I am an aggrieved customer who has been chasing Reliance digital for over 2 weeks.
It all began with a mistake of placing an expensive order of Apple iPhone 13 Mini - 128 GB . It costed me a whopping INR 69, 900/-
The order was placed on 10th March 2022. I was to receive this order by 14th March 2022. Today its 25th March 2022 and I still haven't received the order.
The most alarming concern that I have against them is, there has been 5 escalation calls, 3 escalation tickets, and numerous follow ups and yet the response has been a monotonous "it has been escalated. we will resolve it"
After giving up on their team, I took the ownership to reach out to the Delhivery team myself. As I reached the bottom of the issue, it came to my understanding that my shipment has been stolen by the delivery executive.
I immediately intimated Reliance Digital team about this situation. Despite multiple follow ups and regular calls, nobody has given me a concrete update on when I would receive my product.
There are no clarified timelines for my resolution. It has been a huge inconvenience for me and the product is so expensive and it is paid for.
My order ID is RDF28843916. I just need my product delivered to me as soon as possible.
Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
