I am customer of Reliance Resq 546989 which is covering for Reconnect washing machine which was purchased in March 2018 from reliance digital showroom, Jamnagar Gujarat.
Recently I have issue with washing machine where spin (pulsator) was not working properly, however drum and motor is working fine.
Hence I logged service request thru customer care on 16th November Resq service I'd [protected]. Service engineer (Ramzan) from J V enterprises visited on 18th Nov after verification washing machine confirmed that pulsator is not working, he mentioned part to be replaced.
On 20th Nov service engineer (Vijay) from J V enterprise confirmed requested spare part was received and will be installed. After opening the pulsator from washing machine he mentioned that spare part damage will be chargeable to customer being physical damage of plastic part (outer line), spare part price INR 1, 275/-. Refer attached pulsator photo where the plastic damage is happend is nothing to do with the functionality of washingmachine but the center part was worn out which is metallic part.
Service engineer also mentioned if they replace the pulsator it will be charge back to them by reliance as plastic part damage won't cover.

I discussed Resq customer care and they mentioned to visit reliance digital showroom in jamnagar, I have taken damage pulsator part and explained to Resq helpdesk personnel (ketan) and his manager, they have acknowledged my query and discussed withe service provider. After discussing also the conclusion was it is physical damange Hence won't cover under policy.
I believe physical damage and ware & tear is different, because the center part was worn out which is metallic part of pulsator. I don't agree with the physical damage term. Also refer attached Resq contract where it is been mentioned that contract doesn't cover washing stand, water inlet pipe, plastic pipe and body cabinet.
But actual damange part was metallic part in pulsator.
I need solution at the earliest and replace of pulsator as part of contract at free of cost.
Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
