I had ordered a Mobile Phone - Samsung M52 on 21 Jan, 2022 as the delivery date shown was 24 Jan, 2022. But when i called them on 24 Jan, 2022, i got a response that the complaint is registered.
I raised the issue again on 25 Jan, 2022, but i got a response saying some senior person will callback within an hour. But, when i did not get a callback, i called again but i still got the same response. I called third time, i still got the same response. I had tried calling them once in every 2 hours, but i got a response stating they are facing technical issues.
I just want brand such as "RELIANCE" to deliver as they promise in their websites.
Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Anand Vora25 Preeti Singh from reliance digital has changed my complaint number from DR01539400 raised on 24 Jan, 2022 to DR01551016 raised on 26 Jan, 20222 by Preeti Singh without checking i already had complaint raised. The issue is that Reliance Digital replies that they would give resolution within 72 hours. & now before the completion of 72 hours, they are just raising another complaint so that they get another 72 hours to resolve the same.
This is PURE CHEATING.

Updated by Anand Vora25 I got a response saying that i would no receive the product. The amount shall be refunded. But the price of the product is now increased by 5000. I need a compensation of 5000 along with the original amount paid to Reliance Digital.
