I baught a new sim card from vaishali Nagar, Reliance Digital and asked retailer to recharge with 2GB /day recharge but he took 330 rupees from me and told me he has done the same. now when i checked i got i have been cheated and he has recharged with 1.5 gb / Day only and took excess money from me. my number is [protected] and i took this sim card on 13th of feb 2022 Sunday from Reliance Digital Store near vijay Dwar, Vaishali Nagar jaipur 302021.

    I order 1.5 ton ac from reliance digital online on 26th jan 2022 but the product is not yet delivered to me. I am a doctor and I need to open my clinic immediately as my patients are in waiting .I dont have any other option for ventilation rather than ac. I kindly request to help me out of this as soon as possible.

      Wrongly deduct inr 16959 from my credit card dt 01.02.22 by Reliance digital store
      OMAXE MALL, Shop No 29-30 Groun Floor Omaxe Connaught Place, Beta II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308. Reliance digital store sales staff has'nt great knowledge about product & payments(like instant discount, emi discount etc) . floor manager says refund is credit within seven days but refund not received yet.

        Hello,

        I have ordered the blutooth speaker from Reliance degital website on 30-jan-2022 and it shown the delivery date of 4th Feb, but today 11th Feb still I haven't received the product and even delivery process is not yet started. I have raised so many complaits through mails to customer service and CEO's mail and calls but they are saying we are contacted the concern team and the process has started. I don't know why they are not started the delivery process yet and why they are making customers fools. At the time of booking they are not accepting the COD, so I have already paid the amount. After payment also this is happening, the service is very bad. If you are not ready to sell the products don't put those in the website.

          Subject - Refund of my product (Order No - RDF[protected]

          I ordered Mac Book Air M1 chip laptop from their website on 23rd January 2022. It was supposed to be delivered the next day but it wasn't delivered the entire week and customer care kept on saying "Back-end team is looking at my issue and is in contact with the store team". They were neither cancelling my product no delivering it. So I reached Reliance digital Shop in Lalpur, Ranchi where I sat down 1.5 hours to cancel the product. The day was 1st February 2022. The product got cancelled and i was said that i will get refund with 3-7 working days. But today 8 working days have passed and today is 11 February 2022 and still I haven't received my refund. When I call the customer care they say "Back-end team is looking at my issue and will respond ". Sir/Mam please look in the issue and please resolve it as soon as possible . I ordered it using ICICI Debit Card.

            Kindly note the order no :RDF25674271, From past 18 days i have ordered three product after the 10 days i have received two product, but still one item is still pending, whenever i call your customer care support team they keep on giving different dates time and offen, once the order has passed from your end to deliver the product and the money has been paid from our end, there is a time frame alerted to deliver it on time or else your team...

            I bought refrigerator of whirlpool from reliance digital which is in warranty, and getting issue in freezer now i get information that reliance digital is responsible for all services and repair and they are not able to got solve my problem from last one and half month and if it's take one more month than my warranty will be expire. I have done minimum 15 complaint in reliance digital rescue.

              Order was never delivered and was eventually cancelled by Reliance Digital citing technical reasons. I am yet to get a refund despite follow up with customer support, Reliance Digital CEO, Customer Support Head, and Twitter.

              I am placed on indefinite wait without confirming the date by when I will expect the money to be refunded.

              I demand Reliance Digital to to refund the money at the earliest.

                I was bought a LED TV in reliance digital on 3rd jan 2022 it was received as defects brand was approved for replacement on 18th jan 2022 but still replacement is not happen..                   I made a payment of RS 1999/- to Reliance Digital on the 12th of Dec 2021 for wireless earphones. The product got canceled from their end, stating that it was out of stock. Upon inquiring about the refund, they assured me that I would receive my refund in 10 working days. It's been more than a month. I have called them a billion times and have run several errands to my bank to check if the refund is credited to my account, but there is still no success; this company is famous for cheating customers and not giving back their refunds, and I am afraid I am another addition to the list of customers they have cheated and looted.

                    Hi i am neeraj speaking from area mall gurgaon sector 69 here i bought washing machine and it was 6:30kg of lg told me something so that mi9 cost but here i am deducting a bit more here my here But I went to talk again there is a list there Dheeraj Kumar and Rahul both of them talked so rudely and did not give any information this much.

                    Right now what should I do with this working machine, it is going very wrong, I was not expecting this from Reliance How is this happening and this Dheeraj Kumar who is a very rude person and something should be done about it, in this way no customer will come to Reliance.

                      I have purchased a whirlpool Refrigerator last year from Reliance Digital and it is still in warranty. I have registered a complain on 26th Jan and from there on 3 Mechanics have been sent by Reliance digital but every one of them is saying that your fridge has some damaged parts which needs to be replaced and it would take 5-6 days to get the parts. They are trying to delay the process because my 1 year warranty is about to end on near about 16 Feb and the fridge has manufacturing issues, the only solution is to replace the fridge itself which they are trying to delay. Registered complaints to Reliance digital in every way possible. Trying tweeting on Twitter, mailed them, even dm on Twitter but still not even a single call I have received from their team.

                            Reliance digital is an absolutely fraudulent company. The worst to get services from with a horrible customer care department.

                            My order number is RDF25189017.

                            I purchased a MacBook Air worth 85k from reliance digital. Those crooks sent me a defective laptop. They made me go to an apple store to get a DOA which is horrible. After all the running around my laptop was returned on the 23rd. Till this date I have not received a refund. I have spoken to 20 different executive and all of them give me a different timeline. They keep lying and keep delaying my payment by adding more and more time.

                            They are absolutely disgusting and are daytime robbers.
                            I would recommend never buying anything from these crooks.

                            I want my refund for the money you stole, reliance.

                            RELIANCE DIGITAL IS A COMPLETELY BOGUS COMPANY. I ORDERED A PHONE WORTH 60990 RS ON 15TH MARCH (order id -RDF[protected] . I cancelled the order same day as it was showing a long delivery time even when i ordered for same day delivery. as per compnay policy i must have received back refund in 5 days max, which to this date 30/3/2022 i have not received . i have made over 50 calls to CUSTOMER care and all of the trasined corrupt ### and lying to refund money as and when their system will approve. i have also sent e-mail to all deparments of ril and even ceo (BM.[protected]@ril.com) but all i get a reply saying that we will look into the matter. they are completely fraud only trying to loot common people . Never get into traps of online buying as all these companies are ready to loot you at any moment. i hope my loss of 61000rs will save money of many of others. ### chutiya company. filing case into cyber fraud now. I hope someday these ### will return my money out of shame.

                              Cancelled order refund not proccessed after 20 days. I have booked a bpl hair straitner from reliance digital website on 16/01/2022. After 2 days on 18 th January, i cancelled the order due to delay in processing my shipping. At the time of order i have paid rs. 249 as the product price. Now, still today i have not get any refund. Its been completed 21 days. When i am contacting them they says, your request is in progress. My order id is:-RDF24791827.

                                The TV (hisense 43a71f) which was delivered to me on 24th January 2022 is defective. I request you to please replace the unit with a new one as it is still under 1 month replacement warranty or atleast repair the TV and replace its faulty panel. I’ve been under a lot if stress due to this TV and if my complaint is not taken seriously, I’ll be filing a complaint in the consumer court.

                                      Its been a week since I ordered my Laptop in reliance digital and yet my product is not yet left the seller destination and its been 7 days like. Please cancel order and refund immediately and if i lost cashback offer on my card due to this purchase (7000 INR) IT WILL BE PAID BY YOU as its your issue, and I have a business to do and this delay caused me loss and even I'm not able to avail insurance from other providers as per their policy the product must be 15 or less old purchase in this case if my order not cancelled you shall provide free insurance at no extra cost
