I was gifted a couple of stuff from Reliance Digital... A Wireless Keyboard, and a Sony headphone. I had the bill as well.
Since I had both the stuff already, I walked in the store and requested the store manager to exchange these stuff. He was very rude and impatient with me. He told me that he can't do it because of company policy.
Neither the packets were opened, nor I used it. I had the bills, and I tried the exchange on the same day. He kept repeating that a wireless keyboard comes under accessory, and accessories can't be exchanged.
http://reliancedigital.in/returnpolicy.html policy doesn't mention about the fact the accessories can't be exchanged. It says... "computer" cannot be exchanged, not the accessories. I am very dissatisfied, and I am afraid that I will never shop from Reliance Digital.
