Not get my refund yet

I made payment in reliance digital Jamnagar reliance digital crystal mall store for purchasing a product. They received money but somehow were not able to complete process of generating bill. After 4-5 days they received my payment then i said give my product but they said we will give you your refund so i said give my refund but they are not giving my refund yet i have done payment on 2nd November 2021 i still not get my payment .

    Order RDXF[protected] has been cancelled on 23rd Nov, but refund is not given I paid full amount on 2nd November when I ordered 2 water heater, I cancelled my order because it was not delivered until I cancel it on 23rd Nov. Several followup, no resolution

      7 days back, I made payment in reliance digital Kurukshetra store for purchasing a product. They received money but somehow were not able to complete process of generating bill. I was assured that money would be refunded back in few hours. Next day, I was told it would be back in 3 days. Now, its more than 7 days and money is still not refunded.

      I have provided all details to them - UPI app details, sms, bank statement showing deduction and no refund.

      I am doing daily calls/follow ups but they have even stopped picking phones. Now saying, it will take 15 days. It seems idea is that in a months or so, I will forget about the money. I am really fed up.

        It has been almost 2 months asking to refund my money back, but they are not responding.
        I have made a multiple follow up emails and phone call, they will be saying that they will refund but the end result is nothing from them.
        Please kindly resolve the issue immediately.

            Hi my self vijay im loging the complaint against reliance digital i brought the laptop in reliance on date: 14/09/21 time 13:01 they gave me the defect product for my office purpose i brought the laptop but due to personal problem i didn't use laptop, after some days i start to use it but i was facing problem's like hang slow performance and harddisk etc so i went to reliance digital and expaliend about the problem but there was no respond i went to service center even there was no proper respond i asked for replace the laptop but they were telling like with in 14 day's only there wil be product replacement but when i purchased sale's person didnt info about this to me so again i came to reliance digital and gave the laptop to them to fix it i didnt ask for replace the product also on 10/11/21 ; after 20 day's i had got the laptop but again im facing same issue there is the problem with this laptop so im reqesting to replace the new laptop

                Hi,
                I have purchased a Hisense 43 inch UHD android smart TV from reliance digital on 17 Jan 21 of Rs 29000/- and it got defetive in Nov 21. With the lots of efforts service engineer visited to my place and checked the TV. He told that he will submit his report to company and someone will contact regarding repairing. Next day when I approched them, I was told that TV got defective due to physical damage and does not come under waranty. The repair cost was told to me is Rs 29000/- equal the cost of TV. However, there is no physical damage in TV. Photograph is attached for refererence. On impress upon by me, he told that he will speak to his higher rep and come back to me. However since last 3 days no one had spoken to me. I have written 2 emails also but was futile.
                I dont under stand why Hisense is not interveing to resolve the issue and give the benifit of doubt to the customer and repair.replaced my TV under waranty and take the defetive part for their R&D to understand the cause of defect. It is therefore requested that my case may be escalated at appropriate level to resolve on priority.

                          I am reaching you for the issue which happened last Saturday at Noida (Logix mall -Reliance digital store) related to transaction [protected] done by HDFC ATM debit card, ref attachment,

                          Since due to some issues and misinformation given by sales executive, we decided after discussion with the store manager and Nitin (TL) and Dhanesh (Sales Executive) that EMI transaction done on sat 19 Nov need to revert and void and the reliance store will raise a request to HDFC bank to void and revert all related financial charges including amount + interest + GST, etc.

                          I have been in touch with Nitin (TL) and Dhanesh chauhan from the same-store to follow up on the same, but I have no visiblity for action taken by store

                          But every day I am getting a text message from the HDFC bank which shows that still they have not voided the transaction and they might going to impose interest and other charges as well, I have already forwarded those text messages to Nitin (TL) and Dhanesh.

                          Kindly help here, since void transaction requests need to be raised from the store, kindly include me in the mail as well so that I could have a reference, Please provide any reference or void receipt which I can show to the bank that no purchase was made and these EMI transactions need to be VOID.

                          Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

                            I ordered a laptop on 17 nov 2021 and paid the money .i got message that it will be delivered on 22 November but it doesn't happen then they message that it it will be delivered on 24 nov but they don't deliver the order . And there is no update on website also they are saying to wait for 3 more days . But due to delay my work is stopped . please solve this issue fast. Allready 11 days late.

                              I had buyed my samsung air conditioner 5 star in reliance digital in vengikkal, thiruvannamalai tamilnadu . The sales man told that rs.2000 cash back after 3 months on from purchase date still i did not received my cash back .The company simply blaming the customer in the name of cash back please consider my request and make the payment of my cash back as soon as possible .

                                As I have previously complained regarding the washing machine return. Reliance digital has cancelled the machine on Sunday 21 November 2021. But the Samsung wooble washing machine is still be not taken by the store. It is still in our house I request you to please take back the machine and provide us with the cancellation documents. It has been stressful for us, because we are not getting speedy disposal of our grievances.

                                  I am customer of Reliance Resq 546989 which is covering for Reconnect washing machine which was purchased in March 2018 from reliance digital showroom, Jamnagar Gujarat.

                                  Recently I have issue with washing machine where spin (pulsator) was not working properly, however drum and motor is working fine.

                                  Hence I logged service request thru customer care on 16th November Resq service I'd [protected]. Service engineer (Ramzan) from J V enterprises visited on 18th Nov after verification washing machine confirmed that pulsator is not working, he mentioned part to be replaced.

                                  On 20th Nov service engineer (Vijay) from J V enterprise confirmed requested spare part was received and will be installed. After opening the pulsator from washing machine he mentioned that spare part damage will be chargeable to customer being physical damage of plastic part (outer line), spare part price INR 1, 275/-. Refer attached pulsator photo where the plastic damage is happend is nothing to do with the functionality of washingmachine but the center part was worn out which is metallic part.

                                  Service engineer also mentioned if they replace the pulsator it will be charge back to them by reliance as plastic part damage won't cover.

                                  Refer attched photo of pulsator where the center gear tooth was worn out and video of pulsator connecting rod with gear tooth.

                                  I discussed Resq customer care and they mentioned to visit reliance digital showroom in jamnagar, I have taken damage pulsator part and explained to Resq helpdesk personnel (ketan) and his manager, they have acknowledged my query and discussed withe service provider. After discussing also the conclusion was it is physical damange Hence won't cover under policy.

                                  I believe physical damage and ware & tear is different, because the center part was worn out which is metallic part of pulsator. I don't agree with the physical damage term. Also refer attached Resq contract where it is been mentioned that contract doesn't cover washing stand, water inlet pipe, plastic pipe and body cabinet.

                                  But actual damange part was metallic part in pulsator.

                                  I need solution at the earliest and replace of pulsator as part of contract at free of cost.
