In this complaint I will be adding the complete Road Map of the Issue I have been facing, Also adding attachments to support the Same.
23rd June -Order was placed on 23rd June 2021 using Reliance DIgital Online
28th June-Product Reached my home on 28th June
-Product was a bit too Noisy than expected, It had burn smells as well.Also Noticed few Dents on the product (Which can be seen in one the mail chains that is attached to this mail.
It was worrying me about our safety and I wanted to return the product.
30th June-Opened Reliance Digital Online Site- The Return window advised me to contact the Reliance digital Customer Support (Mail). (Attaching Picture of First Mail sent to the Support Team
Issue was re-directed to ResQ Service Center. Ph no: [protected]
22nd July- Mr. Vipin Vijayan (Reliance Digital Kottayam, Kerala Retail Shop) Ph No: [protected] contacted me stating that product has to be returned to ResQ service centre
23rd July - Product was Returned to ResQ service centre. (Attaching a receipt that I received from the service centre stating the product was damaged - For reference)
Post this I made multiple Follow-up Mails asking for my Refund, In the meanwhile I Purchased another mixer grinder, expecting this refund being Processed.
Mr. Vipin said that he had been sending mails w.r.t to the Round and Asked me to call the Toll Free Number.
-Several calls were made and they asked me to write a mail. I have been sending mails ever since.
26th September -Finally got a mail stating my refund will be initiated. (Attaching that for your reference )
- I did not get any refund, Called the Service centre, they Initiated that I will receive the Refund, If not, asked me to share the Screenshot of my Statement .
30th October - Waited almost a month and Shared the Screenshot of my Statement
31st October- A service associate from ResQ Kottayam, Kerala calls me and tells that I should collect the Mixer from them and give it to Preethi Service Center
Please note here that post 3 months they are telling me that it was suppose to be given to Preethi Service centre.
Until then Mr. Vijayan told me that Refund would be Processed and To call upto the Toll Free Number. Associates of Customer care shared the same thing.
In this period of connecting with the Customer Care, Most of them declined the call noticing this being a complicated issue.
Now Replies I get from the reliance mail are that Issue was raised on 4th of September which is long way from Return Period. I have attached Proof proofing that I have requested for. Return within 7 days from Delivery.
7th November- Associate from ResQ service centre calls me and tells that Product has no Damage and asked me to collect and show it to the Preethi Service Center. She was rude in her conversation
I am a working professional, Will not always be able to write mails and give phone calls to Customer Care. It is to make things easy which is why we rely on E-commerce platforms like Reliance .
Here you can notice that I have been waiting for 7 months to get my refund amount and no changes has been done till date. I have purchased another mixer expecting my Refund, This has caused a lot of wastage of my time.
Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by jmath97 No response Till date. I received a call and stated they would revert back to me with my refunds. However I haven not received any followups
