I bought an LG side by side refrigerator from this godforsaken place RELIANCE DIGITAL in Inorbit mall and I have been regretting my decision ever since. They promised to deliver the product within 24 hours when we were in the process of buying, that became 24 to 48 hours when we bought the product and now its 4 days and we dont see any delivery happening. After repeated follow ups on the third day, they promised that they will deliver it that day even if it is 11:30. We wait till 11:30 that day and no one turns up. The 4th day I call them up at 12:30 pm and ask them the status. What i get in answer is today it will be delivered at 9:30 pm. I said its not acceptable as if it does not come at 9:30 in the evening I wouldnt be able to call you guys coz you'll close by then. Haritha, the person I was talking to, told me that she will get back with the status within 10 mins. Later she told me that last night the product was on its way and got damaged so they couldnt come. I really havent heard a more feebler excuse than this. It got better and better after that. Supposedly, they dont have any more LG side by side refrigerator of that model and that we would have to wait for another 25 to 30 days to get a delivery. Can you beat that? I have never felt so frustated in life as i feel right now. And to top it all, they offered a store credit against that. Now can someone please tell me why would i need a store credit for the same shop I am so miffed at. And I would like make a special mention of this lady Haritha. She has no manners and etiquette at all. All the while I was speaking to her I was constantly under an impression that she was doing me a huge favour by talking to me. RELIANCE DIGITAL truly sucks. And I would advice all the people who are planning on buying something from that dreaded place to avoid it all cost. These people have no ethics at all and they trick you into buying products that dont exist. Its like a nightmare and I just wish it was over soon.

    RELIANCE BIG ADDA — WRONG/CHEAP PRODUCT DELIVERED

    I have ordered a "i5 iFone 4G Wi-Fi Dual Sim GSM Mobile Phone" on reliance SHOP.BIGADDA.COM on 27.01.2011. After a week time on 07.02.2011 the product is delivered to me. After opening the box the product is looking different and a cheep chine made mobile phone which is not having 'Wi-Fi' functionality. And the supplied battery is also not working. I have expensed Rs. 6200 for the product but the product delivered to me a cost of Rs. 2000 only. Help me.

    sir, i have ordered a AP3 TV mobile 1st nd cancelled that mobile during the conformation call and orderd a mobile of code SK1084 where its code no.is[protected] but i recievd a mobile of previously ordered its order no.is [protected] i had expensed about 3, 224rs... but the mobile which i had recieved is not working from second day of the received day...i had orderd at the date of June 14 2011 and recievd on July 1st 2011...from july 3rd it is not working...the whole toch had been damaged..i could not even unlock the phone.i called to your no.s which is [protected] from july 4th onwards i had talked to ur agents but no response from them...the persons who received my calls are ARCHANA, DAKSHAYANI, SALONI, LASYA, PUSHPA, VENA, DEPA AND MANY...but gave me unsatisfactory response for me...nd i was soo disappointed by taking your product and today is july 27th...from the date of complaint i have not recieved any call from you...in order that im not getting any satisfactory response from your agents also...i was vexed by doing many calls and lost more and more money...so, please make some reasonable response for me sir...if i could not recieve any reponse from u also i will be moving on with the consumer forms action ..ihad already told the same to PUSHPA, ARCHANA they said that to continue my proceedings...ill b waiting for the week days for your response sir...

    RELIANCE BIG ADDA — Product not delivered

    I have placed an order of blackberry mobile set on reliance big adda on Fri, 12 August, 2011 order no[protected]. Till date the product is not delivered to me. I have paid the money at the time of booking of the product through net banking. On 20th Aug 2011 one courier called me and told that the product is on COD basis and I have to pay at the time of delivery of the product.
    When I complaint about this to bigadda it was told to me that the matter will be solved with in two days. After two days again when i called to Bigadda it was told to me that the matter will be solved in this week itself.
    On 30th of august it was told to me that it will take 15 days’ time to delivered my product
    When I call on 13th Sep 2011 it was told to me that my product will be delivered up to 17th Sep 2011.
    When it was not delivered I again called to bigadda on 19th sep and now they are telling that it will take another 10 to 15 days to deliver my product. When I asked that I want to talk with someone having higher authority they didn’t provide me the phone no. or email ID. The representative talked to me haven’t any authorities to give any commitment neither I got any communication from their side.
    I have written no. of mail to bigadda but none of them replied nor they give nay firm commitment to me for the delivery of that product.
    Kindly suggest how I can register a grievance against reliance bigadda.

      We have purchased a Whirlpool Microwave from Reliance Digital, Banjara Hills, Road No. 12, Hyderabad in Oct 2010. Within just 9 months of purchase it stopped working. We called the customer care for Whirlpool and a technician came to check it and he replaced just the fuse. It worked probably for one more month and again stopped working. This time Whirlpool customer care said that all products purchased at Reliance Digital will have their own servicing and so I had to call up Reliance digital customer care and lodge a complaint. After 2 or 3 days a technician came, checked it, said the fuse was out and replace it again. This time, it took just 2 days before the fuse went out and the microwave stopped working once again. The same plug point was used for many other electric appliances like rice cooker, refrigerator, mixer grinder etc. but never did any of these had a problem. But this microwave fuse goes out thrice in just 1.5 months, God only knows why. When lodging a complaint to customer care @ Reliance Digital, we mentioned the same. They promised a senior technician to check for any internal problem. As usual, he came, checked it, said everything was fine and again replaced just the fuse. In case there is a problem once again he said he will have to replace some internal parts. When we again made a complaint to Reliance saying that there is some other problem with it other than the fuse, they forwared it to the tech department. The worst part is for 3 weeks, a person calls up every week asking if the problem is rectified. when I tell him the actual problem, they simply say they will forward it but then nothing happens. I wonder how long it will be forwarded before they can really resolve the issue. We believe it is definitely a product defect and would want a replacement as soon as possible.

        Dear sir,

        I purchased a hitachi ac on 15 april 2010 from relaince digital worth INR 27490.And was offred a extented warranty and servicing for next 5 years for rs 2200INR. I paid for the extended service also. but wen the time came for the servicing the reliance people never showed up . i filed my complaint several times with the customer care but there was no positive response from there side. i even excalated the issue to ther feild service manager mr vikesh chauhdary whose num is [protected]. but of no use. my complaint number is 1294297 which was registered 15 days back but still i am waithing from the response. i am having all the bills with me since i am not getting any response from there side i am forced to file a complaint here if still they dont respond then my further step would be taking legal actions against the company..

        Those who are reading this complaint its my advice not to purcahse anythng from the relaince digital because at the time of purchase they will make so many promises but when the time comes to fullfill them they are lacking far behind as compared to the other brands in the market

            I happened to purchase a Laptop & a Belkin router from Reliance Digital JP Nagar, Bangalore & wanted to exchange the router for a higher model. When I returned to the store the very next day, along with
            the bill & the product, I requested for this change & was informed that there would be a 10% they would deduct from the billed amount towards ’return charges’ !. I countered them that this was no where mentioned in the bill or when I was purchasing the product and am not willing to pay this 10%. After a lot of talk with the store guys, I was faced with Mr. Rankesh Raman, the store manager I guess, who was

            1. Not very interested in talking / dealing with customers, as he didnt bother even coming down...After waiting for about 20 minutes, I walked up to him on the 1st floor.
            2. Talked in an extremely condescending tone.
            3. Informed that the policy of 10% was applicable just a week back and "everything cannot be printed on the bill". - I asked him for a copy of the policy, which he was unable to provide.
            4. He then moved on to state that the product should be in a ’saleable condition’ and the 10% is collected towards that.
            5.He also mentioned that the router cannot be exchanged as it was an IT product. I countered him that the policy listed behind the bill explicitly state that ’Mobile phones & computers cannot be exchanged" and does not cover accesorries. - For this, he claims that it is understood that even accessories would be covered under this policy !!!! - Is this true? Can this ever be true??

            After a lot of exchange of words, I guess he realised that I am not willing to pay for the 10% and started scanning the product. He pointed that there was a ink spot near the reset button at the back and challenged me that if I can remove this without a scratch, he will take back the product at the bill value.

            I took the product back home, used an alcohol swipe and cleared it without a scratch and returned to the store, in the hope that this is finally over....but I was grossly mistaken. Mr. Rankesh Raman had another trick to cheat me out of my money up his sleeve. Now he wanted the flimsy plastic cover along with the product as he claimed that without the plastic cover (which reliance wrap themselves am sure - this is like a cling wrap !!) the product is not in "’saleable condition".

            I lost my patience and expressed that this was out right cheating of customers in a raised voice and he started yelling back saying, "I dont care what you feel. You can say whatever you want. This is our policy and you can do whatever you want."

            Even their own staff there were irritated by his behaviour and empathised with me. One of them even mentioned in kannada to take the product & thow it on his face for his arrogance !!

            Seeing no point in talking to such a useless manager who doesnt have the basic sense & maturity in dealing with a customer, I asked for the store owners number. They gave me the number to one Mr. Joyce Sunil.

            I called him and expressed my dissatisfaction & also the unfriendly way in which I was treated. I explained the situation & also his team’s promise of taking the product back at bill value, which was not honored. Mr. Sunil was graceful enough to listen to my problem and said that he would have to get to work, check the case & will get back to me.

            As I explained my case, he had another surprise for me!! According to Mr. Sunil, the charge is not 10% but 20% as a policy...I was shocked to hear this and told him that his team says its 10% charge that was introduced last week and now he says its 20%. I asked him to explain to which he replied that the policy was changed the previous night !!!!!! - Ridiculous !!

            I told him to check the details of my case and call me back if he can do something about it...Its been 3 days now and he has not bothered to either call me back and explain their ever changing policy or offer a resolution.

            It leads me to believe that as a store, they are adamant not to help a customer and find ways to somehow keep the customer trapped with a product that they have sold, by throwing some "policy" related jargon which is never informed to the customer, either verbally or by print...

            Is this a way of making a quick buck by Reliance? 20% of a 3300/- product is over Rs. 600/-....is that how you increase your revenue margin on the products you sell??

            Am writing this complaint to serve as a caution for other potential buyers...coz am sure, no one would want to loose money when you are exchanging the product for a better one from the same store within just 24hours !! - I am not sure if my problem will be resolved !!

            I walk to the Reliance Digital store to purchase Bluetooth speakers, As i entered i was shocked to see no one was interested in helping me out with the list of product available . I myself started searching for Bluetooth speakers around the store thinking people at reliance digital might be busy assisting other costumers . I found Reconnect Jive, connected myself device to phone and checked if it is value for money and as per my needs .
            I was unable to play in full volume since other costumers were at store .
            I bought it to home without any second thought since product belongs to Reliance . I asked from the bill maker about the warranty and guarantee of the product . He said product could be replaced or refund within 7 days i[censored]nsatisfactory .

            I was happy to take it home, I connected with my loptop and mobile to check the output and quality .
            I called reliance digital after 5 days since i was not happy either satisfied with the product . Product was not giving that quality i expected . These guys did not pick up my phone . I called them 5 times . It was raining so I couldn't walk to the store . Next day i went to store as i was not satisfied with product . They arnt ready to listen my complaint instead the way of reply was not well unfriendly and non-cooperative .

            I posted the issue on twitter about the mishap that had happened, I got a call after 3 days of my post regarding the issue .I got a call from Reliance Digital store with respected to purchased good . They said it could not be returned since box is open, I explained him that how can a customer guess looking into the box if the product is satisfactory or not . Reliance commits Return within 7 days if the product is unsatisfactory . I am unsatisfied with the product and wish to have refund as per policy . I have read the policy . They say if you are undatisfied product could be returned in 7 days . And i have opened the box to check sound quality . I am no more using the product .

            Behavior of the reliance digital store employee is so casual .
            caller was modifying statements since he himself is not aware of the policys and then he said he will discuss with someone and return back after some time .
            I have already experienced people from the store.

            Please help me win this regard

FROM LAST MONTH WE ARE FACING PROBLEM OF ACTIVATION WHICH WE NOT WANT. ON DATE 17/09/2011 THEY ACTIVATE 2 MOVIE I.E. BUDDHA HOGA TERA BAAP & CHALLO DILLI. BEFORE THIS ON 03/09/2011 THEY ACTIVATE BIKINI DESTINATIONS 5, ENGLISH MO9VIE PLUS, PYAAR KA PUNCHNAMA, READY AND IGAMES3 + 1 PACK.
              ON 03/09/2011 I CALL TO COSTUMER CARE NO. [protected] AFTER TALKING APP. 30 MINUTE THEY NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM. THEY ONLY TOLD ME THAT THIS ACTIVATION IS THROUGH IVR. BUT I NOT DO ANY ACTIVATION THROUGH IVR.
              ON 17/09/2011 I AGAIN CALL TO COSTUMER CARE AFTER RECEIVING SMS OF ACTIVATION. AFTER TALKING WITH JUNIOUR OFFICER THEY TRANSFER MY PHONE TO SENIOR OFFICER MANPRIT KAUR. SHE TOLD ME THAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOU PHONE NO. FROM WHICH IVR ACTIVATION IS DONE. SHE ASKS ME FOR 24 HRS. FOR THE SAME i.e. 18/09/2011 11:22 COMPLAIN NO. [protected]. TILL TODAY WE NOT RECEIVED ANY MASSAGE OR CALL FROM OFFICER. ON 19/09/201111:00 I CALL TO COSTUMER CARE OFFICER NAME NEHA KOUSIK SHE TOLD ME THAT WE CAN'T PROVIDE PHONE NO. SO I REQUEST PLEASE LOUNCH COMPLAIN FOR ABOVE MATTER THAT THEY ARE ACTIVATING WRONG CHANNEL DEDECTING MONEY FROM A/C.

                Its with utter dis-appointment and frustration i am writing this mail. I had bought a RESQ Surge protector worth Rs.499 from Reliance Digital, Mangalore (City Centre Mall) on the 7th of August,2011.

                After using it for 7 days days i noticed sparks coming out of the device when in operation. As a result i returned it back for repair/replacement at the store on 21st August with a promise of getting a replacement withing 7 days. When i call the store on 27th august , the person in charge tells me it is still not replaced and will take another 7 days for replacement and he will call me as soon as the new piece arrives. Till 2nd September Reliance dint get back to me and hence i visited the store on 3rd September. Again I got false promises saying the device is send to Bangalore for replacement/checks and will take another 7 days and will let me know when it arrives. Again i visit the store on 10th September, the result is no different saying the replacement will take another 7 days to come. Still i held my nerve and patience and agreed to come after another 7 days.

                Today when I visited the store on 17th September, the person in charge comes out with the Same old damaged Surge Protector , saying that the engineer has checked it and is in working condition. I strongly refused to accept the damaged piece and insisted for replacement. He assured me that it was working fine and agreed to test and show, On connecting Sparks flew off from the device, which indicated the device was not replaced and neither repaired for which he had no answer. On further inquiry he also said that it was neither send to Bangalore for repairs which had had falsely told me on my 2nd visit. Again today he assured me that the product will arrive on next Thursday.

                Now it is over 1 month, and the surge protector has not been replaced. Now i want to know is this the way Reliance Digital takes Customers on a ride promising them warranty for products but failing to deliver on their promises? Why was i misled into believing one thing into another? Why was the product neither changed nor repaired even after 1 month?

                To add to that, the staff is rude, irritatingly incompetent, and an infuriatingly unhelpful bunch. Even the seniors were not helpful. There is absolutely no co-ordination among the staff and each one misleads the customer. Every time i visited or called i was assured to be contacted back when the piece arrives, but till date i dint receive even a single call back informing me about the status of my complaint. The place is a chaotic enterprise managed by un-resourceful personnel. I am really shocked that a company of your stature cannot arrange a replacement tank or even attend my complaint after 1 months of complaining. Their dealer & service center seems to be incompetent to handle the situation.

                I am expecting a quick response to this mail and have decide to raise this issue with the Consumer court. Don't expect me to visit the store any longer to collect the device.

                  I have purchased a LG washing machine and Godrej Microwave Owen from Reliance Digital on 10 Sep 2011 order no: [protected] and [protected]. They committed on delivering the things on 11 Sep 2011 at 11:00 am. They have not delivered it till 2:00 pm. When we inquired them about the delivery, they told they don't know, when the same will reach. Also they told only washing machine will be delivered today. Hence, I informed then to deliver both the things together on 12 Sep 2011 after 06:30 pm.
                  However, on 11 Sep 2011 itself, the driver of their delivery vehicle called and informed that he is bringing the washing machine not the owen.
                  We spoke to the Reliance Digital people several times. Nobody was clear about anything. The salesman involved in our dealing is 60076437. We are not clear what these people are doing. We have paid the whole amount also fo these things. We are not sure when they will deliver our products

                  Reliance Digital — Delivery Delay

                  I booked and paid in full for a fully automatic IFB washing machine on July 05, 2008 AFTER confirmation that machine is in stock and would be positively delivered on July 6th.

                  It is July 10th and I am still trying to get in touch to beg for delivery.
                  The invoice contains no phone numbers to contact.
                  The website seldom works and has wrong numbers.

                  Late Mr Dhirubhai Ambani must be felling sorry for this plight and bad name he is getting...
                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I have purchased LG 320 Ltrs fridge from reliance digitial hydearbd A.S.Roa Nagar.

                  They have promised to deliver the fridge next day I said as we are going out in the morning please deliver at evening, in the mornining when we were about to leave they called and said they are delivering the fridge we have to cancel our program and wait for them.

                  Again they said the we are not supposed to open the cover the techinical person will come and open. The person said he will come next day at 12.00 noon I have to wait for him in. at 2.00 P.M they call and said their techinical person is busy he will come only aroung 5.00 P.M.
                  he came and opened and saw that the fridge is damaged, he says it will be replaced in next 2 days, when asked we need it immediately he said it is possible now next day only and again said he will come by 12.00 noon and they delivered at 2.30 one more fidge and again the same story it was damaged piece. Again they are saying it will be replace next day.

                  I have wait for two days without going to office for them and response with them so bad and very rude manner. when asked for re-fund they say it not our company policy to re-fund and they say we are replcing the fridge you have to wait.

                  please suggest how to handle such people and is there any way we can stop so that in future they will learn good lessons and next cusotmer will not be harresed like this.

                  They have issued a 10 Years warrenty card and which is not valid since this scheme is only valid till 31 Oct 2009 we have purchased on 7 Nov 2009.

                      I have purchased a Digital TV connection 15 days back, on 17th of this month a person has come down to install digital setup, he has given me a Cust id:[protected]. Its been 24 hours that he has set the connection, but still my connection is not activated. I cant contact the customer care as there are only two options, either new customer or Old customer, i don't belong to new customer as i have already purchased the connection.                         I bought 3 Airconditioners from Reliance Digital with the confirmation that the appliances would be installed within 48 hours. Now 22 days since the applicance is not installed. The amount of follow-ups and visit to Ambience mall has not yeilded any result and the whole experience has been very frustrating and resultless.The service centre people are very rude and callous in their attitude and does not know the meaning og customer support.

                        Ultimately I have engaged some other contractor to do the installation at my expense.

                        I have learnt my lesson "PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL". Its ok to pay a bit more and buy from any other store which will give you better service.

                            Reliance Big Adda shop/ Blackberry storm 9530 mobile

                            I have placed order on phone of mobile blackberry 9530 storm on 11th june. It was being offered @ rs. 9999.00 with free battery and pouch by big adda shop (online shopping).

                            I received the mobile on 20th june and paid total amount of rs. 10000.00 to courier guy.

                            As I open the box, I found that the screen and lower keys of mobile were not sticked and was not working properly. As this mobile is fully touch screen and just because of screen it was not working properly. I received only pouch with the mobile and have not received any battery which was being offered at free of cost with mobile.
                            The invoice which has been sent by courier is also different, as my order no. Was[protected] but on invoice the order no.[protected] is mentioned.
                            I complained the customer care people at the same time I.E. Approx one hour of receiving mobile and was informed that it will be replaced in next 15 days and the guy allowed me to use the mobile if I can. I again called the guy after 10 days that no one contacted me to recieve the mobile and facing much problem just because of mobile. He told it will be replaced in next 3 days but again no any response I received from big adda or courier company. Like this I have called more than 10 times after interval of each 2-3 days and getting the same response that it will be replaced within 15 days and it has been more than a month till date. Neither any one is giving any other contact no. To contact senior people nor any contact information of senior people is given on website.
                            I have sent e-mail regarding the same 3-4 times but still not getting any response of my mail also.

                            Its totally online scam, misleading the customer and cheating customers.

                            I have faced a lot of problems and have much losses just because of mobile unavailability as I cant purchase new mobile because I have already lost 10000 rs and does not have more amount to purchase.

                            Please do the needfull and suggest me for the next course of action

                              I had purchased a whirlpool washing machine "professional sport" model from Reliance Digital Store from Vishnu Enclave NSC Bose Road, Tollygunj, Kolkata on 13/11/2009. My machine is under breakdown from 24/06/2011 for which i have registered a complaint on 24/06/2011 with the Reliance Digital Service Center. Till date i have not been given any service. I am totally fed up with this sort of behaviour from their end. I had also made many calls to them for the incomplete service but there was no result after that also. I even went thrice to the store to remind them for the incomplete service from their end but they were least bothered. They are wantedly delaying the service so that the warranty gets void as the warranty is coming to an end on 13/11/2011 because it is only of 2 years from the date of purchase and they are giving excuses that the Whirlpool people are not sending them the parts required for fixing the machine.

                              Reliance Digital...Highly disappointed with Kormangla sore...they only give false commitment. On 7th Nov bought a samsung 40F6100 tv from the store, while buying Salesperson made all promises...but had run from poles to post to get the delivery (delivery person came in two wheeler for the delivery), now same with installation. The store people never receives your call nor reply. would recommend all not to buy anything from Reliance digital. if you are looking for after sales service its zero here.

                                three months back I bought a HP laptop from reliance digital. While purchase I was offered a system shield antivirus on cost of Rs 200. When I came back home and opened the cover i found no antivirus key was found in that. I went on the next day to the reliance digital and told the salesman about it. They told me to come after two days . Next week I went they told to come after 10 days. then they said no stock was there. Almost six times I went and they all make me fake promise of calling me back, once the stock comes. For two hundered rupees product I came around to spend 500 rs. The customer service what I have got from this shop was really horrible. What I came to know was no one exactly is stay in the shop who can decision.

                                Now I openly suggest my frds and community not to buy any such product from this store. When a customer post purchase think of coming back to ur store although ur rates are high beacause convenience is now people find

                                  I have purchased INALSA FP MAXIE PLUS from Reliancedigital Retail Limtied,S-218,Ambience Mall,Ambience Island ,Delhi-Jaipur,Highway,NH-8 Gurgaon .

                                  At the time of purchase I have fully paid everything and at that time I have booked the time for DEMO of the product at my house on sunday between 10 to 5. Everything is fine but on Sunday I got call from Reliance that the DEMO persome will come at 2:00pm and then again I got the call that the DEMO person will come at 5:00pm . But after 6:00pm when no one has come then I called the RelianceDigital that what happens ,at that time they asked me to pay Rs 250/- as the DEMO cost and then only the DEMO person will come .

                                  This is the fraud as earlier they have never told me such things and I wasted the whole day in waiting . At the time of selling the product they are hiding everything .

                                  It is the Fraud and the Govt should look out this .

But Second Purchase, Customer Service was too BAD. Delivery of Product not on time. i requested for delivery on next day of bill date. they told it will deliver before 4 PM tomorrow. But they schedule the delivery after 3 day from the bill date.

                                    I have taken the membership of Big Flix (Membership No.[protected] on 3/6/2011 one disc-quarterly plan . By rule i should have been given one DVD oer day,whereas in 15 days i have been given 3-4 DVDs mostly damaged.It doesnt get delivered on time and giving complains leads to no action.I have been harrassed and on asking for money back ,we get reply that its not in the policy.Just 10 days post membership the reliance has closed most of its stores.If such a thing had to happen why did we were not informed. Please take due action.

                                    Big Flix DVD — Broken DVD

                                    i recently received a DVD in a broken condition and though we complained about this to the Big Flix customer care, we were told rudely that their courier boy is supposed to have opened the DVD cover and shown before delivering it. When I pointed out that this was not done even once, they refused to believe it and told us to return the said DVD to the same courier boy who delivered to us and that they would not deliver a new DVD unless the old one was returned- which in this case was the broken one.
                                    How do they expect the customer to go looking for their courier boy instead of they instructing the particular person to come and meet us?
                                    And if they do not believe their customers, what do they mean by customer service?

                                      This is to intimate that I had purchased the following two items on[protected] vide 002290 at Malakpet Branch of Reliance Digital at Hyderabad:
                                      1) Onida make Microwave Oven
                                      2) Panasonic make rice cooker
                                      I had a very bad and horrible post-sales experience, to be honest, came to know about the 'harsh reality' of the Reliance business ethics and irresponsible action. I was promised that within 2 days, the technician would visit my house for a demo for operating the microwave oven. I waited patiently for 3 days and called up the store on 10-06-11 and again on[protected] but I was being connected from one desk to another and they asked me to hang over phone for more than 15 minutes on both occasions, without any tangible solution. On both days, I was again assured that the technician would visit the very next day; ultimately on 11-06-11 I was assured that on[protected]Sunday) at any cost the guy would definitely attend. But, the very 'bad image' of reliance (unreliable and deceitful) tactics came to the fore. Having waited till Tuesday, I personally visited the store on[protected] and when I questioned the concerned, all the blokes were simply trying to give all frivolous and evasive excuses. Due to my repeated requests, they informed that somehow the service dept were not posted about this. But, the job sheet was reportedly passed on to the service dept on 08-06-11 itself and the job sheet No. is [protected] The Manager, Sachin, some other guys like rajesh, sai kumar,vinod etc., again assured that by[protected] the technician would visit my house for demo. Now, today 21.15 hours of 15-06-11, I'm forced to write this mail to you since, the useless personnel of your organisation did not turn up, neither did anyone call me atleast as a courtesy. This is ample proof of the double standards that reliance indulges in and all well-informed countrymen know this quite well. Now, I'm completely vexed with the attitude and gross negligence and utterly deceitful behaviiour of the reliance personnel. I hereby request you to take up my issue with Reliance Digital and arrange for return the money paid by me (Rs. 5990) at once and take back the product as I cannot rely on Reliance any further. I wish to approach the consumer forum and shall sue the authorities concerned and claim suitable damages, for causing inconvenience to me and giving me mental agony. Before sales, the customers are cajoled, buttered and what not but post-sales the service is simply horrendous, everyone tries to bluff in a sophisticated manner in the highly unreliable Reliance and none takes responsibility, at times they pretend like giving good service but in reality it is all . Many of the front office guys also respond arrogantly and behave as if the items are given free of cost.

                                      Pl guide and assist me in taking legal recourse on this issuedue to injustice, mental agony and inconvenience caused to me and kindly help and guide me in getting the amount of Rs. 5990/- from Reliance Digital.

                                        Traumatizing Experience at Reliance Digital, Ambience Mall (Gurgaon)
                                        1. It was on 07 Jun 11, that I along with my younger brother went to Reliance Digital Store at Ambience mall, Gurgaon to purchase a Split AC not knowing that it would be the most harrowing experience of our life at the hands of non reliable, Reliance digital Sales Team including their Store Manager.
                                        2. We walked in to the store late in the evening at around 1945 hrs after our long office hours. Buying an Air Conditioner was becoming more than a necessity in the beating hot weather of Delhi. So we decided to buy it from the better known place like “Reliance Digital” then experimenting with local dealers in the city. We never imagined in our wildest of thoughts that the better known brand stores have the most unprofessional and unreliable executives behind the desk.
                                        3. As we walked in we were greeted by vacant corners and unattended Air Conditioning section. On enquiring for good five minutes Mr Radhe Mohan appears from some hidden burrow and displays his lack of knowledge in explaining the products that he was employed/ expected to sell. As per him the only man in his Store who could attend to our technical inquisitiveness was his HATL (Home appliances Team Leader). We were made to wait for his holy highness, Mr Sandeep Sharma, HATL to descent from his mount kailash. The waiting was slowly beganing to turn soar as it was already 2025 hrs and there was no sign of any humanly communicable creature in the Air Conditioning section of the Store. Mr Sandeep Sharma blessed us by alighting on the floor of the store at 2030 hrs after long search by his fellow colleagues.
                                        4. As expected the Technical whiz kid of the floor also laid his arms and submitted that his knowledge is limited and we may choose the costliest as it is expected to be the best. Succumbing to the time as it was already 2040 hrs and the creeping tiredness post office hours, we decided to close the deal with the premium brand of Diakin(Supposedly Costliest on Display), 5 Star rated, Split AC. We requested our Sales facilitator, Mr Sandeep Sharma to aid us with the final price and best possible deal/offer. Mr Sandeep excused himself at 2055hrs and went over to the store Manger to check for the final offer Price.
                                        5. As the luck would have it, I met a colleague of mine in the store looking out for AC for himself too. Hearing to our plight he decided to not waste any more time in enquiring the best buy but to double the order decided by us.
                                        6. It was 2100 hrs and Mr Mohit Tyagi, Store Manager (The epitome o[censored]nprofessionalism) was busy talking on his extended organ of body, his “MOBILE”. He on admiring us standing for his final verdict on final Price, asked us to wait to portray his IMPORTANCE in decision making. He promised to walk back to us after he is finished with his romantic conversation on the mobile that was glued on to.
                                        7. It was 2115 hrs and after waving requests to Mr Store Manger he finally gave his long awaited verdict of some “diminutive” discount through Mr Sandeep Sharma. We were shell shocked as the Store manager who happens to be the leader of the Sales Team displayed no basic/ customary decency of walking up and greeting/listening to people who he has made to wait for over 15 Mins.
                                        8. Even after this ill treatment we still decided to stick to our guns and finish the target of buying the AC. As we walked to the finance desk to finish with the nitty gritty of closing the sale. The News was broken to us that the finance team has secured for the day and we should return the next day as they would not oblige delay even if it is due to their lethargy at work.
                                        9. All traumatized and shell shocked of the happening we called for the section manger. To our amazement Mr Sandeep Sharma very smartly brings over Mr Varun Kapoor, Department Manger Telecom (Who is no way concerned with the section that we were dealing with i.e Home appliances). The reason given for the smart play was that he has experience in dealing with complaint issues.
                                        10. Mr Varun Kapoor, true to his description of damage recipe, lies all possible reasons on the mother earth including that the discounted price is not covered under finance scheme hence the concerned person cannot be recalled back. It may be noted that if we were to believe him it was close to 2 hours of time wasted to hear that we were knocking on the wrong door.
                                        11. To display our last ounce of courage we decided to swipe the card if the complaint book is passed to us or the store Manager is called to explain the DRAMA. Both our requests were “negated” and we walked out of the Store at 2200 hrs all disappointed of having relied upon the MOST UNRELIABLE Reliance Digital.
