Sir mai product 27 /03/2022 ko prapt hua.28 ko mai return ka liya comlin Kiya. product abhi tak return nahi hua ....

I bought HaierSAC1.6T5INVHSU19C-TFW5B with SO No [protected] from city mall kota store on 24mar22 and still waiting for installation. Store people are not receiving call and customer service people are also fooling.

I was told to pay 1200/- for installation which will cover everything except additional Cooper pipeline. Service engineer asked more money.

I feel this is last time I am buying from you guys better...

They are not solving my printer repair problem and giving everytime a new problem...

Given complain on 2nd March and today's is 30 March my printer is not repaired yet...

I have been trying to contact customer support team of Reliance Digital from last two month and they are not responding me well. I haven’t got my refund back yet of ORDER ID : RDF27482031.
I cancelled this order because the delivery was not on time. I have been struggling from last two months.

I have ordered RDF[protected] Apple Air Pods Pro with Magsafe from Reliance Digital online store on 02/02/2022 and then I canceled it on the same date but instead of issuing a return in 3-7 working days, they have shipped the order on 08/03/2022.

So I called them asked about my refund amount but to my amazement, they told me that I will receive the order refund only once when the order reaches their warehouse.

They agreed to return the headphone the pickup was done on next day. The tracking number id was AWB[protected] on 8/3/22.The customer care executive told me that the amount will be refund within 7 days. But till now on date 29/3/22 I have not got the return amount of rs 299/. I have given complaint on 16/3/22...

I have ordered an AC on March 26th and delivery date was 28th March however it was not delivered yet and there is no response from anyone. Did not receive the update. No one is answering the calls. Tried calling to store where I have purchased. There is no response from them. No one is picking the call. Very pathetic service I would say....

I am an aggrieved customer who has been chasing Reliance digital for over 2 weeks.

It all began with a mistake of placing an expensive order of Apple iPhone 13 Mini - 128 GB . It costed me a whopping INR 69, 900/-
