I ordered "Philips Airfyer", model number DBTH101 MY on 25th January 2022, online. The website has an update that it will be delivered on 27th January 2022. I have not received it yet and there is no update beyond "shipped" on the website about the status of my order. I have contacted their customer care many times and the only thing they do is raise complaints and ask me to wait for 72 hrs. The complaints team says they will ship it and I will get it in the next 3-4 days. I wait, nothing happens, I call back, and the same story repeats. They have no clue how to resolve it. I have asked them to give me another product if they don't have it, they don't seem to do it as per their policy. Please help me solve this.

The delivery agent mentioned that Reliance placed an RTS lock on 12th February and the RTO lock on February 14, 2022. And when I called now they said that the product is returned to banglore. Please help resolve,
