I purchased Lenovo laptop on 31-march 2014. They partitioned the disc without notify me. For this reason a software named One key recovery is damaged. And i told him to give me backup of OS. He did it with corrupted one. Now, they are putting my call on hold for more time and they are answering like anything.

    I had purchased a split ac from Reliance Digital Nizampura Vadodara 11 months back. They had to provide 3 free services within 1 year. But when it comes to services, reliance digital has made me feel like I did a mistake in selecting reliance digital chain. For servicing of the above mentioned ac I registered a call on 09.05.2014 morning and I was confirmed that ac shall be serviced on 10.05.2014. On 10.05.2014 morning also they confirmed the schedule, but did not turn up till afternoon, on several follow-ups they told they are unable to provide service today as their maintenance engineer is on training and all rest manpower is busy installing new acs. So, what about the services to the people who have ACs/products installed, purchased from you. Is selling product only of importance to you and not providing services to your customers? Very very unprofessional attitude and negligence of responsibilty. Then I called up LG customer care, they immediately confirmed the service call request, on the very same day within a couple of hours. That's called a good service.       this is regarding a complaint i want to launch ... i had bought a samsung galaxy s3 from kumar pacific branch of reliance digital in july 2012 and i have extended warranty for the same for which i paid 10% extra .. now my phone suddenly switched off so i went to reliance resq which is located in sahakar nagar in pune there i enquired about reparing my phone on which there was a girl named priya on the reception who said to me that the engineer for reparing is not there today he will come after 2 days so you take your phne back and call me and come back after 2 days so i came back home with my phone. first thing is she should have anyhow accepted my phone as its a service center so how professional it is to sent costumer back home saying enginner is not there now anyways lets proceed further.. on 25th April i called the resq center i could not get the number since morning after trying several hours finally i got through then the same girl priya she asked me to give my phone in reliance digital and not the resq center so i called up at reliance digital and i had a talk with MR PRASAD he took the resq people on confrence and then finally she agreed to take my phone. then i went to RESQ on 25th the then she called up a guy Named Mangesh who was the on call engineer i guess over there he came and saw my phone and said phone seems dead was there water logging for the phone i said no you check it right now and tell me so he went inside and checked the phone and said there is no water logging i will look into the phone and tell you what the issue is he said he will call me on same day so i took th JOBSHEET and came back home he did not call me for the phone and ya on 25th itself he said i will repair the phone and return you back the phone at your resideince that is at Bharati hospital as he stays nearby. somoving further on 25th he didnot call me at all next day i myself called him he said he had not checked so again i called next day he said there is issue with motherboard and it will be fixed in 3 days so i said ok so he said he would return my phone on 30th of april and get my phone to my campus where i saty i felt something fishy still i waited till 30th on that day he said he will call me by 7.30pm for phone which he never called so i called him up and he said im on bike ill give you phone by 9.30pm which was totally absurd then i decided to call up at the reliance digital next day and had a talk with manager sumeet he took again priyanka/priya on call and asked her to sort my phone i said i have given my phone in RESQ and i want the phone back from RESQ and not by someone delivered at home or so and i when the date which i was told ill get back phone had already passed why they are not giving me my phone then the girl on the other side said ill get back in some time and call me she never called again i called and similarly we had 2-3 call in confrence me the girl at resq and MR SUMMET and thhey did not have any clue where my phone is in all this conversation MRSUMEET said mangesh who had taken my phone had resigned from the office and he was the one who had my phone and they could not give me any specific status of the phone till night 8 o clock on 3rd may finally Mr sumeet said please give me somedays to sort the whole matter out and he will get back to me in 3-4 days with my phone i said ok after 3 days i called him again he again took the girl on phone she said they are looking in matter and they wil return me phone in 2 days i felt fishy about the whole thing. i thought i should wait and kept patience finally today on 8th of may i got call from mangesh the guy who took my phone and who had left his job in RESQ he said i have repaired your phone and i will give it to you at your campus i was shocked after all this days he was vanished and he came back with the phone i said i dont want the phone from you and i want it from the RESQ center he said in a very bullying manner that how can they return your phone when he has my phone i said ill see how they dont as i have the JOBSHEET for the same he just cut the phone in arrogance sayin haan go and talk there MY concerns and doubts -`if i have given my phone in RESQ why are they not returning my phone from the same place? - after calling several times and deadline given by priya and priyanka they did not have a single clue where my phone is till 8th of may as my phone was with mangesh? - even after having so many stores all over india and a trusted brand how absurd is this negligence| who is responsible for the mental agony caused to me for not giving back my phone which costed more than 38000and when i have the jobsheet am i not eligible to get my phone repaired on time which still i havent got -how could the girl at the resq say that the phone will get repaired in so and so date when she didnt even know where my phone was-when some coustumer has given phone for repair isnt it their responsiblity to atleast call and tell what the status of the phone -the manager at the relaince digital MR Sumeet keeps saying sorry everytime and take the girl at the resq on conference call and they give me a deadline and a date but they fail to diliver it. the sorry doesnt mean anything are they going to give me any perks for the trouble caused to me all these days -how unprofessional is this to return costumers phone at home when i he is ready to take the phone from RESQ with a proper bill -im a MD doctor in BHARATI VIDYAPEETH all my phone numbers and important data is stored in my phone i feel like a paralysed person without my phone -when i have a jobsheet of the phone how come these people keep dogging me and giving me fake deadlines i want my phone back; i have signed jobsheet from the RESQ. .- today MR summet gave m number of Mr Vijay goel and Mr Vahid they seem to be the guys responsible for RESQ's managment in this region they again gave me assurance that phone will be returned but i really dont trust now... when and how are they going to give it back to me when the phone is with MANGESH when a phone is given for repair its status should be known in the office and not restricted to some individual everytime i call them they say we will ask mangesh and get back and mangesh doesnt take the call anyways its not my issue i know i have a jobsheet and i want my phone back repaired i have bill, jobsheet and extended waraanty for my phone

        I am ashamed, sorry and deeply regret to say that i had purhased an hitachi split 1.5 tonne ac from reliance digital store at ambience mall gurgaon on the 27th of april today is the 2 nd of may[protected] no one has turned up for installation yet the ac was delivered to me the next day on the28th april 2014. Since 29th april till date (3 may 2014) i am calling each and every person at reliance store gurgaon, customer care center at mumbai.On an average i am making 12-15 calls per day and i am kept for hold 5-10 minutes and all of them take their customer lightly as if they ve given us the ac in donation.I and my family have undergone such tremendous mental and physical torture plus monetary loss through phone calls.

        Reliance digital is cheating their customers in terms of service their executives whosoever received my call were very rude to me and had raised their voice on several occasions. On each call they would give me an excuse of network issue even the guys on call dont even know who has to come for installation.


        I was a loyal customer but this was my last and worst experience shopping with reliance digital infact i guess with all the brands of reliance its better to go to local dealers or to croma (Tata) stores than to reliance digital i would never recommend anyone to buy from reliance digital even to my enemies.


        Most important i will make all the people known to me also on various social sites that how bad service and the rude executives of reliance digital including the customer care executives

          I bought the SAMSUNG split AC on 23rd April 2014 and it has not yet been installed. Still I am calling and hearing the response as "will send the person today". Dealer is Reliance Digital, Hyderabad. I am really fed up of these guys. If we post this complaint on this portal, would it help us? Or just fun and reading purpose for readers?           They arrived and installed the AC after 4 days of this complaint.

            I had purchased induction set of 3 pots of Reconnect from Reliance Digital on 28th Oct 2013. (PLU#[protected] But one of the frying pan doesn`t heat. I went to the shop but they didn't listen to me. After logging complaint with service the pan was found to be faulty and was not working on any of the induction plate.Similar problem was found with other pots as well with Reliance Digital.But they are not ready replace the pot.I have suffered a lot due to this as I visited 4 times to the store and have taken back the pots and blackmailing me to take refund for all three pots but not giving any replacement.

              I recently bought LG air-conditioner(LG 1.5T 3 STAR LSA5MP3M) at reliance digital showroom, Madenaguda, Hyderabad. Yesterday they got the unit to home and they installed it today.

              The installation is very bad to say the least and very unprofessional !!!.The Guy who came for installation was very unprofessional in his work.

              He drilled the holes at four places in my house to get the pipe to the outdoor unit.While doing so he drilled the wall very very badly.

              Firstly he hasn't chosen the nearest place to install outdoor unit and secondly he routed the cables drilling holes all over the walls.This has damaged walls of the house .Being a rented house I have to now bear the expenses of the repair. This is the bonus I got for buying your AC.

              Besides that routing of the cables was not done neatly at all. They were left hanging . Even the power cables were not neatly routed to the socket.when asked to route properly the answer was there is no cable to do so. They were routed like cable TV wires on streets.

              It was written in the manual to check gas/water leak while installation, when asked about that they told they have done and it was fine and will not check again.when asked to check for temperature after setting AC to that temperature he told for that we need to call service center for that. We notice sound from outdoor unit and the indoor unit as well and asked him to check and the answer was that it gives that amount of sound

              I expected Reliance to do professional and smooth installation but the case was quite opposite.

              I am very frustrated and unhappy with the service from Reliance Digital. I hold reliance digital responsible for the damage done to my house by the installation guy.

                Reliance Digital SHUT SHOP!!! It has been 1 month or so from installation of a 2 ton voltas unit which was assured to be a new working demo unit from their 100Ft road Indiranagar outlet, we also bought extra warranty to not incur service issues later. However, the ResQ service outlet shows no customer service attributes at all! They clearly said they cannot entertain our request! The manager at the 100Ft outlet requested a fresh unit on our demand and today being the 4th day from request they do not even have the courtesy to remember or call the customer back, I had to call again and find out. Post which on calling their office from Mumbai, as our receptionist was in the blazing heat for 5 days, they didn't respond or attend to our complaint. Only after repeated calling they then designated that the electrical board in the unit needed replacing, if that is so with a fresh unit then change the whole AC!!! It is brand new and still under warranty. This is called FRAUD, plain and simple! I just put a complaint up on this FB page and my complaint disappeared. I do not believe that such online monitoring that constricts a customer's view is ethical, to say the least. Rude, incompetent, unethical, and downright silly is all I can say about Reliance. I just received a call saying they will fix the electrical board in the unit. NO THANK YOU! NOT AFTER ALL THE TROUBLE WE HAVE BEEN PUT THROUGH, IT IS ONLY RIGHT THAT THE UNIT BE REPLACED OR TAKE IT BACK AND REFUND US THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WITH THE ADDED WARRANTY WE HAVE PURCHASED FROM YOU! THIS COMPLAINT WILL BE POSTED ON EVERY PUBLIC FORUM WE FIND RELIANCE ON. TO NOTE OUR COMPLAINT WAS ON April 1st, 2014 and till now, NO SERVICE ON EMPTY VESSELS!!!

                    I paid cash payment as per your bill no.Ean*[protected]/card no.[protected] for the above produts to be delivered within 3 hours but till date i have not recd the same mr.Mahesh is dodging me it will be delivered once driver comes out puzhal jail ihave not given money for fridge till driver comes out from jail .I cannot wait iam filling consumer court case for rs . One lakh damages for harassment/ mentol agony. All the liabilities on your commpany for all the damages

                      Dented the band new fridge and not replacing

                      The above mentioned Fridge was delivered and was dented while installation. The service engineer is not taking the fridge back as i want a replacement. After doing all the calling to the service center and reliance digital store, they are not replacing it. Now i want my money back and not the replacement....

                      Hi team.I am complaining about the behaviour of your staff reliance digital store kumar Pacific mall swargate which is pathetic and don't have manner s to speak to add to it security is worst. Worst we are really upset coz we got faulty handset raised complaint about it they kept the handset and no news since two weeks my husband went to check the security didtnt allow him as they did not had records of tht handset it was the store staff fault they didn't registered. On top all the staff came to fight but non took the initiative to solve the problem. The security staff abused my husband and said will see to it your faulty piece doesn't get repaired.I am in the process of filing complaint against your company and with media will see to it This gets highlighted and people know how pathetic reliance store and their people. I want quick reply to my complaint.

                        Though I have a one year extended ResQ plan from reliance - they have not come properly even for a single regular s ervice. Now exactly a year has gone, with one more year of warranty left, they are saying I have not purchased AC from their store and I have got a washing machine. This is surprising, and all my calls to the customer care is useless as I have spent more than 10 days trying to raise support tickets and calling their customer care to get an answer that they will call me back after checking. This is heights of bad customer service.

                          This ia Manjunath Bhat, I have purchased SONY LED TV 32" on 31-03-14 in reliance digital ITPL. I got assurance from reliance sales officer that installation will be done within 48 hours. This is the 7th day.I got the TV delivery but still not installed. I have made complaint. Still nobody is coming for installation. Consider this as high priority and make the things done on time.                             I purchased Samsung A/C and Symphony air cooler with bill no C7963 #24 16:24:26 total bill Rs 56, 643/-.
                            Bill dated 29th march 2014. A/c has been delivered on 30th march 2014 but till now it has not been installed.
                            I have been calling them but they say the guy will come and install tommorow, but till now the guy has not come.Dont know when will tomorrow come for them.

                            Apart from that air cooler has not been delivered.when we call the store they say the stock is not there, can't they inform us at the time of buying the product.I think it's the primary duty of the store to inform the costumer about the products stock available or not.All these while I have been calling the store.

                            I request all who want to buy A/c or air cooler from reliance digital plz there will be always a delay and no assurance of the service.

                              I have purchased wd elements from relaince digital today i.E., 29-march-2014 as ther has been an offer for free skullcandy headphones. Unfortunately these headphones never worked & the executives responded that this is a free product whether the product works or not it is not their responsibility.Wd elements is a base model hard disk which is priced less than 4000 in the market, i have paid 4999/- as there is an offer with this product.Please help me in getting the head phones replaced.

                              Despite of followup from the Akosha team, so far Reliance digital has not responded to my query yet. This is what is called fraud, do not buy anything from Reliance Digital.

                              u should try contacting skull candy servicecenter for this, might get some help there

                              Even i bot same WD + skull candy form reliance digital. they said the product is out of stock so will take 10 to 15 days to deliver.

                              We were going through old complaints that we were not able to resolve and came across the one filed by you (#596778). I know this is very late but we are extremely sorry that we could not help you. Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time. We are learning from our mistakes and trying hard to get past the constraints that we still face to improve the resolution rate. Hope you will also understand our situation.

                                Purchased TWO SONY Sony's unique TRILUMINOS™55 inches and 42 inches on the 25th December. This was purchased under the FREE GIFT scheme of Free head phones, Till date in-spite of repeated phone calls there has not been a single initiative to solve the problem. The attitude of the personnel is pathetic in reliance. The warranty card is yet to be given. The installation report also is not being signed till date. The kind of person being sent to install the TV is not at all qualified In Spite of repeated calls there has been no formal acknowledgement. I think it is a waste of time to visit the Reliance Digital showroom

                                  We bought 2 Hitachi AC's from Reliance Digital shop in Lokhandwala complex. Hitachi AC's behaved like second hand AC's. In the first 3 months we had to fill gas for a new AC. We bought 2 years extended warranty giving us a coverage of total of 3 years. Reliance Resq never met with their service committments. Even if we had to call them and remind them to come for service, they did not. On the contrary they tell us that our service contract is over. They have outsourced the servicing job to some other agency who are equally bad in service. I feel the whole system is dead. Reliance should shut their shop if they cannot take of after sales

                                    Hi, This is to share to my worst experience i had after doing my first purchase with Reliance digital ( Vashi ), i had never faced any issues with my previous purchase with CROMA & Vijay Sales.To start with, 1) On 8th march i visited the outlet to buy a home theater where i was suggested and i liked myself the Yamaha home theater YHT 299 on which there was also an offer going on -- a LG blue ray palyer FREE.2) After the billing i was told that the Blue ray player will not be delivered along with the product as the same needs to be collected within 10 days, when i raised the question why ??? i was been told it is the process and also it is not available in the stock !!! I told them the same should be coummicated to me before the billing as i want the same along with the product, they told that it is the part of process, where i told them i need the player within a week time and i was assured for the same.3) On 9th the Yamaha was delivered to my doorstep wherein the driver asked a baxix ( money ) from my wife for getting the system deliverd. my wife had given Rs. 50 ( Home delivery FREEEEE !!! ) 4) On 10th or 11th engineer visited my home for installation of the product which was supposed to be FREE when i told to mount the speakers on the wall i was been told a charge of Rs 515 as it is not part of standard installation, when i told will get a check on the same it was done for free ( ???? again on the commitment )5) I made a 4- 5 followup calls with the vashi branch to check on the availability of blue ray player and every time i had a word with different people but the same is not resolved yet.RELIANCE DIGITAL BELIEVES IN SELLING THE PRODUCT WITH WRONG COMMITMENTS STARTING FROM THE OFFER DISPLAYED, FREE INSTALLATION ETC.I would request you to please get your product BACK and get my money refunded !!! as i have lost all my trust in your services.This is my first and last transaction with reliance and also i will try n communicate the same in my group so that people are aware of the services offered by Reliance.Pls get the product returned or else will have to get in touch with consumer court!!!..Regards, Sanjay Yadav
