore. Very soon I discovered a problem with the phone, the problem was that it was not getting switched on. I gave it for service at Reliance Digital and service was done for free of cost and it was the motherboard which had been spoilt. Now its been just 2 months after that service that I am facing another problem with the phone that the touch screen of the phone is not responding. I am really fed up of this phone. My phone number is [protected] and my e-mail Id is [protected]@gmail.com. However billing was done with other name. I would like either HTC or Reliance Digital people to contact me at the earliest and find a solution for this. And most importantly since the phone's touch screen is not working, it is very difficult to receive phone call too, but I would like them to call and replace this phone and help me with my misery.

            We have got two connections from Reliance Digital T.V. Vide A/c No.[protected] and[protected]. At the time of Installation the Company advised that there will be monthly Re-charge. We accordingly recharge for Rs. 500/- per month. But the Company starts sending Msg. form 18 to 19 days on wards to recharge within 3 days. thus the Company allowing us to view T.V. only for 20 days instead of 30 days as promised by the Company at the time of giving Connection. This is breach of trust and also cheating the customers by giving wrong promise. I request you to look into the matter and help us from cheating by the Company.

              I have bought a 1.5 ton Panasonic split AC on Saturday, March 30, 2012 from the shop at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. It was duly delivered to my house on the same day. Then the fun began.

              I was promised that the installation will be done on Sunday (the next day). However, after many phone calls to the shop, a very bad quality installation is finally done on Wednesday evening.

              The installer did not carry with him any extra copper tubes or water pipes. Despite my suggestion to place the external unit in a suitable place, facing the open, the installer put it right inside my balcony. This has resulted in following woes:

              (1) When the AC is running the balcony and the adjacent dining room is getting heated up greatly and becoming unusable.
              (2) The water is soaking the whole floor of the balcony.
              (3) The blades of the ceiling fan in the balcony has just 1 inch separation from the unit (the unit fan grill), thus we cannot run the fan for fear of the fan swaying even slightly with a sudden gust of wind and hitting the unit.
              (4) Also, it may be my my perception, the cooling is not fast enough, there may be less gas in the compressor.

              Even before the installation I indicated to the installer some of these possible problems, butt he did not heed to them. After installation, when the problems have become clear, I asked the installer to come next day with extra tubes and shift the unit to the safe position I initially directed to. He agreed, but never appeared on next day (did not even care for my sign in the installation documents). Upon contacting him in the afternoon, he said that it is no more his problem, I need to contact the shop/service in for getting a re-installation done. I have talked with the shop and on they have told me that they shall be contacting the service department and arranging to do the needful by today. Let us see what happens.

              Now, I have been a customer of Reliance Digital for quite some time and this is (almost, earlier episodes had some marginally plausible logic) the first time I have such a bad experience. Here are the highlights:

              (1) While purchasing on Saturday morning, I have "specifically" asked whether the installation will be done on Sunday, otherwise I have to come home from office. I was PROMISED that the installation will be done on Sunday, which ultimately happened on Wednesday. By the way, on the same day I bought another AC from a different store - which have been delivered as well as installed on Sunday.
              (2) The number of the shop given in the invoice is either unreachable or busy most of the times. A few times I was able to reach it, I was promised quick resolution and callback in 10 minutes. However, the callbacks never happened. When the next time I am able to contact, usually couple of hours, it is either a different person, who does the same (promise resolution & callback) or give some lame excuses (my boss is in a meeting!).
              (3) The installer coming inadequately prepared. Even while purchasing I have inquired about extra tubes and sundries, if needed. I was assured that the installer will be carrying them, only I have to pay for them i[censored]sed, which I naturally agreed.
              (4) The installer neglecting, even after suggesting, the customer's long-term convenience. The attitude was that he has come to install and he will do so with whatever he has available - damn what will happen later.

              Clearly, I have not expected this. My faith in your concern is badly shaken (I have even bough the long-term maintenance contract! - no idea what wonders will come out of that.).

              Now I am awaiting the merciful deliverance from this quandary, keeping my finger crossed.

              This is regarding to complaining to you that I purchased ten AC from reliance digital (Ambience Mall Gurgaon) around 25 days back, but the installation of two AC is pending till now & one of them is not working.

              I am following on daily basis but not getting any positive result. Now it is peak of the summer, after summer it is useless to me.

              Hopes will get positive response very soon.

              Reliance digital store — Did not provide AC installation though they charged for it

              I bought Samsung split AC from RELIANCE DIGITAL STORE. Along with the AC cost, I paid Rs1500 for the installation to them. They did not provide anyone for installation till date. Even that I lodged several complaints, they did nothing. I am quiet frustrated and find helpless for this situation.

              No one should buy products from this bull store. They are big cheats.

                I had bought mobile worth Rs.39604 from Reliance Digital Thane which is buy from my Standard Chartered credit card no.[protected] on 6 month emi with processing fee of Rs.899 on 7th November-2012
                Still its not converted into emi till 4th April-2013
                Standard Chartered Credit Card are charging interest on there bills.
                No one is giving me solutions regarding on this matter.
                Where to go?

                    I had a non-pleasing and insulting experiencing of visiting the reliance digital store located at halwasiya court,Lucknow. I made a query on 28th march on reliance website i.e http://www.reliancedigital.in/contactus.html for Sony VAIO E Series SVE14123CN Laptop, 14 inch (35.6 cm) for which i received a call from sales representative named Deepanshu Dwivedi from mobile [protected] and I asked him to send me a quotation(attached in mail) for the product on my email id but the problem started right there from starting here only as the quotation was send after making 12 calls to your sales representative and after so much pursuance from my side the quotation was finally received at my mail. I am also attaching the quotation in this mail and have a look towards the quotation which was sent to me where even no name has been mentioned anywhere in which whose favor the Demand Draft has to be made and what city it has to be made payable so therefore i asked for it by again making a phone call. I always said to your sales representative that I would be making the payment by demand draft still no terms and condition were told to me regarding the delivery of the product would be made only after the clearing of the Demand Draft. I requested my bank to issue a demand draft in favor of RELIANCE DIGITAL RETAIL LTD. Payable at LUCKNOW D.D. No. 825521 form Vijaya bank, Hardoi dated 30.03.2013 for an amount of Rs. 34,740/-. So finally we traveled by our car to a long distance of 110 kms from hardoi to Lucknow to buy the laptop and came to reliance digital store located at HALWASIYA COURT, Lucknow after 2 hours of journey on 30.03.2013. While selecting the product I changed my mind and selected the LENOVO laptop model Lenovo G[protected] priced at Rs.32,990 still i again said I will be making a payment by Demand Draft but still the shock of my life was not told. Since the Draft amount was of more than the Laptop Price I said to convert the remaining amount in to Reliance Digital Gift Card and I was told that it can be done.Finally when I reached towards the billing counter I was told that the laptop would be delivered only after the clearing was made i.e approximately after 6 days, I asked why is that so as I never faced such problem before i was told it was company policy. I inquired about it again and again and asked for several other options but even other options were denied to be me. So finally i had to return back to hardoi empty handed i.e without a laptop which is absolute mental harassment, fraud, miss-communication, unreliable customer services and more-soever it was sheer waste of my precious time and fuel and who will bear the cancellation charges of demand draft and i think that the reliance donot care of their customers and they always treat customers like a football.

                      This is regarding a Samsung microwave I had purchased on 9th Mar 2013. After we made the transaction they told me to collect starter kit within 4-5 days. I'm keep on calling them but no one pick up the phone and even when someone picks they ask me my name and cell number so that they can call me back but they never did. It was my my mistake as well where I experienced the same pathetic service when I purchased the LED TV last year where they promised to collect the BluRay player within a week (as part of deal) which they provided me after one and half month after keep on chasing them continueosly.

                        I have Purchased a Godrej AC and Samsung Washing Machine two years back from Reliance Digital, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. They have insisted me to take AMC for both the Products. I have taken AMC for Godrej 1.5 Ton AC by paying 2800 for extended warranty as well as service for 3 years. I have paid Rs.1100 for Samsung Washing machine for extended warranty of 2 years. One month back The Service person called on my mobile saying that he will visit our residence for servicing the AC. Since one month he has not visited. The Reliance Digital People have no moral responsibility after selling the products. By paying the Amount I have wasted the money for AMC. Since the summer is reaching the service person has to come and check the AC condition. Nothing has happened. They do not bother about customers. They simply collect money and keep quiet. They have to visit my residence yearly 2 times for servicing. They have not visited even for single time.

                        Action has to be taken against Reliance Digital.

                        i had bought 1 a.c .machine one year back.on expiry of one year i gave annual maint contract with parts to samsung authorised service centre VISION COOL SERVICES.After 15 days my a.c. stop working.i call service centre.they visit my home and told me that there is a leakage in my a.c machine & they demands Rs.3752.for repairing my machine.i had paid that amount as i have no other option.but as per service contract they have to repair my a,c machine for free.cash receipt no.33447.model no AW182WAETL.SET SERIAL NO A928PZL2200044M

                          Sir, I have purchased a brand new phone HTC Desire X from Reliance Digital Showroom near Brigade Road Bangalore. Three months later I found my phone not getting booted up. I was disappointed and deeply hurt cause I had paid 18000 rupees for it and mostly because it was not even a year I used it. I thought that it might be a slight software problem and it would be fixed if I give to service care at Reliance Digital cause they had promised 1 year warranty for that phone and 2 year theft insurance or some insurance of that sort. But when I went there and asked them to service my phone, they washed their hands saying, we don't do servicing, its upto HTC people and we don't take it here and gave me HTC service center number, when I called them, they informed me that they don't take mobile devices which are under warranty and their service is only for devices post warranty period. I was seriously disappointed for when I went to Reliance Digital, I had assurance that whatever I buy here, if it gets spoilt for some reason they would look after it, else I could have gone the E-shopping way. Worst thing I felt was the service person saying its HTC Warranty not Reliance Digital Warranty and that they can't accept it, my initial response was if for HTC problem I had to go to HTC service center not Reliance Digital then for buying HTC I could have gone Taiwan instead of going to Reliance Digital. Finally they accepted my phone after my argument.Its been 6 days since I have handed over my phone to them, haven't heard a single word from them, they told it will take 15days, if it takes more than 15 days, I will surely complain against them. My only wish is that I don't want any other innocent customers dancing to their tune and wandering somewhere to find their products service center when it is really the duty of the Reliance Digital. I really dunno about the service of other Reliance Digital Showroom, so I won't comment on that.I do not wish to degrade anyone but I wanted every showroom like this to provide good service after the products are sold instead of giving warm service while buying the product.

                            Feb-2013: I want to share my experience with Reliance Digital (Ambience Mall).

                            - Last Year I bought a washing machine (Samsung) from Reliance Digital (even though I have read about the pathetic service from reliance digital). First of all the machine that was delivered had a significant dent (which I did check at the time of installation)...I decided to live with that that as installing the machine was critical for me.
                            - Now as soon as I started using the machine...it keeps giving an error message intermittently and then stops...the machine needs to be restarted again. We cannot leave the machine unattended as it may need a restart anytime. Even after multiple complaints to Reliance Digital and all the possible numbers I could get... I could not get it fixed.

                            The good part is....by now we have learnt to check the machine after every 10 mins and if it’s not working we restart it. (i hope you understand the frustration).


                            Unfortunately, still i did not learn from my experience and after a Year (2013)...i decided to buy a split ac (Hitachi) again from R E L I A N C E D I G I T A L. I thought that was one of case and things would be much better now....the sales guy (Sandeep) assured me that their service is fabulous and they have improved their process etc. etc. SO, i purchased one.

                            Now i could see myself again in the same situation (dee ja woo):

                            - I was told (confidently) it will take 48 h for the machine to be deployed.
                            - On 4th day i received only the AC (after multiple follow-ups).
                            - Then i started chasing them for installation...After a week someone came for installation (i am sure he hardly had any experience of installation split AC...I have to talk with him on phone for 30 mins (from my office) to convince him about the place of installation....finally when i bought his manager on call....he agreed in less than a 5 minutes)
                            - Anyways...he unpacked the box and bang...there was a crack in the body. I asked for a replacement (this time) as it was a big crack. They said we will make a report and it will be replaced. I said ok.
                            - After that...again a session of follow ups started...from last two weeks i am continuously calling them (but unfortunately in vain)...they tell we will send the person...he comes take pictures...i keep waiting and then call them again...the person come again take pictures.

                            It’s almost a month since i bought the AC (45K) and it’s lying in my store room. The worst part is there is no follow up from RELIANCE DIGITAL. I keep calling them and getting frustrated.

                            Finally i have learnt this lesson that I AM NEVER GOING TO BUY ANY ITEM FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL!!!!

                            I am still wondering if it will ever be replaced....:-/

                            Hi I have got a SONY DVD player from "reliance digital" banglore.Just after 3 months it stopped working. I have submitted it in the service center of "reliance digital " on july 11th.But they are making me running again again for almost a months.They are really crap. Its very frustrating.

                            i heard about this reliance digital no one on is happy about the service they provide they sell the items at higher cost than other competitors, most of the item the items are not delivered to us on the promised date and time and after sales they dont respond to the calls and will not consider our complaint

                                  URGENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNWILLING TO ADDRESS THIS COMPLAINT TO SAVE THEIR OWN SKIN AS IT WAS THEIR TECHNICIAN WHO HAD ENTERED THE WRONG CODE.

                                  Big tv purchased in the name of Ajitha Nair, invoice dated 27/08/2008, invoice no: [protected], from Reliance webworld E-5/7 Bittan Market Opp Habibganj Police Station Bhopal M.P. Webworld code 10002. Total amount paid 3990 for the South Max package.

                                  After receiving the south max channels for a few days the service has been reverted to the basic package.

                                  After one week of the above, the first complaint was registered with the customer service at[protected] on 22/09/08, complaint number 76379967. We were advised our complaint will be addressed in 24 hours. After 24 hours the second complaint was registered, the same complaint number, and was advised the complaint will be rectified in 48 hours. Then there was the third complaint, fourth, fifth sixth, and we stopped counting today on 30/09/08. On 25/09/08 We had sent a detailed email to [protected]@bigtv.co.in and again on 30/08/09, but had no response and we were not at all surprised.

                                  We would consider the inaction as shortage in services and so would anybody. I do request that if they cannot address my genuine complaint to kindly advice me how I may return their much hyped but useless to me Big tv and get a refund.

                                  These people do not give any number of thier higher ups and the customer is left with calling one single number given above again and again until they are frustrated.

                                  Reliance Big T.V — No Separate Component Audio Signals

                                  I bought Big T.V dish since they introduced in public(about 11 months ago). My Dish problem is they gave component signals output but they didn't give Audio signal output sothat when I switched off and on any electronic appliences at home, the picture disappearce and appearce. I called many times and registered many complaints to customer care, but their is no use. I wasted my money to speak with different local distributers. At lost they told me they can't do anything.Please rescue me in this horrible situation.
                                  I bought Big T.V dish since they introduced in public(about 11 months ago).                                     The technician assaigned to address my issue was ONE Mr ASHOK. He is a nothing but an who cannot do his work properly and because of such ppl the company gets bad name.

                                    So my sincear advise to all tat dont ever make a mistake of buying any goods from RELIANCE DIGITAL, Sales department is good but the customer care service is worst.

                                      sir,
                                      I bought a sony vaio laptop E-series from reliance digital retail shop and also a CD of microsoft office.
                                      The sales person named as Mohan said that he will install the antivirus and make the disk partition and will hand over the laptop to me,but this was not done after the billing was done his assistant just downloaded the microsoft essential antivirus from internet and gave it to me and said the wifi connection here works slow so you install it youself in home.when i was installing and updating it i got a message from microsoft that the downloaded antivirus was not the correct one it was a fake so it couldnot be updated.
                                      I downloaded myself again and then updated it.
                                      Apart from this when i said them to make the disk partition his assistant said i dont know how to do it...but after sometime when i asked other salesperson over there to do it...then the assistant replied i m doing it..what was this??? I was not there to joke with that person rather i was investing my INR 50000 for buying a laptop and other accessories.
                                      They even didnot install other softwares and programs required by me...which should be done by the salesperson at the time of buying...and this is what we call as installation charges.
                                      Now i also had a offer in my microsoft office CD to redeem a usb philips speaker for free.For that i was asked to register to a website and in case of any problems i should contact the sales person named Mohan as said by them.
                                      when i was registering my self to the website given by them i was asked to enter my COA number but i didnt knew it so i made a phone call to the person to ask about it at first the latter said that the number is 2224445....when i asked where is it written he said ya ya it is that then after that he started conversing with one of his colleague without saying me to hold on the line or even saying me to wait...i was on the hold for 15minutes and saying hello hello......but he didnt reply me.
                                      I searched the google and made my registration and COA no. was 999.......
                                      I am also facing problems in my keyboard,screen of my laptop.
                                      I have to ask whether buying a laptop and investing INR 50000 was a fun for them??
                                      i was buying a scanner with printer and some other CDs that day but thanks to god that i didnot bought it from this shop otherwise it would also have been my loss.
                                      I dont even think that saying them for sevicing my goods bought from them would be helpful to me.
                                      on my personal opinion i would say that reliance should take care of this customer related issues which is increasing day by day.
