we have purchase IFB AC in your Store IDPL store Hyderabad. on 2nd APRIL. but still we have waiting for installation. i am calling to store but they not responding any thing and postponing everyday.

spoken to store customer care. they also disconnect the call on middle.

this is very bad experience for me to purchase in your store. i have never purchase any item and refer any friends also.

    It's been 15 days now I purchased a refrigerator in the store but now the delivery is not done. Customer service is worst they given me 3 different contact details none of them are working, I visited store, store manager given his number and never responds to it his name is Manoj Kumar. Then a lady called Madhavi given her number she never responds to calls or messages and her attitude on the other level. There will be store landline besides her always ringing and she is least bothered. One of the worst customer service giving store. This store is in Hyderabad, Kukatpally branch. Only one guy named Prasad responds to calls but he is not able to make my delivery fast. I don't know what to do.

      Address: Reliance digital,opposite shakthi kalyana mandapam,Vijayawada eluru highway,enikepadu,Vijayawada.

      We purchase haier 1.6t 5 star ac in reliance digital in enikepadu branch, they were not giving proper guidence to customer about purchasing, billing, installation and service also too worst, they were getting reverse to customer, I purchase AC on 10/04/2022 and get too late for installation..
      Before installation we got problem in AC FITTING they told us to replacement and installation in two days, but still we didn't get replacement...
      Too worst respose to customer...
      Too worst in service...
      I want to cancel my product, but they told to me "if you cancel the product that your cibil will be lost"... This is too worst to me...

        Delivery is not done in specified date. They said they couldn't reach me because my phone was switched off and they said delivery will be done on next day. When I called next day they are telling some technical issue is there so delivery couldn't be done on the same day.

              On 30th I booked one refrigerator, model LG 260L, 2 Star Inverter Frost Free Double door from Reliance Digital online portal.

              It was advertised that I will receive the product on the next day i.e.31st March but I received it after 3 days. Ok no issues here.

              The technician again came on 5th April to install but the product was damaged so he himself suggested we return and I confirmed that. Next day after calling multiple times, the technician booked for pickup for the product on 6th April.

              From 6th onward till now, I have kept on calling the CS team and asking for the pickup date and replacement but every time I get the same answer: Sir it will take 3 to 4 days for pickup and 3 to 4 days for replacement if the product is available. But no one confirmed the exact date.

              You can understand my problem. I already paid 26k and have been waiting for a product for the last 12 days. In this hot weather surviving without a refrigerator is challenging for us.

                Dear Concerned Team,
                I made a purchase on 25th march and my product was to be delivered on 29th march. After all my efforts and complaints raised twice and calls to customer care they said for 5th April delivery which again was not delivered. On 8th April I contacted & email them.They stating my product will be delivered on 3-5 workingdays which it doesn't seem to be promising again to me as there is no details of any delivery agent.My order is still in invoiced state.
                My problem was being escalated by concerned team but I am really not satisfied as there is no proper response from customer support team despite my numerous calls and efforts put in.
                I would like to get my product delivery resolved as promised by tomorrow.
                Kindly look into the matter and deliver.

                    I have purchased an AC from the Reliance Digital - City Mall, Lucknow store on 30/03/2022. The product was supposed to be installed on 03/04/2022 but due to the technician stalling the whole process the installation got delayed by a day. It was then installed on 04/04/2022.
                    Since the very next day i.e. 05/04/2022 the compressor was not working and no water came out of the drainage pipe. I raised a complaint on the customer support on the very same day but no ticket number was provided. Again I went through the same process on the next day being 06/04/2022. This time my complaint got registered with the technician paying a visit on 09/04/2022. He told me that the AC was not installed properly by the earlier technician assigned by Reliance Digital. He said “ vacuuming was to be done and the gas needed to be refilled at the time of installation.”

                    I escalated the matter to the store manager along with the concerned personnel in the service department. After a lot of calls, the same technician came back and had done what was required as per him on 11/04/2022.
                    Again the compressor stopped working with it failing to start at all. The AC is constantly making some weird noises. It all started today i.e. 12/04/2022 and there is no cooling as well due the the compressor not working how it should be working in the first place.

                    I raised the complaint within the stipulated time frame and now I want this faulty product to be replaced asap. They are not addressing my issue and saying the time frame for the replacement is over.

                      How many days have I had to wait for the refund, it's been more than 20days, and the product is not yet picked up.

                      Why they are not coming for the pickup?
                      - What is the problem, I don't know,
                      - The product is new and it is damaged,
                      - Requested to refund for the damaged product,
                      - I'm not waiting for the warranty/service to repair,
                      - I'm waiting for the damaged product to pick up,
                      - Calling every day to know about the Refund status of the product to customer care and there is no use in it,
                      - I'm totally disagreed and dissatisfied with the reliance digital online.

                      Customercare department saying me on the daily call
                      - Back team will call you,
                      - Senior department will assist you,
                      - Soon you will get a call,
                      - As soon as the delivery/courier team will contact you.

                          As i bought a one plus tv in reliance digital show room (kottivakkam) on 28th aug 2021. Its work good but march 28th 2022 morning display screen not working, we raise the complaint same day in reliance show room they gave ticket id.No.2c29-44197chsc[protected]vignesh -[protected]). After 4 days jeeves engineer vignesh came to home and show the display take a picture of photo for his via phone then he told one of the person from one plus service centre will come and rectify the tv.
                          But since till now know of them came and not sorted our problem.

                            Sales man told us AC unit has a discount on as it was opened for display, so we bought and turned out that it was a used product with no gas in it and all the accessories has sign of wear and tear. We called the store manager refused to replace this a major scam and I’m going legal

                              Respected sir,

                              After making repeated calls about the delay in delivery of kelvinator 1.5 ton ac, no one reaponded from reliance side. Reliance digital and the so called call centre people have failed to deliver the product and atleast to give a proper reason why the product has not been delivered. After I made repeated request that I have old parents at home who need ac, still the company people have failed in delivering the product. As I can see and understand that reliance digital dosent bother about customer care and is only bothered about profit.i want my product within the end of the day.please deliver the product as soon as possible. Even a technician called when to come and fix the air conditioner.i even tried ro complain mr BM bade through email. But no response

                                No delivery, not able to cancel and refund online

                                On April 4, 2022 - I made the payment and received an order confirmation email.

                                April 5, 2022 - Received an email saying that it has been shipped, with a tracking link. Later, it showed attempted delivery. However, we live in a flat, and there is a security and CCTV cameras. There was no evidence of anyone trying a delivery.

                                Ordered an a/c online through reliance digital on 30th March and made the payment on 30th March and it was said that the delivery will be done on 31st of March. Today is 11th of April and the a/c has not been delivered. As this is the peak summer time we have ordered the a/c and whenever I call the customer service they won’t reply at all, all they say is it will done and you have to wait. They made us suffer and I am going through mental imbalance because of this issue.

                                And the biggest part is I cannot cancel my order online nor through customer service, this looks like clear fraud. As reliance digital is using customers money and they are not even letting us to cancel our order, when they are unable to deliver the a/c. All this has given me a lot pain and mental tension.
