Hi Team,
I have ordered a BPL coffee maker on 06th Feb 2022 via the Reliance Digital portal (Order#RDF[protected]. I received a defective product so I have raised a replacement request(Order#RDXF[protected]) on 10th Feb 22. Customer care has promised that the product will be delivered on 18th Feb 22 or before. I have waited till 22nd Feb 22 but I haven't received any update so I have raised a complaint and customer care promised to resolved within 72hrs. In spite of multiple complaints and escalations, I haven't received any updates.
Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    As I ordered iphone 13 on 07/02/2022 it says that your delivery will be on 11/02/22 but it didn't get dispatched till 10/02/2022 thus I cancelled my order on 10/02/2022 itself and made email to the company about the refund. They said it will take 3-5days to refund .My order no is RDF27439167. But the refund is still not initiated from their end and I've following up with the customer support from the last 15 days but they didn't care enough to refund my money. Please kindly provide my refund without fail.

    As you can see, Delhivery partner also confirmed that order was never picked up from warehouse. Then why you're not refunding the amount.

            Hello Sir/Madam,
            I have received a faulty product from Reliance Digital on 19th Feb 2022, Kent authorised technician has informed them that the product is defective and can not be installed.They have taken back the product on the same day.On 19th Feb 2022 they have promised that amount Rs 18964 will be refunded to my credit card. On 20th they have informed me that they already initiated refund and it will take 5-7 working days. Today when I informed them that its already 7th day and did not get my money, they are not responding to my emails sent to cshead email id. They did not even update me in Tweet Social media handle.

            Requesting you please take action and please let me get my money as soon as possible.

              I purchased refrigerator of Samsung 415 litres from Reliance Digital, Paldi branch, Ahmedabad on 26th January. Company informed me that the delivery will take 10 days which I said I'll manage. After repeat follow ups from my end, no date was confirmed from the company and ofcourse they didnt call or bother to update upfront. Finally after multiple follow up, they delivered the product on 11th Feb and installation was done on 13th Feb. When their representative opened the packaging he found that the door has a dent. Company informed that they will replace the product soon. Again the process of follow up started and as usual their was no proactive approach from company to deliver the product. After wait of another 12 days, company delivered product on 26th Feb. When their representative opened the packaging, product was again damaged with one leg stand broken and side of refrigerator having long scratches.

              I'm fed up of the service offered by such reputed and established brand. We had been waiting for the refrigerator for so long as this is our first buy as couple after marriage but the experience has been horrendous with Reliance Digital. Now again I do not know how many days they will take to deliver replacement again and inspite of making 100 % payment one month back I'm struggling. It is shocking how the products are handled while delivering as I could notice with their delivery person not trained to handle such deliveries.

                I have purchased Nord one plus mobile from reliance digital online services on 16th Jun 2021 under offer- 2000 rupees cash back on full payment from HDFC credit card.

                After couple of days when i was not received any cash back, I checked with reliance cust. care and that time they said, you will get cashback with 90days. but after 90 days cash back not received.

                So I tried to check with cust. care and after calling couple of time finally they registered complaint- OP01522447 on 21st Jan 2022 for cash back. After that whenever we called for an update, their cust. service representative not providing proper information, always they replied like it is in under investigation.

                Now they came back today on email and stating they will not provide any cashback. They will provide Gift voucher as per their terms and conditions, but I am not ready to accept any Gift voucher. I need cash back as per their offer on that time. Also reliance digital not informed any terms and conditions at time purchase.

                Till the date, this issue not resolved. Request you to please check this issue and help to resolve it ASAP.

                  Hi Sir i have ordered this tv on 15th Jan. And i have paid full amount. Due to poor delivery service i wanted to cancel this order. But there is no option in site to cancel this order. Then i have reached out to customer care to cancel it. They said you have to denied it at door step. I have waited for few more days and then i have denied it to door step. And now its 24th of feb but my order is not showing as Cancelled in Reliance digital site. and still struggling to get my refund of this order.

                  Please look into it.

                    I have ordered a Apple iphone 128gb -midnight black of 74900rs on 31/01/2022 to ambala address, but due to a digit mistake in delivery address order not delivered and then their customer support team said that u have to cancel it nd order it again .then i cancelled order on 05/02/2022 after that it shows cancellation initiated in order status and as per reliance digital policies as they mentioned u vl get your refund within 3 to 7 days after cancellation but after so many call nd mailed to their team refund not completed. after 10 days they said once your product reached back to their warehouse after that they vl provide refund immediately, then i contact to delivery partner team to return at earliest nd product reached to their warehouse back on22/02/2022 evening but evn after that refund not processed till now its24/02/2022. as they replying fake promises over mails and calls by rplying that we are working on that nd all nd have patience. their intentin is not to return my money back bcz its 75000rs nd the are doing fraud. order id-RDF26932860 [protected]@yahoo.in

                      I had placed an order for iphone 13 via reliance digital online platform order number RDF27880753 on 16th February 2002, for an instant delivery expected on 17th February 2022 for my wife's marraige gift.
                      But as of now I haven't received an update on my order or any timing for delivery that when it will be delivered.
                      On 18th February 2022 i registered a complaint regarding the same the call centre agents have three four patent words that the complainant has been escalated, highlighted or you will get a call back from our seniors.
                      I got married on 19th February and today is 23rd February still no update on delivery.

                        5th feb: Ordered Galaxy 3 wstch, paid 20990 by UPI
                        6TH Feb : Received mail with track id -delhivery courier.
                        6th feb: Complaint raised for invalid track id and lost product in transit.
                        6th to 10th feb: Called and mailed customer care to provide me a valid track id but no use.
                        10th feb: Product not delivered as assured. Raised complaint for delay in delivery
                        12th feb:Canceled the product as it was not delivered.
                        22bd Feb: Raised complaint for refund not issued.
                        23rd feb:, Still no refund, no mail, no communication from reliance side .

                          Despite repeated emails and waiting patiently for a ridiculously long time, my issues have not been resolved.

                          I had received a defective Eufy robotic vacuum in the second week of January and the details of which I shared with all the photos asked. I was then told that the product will be picked up and a replacement order be shipped to me.

                          However, the product itself took more than a month to be picked up (February 16). On checking the Delhivery website I can see that the product was returned to the warehouse on the 19th of February. However, during this entire time, I received no call or email from the reliance digital team informing me of the process. I had to keep following up every time via calls only to hear the scripted answers and no real resolution to my problem. The replacement order is still not shipped!

                          I’m writing this now since I have lost all patience and I can not wait any longer. I need my money to be refunded as soon as possible and the replacement product be sent to me. I have never faced this issue with any of the other online platforms like Amazon or Flipkart. They are 1000 times quicker and faster than reliance. I’m sure I’d no longer want to associate myself with reliance anymore due to this pathetic service.

                          If the issue doesn’t resolve I’ll be forced to approach the consumer courts since this is no small amount for me. It’s my hard-earned money and my valuable time and energy being wasted!

                          Kindly look into this before I’m forced to take steps that would only harm the reputation of reliance digital!

                            I'm Koushik, I bought sony X80j 65inch TV in mancherial store on 20 Feb 2022 of Rs 96, 732. As per your store employee intimation I used axis Bank CREDit card which is applicable for both (No cost EMI & instant discount of Rs 6000) which I got the TV at Rs 90, 732.

                            But now it is costing me of Rs 90, 732 with EMI processing fee of Rs 1, 000 and interest of 1.17% every month. Total around Rs 1, 00, 700.and your store employee SREENIVAS ([protected]) is saying some ### that some RBI Guidelines has applied on my transaction and no proper response from their side.

                            I regret to experience such problem from your esteemed company. hope it will be resolved soon.

                              Hi,

                              I wanted to raise an issue against Reliance digital. I ordered a laptop of 40K from reliance digital on 7th Feb ’22 and I received the product on 9th Feb’22. The delivery was on time but the laptop was defective. So I raised a replacement on 9th Feb’22 and the return pickup was done on 11th Feb’22.

                              As per the Reliance digital policy after pickup it takes 7-10 days time to complete the return process. The return product reached the warehouse on 18th Feb but till now the replacement product is not dispatched.

                              I am calling the customer care service everyday and also mailed them regarding this but they are just saying they will resolve the issue asap but till now there is no changes on the status.

                              Not only this, in the time when I requested for a replacement, I received a mail from them that the estimated delivery date for replacement product is 12-16th Feb and in the reliance digital app its showing 18th Feb but till now I did not receive the product.

                              I am not able to understand if I will receive the laptop or they are doing any fraud.

                              I am need a help regarding this issue.

                                I had ordered a laptop backpack on 23rd Jan’22. They have supplied a wrong one. Requested for return, return pickup done on 26th Jan’22. After that no update. Customer care says return pickup Done and refund will be initiated with in 72 hours. When that 72 hours will start ?
                                These people need to be given a lesson.

                                  I have ordered Casio ct-s200 red keyboard on 07 Feb 2022 (Order id - RDF[protected] as order got confirmed I got delivery date of 16 Feb 22. I kept waiting till 16 Feb 22 but I didn’t got any call or msg from reliancedigital.
                                  So on 17 Feb 22 I contacted[protected] and he told me they don’t have any details related to my product where is it he also told they even have delivery partner details. Then he raise my complaint and told me to wait 72 hrs. Its More then 80hrs now there no single response from reliancedigital. Now I call on helpline they told me to wait more 72 hrs . They are simple extending the time to earn interest on money. Because is in stock today you can check.
                                  But I found it fishy as there delivery terms clearly say They should provide logistic partner details as soon as he collects product.

                                        I ordered "Philips Airfyer", model number DBTH101 MY on 25th January 2022, online. The website has an update that it will be delivered on 27th January 2022. I have not received it yet and there is no update beyond "shipped" on the website about the status of my order. I have contacted their customer care many times and the only thing they do is raise complaints and ask me to wait for 72 hrs. The complaints team says they will ship it and I will get it in the next 3-4 days. I wait, nothing happens, I call back, and the same story repeats. They have no clue how to resolve it. I have asked them to give me another product if they don't have it, they don't seem to do it as per their policy. Please help me solve this.
