Hi,

I have ordered one split AC from RelianceDigital online on 11th April, 2022. I ordered 1 ton AC, however they have delivered 1.5 ton indoor unit from some other model. I requested for replacement, but they refused stating that the product is out of stock.

They created a return request without even confirming from me and given me April 23rd as the date for the pick-up. I specifically mentioned them that I am setting up my home in Gurgaon and currently living in Kurukshetra, so I have to travel 500kms (up and down) just for the AC and they gave me confirmation that I can travel and product will be delivered.

On 23rd April when I reached Gurgaon to return my AC, no one came from Reliance to pick up my AC and on repeated calling to their customer care, there is no solution given. I spend ~4000/- just for this travel to return my AC.

Request your goodself to please intervene and help me get my money back (Split AC cost: 28, 990/- + Rs 4, 000/- (Travel cost) = 32, 990/-).

    Hi I have placed an order on reliance digital website on 10th of April. The estimated delivery was on 13th April but product was not delivered yet. After calling to customer care multiple times and sending escalations to customer head/ ceo, there's no use. I didn't receive any calls from customer support for delivery of product.

      I ordered LG 1.5 Ton AC on 19th April from online site of reliance digital which was initially showing delivery date as 20th April and later on rescheduled to 21st April but it wasn't delivered.
      Even after registering complaint Twice (Complaint ID: DR01799926, DR[protected] on 21st April there is no information whatsoever about the product.
      I must say the customer support is the worst I came across. They have no information, no idea, nothing except to wait and watch.
      I tried more than 6 times to connect to the escalation team through customer support but I was always denied and the escalation team never called back. It seems customer support as well as the escalation team are least bothered about the customer.
      Now the situation is I have paid the money and I am not getting it delivered nor I can get a refund nor I am being provided any information about it.

        Delivered AC very late and product has manufacturing fault, since last 15 days I m waiting for new AC as they promised I will get it next 2/3 days,
        I have been paid money 15 days ago but still couldn't spend single night with AC, ,
        Nobody listening in customer care but every day they give assurance but I m fed-up and tired
        Never recommend reliance digital to buy any product,

        I m one o[censored]r customer who decided never buy or recommend any one to buy any digital product from ur apps or store .Ihave done a mistake on 11th April and purchased Hitachi Air condition which is delivered to me on 17th April although before buying delivery date was shown on apps is 13 th April .

        So, I received AC on 17 th and installed by ur resQ team on 18th of April and the same day I made a complaints that AC is not cooling .Your technician came to check my ac after several call and finally they declared that Ac outdoor has plenty of leakage and need to replaced it as outdoor has manufacturing fault .
        They told me 20th April that I will get replaced within 2/3 days ..since then I made plenty calls to ur customer care but nobody is ready to tell me when I will get AC.
        I never spent even a single night since 18 days just because o[censored]r carelessness ..this is the way, u people treating ur customer .
        Kindly tell me weather u people sending me Aircondition at my home or I go to consumer court .
        Please don’t play with customer sentiment .
        Ur costumer care is for no use, every time they raise complaints and assuring things will be easy within 72 hours but after 72 hour when I call them back again asking me the same question and assuring that things will be ok in next 72 hour ..
        Finally tell me, what u people want . I have not that much patience left to tolerate any more o[censored]rs ignorance after spending hard earned money .
        The Ac which has been delivered by u on 17 April is still at my home without use which is already declared faulted product by ur ResQ team on 20 th April .
        I need ur reply ASAP..u cant take my life any more ..I call u everyday to know when r u solving my issue but u all r coward and never called me back with solution ..I spent my hard earned money and will not allow u to surpass the Indian consumer rules and regulation .

          I called and log complaint for AC servicing which I had taken from reliance store with giving extra 10k.

          But its been 2 month and no response from them even there customer care no is not working as I tried hundred times

          Worst service u giving to us RELIANCE.

            Dear Concerned Team,
            I made a purchase on 10th April and my product was to be delivered on 11th April. After all my efforts and complaints raised so many times and calls to customer care they said for 19th April delivery which again was not delivered and in resq app it is showing product delivered. On 18th April I received resq notification that my product is dispached. After talking to customer care they gave me 19th April delivery date, which it doesn't seem to be promising again to me as there is no details of any delivery agent.
            My problem was being escalated by concerned team but I am really not satisfied as there is no proper response from customer support team despite my numerous calls and efforts put in.
            I would like to get my product delivery resolved as promised.
            Kindly look into the matter and deliver.

              Amount reversal towards my purchase of 67000/- is not yet credited and its been almost 5 months.

              Total of 9k reversal yet to be credited back to me and after multiple escalation at reliance team it's still pending.

                I have placed an order with Reliance Digital on Apr 5th and order was supposed to be delivered on 8th but then I got a mail saying 16th will be the promised date. As of today I haven’t received the product and when I ask for cancellation and refund they are just delaying by saying generic message and asking me to wait. I need refund processed so that I can buy elsewhere 18 days delay is not at all acceptable. Please do immediate refund

                  I have purchased an air conditioner from Reliance digital online store they delivered the product very next day but since then no one came for the installation of the product is has been 3 days now. There is no reachability to there customer service number [protected]. Long time waiting when you call and then the call gets disconnected. Also I called on other number [protected], they say the installation request is placed and the technician will come soon from last 3 day but no one called. And when I asked them to make me speak to some senior management the say the have registered the complaint and some one will call in half hour but no response till now. It is really very bad and pathetic service experience

                    Hi,

                    This is to inform that I had purchased Lloyd AC 1.5T 5 Star from Reliance Digital on 14th April 2022 from Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West. I had a very bad experience & extremely disappointed and require your intervention into the matter. Following are the various issues faced :-

                    1) Firstly, AC was not delivered as per the committed due date. It was delivered 5 days late.
                    2) Secondly, it was not installed on time. Not installed as per the commitment.
                    3) Thirdly, Product delivered has many issues highlighted below :
                    - Indoor unit display is blinking on a regular interval basis. (Video attached)
                    - Display of the AC remote is not working, even though I had replaced the batteries with a new one. Because of which I am unable to use the AC
                    properly.
                    - I had returned the AC outdoor unit stand to the store of which I have not yet received the refund amount which I had already paid.

                    Whenever I contact Customer Support/ Reliance Digital store in Gaur city mall, everyday they are saying that tomorrow it will be resolved. For the past 4 days, I have been listening to the same excuses. Even after spending around 45k also, I am unable to use the product since it is faulty and no one is listening to the complaint. It is a serious issue with pathetic service being offered by Reliance. Reliance is not living up to its brand name and offering very poor service/support after sales. I had taken the additional 5 years warranty and it's only 9 days since the purchase of the product and I am getting such ridiculous & pathetic service.

                    Now in return please replace the indoor unit and AC remote as soon as possible.

                        I purchased a Panasonic inverter Ac 1.5 ton model no/ sr no.. 5SINVZU18XKYF in the first week of March. It was delivered and installed on 10th March 2022. At the time of installation service engineers found that gas had leaked or there was no gas . They told me that they will come back again the next day and fill the gas. After that game of chasing has started I have made a number of complaints through customer care ( service request no.[protected]) filed last Saturday i.e. 16th of April. After that I have called customer care 3 times to confirm the status. but not to mention it was a pathetic experience dealing with reliance customer care . no response as usual.
                        Then I have decided to visit the Reliance Digitals store at Shipra mall ( from where I have purchased the AC). I met Store incharge Mr Naimuddin, he then referred me to customer care executive Ms Renu, Who called the service center and registered a complaint in front of me . She told me that all my previous complaints were marked TC ( technically completed). She assured me that it will be done in the second half.of the day i.e. 21st April 2022, but the game of chasing started in the second half. She has given me the number of service supervisor Mr Arun Sharma, Mr Arun gave me the number of service engineer ( Asif) . When I talked to Asif he told me that he did not have any service request from the service center. After that Mr Arun sharma has stopped picking up my calls. Since then I have tried him at least 8 to 10 times.
                        Today morning ( 22ND April) I again requested Ms Renu to get it done, she again committed that it would be done today. Going by the above trend I am least hopeful that it will be done today as well.
                        I am literally fed up following reliance customer care. its real mental harassment done by reliance customer care for last so many days.
                        Please asked reliance digital to refund my money and pay the penalty for mental harassment they have done.

                          I getting rubbing sound problem in my Washing machine from last one month as my product is in ResQ Plan so complaint there a service engineer came and check and said main moter needs to be replaced After a week he came back with a moter but my problem is not solved so I again complain and this time my a service engineer taken washing machine to the workshop and he claims that he changed gear box and suspension rod my still that rubbing sound is coming and now one new problem is created like drum is shaking very badly in every single time when it's spining in spin cycle

                            Had ordered for LLyod 1.0 ton Air Conditioner (AC) from the Reliance Digital website on 14th April 2022. The promised delivery date was 15th April 2022.

                            Despite follow-ups with the Reliance customer care(CC) team, the product is yet to be delivered to my Hyderabad address as of 21st April 2022. Customer care is useless and has not been able to provide any info on product delivery status. Beyond some false promise of " we will take care of the issue", there is been no resolution. In fact, one of the Call center executive abruptly hung off the phone, when requested to be connected to the next level manager for help in delivery.

                            It is a surprise that CC executives couldn't offer to update the location of the product in transit and the expected date of delivery. Even post 8 days post the promised date, am still waiting for the delivery of my 1.0 Ton LLoyd AC.

                              My Order No. RDF31239989 placed on 20/04/22 was supposed to be delivered within 3 hours as shown on website.
                              On 20/04/22 I called customer care 3 times to check when it will be delivered which they said within today without any timeline.
                              On 21/04/22 after more than 24hours I still haven’t received the product for which i connected with customer care to which i again heard the same statement that it will be delivered today, without some timeframe.
                              First of all, i bought the product from reliance digital website by paying extra from other websites because it said insta delivery within 3 hours and it was urgent for me. Secondly i waited for more than what was committed without any timeline still promised and customer support just kept faking that we are checking and it will get delivered within today(20/04/22).
                              How the companies like this suppose that customer will return to them again? There are online portals like amazon which deliver the goods even before there committed time.
                              I still haven’t received the product.

                                Online purchase made on 20/03/2022, but product is not delivered for 1 month, as on 20/04/2022.

                                Many complaint calls and emails raised but no solution is provided.
                                Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I got an email from Reliance digital saying that my product is delivered, even the status of the order is changed to delivered.

                                HOWEVER NO SUCH DELIVERY TOOK PLACE.

                                I did not receive any call from the delivery executive, not did inget any OTP for the same.

                                This is just pathetic service from Reliance digital.

                                  I had purchased a samsung refrigerator (model: RT28M3743UT) along with an RESQ extended warranty of 4 years on 31.12.2017 vide PaymentRefNo#[protected] and Tax Invoice# [protected].
                                  The extended warranty by RESQ was meant for providing warranty cover by Reliance Digital Resq for the refrigerator from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2022.
                                  Since my refrigerator was working perfectly fine till 13th April 2022 I was under an impression that my warranty would be in force or atleast would be on record. However the refrigerator stopped working on 13th April 2022 and after contacting RESQ on the said date, I was not provided with the service by the company. It has been 7 days already but no resolution. Further it was seen that the service request raised by me was triggering a charge of Rs.500/-.
                                  Hence from all the sequence of events it is clear that the payment made to the company towards the product RESQ Extended Warranty of 4 years was illegally kept on hold for 4 yrs 4 months without delivering any product to me against it.

                                  Hence I request you to help me out with this and arrange for refund of the total amount along with applicable interest.

                                  Amount Paid: Rs.5, 350.80/-

                                  Please note since the company could not deliver the product against the payment, I took up the matter with Samsung and got the work done in a days time. Hence I don't want a patchy solution from RESQ, I want refund only.

                                    I have ordered an Lloyd ac on 25th March.But after 15days they didn't deliver my ac.So after my repeated calls to customer care and complaint they cancelled my order on13th April.But since then my order status is shipped status they mailed me about cancellation but status is still shipped.It is not updated to cancel so I can't avail my refund still today. please do something that I can get my money back.The company don't take any initiative about my problem.My money is important to me.

                                      Purchased an LED TV on 17 April from Reliance Digital, Ardee Mall. Product (LED TV) was to be delivered on 19 April, however we as a customer we were only coordinating with the product delivery guy and the salesperson from Reliance Digital to get the product delivered, after making several calls, the delivery guy told us that he will deliver by 12 pm, not delivered at 12 pm, then he told by 2 pm, he will deliver, did not deliver, and told that there was a curfew and could not deliver from 3 pm to 8:30 pm on 19 april, after that I contacted the delivery guy at 9 pm which he told that his car was broken, told him to deliver next day i e. Today 20 April, now another delivery guy called me at 9:45 am to deliver the product by 11 am, i called the delivery guy at 12 pm, he told that still 1 hour will be taken to deliver. Then I called the salesperson who told me that they are not responsible for delivery to which I told him to cancel my order for which they have agreed. Such pathetic service from Reliance Digital was not expected. They can sell their products like [censored] and their service is [censored]ier. Thanks but no thanks I will recommend anyone who is going to purchase anything from this to reconsider their choices.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        3rd of this month I bought a Bosch 559litre refrigerator priced at @66k at Reliance Digital, madinaguda store in hyderabad. You may check the order copy attached.

                                        Refrigerator is premium but delivery is not.
                                        1. Product was delivered on 9th Apr 6days after purchase which is already a big disappointment

                                        2. Packaging was not intact which is one more disappointment

                                        3. 11th Apr installation executive arrived and opened the packaging assuming to use it from today.
                                        To our surprise it's damaged at the back corner and is being adjusted with some kind of glue or m-seal. This resembles the product is identified damaged earlier and was delivered adjusting it.

                                        On the very same day replacement request was initiated by the installation engineer but date the product is not delivered yet.

                                        Upon visit to showroom they offered me discount rather than replacement and informed the product is received the same way from the manufacturer.

                                        Its more than 15days from the date of my purchase but not in a position to use the product. Reliance digital is not committing any time line for replacement delivery even after escalating to their CEO.

                                        Request to look in to the issue and resolve the same on priority.

                                        Let me know in case any other details are required.
