Hi,
Complained on 7th Jan.
Order got cancelled on 9th January, 22 but refund not received yet. It's 25 Jan 22 today.
Waiting since then, customer care not helpful at all.
Kindly help and do the needful ASAP.

    I had ordered a Mobile Phone - Samsung M52 on 21 Jan, 2022 as the delivery date shown was 24 Jan, 2022. But when i called them on 24 Jan, 2022, i got a response that the complaint is registered.
    I raised the issue again on 25 Jan, 2022, but i got a response saying some senior person will callback within an hour. But, when i did not get a callback, i called again but i still got the same response. I called third time, i still got the same response. I had tried calling them once in every 2 hours, but i got a response stating they are facing technical issues.
    I just want brand such as "RELIANCE" to deliver as they promise in their websites.

    Preeti Singh from reliance digital has changed my complaint number from DR01539400 raised on 24 Jan, 2022 to DR01551016 raised on 26 Jan, 20222 by Preeti Singh without checking i already had complaint raised. The issue is that Reliance Digital replies that they would give resolution within 72 hours. & now before the completion of 72 hours, they are just raising another complaint so that they get another 72 hours to resolve the same.
    This is PURE CHEATING.

    I got a response saying that i would no receive the product. The amount shall be refunded. But the price of the product is now increased by 5000. I need a compensation of 5000 along with the original amount paid to Reliance Digital.

      I bought laptop from reliance digital avadi Chennai store. When I bought laptop before delivery, In pre-inspection stage I found some issue in battery of that laptop. Requested to change the piece, but salesmananger convinced me that is not an issue, and ensured if any problem in future, we will help to solve that. After 5 months now I faced problem in my laptop, I can't switch on my laptop (only black screen)..there is no help from reliance to solve...last three weeks three times I am going to Asus service center to solve that problem...but its not solved yet...

          i have not recieved the rent of the reliance tower from last 6 plus month's now.
          I have called so many people so many times but no proper response and action has been taken yet.

          All they gave a fake commitments.
          I want to have a genuine discussion on this or else i need to take some legal action against it.

            I ordered a Samsung mobile (Order #RDF[protected] on 18th Jan 2022 in Reliance Digital & it was supposed to be delivered on 22nd Jan. as per the confirmation from Reliance Digital. The entire payment has been done for the mobile buying. The mobile has not been received yet; by tracking the shipment, it is always showing the same message from the last 4 days in Delhivery (AWB :[protected] that shipment has not been handed to them. May I know:
            1. When will the shipment be received?
            2. Whether it will be finally delivered or not?
            3. What will happen for the money already collected by reliance digital?
            4. Why no intimation received from reliance for the delay in delivery?
            5. Why is your service so poor in this competitive market?

            This is one of the worst online services I have ever experienced. Look forward to hearing for the resolution at the earliest.

                I purchased a laptop at Reliance Digital, Warangal in the year
                2020. My laptop has some issue and I took it to the place where I purchased it.i bought a warranty package too.
                It said that they will cover all internal damages. Now they tell me that this is not internal damage and they can't repair my laptop.
                I've been fooled by the sales person.

                I checked with every service centre guy and they tell me that the my laptop's problem is internal.

                Please resolve the issue. I don't have any hope that one of you will respond but in despair I'm writing this complaint.

                  Those involved names can be provided at the time of investigation.

                    POLE INSTALLED IN FRONT OF MY GATE WHILE MY HOME WAS LOCKED.

                    Relaince jio pole is installed in front of my house in absence.
                    I tried to contact jio costumer care but there is no resolution.

                    Kindly arrange to remove the pole from front of my gate because it is causing lot of inconvenience during this process of our current renovation and suring our stay it would be more interruptions as it is right at the entrance of my house gate.

                    Please look into this matter within 2 days otherwise we’ll have to remove it.

                      I purchased a headphone of rs 2200 from reliance digital and returned it and its been more than 10 days since i returned the product and the amount has not been refunded up till now. I have reached the company ample no. Of times but they keep on saying its transfered to authorities again and again.

                          I had purchase fridge from reliance on 3/1/2022 whose delivery i received on 5/1/2022, with damaged and scratches and dent, same i requested for replacement of refrigerator with fresh condition, after so many days i.e on 9/1/2021 i received new refrigerator in replacement of first, when delivery man open the same it also came into damage condition. this is my humbly request to you that please look into same and act on it as customer is facing issuing repeatedly that second time also i am receiving damage piece after paying amount for fresh piece,

                            I am here to complaint about yesterday’s issue at Reliance Digital Billing Counter at Bongaigaon, Assam. We purchased AC for ₹36000/- and paid through the Debit Card. The amount was debited form the account but we did not get the billing recipe for almost two hours. The staffs told us that we will get the bill in 5 min but after waited for almost two hours only we get the bill for our product purchase. After that another 15 to 20 minutes again waited for the gate pass to get generated online. So I would like to ask Reliance Digital that is this your way of making your customer waited for hours for purchasing a product or is it some issue with your staffs handling the customers? I would like to name the two of your staff also. 1. Nitul Burman (CMO) 2. Rajdeep Das.

                                  I had brought a BOAT Avante Speaker on 26th December 2021 from Reliance Digital, Omaxe Mall, Connaught Place, Beta-II, Greater Noida. The speaker was damaged and a Reliance Digital executive came and even verified it. He said that the speaker will be soon replaced. However, to date, there has not been any replacement of the speaker.

                                  I have also registered a complaint. My complaint number is [protected]. Every time they say that it will be replaced in 1 or 2 days' time. I never knew Reliance Digital harasses its customers like this. This is the very last time I am purchasing anything from Reliance Digital.

                                  I want an immediate replacement of the damaged speaker asap. Please help.

                                    I have placed an order for the mentioned product on 14 th Dec 2021 and I have not recieved the order and they are saying that they will process the refund, but there is no refund and nobody is properly responding for the same. I have attached my bank statment and the order details. On14th dec 2021 rupees 8249 was debited . I have raised multiple complaints but no use. Please help me in getting my money back

                                      I'm Karthik Raja from virudhunagar tamilnadu.i purchased a Panasonic 1.5 ton split AC @ reliance digital store in virudhunagar on 12/01/2021 .it works fine till aug 17 2021 .I face a indoor unit water leakage problem on 18/08/2021 so, I complained my problems via resq app to reliance digital.they send a technician to my home.that technician changed a rubber push in my indoor unit & promised me that water leakage problem nerver happens again.but within next 10 days same problem continues...so I complained my problem again with resq app...then they send me another technician he opens the indoor unit...& Said me some indoor parts brokend by last time visited
                                      technician ...so we ordered new indoor unit parts & resolve it so, don't complaint again...he requests me ...so waiting for that part arrives finally dec 05 2021 same technician comes and fixed that new indoor part & removes my ac blower for replacement but still Jan 3 2022 he never change my blowers...my warranty expires Jan 12 2022 ...they cheating me from aug 18 2021 for indoor water leakage but still my indoor water leakage problem continues...I enclose my ac photos & their invoice copy & my resq complaint history from aug 18 2021 from till now 😡😡😡 cheaters...
