I had ordered a Daikin AC Model FTKM50 TV 5 Star Inverter, through reliance digital portal on 20th March 2022 for Rs 41990, which was suppose to be delivered within 48 Hrs, order no RDF29346467.
After sending couple of email, a complain no was generated DR01704188 and the item was delivered on 27th March, with delivery no. [protected].
On preliminary inspection it was found that the ordered model of AC was completely different from the one which was delivered.Model of the delivered unit was (Outdoor Unit RKM50TV16VF 5 star Inverter), (Indoor Unit ATL50TV16U3 3 star Non - inverter)
The order was not accepted and was returned then and there, but it was reflected in the system as “ Customer Wants On Future Date”.
Till date i have sent 20 mails to reliance digital and have tweeted twice, but the only reply which i have ever got was “Kindly bear with us for 24-48-72 Hrs”.
On 4th April the status on their portal was order returned, which i had never accepted in the first place.
There is no option for cancellation or creating a ticket on their portal.
This demonstrates complete breakdown of business ethics on the part of Reliance, creates disgust in the minds of customers.
In this unrelenting summer my parents are not able to use AC and they have no empathy towards the whole situation.
I have attached all the relevant documents and proofs.
Kindly do the needful.
