Sir,
I have been trying to contact customer support team of Reliance Digital from last two month and they are not responding me well. I haven’t got my refund back yet of ORDER ID : RDF27482031.
I cancelled this order because the delivery was not on time. I have been struggling from last two months.

    I have ordered RDF[protected] Apple Air Pods Pro with Magsafe from Reliance Digital online store on 02/02/2022 and then I canceled it on the same date but instead of issuing a return in 3-7 working days, they have shipped the order on 08/03/2022.

    So I called them asked about my refund amount but to my amazement, they told me that I will receive the order refund only once when the order reaches their warehouse.

    So again I waited for the order (which I canceled in the first place) to reach Reliance Digital Warehouse and it reaches there on 17/03/2022 and since then I tried 100s of calls but still, the status on their website is Shipped and they are not willing to refund my money any time soon.

    I've attached the Screenshot of the delivery partner and my order with this complaint.

      I Laxmikant Mallinath chincholi, with regard to the above subject I was purchased symphony air cooler at your Reliance Digital @shiv ling road Bijapur-586103, worth Rs.8899/- with fully paid through phone pay timing @7.20pm dated 27/03/2022 after payment I asked for home delivery they delayed and said that after 7pm home delivery we are not delivering the product, for many times i requested to deliver the product but they denayed, actually it's a gift to my son and i informed him i bring air cooler so he was waiting for the gift .But they said we will deliver the air cooler next day i e 28/03/2022 timing morning 11am to 12 o clock any how i agreed.

      Next day I was waited up to 1pm on that day they are not delivered and I called them to deliver the product saying that the person who received payment they are not informed for home delivery. After 2 times again called and waited for another 2 hours and again I called for delivery, they said sir we will deliver the product soon. Finally I was angreed at 3rd time called about the delivery of the air cooler hardly it's distance only 3to 4 km from Reliance Digital to Sai park Bijapur what type you are doing delivery, it may take time for 24 hours what you are doing irresponsible about delivering the product. Later on 5pm onwards i received the product. Here my question to Mr. Store manager/Who heads by Reliance Digital Bijapur/Reliance company that the happyness i was lost on that day I want to gift the air cooler to my son who is asked hole day, where is air cooler i am unable to answer him.

      For this Delay I want compensation from your Reliance Digital. I was unhappy on that day.

        My order number is RDF28532201 booked on 4-3-22.I have received broken headphones. So i complaint the reliance digital customer care. They agreed to return the headphone the pickup was done on next day. The tracking number id was AWB[protected] on 8/3/22.The customer care executive told me that the amount will be refund within 7 days. But till now on date 29/3/22 I have not got the return amount of rs 299/. I have given complaint on 16/3/22 complaint id is RR01690825 and again on 25/3/22 complaint id RR01720248.But till 29/3/22 I have not received my refund of rs 299/-.so refund my amount as soon as possible.
        Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Till 5 th APRIL I have not got any reply of the complaint . And refund is not done.

          I have ordered an AC on March 26th and delivery date was 28th March however it was not delivered yet and there is no response from anyone. Did not receive the update. No one is answering the calls. Tried calling to store where I have purchased. There is no response from them. No one is picking the call. Very pathetic service I would say.

              SIR,

              I brought Haier AC 1.6 ton on 26th Mar 2022 and Reliance team said that 27th will deliver and 28th woud be installation and 27th they not delivered but they conveyed that both delivery and installation will be 28th Mar 2022.

              Now there is no proper response from customer support and installation guy called me and said will come and install and collected some inputs after some I called him by that time he said to me that will try to come or will send someone else. I went directly to Reliance store tirupati they said sorry for the inconvenience will send today itself. 6 PM I called Reliance customer care and there no proper response.

              No response from Reliance Digital

              I wasted my whole day due to this activity. Kindly do the needful

                I have recently purchased jabra elite 75t truly wireless buds from reliance digital online for Rs6999 and I got the delivery today opened the box and the right bud was dead I.e not working not turning on at all I have raised a complaint with ticket no PR01726683 KINDLY help get my refund or replacement

                  I ordered(Order-RDF[protected] Kodak 40' TV set on Reliance Digital on 15th march, TV package delivered on 16th and installation service person came on 17th march. When he opened TV box on that time remote, manual batteries, TV stand not available in box. All accessories mentioned that include in package when I ordered but wasn't. I sent mail regarding same issue to Reliance Digital and request for resolution as soon as possible but till yet issue not resolved. Still I m chasing daily and they are delaying in service. Request you to please do needful as early as possible.

                    I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator in the month of March 4th 2021 from Reliance digital - Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India - 620018
                    My fridge stopped woking by end of dec 21 within 10 months of purchase. I have raised a complaint on Feb 6th which was within the warranty period. Initially there is no response for my complaint. After making 3 to 4 calls someone inspected and said its motor fault then he left and dint response for a week. After several time of calling he came and changed the motor but not worked . still problem continued.
                    Again after several times of calling almost after a month again service person visited and changed the motor for the second time. Again no use. Problem continued.
                    I tried calling all the available service people the used to response that they will solve the issue immediately but will not return.
                    literally i used to call them daily. but no response.
                    finally On march 18th 2022 again i called the store manager and he assured the he will resolve the issue by changing the motor for the 3rd time.
                    On 20th march 22 the motor got changed for the 3rd time. this time also no use. till today the same problem continues.
                    Yesterday we called the service person and informed the problem. He came with new topic that the board had to changed.

                    I have never faced such an worst sevice for any of my product.
                    Highly disappinted with the product. Continues problem within 10 months of purchase due to manufacturing defect.

                    No more physical and Mental strength to follow with the defected product which i purchased.
                    I request you to kindly replace with the new product.

                      I am an aggrieved customer who has been chasing Reliance digital for over 2 weeks.

                      It all began with a mistake of placing an expensive order of Apple iPhone 13 Mini - 128 GB . It costed me a whopping INR 69, 900/-

                      The order was placed on 10th March 2022. I was to receive this order by 14th March 2022. Today its 25th March 2022 and I still haven't received the order.

                      The most alarming concern that I have against them is, there has been 5 escalation calls, 3 escalation tickets, and numerous follow ups and yet the response has been a monotonous "it has been escalated. we will resolve it"

                      After giving up on their team, I took the ownership to reach out to the Delhivery team myself. As I reached the bottom of the issue, it came to my understanding that my shipment has been stolen by the delivery executive.

                      I immediately intimated Reliance Digital team about this situation. Despite multiple follow ups and regular calls, nobody has given me a concrete update on when I would receive my product.

                      There are no clarified timelines for my resolution. It has been a huge inconvenience for me and the product is so expensive and it is paid for.

                      My order ID is RDF28843916. I just need my product delivered to me as soon as possible.

                        I have brought Philips mixer from store and it is not grinding .I have complaintsd store next day and asked for exchange but they are not agreeing...This product is utter loss for me since I can't use it..it's not grinding at all...bad experience with reliance...never purchase any electronics from them.

                          Dear concerned
                          I am dr. Avanthikabai a specialist Paediatrician from Madurai. I bought a Samsung AC from your reliance digital retail showroom in august 2021. The invoice is attached herewith for your reference. One person from reliance had called one month before for a free service due for the AC. After he did the service we didn’t use AC for a week. Then when the weather became hot we started using the AC. But it didn’t become cool at all. I waited for 3 to 4 days to observe. Then since it didn’t become cool I called the toll free no but to my bad luck it was continuously busy. Then I thought I will visit the retail showroom where I bought the AC unit because it was very close by from my work place. It was 8.15 pm and not busy. I mentioned my concern to one of the attendors. He said the concerned person is upstairs and he told me to go there. I was bit tired at the end of the day . So I requested to come down but didn’t happen because he was in vedio conference meeting . With due respect for the meeting I went upstairs and met one mr. Nizam ResQ team and lodged my complaint. He said you could have called the toll free number but I told since it was busy many times I am coming in person . Then he said he will book my complaint in the morning since it was 8.30 evening. I said ok . He also mentioned that the concerned will call within 48 hours . But after 48 hours somebody called and whether we booked for installation. We said after 7 months of purchasing AC nobody will call for installation and we had complained only about non cooling of AC unit. Then he cut the call. The next day when I called again the retail show room no that lady told that we had registered the complaint and someone will call again after 48 hours. So from this I understood that they had failed to register my complaint . After 48 hours one person from Samsung came, checked the AC indoor and outdoor unit and said that has has leaked and the gas engineer has to come and fill the gas. He would home next day he said. After half an hour he called again over phone and told that this place is risky to fill the gas. So you either get a ladder or make a structural frame to climb and fill the gas. I told that you people only had installed the AC and now if you say like that I don’t know what to do . His team leader called and told that they had not installed the AC and so whatever the technician says only right and asked me to get structural frame made. Then I called the showroom and explained the situation since they only had installed my unit . The next day when I called the retail show room that girl requested me to get one ladder alone and the rest of the job will be taken care. It was Saturday evening and the next day Sunday I couldn’t find ladder. On 21st Monday I made arrangements to get a special strurdy ladder and informed the Samsung team. That time itself whether I had to inform the show room people but he said that he would call after 5 minutes. He called after 2 hours and told that he made my appointment on priority basis and so the engineer will come between 11.30 to 12 next day ie on 22nd. Nobody came and several times when I called on his no he didn’t respond. Then I called the showroom people on 23 rd and told that Samsung people didn’t come though the ladder is ready. He said he would call after checking with them. He called around 9 pm to tell that the AC outdoor unit has to be shifted because gas could not be filled from here . I may have to pay for the copper pipe for extension and the engineer will visit to give the estimation. Today is 25 th and so far nothing has happened until now and my AC service still not done.
                          It’s a really a humility, mental agony, physical suffering due to non working AC in this hot summer.
                          If my AC is not repaired before this week end then I may have to post in the social media about the reliance digital and the Samsung people.

                            Actually my original bill is misplaced, as of now there is a issue in 1 TV, the service person needs the bill for the Tv.

                            I have placed an order for iphone 12 (128gb) colour (Black) on 21st march which was on Instant delivery on my Area but i received Email that the order will be out for Delivery on 22nd march but i didn't receive the order on 22nd as well.
                            Today is 23rd march its been 3days that i have placed the order but still haven't got a proper Date when the order will be out for delivery
                            No Email or Texts.
                            I tried reaching customer support many times but no proper solution.

                            I would none of you to Purchase from reliance further.

                              Whirlpool Refrigerator under warranty giving cooling issues

                              Hi

                              We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Reliance Digital, Gurgaon store a few months back. Please refer to the attached bill for details.

                              Our fridge was giving cooling issues from day one so we requested a replacement back then. After a lot of going around in circles and finally getting to have your Mumbai team involved in our case, we did have the issue finally resolved.

                              On 16 March, 2022, I have placed order for Voltas Beko DT8S 8 Place Countertop Dishwasher with 6 Wash Programs, Silveron on Reliance digital through online shopping and paid amount online. As per their mail intimation received from [protected]@reliancedigital.in, order reference is RDF29165939, Shipment Number DI[protected] and it is supposed to arrive me by 17th March2022. I have not yet received item and also the website is not giving delivery schedule. I have sent mail to [protected]@ril.com expressing concern and asking for delivery date. In reply they gave complaint number DR01692045 and replied that the issue is escalated to their concern department and will update once they receive any update from their end. So far there is no answer with respect to delivery date. I wrote to them to confirm cancellation in case there is no availability in their inventory to supply item. Since they are unable to supply item, they have to cancel the item and refund my money immediately. It is now more than one week. I request them to refund money immediately.

                              The problem is solved only by intervention of consumerhelpline.gov.in . Refund made after more than 60 days of continuous followup by reminders and twitter posts. Finally company executive working on consumer complaints phoned and assured to resolve within 72 hrs due to consumer helpline complaint. But after that also another one week delayed and finally refund made
