I am an aggrieved customer who has been chasing Reliance digital for over 2 weeks.

It all began with a mistake of placing an expensive order of Apple iPhone 13 Mini - 128 GB . It costed me a whopping INR 69, 900/-

The order was placed on 10th March 2022. I was to receive this order by 14th March 2022. Today its 25th March 2022 and I still haven't received the order.

The most alarming concern that I have against them is, there has been 5 escalation calls, 3 escalation tickets, and numerous follow ups and yet the response has been a monotonous "it has been escalated. we will resolve it"

After giving up on their team, I took the ownership to reach out to the Delhivery team myself. As I reached the bottom of the issue, it came to my understanding that my shipment has been stolen by the delivery executive.

I immediately intimated Reliance Digital team about this situation. Despite multiple follow ups and regular calls, nobody has given me a concrete update on when I would receive my product.

There are no clarified timelines for my resolution. It has been a huge inconvenience for me and the product is so expensive and it is paid for.

My order ID is RDF28843916. I just need my product delivered to me as soon as possible.

    I have brought Philips mixer from store and it is not grinding .I have complaintsd store next day and asked for exchange but they are not agreeing...This product is utter loss for me since I can't use it..it's not grinding at all...bad experience with reliance...never purchase any electronics from them.

      Dear concerned
      I am dr. Avanthikabai a specialist Paediatrician from Madurai. I bought a Samsung AC from your reliance digital retail showroom in august 2021. The invoice is attached herewith for your reference. One person from reliance had called one month before for a free service due for the AC. After he did the service we didn’t use AC for a week. Then when the weather became hot we started using the AC. But it didn’t become cool at all. I waited for 3 to 4 days to observe. Then since it didn’t become cool I called the toll free no but to my bad luck it was continuously busy. Then I thought I will visit the retail showroom where I bought the AC unit because it was very close by from my work place. It was 8.15 pm and not busy. I mentioned my concern to one of the attendors. He said the concerned person is upstairs and he told me to go there. I was bit tired at the end of the day . So I requested to come down but didn’t happen because he was in vedio conference meeting . With due respect for the meeting I went upstairs and met one mr. Nizam ResQ team and lodged my complaint. He said you could have called the toll free number but I told since it was busy many times I am coming in person . Then he said he will book my complaint in the morning since it was 8.30 evening. I said ok . He also mentioned that the concerned will call within 48 hours . But after 48 hours somebody called and whether we booked for installation. We said after 7 months of purchasing AC nobody will call for installation and we had complained only about non cooling of AC unit. Then he cut the call. The next day when I called again the retail show room no that lady told that we had registered the complaint and someone will call again after 48 hours. So from this I understood that they had failed to register my complaint . After 48 hours one person from Samsung came, checked the AC indoor and outdoor unit and said that has has leaked and the gas engineer has to come and fill the gas. He would home next day he said. After half an hour he called again over phone and told that this place is risky to fill the gas. So you either get a ladder or make a structural frame to climb and fill the gas. I told that you people only had installed the AC and now if you say like that I don’t know what to do . His team leader called and told that they had not installed the AC and so whatever the technician says only right and asked me to get structural frame made. Then I called the showroom and explained the situation since they only had installed my unit . The next day when I called the retail show room that girl requested me to get one ladder alone and the rest of the job will be taken care. It was Saturday evening and the next day Sunday I couldn’t find ladder. On 21st Monday I made arrangements to get a special strurdy ladder and informed the Samsung team. That time itself whether I had to inform the show room people but he said that he would call after 5 minutes. He called after 2 hours and told that he made my appointment on priority basis and so the engineer will come between 11.30 to 12 next day ie on 22nd. Nobody came and several times when I called on his no he didn’t respond. Then I called the showroom people on 23 rd and told that Samsung people didn’t come though the ladder is ready. He said he would call after checking with them. He called around 9 pm to tell that the AC outdoor unit has to be shifted because gas could not be filled from here . I may have to pay for the copper pipe for extension and the engineer will visit to give the estimation. Today is 25 th and so far nothing has happened until now and my AC service still not done.
      It’s a really a humility, mental agony, physical suffering due to non working AC in this hot summer.
      If my AC is not repaired before this week end then I may have to post in the social media about the reliance digital and the Samsung people.

        Actually my original bill is misplaced, as of now there is a issue in 1 TV, the service person needs the bill for the Tv.

        I have placed an order for iphone 12 (128gb) colour (Black) on 21st march which was on Instant delivery on my Area but i received Email that the order will be out for Delivery on 22nd march but i didn't receive the order on 22nd as well.
        Today is 23rd march its been 3days that i have placed the order but still haven't got a proper Date when the order will be out for delivery
        No Email or Texts.
        I tried reaching customer support many times but no proper solution.

        I would none of you to Purchase from reliance further.

          Whirlpool Refrigerator under warranty giving cooling issues

          Hi

          We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Reliance Digital, Gurgaon store a few months back. Please refer to the attached bill for details.

          Our fridge was giving cooling issues from day one so we requested a replacement back then. After a lot of going around in circles and finally getting to have your Mumbai team involved in our case, we did have the issue finally resolved.

          On 16 March, 2022, I have placed order for Voltas Beko DT8S 8 Place Countertop Dishwasher with 6 Wash Programs, Silveron on Reliance digital through online shopping and paid amount online. As per their mail intimation received from [protected]@reliancedigital.in, order reference is RDF29165939, Shipment Number DI[protected] and it is supposed to arrive me by 17th March2022. I have not yet received item and also the website is not giving delivery schedule. I have sent mail to [protected]@ril.com expressing concern and asking for delivery date. In reply they gave complaint number DR01692045 and replied that the issue is escalated to their concern department and will update once they receive any update from their end. So far there is no answer with respect to delivery date. I wrote to them to confirm cancellation in case there is no availability in their inventory to supply item. Since they are unable to supply item, they have to cancel the item and refund my money immediately. It is now more than one week. I request them to refund money immediately.

          The problem is solved only by intervention of consumerhelpline.gov.in . Refund made after more than 60 days of continuous followup by reminders and twitter posts. Finally company executive working on consumer complaints phoned and assured to resolve within 72 hrs due to consumer helpline complaint. But after that also another one week delayed and finally refund made

              Sales Man Billed Extended warranty by cheating while buying fridge

              Respected Sir,

              I went to bought LG refrigerator in reliance digital store sonipat on 21 Mar 2022. Salesman told me that fridge comes with extended warranty and can not be sold without extended warranty. They swaped my card even before the billing and later gave the bill quietly in a paper bag.

              I came home and found out Rs 1999 have been charged separately and when check online this extended warranty is voluntary....

                I bought 2 ACs from Reliance digital on 19th March, and paid for installation services also. It was mandatory as they made the warranty void if installation was not done through them. Since the purchase, they have stopped taking my calls and have refused to do the installation of the ACs. I am stuck now, as I cannot get it installed from outside and my money is also stuck.

                  We have recently purchased one item with order no- RDF29178693 on[protected]. The order which has to be delivered on[protected] has still moved from the invoiced status. Even after continuously raising a complaint with the reliance digital team we have not got any solution but apology and will be solved asap. We are regretting the idea of purchase from reliance digital now and have also insured to make people aware about this issue within our group and family members. I hope some solution will come post this complaint.

                    Dear Concern,

                    I bought 4 brand new AC OF CARRIER brand on 25 dec 2021 from Reliance digital NSP delhi.

                    The airconditioners were not used since installation as it was winter season that time.

                    Now as the summers had arrived, I tried to switch the Ac Onn & found 2 of the 4 Air conditioners not cooling.

                    Registered several complaints 17th march 2022 onwards but no action has been taken till now.

                    They are just giving me excuses.

                    I want to file a case against them for harrasment and take down the employee whonis responsible for delay.

                    I request a prior action to be taken.

                        I have ordered realme slimbook on 9th march and cancelled it on 11th march with order id RDF28840122 but still my refund amount has not been credited to my account.As I have tried seeking help from customer support but there response is not satisfactory as they are saying to wait for some more days.It has been my worst experience for the first time in reliance digital.I request you to help me to get back the refund as soon as possible

                              In this complaint I will be adding the complete Road Map of the Issue I have been facing, Also adding attachments to support the Same.

                              23rd June -Order was placed on 23rd June 2021 using Reliance DIgital Online
                              28th June-Product Reached my home on 28th June
                              -Product was a bit too Noisy than expected, It had burn smells as well.Also Noticed few Dents on the product (Which can be seen in one the mail chains that is attached to this mail.
                              It was worrying me about our safety and I wanted to return the product.
                              30th June-Opened Reliance Digital Online Site- The Return window advised me to contact the Reliance digital Customer Support (Mail). (Attaching Picture of First Mail sent to the Support Team
                              Issue was re-directed to ResQ Service Center. Ph no: [protected]
                              22nd July- Mr. Vipin Vijayan (Reliance Digital Kottayam, Kerala Retail Shop) Ph No: [protected] contacted me stating that product has to be returned to ResQ service centre
                              23rd July - Product was Returned to ResQ service centre. (Attaching a receipt that I received from the service centre stating the product was damaged - For reference)

                              Post this I made multiple Follow-up Mails asking for my Refund, In the meanwhile I Purchased another mixer grinder, expecting this refund being Processed.
                              Mr. Vipin said that he had been sending mails w.r.t to the Round and Asked me to call the Toll Free Number.
                              -Several calls were made and they asked me to write a mail. I have been sending mails ever since.

                              26th September -Finally got a mail stating my refund will be initiated. (Attaching that for your reference )
                              - I did not get any refund, Called the Service centre, they Initiated that I will receive the Refund, If not, asked me to share the Screenshot of my Statement .

                              30th October - Waited almost a month and Shared the Screenshot of my Statement
                              31st October- A service associate from ResQ Kottayam, Kerala calls me and tells that I should collect the Mixer from them and give it to Preethi Service Center
                              Please note here that post 3 months they are telling me that it was suppose to be given to Preethi Service centre.
                              Until then Mr. Vijayan told me that Refund would be Processed and To call upto the Toll Free Number. Associates of Customer care shared the same thing.
                              In this period of connecting with the Customer Care, Most of them declined the call noticing this being a complicated issue.

                              Now Replies I get from the reliance mail are that Issue was raised on 4th of September which is long way from Return Period. I have attached Proof proofing that I have requested for. Return within 7 days from Delivery.

                              7th November- Associate from ResQ service centre calls me and tells that Product has no Damage and asked me to collect and show it to the Preethi Service Center. She was rude in her conversation

                              I am a working professional, Will not always be able to write mails and give phone calls to Customer Care. It is to make things easy which is why we rely on E-commerce platforms like Reliance .
                              Here you can notice that I have been waiting for 7 months to get my refund amount and no changes has been done till date. I have purchased another mixer expecting my Refund, This has caused a lot of wastage of my time.

                                  i raise order on reliance digital on 23rd february i purchaseed a computer mouse at the day and it was defective delivered at 27 february the issue was the scroll button did not working so i return that order and i called in the customer service number which given in website and request to replace the defective mouse than dilivery boy collect my product to get return and i was waiting for a replacement for the product still it have already past 16 days for replace commitment and also called to customer care after 10 days from services spoke some lady for call back me within 48 hours but not any call came and i repeat raise complaint but from the customercare side same talking wich as like when 1st time i called there please do needful for my replacement order
