Dear Concerned Team,
I made a purchase on 3rd April and my product was to be delivered on 4th April. After all my efforts and complaints raised twice and calls to customer care they said for 7th April delivery which again was not delivered. On 8th April I received and email stating my product will be delivered on 11th April, which it doesn't seem to be promising again to me as there is no details of any delivery agent.
My problem...

I have purchased the room cooler . Water motor stopped working. Not even one week completed.
Lodge my complaint and change the product immediately.

In dated 02.04.2022 we had ordered the freezer of Samsung company and also payment to the reliance Digital store our order delivery date is 09.04.2022 but till now we did not receive my product please immediate action to the store...

I have booked symphony air cooler in reliance digital, on 4th delivery date shown was 5rh. Till this date it was not delivered...

We had bought an AC which was to be delivered by apr 1. It never arrived and on constant calls to customer support, they just create a complaint but never actually take any action. After 8 days, they said the product is not in stock and cancelled the order. The item was showing in stock and there was no proper response about the cancellation. On escalating this issue to 2 levels, they just send back a pre formatted email without even looking...

I have paid for Symphony 80i air cooler. The delivery date is fixed as 5th . But till this date i.e 9th company could not deliver it....

I have order the Havells Ifrescoair cooler on April 05, 2022 which suppose to be delivered on April 06 and it wasn’t delivered then After so many complaints, I’ve again received an email that your order will be order on April 09, 2022 and suddenly on April 08 I’ve received an email that your order has been delivered to the provided address with invoice. It was a prepaid order and now nobody is assisting me from Reliance digital team....

We were promised a delivery in 3 days followed by installation on the same day. However, inspite of multiple followups and escalations for a full week to after sales and...

I brought a Sony TV on April 4th 8:10 pm IST . There was no response from the shop on the delivery . I followed up with the Reliance toll free number and finally TV delivered on April 6th 7:00 pm IST and told installation technician will on April 7th in the morning . Worst experience ever. Purchased an item worth Rs. 6000. Still don't know the delivery status.(already 1 week over from the expected delivery date). Whenever I call the customer care they have got only one answer, " your complaint is already raised ". What a shame reliance....

Delivery after 3 to 4 days in evening at 7 pm and delivery agent asking for gifting or tip amount after putting AC in home and after taking receiving from me. I have ordered microwave on 3rd april and they told me that it will be delivered within 72 hours but today is 7th April EOD but till now i have not received product and the tracking status still not nmoving forward. Very poor service. After calling multiple time they will pick up the call and say it will be delivered today. Daily same thing. Very irresponsible people.

i was ordered at reliance digital on 1 april. they don't delviered my product yet. i have called, mailed and twit multiple times (more than 25th times) to support system. by the first day they have been telling me that please wait your product will be delivered today. but its 7th day, still they repeating the same word. and they are also don't allow me to cancelled my order.
i have never ever experienced...

I brought 1 Ton LG AC from Reliance Digital on Sun 3rd April, they delivered both the units of AC on Tuesday 5th April and the installation guy came on Thursday 11th April. While checking both the units that guy told me Indoor unit is of 1 ton and outdoor unit is of 1.5 ton, means mismatched units have been delivered. This is the worst customer experience I have ever faced. 1st they delayed delivery and installation, then at the end i thought...

I purchased a product 3 days back, and the installation is not yet done. We have purchased it only when they promised that the Installation will be done the very next day. As it was really very urgent..But it was not done. When We are trying to contact them, everyone are just passing done other contact person's number. Which is not done. Pethatic service from Reliance Digital...

I purchased an AC on 3rd April, delivery was promised within 24 hours and free installation in the next 24 hours. It is 7th April today and yet no response, such poor service is unacceptable. After complete payment also we still have to wait for the delivery....

This is Anuj Aggarwal, a customer who has purchased an Air conditioner from Reliance Crown interior mall, faridabad of Hitachi (1.5 ton).
It has not been working since the time it was installed. It was installed 5-6 days back and we have complained about it many times(almost 10-15 times) but there is no action from your end(Complaint Number: [protected]). I cancel my product on the 24th of march but still, I didn't get a refund for my product even the helpline number did;t help with my issue...
