Dear Team,

We have recently purchased one item with order no- RDF29178693 on[protected]. The order which has to be delivered on[protected] has still moved from the invoiced status. Even after continuously raising a complaint with the reliance digital team we have not got any solution but apology and will be solved asap. We are regretting the idea of purchase from reliance digital now and have also insured to make people aware about this issue within our group and family members. I hope some solution will come post this complaint.

    Dear Concern,

    I bought 4 brand new AC OF CARRIER brand on 25 dec 2021 from Reliance digital NSP delhi.

    The airconditioners were not used since installation as it was winter season that time.

    Now as the summers had arrived, I tried to switch the Ac Onn & found 2 of the 4 Air conditioners not cooling.

    Registered several complaints 17th march 2022 onwards but no action has been taken till now.

    They are just giving me excuses.

    I want to file a case against them for harrasment and take down the employee whonis responsible for delay.

    I request a prior action to be taken.

        I have ordered realme slimbook on 9th march and cancelled it on 11th march with order id RDF28840122 but still my refund amount has not been credited to my account.As I have tried seeking help from customer support but there response is not satisfactory as they are saying to wait for some more days.It has been my worst experience for the first time in reliance digital.I request you to help me to get back the refund as soon as possible

              In this complaint I will be adding the complete Road Map of the Issue I have been facing, Also adding attachments to support the Same.

              23rd June -Order was placed on 23rd June 2021 using Reliance DIgital Online
              28th June-Product Reached my home on 28th June
              -Product was a bit too Noisy than expected, It had burn smells as well.Also Noticed few Dents on the product (Which can be seen in one the mail chains that is attached to this mail.
              It was worrying me about our safety and I wanted to return the product.
              30th June-Opened Reliance Digital Online Site- The Return window advised me to contact the Reliance digital Customer Support (Mail). (Attaching Picture of First Mail sent to the Support Team
              Issue was re-directed to ResQ Service Center. Ph no: [protected]
              22nd July- Mr. Vipin Vijayan (Reliance Digital Kottayam, Kerala Retail Shop) Ph No: [protected] contacted me stating that product has to be returned to ResQ service centre
              23rd July - Product was Returned to ResQ service centre. (Attaching a receipt that I received from the service centre stating the product was damaged - For reference)

              Post this I made multiple Follow-up Mails asking for my Refund, In the meanwhile I Purchased another mixer grinder, expecting this refund being Processed.
              Mr. Vipin said that he had been sending mails w.r.t to the Round and Asked me to call the Toll Free Number.
              -Several calls were made and they asked me to write a mail. I have been sending mails ever since.

              26th September -Finally got a mail stating my refund will be initiated. (Attaching that for your reference )
              - I did not get any refund, Called the Service centre, they Initiated that I will receive the Refund, If not, asked me to share the Screenshot of my Statement .

              30th October - Waited almost a month and Shared the Screenshot of my Statement
              31st October- A service associate from ResQ Kottayam, Kerala calls me and tells that I should collect the Mixer from them and give it to Preethi Service Center
              Please note here that post 3 months they are telling me that it was suppose to be given to Preethi Service centre.
              Until then Mr. Vijayan told me that Refund would be Processed and To call upto the Toll Free Number. Associates of Customer care shared the same thing.
              In this period of connecting with the Customer Care, Most of them declined the call noticing this being a complicated issue.

              Now Replies I get from the reliance mail are that Issue was raised on 4th of September which is long way from Return Period. I have attached Proof proofing that I have requested for. Return within 7 days from Delivery.

              7th November- Associate from ResQ service centre calls me and tells that Product has no Damage and asked me to collect and show it to the Preethi Service Center. She was rude in her conversation

              I am a working professional, Will not always be able to write mails and give phone calls to Customer Care. It is to make things easy which is why we rely on E-commerce platforms like Reliance .
              Here you can notice that I have been waiting for 7 months to get my refund amount and no changes has been done till date. I have purchased another mixer expecting my Refund, This has caused a lot of wastage of my time.

                  Dear Sir,
                  i raise order on reliance digital on 23rd february i purchaseed a computer mouse at the day and it was defective delivered at 27 february the issue was the scroll button did not working so i return that order and i called in the customer service number which given in website and request to replace the defective mouse than dilivery boy collect my product to get return and i was waiting for a replacement for the product still it have already past 16 days for replace commitment and also called to customer care after 10 days from services spoke some lady for call back me within 48 hours but not any call came and i repeat raise complaint but from the customercare side same talking wich as like when 1st time i called there please do needful for my replacement order

                    I have placed my order ( reconnect Micky hairdryer ) on the 18th of Feb 2022 through Reliance Digital App. they promised me that my order will be delivered on or before 23 rd Feb. and on 27th Feb I called customer care and enquired about my order. they said that due to some unavoidable circumstances my order was cancelled and returned to the warehouse. upon asking about my refund they said that that will be deposited within 7 working days. days have passed. I keep on calling them every 3rd day, I haven't got any satisfactory reply. even today I called them and they said that process is still going on.

                      I am an ex reliance emp and regular customer of digital and purchased all appliances. I made a purchase of lg dual inverter ac in april 2017 with extended warranty worth[protected]+10000).

                      The day it arrived i lodge complaint its defective not functioning properly like not cooling, motor stops working in between, swing not working, fan issue. As i had extrnded warranty these people send their resq aftdr complaining for more than thrice. And say we will repair and not replace.

                      They didnt send the lg team. This ac had gas leakage issue and has reflied for more than 4times. Motor defect issue replced once and complaint is open for last1 year. Now when the lg team resq team have conformed the product is defective they are offering depriciation value of 50%on the ac value which is 19k that sums 10k for warranty and 10k for the ac..

                      They have been saying ac is 5yrs old whereas in their system complaint is lodged and ac has not functionined for more than 6months

                      They have looted my 50k, their service and area manager kalpesh patil stopped answering my calls. When i mentioned i am raising it to consumer forum he even denied to give the past complaint details.

                        I am Mary from Theni district, I buy the product of washing Machine and refrigerator product on 06.03.2022. Washing Machine delivery next day delivery and product was good. Refrigerator product not available and wait for two days to delivery told from salesman so I can wait for 2 days extra and I am a working women also so Friday only product came to delivery but I am not available in the day so I told next day will delivery so that person agreed but now I am going to office so I ask him the pre delivery within 11 clock but he came at only 1'o clock how could I able to take the product . Today working day nobody in the home I am only person at home so how I manage the time of delivery. So I am very disappointed with the customer service also.

                          I have purchased HP laptop of 58000 and after that when I go to billing they tricked me and make me fool they told me each and evry thing is covered under our reliance resq plan accidental plan theif plan, many more for 3 years . Then they some how give me that plan and then they give me resq plan card and then there I have read than Mouse pad, Battery, Charger not included in that . Then that time they don't cancel my plan. and after they they too charged me 924 for windows 11 os recovery which they haven't given me and make bill.

                          I want to cancel my resq plan and recovery software tommorow.
                          And please don't make any customer fool you have more money you don't understand the value of money .I've purchased my 1st ever laptop from my own money 😣😣😣

                            But I received only BPL Hair straightener and I didn't receive

                            Please raise the refund for the missed product. Its already one month I waited. but till now no response

                                I have placed an order for a laptop on 22nd of JAN and I got the order on 27th JAN but there isn’t a laptop in it, it is a shoe size box with speakers in them. Someone’s order got delivered to me and my laptop went to him(he contacted me). Reliance asked me to return those speakers saying they’ll refund my amount within 7days. But its been more than 40 days and they haven’t even initiated the refund. Why do I have to suffer for their mistakes. I need my refund initiated now.

                                  I had bought the Samsung side by side fridge from reliance with an extended warranty of 5 years, the fridge has started showing temperature issues. It's not getting cool enough in fact, the entire food has been ruined. Every time I connected with reliance customer care, I am getting no proper response. their technician has visited only once and just changed the temperature without even checking anything. I am frustrated now.

                                    This is the worst experience and I am never buying from Reliance ever again. I opted for an INSTA DELIVERY which was supposed to come in 3 hours, it's been 2 days and they still have not delivered my product. I paid 70k for an iphone 13 mini and the product is still not shipped. They arranged for a callback in 72 hours?????
                                    What is this nonsense? 3 hours of promised delivery and I am supposed to wait for a callback in 72 hours??? I am on the verge of filing a case against this company

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have placed a product kelvinator air conditioner on Feb 28th. Order no RDF28344687. Item suppose to be delivered on 1st March. When i tried to reach call centre, they are just apologizing but not giving any update on the shipment.
                                      I have paid upfront Rs 28, 406.
                                      I have to say, i had the wrost exp shopping with reliance. Reliance have to learn alot from the competitors.
                                      Hopefully they will deliver the product before summer 2022.

                                      This is my last resort complaining in this forum. If you are not able to deliver the item, pls refund the money.

                                        I have a warranty to change filters upto Jan 25 2022. I called Customer care for same on last week of Nov 2021 and said I am out of station and I need filter changes in Feb or March 2022. Next day I got call from Technician, he said he is not responsible for my area and cut the call. Jan 2022 I called customer care and asked for the same they said they reopen the old request and asked me to call once you reach Hyderabad.
                                        feb 25th 2022 I called customer and said whatever happened they said ok we will exchange filters in free of cost. I didnt get any call from them later Feb 28th I called customer care they said warranty expired we wont do free of cost, I told them please check my phone log, from there side no reply

                                        I need to take my phone log and complain on this fraud team RELIANCE DIGITAL,

                                        Could you please let me know how to file a complaint in consumer court,
