I have purchased Nord one plus mobile from reliance digital online services on 16th Jun 2021 under offer- 2000 rupees cash back on full payment from HDFC credit card.
After couple of days when i was not received any cash back, I checked with reliance cust. care and that time they said, you will get cashback with 90days. but after 90 days cash back not received.
So I tried to check with cust. care and after calling couple of time finally they registered complaint- OP01522447 on 21st Jan 2022 for cash back. After that whenever we called for an update, their cust. service representative not providing proper information, always they replied like it is in under investigation.
Now they came back today on email and stating they will not provide any cashback. They will provide Gift voucher as per their terms and conditions, but I am not ready to accept any Gift voucher. I need cash back as per their offer on that time. Also reliance digital not informed any terms and conditions at time purchase.
Till the date, this issue not resolved. Request you to please check this issue and help to resolve it ASAP.
