Dear Sir, I have purchased a HP Laptop from Reliance Digital Store on Dated 21.6.2014 vide Invoice No. mentioned above on a payment of Rs 43, 624.00. Before purchase I have specifically asked whether the same model is compatible with I phone as I have to use internet through personal hotspot.I was conveyed a big YES. When asked to check, the Laptop was switched on and off saying everything is fine. When I came home and check the internet connectivity it didn't work. The next very day i went again to the store which is around 18 Kms from my place, the internet connectivity was done by hook or by crook after reset of system. Again When I came home and check the internet connectivity it didn't work. It was again conveyed, the problem was lodged with HP 2 days back but neither from resQ or HP turned up.During this period once again the system has been refreshed by HP. Today when enquired from HP I was conveyed the WIFI adapter will be replaced and the engineer will visit on 3-4 July 2014. I was asked to take resQ plan as a standby option is given if the product repair takes more than 2 days - Conveyed by Store Manager. Since 21.6.2014 I am owing a laptop but not able to load my data but i can switch on and switch off the same after paying a huge amount. Why this period has been lingered on just to pass period of 7 days. I just want to ask if the problem is not being resolved why my laptop has not been replaced yet. Please help me out. Thankyou. We purchased lloyd AC from from reliance digital store A block, New Delhi. Our AC suddenly stopped working on 29 April and since then we are trying to connect with your staff and lloyd service centre they are visiting us but after too many calls and after 3-4 days. They are not picking up our calls and since then our AC is not working today is 11 May. We hope that you will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      Hi I had been to reliance digital store in Marathahalli branch to purchase a samsung TV and the sales man changed my mind to buy a LG TV and he promised me to deliver the TV in 10 days and its almost 3 weeks now and the TV is not delivered and he says everyday .. Tomorrow.. Tomorrow Loan also processed and EMI is also going to start ... without a TV ... He does not take the call also ... Pl do not give false commitment to customers...

          EAN No[protected] Copun No-555444 Sales Man I.D.[protected] Services Manager Name :- Mr Chetan Bill No-C3888#8 DT 25.01.2014 S8944 R012 I wish to inform you that i have purchase one A.C from your Reliance Retails Pilibhit By pass Bareilly Dt. 25.01.2014.I With regards to the non functioning of my AC, i rang to the servicing centre of RELIANCE DIGITAL on 25th April- 2014.After multiple calls and physical complaints at the Reliance mall dt 18.05.2014, finally one mechanics arrived at on 20th May'2014 .They said that there may be PVC problem and so they took the outdoor unit with them to the service centre. Till today i.e 25th June'14, despite my continuous phone and physical reminders am yet to get my outdoor unit or correct my AC.It is really pathetic that my family had to sweat it out without AC in this hot grueling summer. Till today also i am keeping my fingers crossed and my family is depending on the mercy of RELIANCE DIGITAL.In fact i would like to inform the fellow consumers not to fall prey to the lucrative traps by RELIANCE DIGITALS and buy appliances for which they will repent in due course.

            Hello Sir, I had purchased a Dish TV setup box in Nov. Due to some problem we could not recharge & planning for return. i have received call from Reliance. He was asking for recharging. i had request to return it if possible. He told me that ok. Our authorised person will take it and your money will be return within 20 days. He has given one slip with his sign the no of Daxaben Cell no-[protected] which was not working. i would request to take it seriously and return my money as earliest or return my setup box.               The worst service one could ever encounter I found is by 'Reliance Digital'. (Complaint no. [protected] on Reliance digital customer care no. [protected] on 5th June 2014) A refrigerator which is stops working a day and when a complaint is filed in the customer care center they send you a technician in 24 hrs for a check up. The technician who is totally incapable of dealing with the issue and is not able to identify the fault and makes a bogus fault complaint. After 3 days another technician comes and tells that the fault is something else and again makes a different fault case for the refrigerator. The Faulty component is taken by the second technician for replacement or repair. But then everything gets freezed, the technician, the service center, the service coordinator, customer care center...and the showroom ( Fun City Aggarwal Mall, CBD Shahdara, Delhi - 110032) from where from I purchased the refrigerator. Its been 13 days since the complaint is filed and yet no response from them. In hot summer when your refrigerator stops working situation at becomes so critical and it worsens when you have bought the product from 'Reliance digital' Astonishingly Poor, Lazy, Unresponsive, Pathetic and I would say the worst ever after service experience I ever felt in my life. Do not ever buy Annything from Reliance Digital or else You will have to suffer.

                Hi, My set top box is not working for past few days, I tried calling their customer care number multiple times. Every time, their operator just doesnt respond even after 1 hour of waiting. Tired of calling and listening to that pathetic reliance tune for hours, it feels like not watching tv at all. Reliance digital really sucks at service.

                Is this the best you could do! I have changed my set top box in between. Check out your average waiting period to connect to your operators. I waited 4 times for more than one hour to just to talk to your operator! Pathetic.

                    customer name-bani ghosh we had purchased this emergency from your lake mall outlet, kolkata last week. I will keep it short. my mother in law was presented his emergency light by us on 5th june'2014, unfortunately the light didnt work, hence we suggested to exchange with them. my in-law a senior citizen had lost the bill and hence was not carrying the same to the store.Although we know bills are generated with duplicate, the store individuals didnt bother to help.                       I have purchased Aqua Sure (RO+UV) water purifier on 26th May. Technician install on 29th May at the time installation some parts are missing after 2 days again installed. Once complete installation only 1 glass water filter and near about 20 Liter water waste. Again I have complained Reliance store and Help line no. Technician visited and checked Part are failure. Means every time call Reliance store and help line no, they are only commited, not providing service after selling. I am facing issue at the time of purchasing. Means they are selling open product and part are failure/missing. on call Every time they behave as unknown. We don't know your issue and they told within 48 hrs our technician will replace the purifier. But technician not coming at my place Now I have decided, till tomorrow they does not replace the purifier. i am throw out the purifier in Reliance store and better go to consumer court. I am suggesting everyone, don't buy anything from Reliance Digital /Store. This type of issue happened with me 2nd time.

                        We have purchased Reconnect RPTPBO at Reliance Digital Kothapet, From day 1 there was a problem with charging port.
                        Day 2 i went to Reliance Digital showroom to ask replacement with new Tab they refused & Taken 40 mins to set the charging port.
                        after a week again there was same problem this time they have taken 10 Days & Gave back the same Tab ...in the mean while i missed my personal calls for Ten days it was harassment for me Really.
                        Again now the Tab is not working with some software problem. They asked me 2 come back after 1 week which is ridiculous.

                          Dear sir, I had purchased Reconnect Tab model no. 704 on 13-Jan-14 at reliance digital, korum mall, Thane. On 6-April-2014 I had given it for repaired at orian business park, Thane for replacement of damaged screen.Job sheet no. [protected]. Mr.Patiram/Mr.Aswinikumar told me that repairing required 15-20 days because part will come from Banglore. After lot of follow ups with Mr.Patiram I came to know that wrong part came from banglore & will required another 15 days. After lots of follow up with Mr.Prashant I had received my TAB on 10-May-14 but found that front camera is not working.Also service centre team don't know how to put screen saver correctly.So again it was sent to service centre for repairing. After lots of follow up with Mr.Prashant I had received TAB but again found that front speaker is not working & this time also service team had not put screen saver correctly.So again it was sent to service centre for repairing. After lots of follow up with Mr.Prashant I had received TAB but again found that ear phone jack output is not working & this time also service team had not put screen saver correctly.So again it was sent to service centre for repairing. Very bad & casual service by Mr.Patiram, Mr.Ashwinikumar, Mr.Prashant & service team. At the time of selling Mr.Suhas has promised that they will attend & solve service problem within 7 days. Now it is more than 2 months passed away but till date I didn't received my TAB. I am very much tired of vising of your stores & follow ups with your dump peoples.                                 Hi there, I have purchased a washing machine on sunday 25/05/2014 & was ensured that i will receive the product by monday the next day. When we didn't received the product on monday we called the store at [protected] asking the whereabouts of the product. They said that its been returned due to the wrong address mentioned. We were surprised to hear because we have mentioned the full address. after much hassle they took the right address & assured us that we will get the product on tuesday for sure.We waited half of tuesday, & we call the store to ask the whereabout of the machine, to our horror, they said that the address was wrong. We couldnt believe that how a department can be so irresponsible.we updated the address again & we were assured that by evening the product will reach us. but it didnt & the department started to ignore the calls, even if they take calls they will put us on long hold. After much jest, we got the product on wednesday night at 11.00 pm. the person said that the other guy will come to install it. next day i called the digital centre to know when the engineer will come to install the product, but the store ignore the call. i called the complaint department on [protected], & told him (Manish) the whole scenario asking when the engineer will be here as there is nowhere to call & also request him to send the engineer asap, as i have flight on friday evening. I told him that already three days wasted because of the hassle & also the salesman (id[protected] should have done his work properly to avoid the situation which we were facing. Manish said that he has lodged a complaint ( complaint num[protected] & said that he had a word with the service supervisor bhavna & that she assured him that i will get a call by 2.30 pm today. at 4.00 i call the complaint dept stating that i didnt received any call from the service dept abt the whereabout of the engineer. Spoke to arpita at the complaint dept, she sais that after confirming with the service supervisor stating that i will be receiving the call in 15 mins. after 30 mins i called & spoke to arpita as its really frustrating that nobody feels the responsibility to call & tell the status. It seems like till u purchase the product they will act as if we are some important people & after u purchase they just throw u like an unimportant thing. the store should take care of the customer so that the customer feels great & should recommend the store & come again to buy the thing from the same store. I must say, ' RELIANCE'S QUALITY HAS BEEN DEGRADED... " Its not how the store need to work. They have got serious management issues. I asked arpita, & i got the same reply that after 15 mins i will get a call from the engineer. The engineer do called stating that he cant come today will come tomorrow. i am so frustrated & annoyed that i dont know where to call so that i can get the work done. the salesperson should have made an expectations stating that the product will deliver after 2-3 business days then i certainly wont have purchased the product from the RELIANCE DIGITAL STORE (INORBIT), HITECH CITY, HYDERABAD. I DONT KNOW WHETHER THIS FORUM WORKS OR NOT BUT I WANT TO LET U KNOW THAT YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC. AND THE COMPLAINT CENTER ARE GOOD FOR PRETTY WORDS. I AM NOT GOING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM RELIANCE IN FUTURE.. -Sneha Chatterjee

                                  With regards to the non functioning of my AC, i rang to the servicing centre of RELIANCE DIGITAL on 1st April 2014.After multiple calls and physical complaints at the Reliance mall, finally two mechanics arrived at my house on 18th April'2014 .They said that there may be condenser problem and so they took the outdoor unit with them to the service centre.They also took Rs 2000 as advance and in return gave a receipt.Till today i.e 26th May'14, despite my continuous phone and physical reminders, i am yet to get my outdoor unit or correct my AC.It is really pathetic that my family had to sweat it out without AC in this hot gruelling summer.Till today also i am keeping my fingers crossed and my family is depending on the mercy of RELIANCE DIGITAL.In fact i would like to inform the fellow consumers not to fall prey to the lucrative traps by RELIANCE DIGITALS and buy appliances for which they will repent in due course.

                                    My connection No[protected] I have made one year payment to this connection but SUDDENLY TODAY THE connection was suspended saying that i should pay Rs.162.00 for resuming service. Though I have made payment for this connection for one year. what is the need for suspending the service.Please check at your end and resume the services otherwise i have to proceed against the company in consumer court.                                       I order my AC on Monday --19-May-2014 and got delivered on Tuesday--20-May-2014. Sales guy said, they will install on Wednesday 2nd half so I take leave that day. Wednesday evening 5:30pm, I got call that they are installing AC and it will take time almost 9 to 9:30 Pm. Technician told he will come Thursday morning and technician told only one person for windows AC install for our zone. I took leave all day called service center for timing and technician info and Thursday morning engineer met with small accident and morning they will not able to come. I am not sure reliance has only one engineer for whole kolkata. This is a kind of playing with customers which reliance adopted as its culture, I think. Based on brand name we will go to the shop and met with third class service. Pathetic!!! They don't know about urgency and not customer centric. Sourav [protected]

                                        Reliance digital cheat with me i have purchase my laptop in 1 November, 2013 he didn't told me about my offer of ADP registration And 2 extended warranty. After that I have purchase one more laptop from reliance in 26 December, 2013 then he said me to register my laptop by mailing on [protected]@lenovoreg.com then i was ask you couldn't tell me for my previous laptop by mailing for registration then he told if you can't register you can't claim it. Then i was asked you are giving my offer or not. He told me company will give you offer of 2 extended warranty for your new laptop and your previous laptop the i was tried to register then lenovo says you have a limited time period to register your laptop. the time period is over in 31st December 2013 you can't get this offer. then told me this is my fault ? Reliance making fool to the customer This my request don't buy a product from Reliance Digital
