I was bought a LED TV in reliance digital on 3rd jan 2022 it was received as defects brand was approved for replacement on 18th jan 2022 but still replacement is not happen.. Many times I have escalated to customer care but they not willing to solve My issue My order id is RDF23995216

I made a payment of RS 1999/- to Reliance Digital on the 12th of Dec 2021 for wireless earphones. The product got canceled from their end, stating that it was out of stock. Upon inquiring about the refund, they assured me that I would receive my refund in 10 working days. It's been more than a month. I have called them a billion times and have run several errands to my bank to check if the refund is credited to my account, but there is still no success; this company is famous for cheating customers and not giving back their refunds, and I am afraid I am another addition to the list of customers they have cheated and looted.

Hi i am neeraj speaking from area mall gurgaon sector 69 here i bought washing machine and it was 6:30kg of lg told me something so that mi9 cost but here i am deducting a bit more here my here But I went to talk again there is a list there Dheeraj Kumar and Rahul both of them talked so rudely and did not give any information this much.

Right now what should I do with this working machine, it is going very wrong, I was not expecting this from Reliance How is this happening and this Dheeraj Kumar who is a very rude person and something should be done about it, in this way no customer will come to Reliance.

I have purchased a whirlpool Refrigerator last year from Reliance Digital and it is still in warranty. I have registered a complain on 26th Jan and from there on 3 Mechanics have been sent by Reliance digital but every one of them is saying that your fridge has some damaged parts which needs to be replaced and it would take 5-6 days to get the parts. They are trying to delay the process because my 1 year warranty is about to end on near about 16 Feb and the fridge has manufacturing issues, the only solution is to replace the fridge itself which they are trying to delay. Registered complaints to Reliance digital in every way possible. Trying tweeting on Twitter, mailed them, even dm on Twitter but still not even a single call I have received from their team.

Purchased a gas stove on 06.02, 2022 at store .after making bill the item was not available at their inventory. Tried to hand over the defective display unit.

Left the store without getting the items and it was promised to delivered at my add. Still waiting to get the item.

Reliance digital is an absolutely fraudulent company. The worst to get services from with a horrible customer care department.

I purchased a MacBook Air worth 85k from reliance digital. Those crooks sent me a defective laptop. They made me go to an apple store to get a DOA which is horrible. After all the running around my laptop was returned on the 23rd. Till this date I have not received a refund. I have spoken to 20 different executive and all of them give me a different timeline. They keep lying and keep delaying my payment by adding more and more time.

They are absolutely disgusting and are daytime robbers.
I would recommend never buying anything from these crooks.

I want my refund for the money you stole, reliance.

Cancelled order refund not proccessed after 20 days. I have booked a bpl hair straitner from reliance digital website on 16/01/2022. After 2 days on 18 th January, i cancelled the order due to delay in processing my shipping. At the time of order i have paid rs. 249 as the product price. Now, still today i have not get any refund. The TV (hisense 43a71f) which was delivered to me on 24th January 2022 is defective. I request you to please replace the unit with a new one as it is still under 1 month replacement warranty or atleast repair the TV and replace its faulty panel. I’ve been under a lot if stress due to this TV and if my complaint is not taken seriously, I’ll be filing a complaint in the consumer court.

I am Shone ordered a HP pavilion laptop on 26th January 22 and till today I haven't received anything and no response from customer care Do needful action please.

Its been a week since I ordered my Laptop in reliance digital and yet my product is not yet left the seller destination and its been 7 days like. Please cancel order and refund immediately and if i lost cashback offer on my card due to this purchase (7000 INR) IT WILL BE PAID BY YOU as its your issue, and I have a business to do and this delay caused me loss and even I'm not able to avail insurance from other providers as per their policy the product must be 15 or less old purchase in this case if my order not cancelled you shall provide free insurance at no extra cost

As I ordered dell laptop on 29/01/22 it says that your delivery will be on 6/2/22 till now it is not shipped thus I cancelled my order today and made email to the company about the refund.They said it will take 3-5days to refund .My order no is RDF26823577 .so please kindly provide my refund without fail.

We paid with SBI credit card. They made the transaction at their end and assured us to
credit the cash back within 90 days.

Even after 6 months when we did not received cash back I raised a ticket and send a mail.

One guy from reliance digital today message me and informed that transaction was done with FBB SBI CREDIT CARD so I am not eligible for cash back.
When I went to buy mobile at Reliance Digital, they offered me cash back of 2000 that is why I made a deal. Now, they are saying you are not eligible for cashback.think i am not alone they are doing this practice with all the customer .they are making fool to the customer in the name of cashback.it should be raised in the court legaly.

I ordered a Hi-sense TV on 31- January and it was was supposed to get delivered on 1- February. This order was to be gifted on the marriage day on 1-February. Called up toll free number numerous times raised complaints sent emails. nothing worked out and none of the Reliance reps ever reached out to me as a courtesy. after chasing so much and since there was no tracking info. pulled up ware house address and picked up the Product myself today from the warehouse at Hyderabad Location near to some village it was. i wasted 2 days of my time and fuel to go and pick up the product. looking for a compensation for wasting my time and spending money on fuel to pick up the product. request you to look into this and revert back at the earliest.

Bought pigeon cattle on 21 January 2022 and got that on 25 January 2022 and register complaint of non working product, same day. Today 4/2/22 and no response from reliance digital. Please look this matter.

Bought mens senizerseir headphones cx150bt 2950 at Rs. But the price of is Rs 1990. I have been fooled..I was a regular customer. But today I will not buy anything bad.

I have purchased a Aquaguard Water Purifier from Reliance Digital, but the product is not working well. As per the Reliance Digital Website the product is having a manufacturer warranty of 1 year but when I approached Eureka Forbes they said that they have nothing to do with the product but Reliance Digital will provide me support for all my problems. So in this case I am cheated saying that the product is covered under manufacturer Warranty.

Another thing is that Eureka Forbes has a list of authorized online resellers of their product in which Reliance Digital is not there. So why Reliance is selling their product and forcibly making customers to take the support services from Reliance Digital when the customer has purchased the product on Eureka Forbes faith.

Now they are just making foll of me and providing some repair services and the issue is as just it was.

So now I am telling Reliance Digital to refund my money or replace the product but they are just giving me repair services.

They are cheating the customers saying they are providing Manufacturer Warranty but they are not.
