we have been purchased new tv in anna nagar branch chennai on 13/10/2013.and they assured to delivery and install on the same day, but they deliverd on the same day ofter 9 pm, and did not install till the time.if they are said not possible on the same day, we could choose another store. i realy disappointed theire assured words....
