    I have purchased usha cooler for my dad as it was showing next day delivery with reliance digital online site, but it has been 5 days now, they have not delivered and making me keep waiting when approached over customer care, this is getting ridiculous, please help me getting product delivered today i.e on 19 April.
    Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I haven't received the product yet, what are you guys doing.
    Is consumer forum really helps, all are on same page I see no action, such a waste.
    no body is helping, worst situation.

      Shipment DI101344791 not delivered

      Hi Team,

      I placed an order online through Reliance Digital on 13 Apr 2022 with estimated delivery date as 14 Apr 2022. The order is confirmed and received shipment tracking details in email on 14 Apr 2022. Even after 5 days now on 18 Apr 2022 the product is not delivered and neither the tracking information in updated in system. I checked almost every hour in a day to see the status of the product. But, still status remains...

      I have ordered an ac on 25th March.But after continued calls and emails they don't delivered my ac till 12th April.So I cancel my order but my order status is still in shipped status.It is not yet cancelled and my refund is not initiate yet. Please do something that I can get my money.It was a huge amount for us and my money is important for me.

        ORDER NUMBER RDF30765205 and Complaint number : BR01779772

        My order was placed on 11th April 2022
        Inalsa Bullet Inox 450 Watts Mini
        The money has been deducted from the Citibank( UPI ref no :[protected]

        I have contacted the customer care and they said the money will be refunded within 2 days . Nothing happened . So called them on 13th /14th April to register the complaint(BR[protected]. But still dint get any response and refund from RELIANCE END. This is really bad . They do not value customer. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

          I have purchased a Kelvinator B300 with electronic panel Tower Water Cooler online from Reliance Digital on 8th April 2022. I received the product the following day, April 9th, around 15:30 Hrs. The product appeared to be in good condition.
          When the cooler was turned on, it was discovered that the swing operation of the cooler was defective. Within a half-hour of delivery, I filed a complaint and requested on the customer support that to exchange the product. My ticket number is 77005952.[protected]:00 Hrs)
          Even after 72 hours, there has been no response from your end other than an SMS stating that "HI, CUSTOMER! WE REGRET YOUR DISSATISFICTION WITH THE PRODUCT IOBJECT PRODUCT NAME; WE WILL CONTACT YOU ABOUT FURTHER CORRECTIONS "at 16:08 hrs on April 9, 2022
          On 11th April 22 I received an SMS stating "Greetings, Nitin. Order RDF30632381 has been delivered. Please check your email for more information. Digital Reliance" On the same day, I emailed back Reliance Digital requesting that the faulty product be exchanged or the money be refunded immediately.
          There has yet to be an exchange. There was no communication from any Reliance Digital executive. I have called the customer service helpline number [protected] / 55 several times. Every time a call was received, the person receiving it was asked to wait for the next 72 hours.
          In the meantime, I noticed in the "Reliance resQ" Mobile App that a service request for repair has appeared for which I have not asked for repair. I requested that the product be replaced. As indicating in the Mobile App, Engineer allocation was on April 12th, but it was rescheduled for April 17th, 2022 (I have neither registered for Repair nor rescheduled).
          In light of the foregoing, I feel cheated by the company "Reliance Digital" for supplying faulty product and failing to communicate to resolve the issue.

            I had bought a washing machine from Reliance Digital which was found to be defective.
            The return/replacement for the same has not been arranged since last 10 days.
            I contacted the customer care, however they were unable to tell what is the problem, where is the process stuck. I have tried to contact them several times.
            Also, customer care rep blatantly refuses to connect me to their senior manager.
            I don't know what am I supposed to do, there is no update provided to me on email or through SMS.
            I have not even received the invoice on my email.
            I think Reliance digital is running a scan wherein they deliver defected items and do not arrange for replacement or return.
            please help me

              I have placed an order with reliance digitial on 15th April and paid online for Symphony cooler DIET 12 T. The product was to be delivered on 16th but there is no information on the delivery at all. I have called at the call centers but to no avail. Nobody is giving any response.

                I had purchased AC from Reliance digital online store by ZestMoney EMI on dated 18th March 2022 I was supposed to get delivery by 19th of march but it got delayed and on 31st March 2022 and I received a call from the delivery firm about AC I denied them of the order and it got canceled, then I was told by customer care I would be getting my refund amount by 7 days but on the 5th April 2022 I have received the email that the product was delivered and I got the invoice but I had already canceled it earlier and the product was not delivered on 5th April. now its been almost 28 days since they have taken my money and they are now delaying the refund process unnecessarily till date, I have not received my refund amount.

                Till date there is no update from the Reliance Digital. I don't know when I'll get my refund. It, 's been 1 month to chasing the Reliance Digital Customer Care for my refund amount.

                    Purchased a Window Ac 1 ton from the store paid the full bill Amount now it’s been more than 3 days we are not being given delivery when ever called they are deliberately lying saying in 5 mins we are coming like this the whole day is getting covers then again the same thing on the next day and it is continuing now the third day and when ask for refund they are denying it too saying they cannot and they won’t we will have to wait till when ever the Ac is delivered.

                      I had Bought The WHIRLPOOL 375IFINCV Refrigerator on 21/10/2021 from near by Reliance Digital offline store from Bijapur Karnataka.
                      But within 6 months refrigerator stopped working. when i asked for repair service they took more than a week only to say that some parts of refrigerator are defective and will require some more days. But the thing is its been only 6 months and it stopped working im not sure it will function properly after the warranty period gets over that is of 1year. so please i need the replacement of the the refrigerator or else replace with samsung refrigerator. my registered mobile nor is [protected]

                        This company needs to be called Reliance NON digital. There is no integration what so ever among different departments.

                        Standard replies from custmer care, escalation team:

                        Your issue has been escalated on priority our concerned team will revert back as soon as possible

                        We understand your concern and are doing out best, but request you to have patience.

                        We dont have permissin to call our backend team directly. We are adding details to the complain

                        I ordered an ac on 26th on March 2022. It was supposed to be delivered on 27th, but it didn't get delivered. On 30 status started getting showed as delivered with no product delivery being made.

                        I have requested for cancellation of product as I had to buy ac from another place due to long delay and hot summer. Refund is pending it's more than 20 days.

                        I have been following the issue with customer care. I have made by now around 30 calls in past 2 weeks and would have spend 15 plus hrs on call while waiting and following up for the refund.

                        This is last ever product I tried to purchase from reliance .it's a horrible experience .

                        Customer care, escalation department gives scripted answer rather than giving real facts and reasons for the delay and product whereabouts, or when refund will be done.

                        I am not able to reach or call anybody in your organization who can really resolve the matter .

                              I had bought a BPL induction on 26th January 2022 from the online side of a reliance which is now home brand of reliance and which has 1 year guarantee which got damaged and now no one is ready to provide any service at the online shop. go and shop online says
                              I went to Service Reliance Digital Phoenix Palacio Lucknow with the product, where it was said that you have bought online, you take service from the same, if you had taken it from our shop, I would have given service immediately, BPL people say that only service will give reliance of this product like this no one is giving me this service.
                              Please help me don't ignore this.

                                    I purchased iPhone 13 (ORDER NO: RDF[protected] on 31/3/2022 on the Reliance digital website by using the EMI Payment method but according to my credit card statement, the EMI which I initiated has been falsely misapprehended into a one-shot payment.

                                    Although after a dispute, an EMI Was booked in my credit card but the One-shot payment has not been reversed yet. Technically, charged twice.

                                    I look forward for the refund of the one-shot payment at the earliest.

                                      we have purchase IFB AC in your Store IDPL store Hyderabad. on 2nd APRIL. but still we have waiting for installation. i am calling to store but they not responding any thing and postponing everyday.

                                      spoken to store customer care. they also disconnect the call on middle.

                                      this is very bad experience for me to purchase in your store. i have never purchase any item and refer any friends also.
