I have ordered a boat watch from Amazon on 8th February 2022 and it has to be delivered by 13th February but it's already been 12 days for ordering d I have not received the product. Also I have cancelled one order on 8th February for which I should have got the refund on same day but it has been 12 days and I have not got the refund. When I tried to contact the team they ensured that it ll be delivered on 13th end of day, but it was not delivered, everytime they make false promises of delivering the product and refund but not doing anything. Now they have also stoped responding to my emails.

Apologise, The complaint is against reliance digital. Amazon was written by mistake, Amazon has nothing to do with the complaint.

    I ordered "Philips Airfyer", model number DBTH101 MY on 25th January 2022, online. The website has an update that it will be delivered on 27th January 2022. I have not received it yet and there is no update beyond "shipped" on the website about the status of my order. I have contacted their customer care many times and the only thing they do is raise complaints and ask me to wait for 72 hrs. The complaints team says they will ship it and I will get it in the next 3-4 days. I wait, nothing happens, I call back, and the same story repeats. They have no clue how to resolve it. I have asked them to give me another product if they don't have it, they don't seem to do it as per their policy. Please help me solve this.

    The product was ordered on 16th January and Delivery was expected on 21st January.

    The delivery agent mentioned that Reliance placed an RTS lock on 12th February and the RTO lock on February 14, 2022. And when I called now they said that the product is returned to banglore. Please help resolve,

      I have ordered macbook air m1 256ssd 8 core CPU, 8core gpu product on 27th January 2022 from reliance digital online app and picked up it from tirupati store on 27th January 2022 evening.After 15 days when I was checking the specification I have realised they have given me wrong product.I have ordered 8 core gpu they given me 7 core gpu product.I have called reliance digital online and reliance digital tirupati store first tirupati reliance manager told we will solve your problem we will contact apple dealer regarding this and replace it.After that apple dealer told me that we only have 7 core gpu product so we have sent it to reliance but 8 core gpu was an reliance problem that's not my issue so he told to contact reliance after that I have contacted tirupati manager he told that he has given correct product as they sent as you have purchased online you have to complain online after that I raised complain they now telling we can't replace it you have to complain in 24 hours or else we can't replace it .In this way they are doing big scam one person says we have right product another person says you have to check that your problem one more person say you have to call other person and they are nicely escaping first called tirupati store manager he told to speak with apple dealer. Apple dealer told there is a error from reliance digital site.he told to contact reliance when I contacted reliance tirupati they are telling you have to complain on online store we can do anything after complaining online store in between tirupati store people call me one time they are telling we have given right product one more time they are telling you have to check the product before like that they are telling. I have attached all evidence below check it each conversation is recorded.not only me they are delivering same 7 core product to everyone as apple dealer said but misleading with fake advertisements that they are giving 8 core gpu product.buy reality they show high specification but delivering less specification products

        Oneplus 9R purchased from here on 25/11/2022 and they told and the bill says that cashback of 4.12 percent will be recieved but now theyre saying there is no no cost emi and you won't recieve anything
        Kindly help me out with this issue

          I have ordered iphone 13 midnight black 128 gb for 74900 on 2 feb on this reliance digital platform...estimated delivery time was 6 feb...but even 10 feb, I didn't get my order so cancelled my order on 10 feb but today is 18 feb and I didn't get my refund yet...ease refund my money

            They just put on there walls insta / next day delivery which will never happen. Calling customer care I feel its information center they speak same thing what we see on app by our-self.

            Just to tell us update (not resolution) minimum 48 hrs. Orders just get cancelled without our involvement. we never expect this from such big brand ...

            adding to above we need to wait for there convenient days to get our paid money even seller cancelled the orders. After waiting for so long no guarantee we will get the product or they gonna replace with same price for There mistakes...I wonder this people give this false information just to gain database?

              Rdf23966810, reliance digital are scammers i ordered a smart watch, and you people sent me a defective product when i asked for replacement you people came and took it and told I'll get replacement i waited so long then when i asked for refund you asked me wait for 7- 10 days, it has been 50 days and i can't wait anymore, daily I'm emailing and calling to customer service and they are of no use, everytime they tell that they raised a complaint they will update, this is fraud and i even mailed to Level 1 and 2 team they are also of no use.

                  Had ordered a laptop on 19th January 2022 from Reliance Digital online application and it turned out to be defective and when contacted they demanded for DOA (Defective on Arrival certificate) from the service centre which was issued and submitted upon which the product was picked up on 30th January 2022 and a new replacement order RDXF[protected] was created which has been under confirmed status from 30th January. It was supposed to be delivered within 3rd February and when contacted again they said to wait until 7 days. Now it's been more than 13 days and still they are asking me to wait and not dispatching my replacement product after all this delay.

                    I have purchased iPhone 12 on reliance digital online and I keeping on calling and sending email that HDFC bank is saying it is not converted as EMI but it’s been 1 and half month issue has not been resolved.invoice it is showing converted as EMI but not reliance digital is not able to solve the problem that to keep on sending email and phone to customer care and unfortunately they are telling there is no escalation process.could you please help me resolve the issue

                    I really fed up with reliance digital for following up with this issue.it is been 4 days I have shared mail about HDFC update and no solution yet and if I am calling customer care also no use and no escalation team as week.HDFC bank has put the 2 month financial charges who is going pay that amount. I should not buy anything with reliance digital this is my big mistake.HDFC bank also trying to contact you from Jan 16th but you are not giving any response.if you are not able to resolve the issue let me know.no escalation team nothing in reliance digital office .you guys are just playing with customer patience and time.if you don’t have solution at least let me know.

                        I baught a new sim card from vaishali Nagar, Reliance Digital and asked retailer to recharge with 2GB /day recharge but he took 330 rupees from me and told me he has done the same. now when i checked i got i have been cheated and he has recharged with 1.5 gb / Day only and took excess money from me. my number is [protected] and i took this sim card on 13th of feb 2022 Sunday from Reliance Digital Store near vijay Dwar, Vaishali Nagar jaipur 302021.

                          I order 1.5 ton ac from reliance digital online on 26th jan 2022 but the product is not yet delivered to me. I am a doctor and I need to open my clinic immediately as my patients are in waiting .I dont have any other option for ventilation rather than ac.                             Wrongly deduct inr 16959 from my credit card dt 01.02.22 by Reliance digital store
                            OMAXE MALL, Shop No 29-30 Groun Floor Omaxe Connaught Place, Beta II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308.                               Hello,

                              I have ordered the blutooth speaker from Reliance degital website on 30-jan-2022 and it shown the delivery date of 4th Feb, but today 11th Feb still I haven't received the product and even delivery process is not yet started. I have raised so many complaits through mails to customer service and CEO's mail and calls but they are saying we are contacted the concern team and the process has started. I don't know why they are not started the delivery process yet and why they are making customers fools. At the time of booking they are not accepting the COD, so I have already paid the amount. After payment also this is happening, the service is very bad. If you are not ready to sell the products don't put those in the website.

                                Subject - Refund of my product (Order No - RDF[protected]

                                I ordered Mac Book Air M1 chip laptop from their website on 23rd January 2022. It was supposed to be delivered the next day but it wasn't delivered the entire week and customer care kept on saying "Back-end team is looking at my issue and is in contact with the store team". They were neither cancelling my product no delivering it. So I reached Reliance digital Shop in Lalpur, Ranchi where I sat down 1.5 hours to cancel the product. The day was 1st February 2022. The product got cancelled and i was said that i will get refund with 3-7 working days. But today 8 working days have passed and today is 11 February 2022 and still I haven't received my refund. When I call the customer care they say "Back-end team is looking at my issue and will respond ". Sir/Mam please look in the issue and please resolve it as soon as possible . I ordered it using ICICI Debit Card.

                                  I bought refrigerator of whirlpool from reliance digital which is in warranty, and getting issue in freezer now i get information that reliance digital is responsible for all services and repair and they are not able to got solve my problem from last one and half month and if it's take one more month than my warranty will be expire. I have done minimum 15 complaint in reliance digital rescue.

                                    Order was never delivered and was eventually cancelled by Reliance Digital citing technical reasons. I am yet to get a refund despite follow up with customer support, Reliance Digital CEO, Customer Support Head, and Twitter.

                                    I am placed on indefinite wait without confirming the date by when I will expect the money to be refunded.

                                    I demand Reliance Digital to to refund the money at the earliest.
