I am customer of Reliance Resq 546989 which is covering for Reconnect washing machine which was purchased in March 2018 from reliance digital showroom, Jamnagar Gujarat.

Recently I have issue with washing machine where spin (pulsator) was not working properly, however drum and motor is working fine.

Hence I logged service request thru customer care on 16th November Resq service I'd [protected]. Service engineer (Ramzan) from J V enterprises visited on 18th Nov after verification washing machine confirmed that pulsator is not working, he mentioned part to be replaced.

On 20th Nov service engineer (Vijay) from J V enterprise confirmed requested spare part was received and will be installed. After opening the pulsator from washing machine he mentioned that spare part damage will be chargeable to customer being physical damage of plastic part (outer line), spare part price INR 1, 275/-. Refer attached pulsator photo where the plastic damage is happend is nothing to do with the functionality of washingmachine but the center part was worn out which is metallic part.

Service engineer also mentioned if they replace the pulsator it will be charge back to them by reliance as plastic part damage won't cover.

I discussed Resq customer care and they mentioned to visit reliance digital showroom in jamnagar, I have taken damage pulsator part and explained to Resq helpdesk personnel (ketan) and his manager, they have acknowledged my query and discussed withe service provider. After discussing also the conclusion was it is physical damange Hence won't cover under policy.

I believe physical damage and ware & tear is different, because the center part was worn out which is metallic part of pulsator. I don't agree with the physical damage term. Also refer attached Resq contract where it is been mentioned that contract doesn't cover washing stand, water inlet pipe, plastic pipe and body cabinet.

But actual damange part was metallic part in pulsator.

I need solution at the earliest and replace of pulsator as part of contract at free of cost.

    I have ordered bosch washing machine model name waj2846sin eco silence drive at tirunelveli reliance on 14 11 2021. But i have received waj2846sin vario inverter model. So i visited the showroom and make a query in this regard
    but the manager reply to me jn a rude manner. So i am very much disappointed . So pl return our money get back the piece.

      I have ordered one washing machine on[protected]. But becuase of Reliance digital's technical issue two same products were placed at the same time. My money was debited for both the products. Order no. RDF21807859 has delivered to me. Please cancel one product (order no.- RDF[protected] immediately and please give my money back. I called many times to yout customer care. But no any good response from your side.

      This is very bad performance from Reliance Digital. I expect very good service from your company but you are loosing customer belief.

      This issue is not resolved from Reliance digital side. Any transport person is not called me till today for delivery.

      Why it is required to transport the product you can directly cancel the order ?( one product is already delivered to me)

      This is wasting my time and money.

        Message from JM-RERESQCC

        On my mobile receiving messages from almost last 2 years, saying contact this person for service. not sure of this hence writing here, is it by mistake or intentionally, someone taking undo advantage of showing call attended or so.

        Any way herewith asking Reliance to take corrective action and stop this. Average 4-5 messages, daily receiving. Today almost 20 messages received.

        For ex. today before 10 mins received a message, CRMSO:[protected], asking to contact someone someone at Erandwane, Pune, Maharastrra (Not putting complete address and full details from overall perspective)

          I hav ordered LED KODADK 32' TV on 13 November 2021, the product was delivered next day and reliance technician came and opened the product but that is completely damaged on same day he has taken photos and said I will raise the complainant on this and you will get the replacement product.
          Today is 21st November 2021 I did not get my product .
          And I called to customer care number [protected] and l clearly said I am going cancel my product why because customer care person said I need wait for another 1 week .
          Please help me on this. If today or tomorrow I will not receive my product I will going to cancel my product.
          One thing I will clear you if the product is republished then I will go the consumer court.
          If I order product through online it will recieve next day only why because reliance know they are sending the dameged product to customer ofter that reliance will republished old product and it will be delivered to customer.

            I ordered 2 water heater and paid online with RIL digital online, delivery date given as 8th Nov, but not delivered, complaint raised. RIL raised return and replacement order and given me new delivery date as 17 th November, but again failed to deliver my items, every time when I send mail to customer care and ceo, I got only mail says sorry for the inconvenience, but not yet delivered.

            I ordered on 2nd Nov and paid in full online, until now no update on delivery, delivery date mention as 7th Nov, but not delivered, again given 17 th as delivery date but not delivered, order Id RDF21156938 and, RDXF[protected] and DR01358182, Escalated several times upto BM.Bade, but no resolution

              मैंने दिनांक[protected] को Relince Digital, राजा बाज़ार, पटना से Aquagard Blaze ख़रीदा था ।[protected] को Diliver किया और उसी दिन installation करते समय product ख़राब निकल गया जिसके लिए मैंने शिकायत की तो मुझे कहा गया, आपका प्रोडक्ट बदल दिया जाएगा अभी इसको वही रहने दीजिए । आज दिनांक[protected] हो गया है और अभी तक कोई सुनने वाला नहीं है ।
              आपसे विनती है मेरा पैसा वापस कर दिया जाए या फिर मेरा Aquagard Blaze बदल दिया जाए । अन्यथा मुझे कोई और कदम उठाने पर मजबूर ना करे 🙏🏻

                We purchased TV in reliance digital which was delivered next day but for installation we had to call multiple times the showroom and customer care, only after a week it got installed .
                They fixed the TV not in proper manner, they have drilled the hole not in correct line but up and down, so the TV is placed not in correct shape it is tilted.
                We purchased TV for our anniversary, but installation itself did not take place as mentioned time and when it is performed they are not doing in correctly.
                Our happiness in purchasing the TV has been lost due to these issues, no commitment is kept .

                I would like to know if you are not able to keep the commitment to the date why it is provided to customers .
                No update is done to customers if there is any delay, customers should always communicate them ??? is this how customer service is maintained ??? And what can you provide for the loss of happiness we had on purchasing the product as it was not delivered and installed in correct time . We ordered for celebration of our anniversary, but the whole point of it has been lost, thanks to you guys .
                This was my first purchase and a very bad experience

                  Had booked home applicances like tv., refreigerator and washing machine from reliance digital, shoba city mall, trichur, kerala, vide invoice no. [protected] & [protected] dt, 10.11.2021 ( tech expert id 60383311 &[protected] and paid a down payment amount of rs. 17306.00 (balance amount arranged from bajaj finance ) vide cheque no. 000015 of kotak bank of trichur city. The above instrument deposited by your accounts and finance dept. Realised on 15th nov. 2021 (as per the message received on my mobile). Even though your above shop refuseed to deliver the white goods stating that the same has not been cleared and the delivery will be effected only next tuesday i.E. 23.11.2021.. Under the circumstances, if you fail to deliver the goods tomorrow i.E. 18th november, 2021, can i go for a refund for claiming the loss through consumer court ?

                    Visit the store but staffs are not professional and their no knowledge that how to behave with a customer

                      I've placed order for an iPad yesterday morning and then I cancelled it after 2-3 minutes since I read a lot of negative about reliance digital online
                      It's been more than 24 hrs and till now I've not received any refund
                      I want my money back as soon as possible
                      It was a very amount
                      I don't want to be kept waited

                          I had placed an order#RDF21621704 on reliancedigital.in for a washing machine and it was due to be delivered on 08-Nov-21.
                          It is 3 days past the due date and as I write this it still remains undelivered.

                          Their site is the worst when it comes to tracking orders.
                          The tracking details are never updated unless you call them thrice a day and even then it's quite contrary to their name - unreliable.

                          I have called them everyday to follow up on the progress of my order.
                          They registered a complaint with ref. no. as DR01355228 and then they clearly forgot about it as it still remains unresolved.

                          Few days after I received a call from a person from Reliance, he just asked for the delivery location, upon hearing the location from me he just straight away hung up on me, didn't even let me finish my sentence where I was trying to help him with direction.

                          Assuming he knew exactly where he needs to deliver and didn't need any help with direction I waited for a few hours, but again no update.

                          I called him back few hours later just to know approximately when he would come to deliver, he then turned out to be the most rude and unprofessional delivery person, advising me to call the store instead as he would not be coming and hung up again.

                          Meanwhile I received a call from a person who was from the delivery resolution team, who just checked if the product was delivered and then quickly hung up.

                          I called the customer service again, as unhelpful as always they made yet another false commitment that the product will be delivered the same day by 9pm. Upon telling them about the unprofessional behavior all they had to say is a mere 'sorry'.

                          I waited until 9pm, again no call/update for delivery.
                          I called the person from delivery resolution team but he said he can't do anything as it is not in his hands to deliver the product and then hangs up.

                          I called the customer service again today, they advised me the same old thing that it will be delivered today and created another complaint and then hung up on me. However nobody contacted me so far.

                          I'm highly dissatisfied with the way Reliance Digital is handling my case and how they conduct their business with questionable practices, zero ethics and transparency, poor customer service and no consideration for their customer's valuable time.

                            I had purchased a hp laptop and laptop bag on 20 Oct 21. Laptop bag was delivered on 23 Oct 21 and hp laptop on 26 Oct 21. Laptop was ok but laptop bag which I got is damaged, torned from strips and very dirty. I made a return request on same day I.e 23 Oct 21 and e mailed everything.same day return request and replacement created from there end also. My order ID is RDF20446851. Replacement date they had provided was 26 Oct 21. But till date 12 Nov 21 no progress. I made complaint many times but everytime they were telling give us 24 hour but no progress even after their said period. My complaint number is DR01323311 dated 27 Oct 21. On which they are telling daily that they are working on this complaint. I am very frustrated and depressed. Please help me out of this. I will never buy any product from reliance digital from now onwards. I am sharing today's screenshot also so that u got a proof out of this. My name is Girish chandra.

                                On 14/09/2020 i bought a new phone from reliance digital Muzaffarpur.At the time of payment your people did the payment twice (invoice is attached below), amount of 23999 deducted twice from my account.Then your staff told me that one of your payment will get refunded in 7 to 10 days .Now it is going to be around 1 year when i checked my bank statement, there is no reflection of that refund.
                                So when i tried to contact reliance digital Muzaffarpur, I visited there and explained the entire fraud done by them .They came to agree that they will take action and now again its been another month i didn't recieved that amount.
                                There is a staff of yours Mr. Alok (Mob- [protected]), this man is so irresponsible, so unprofessional .From last few months he tried to manipulate me and family, never recieves any of my calls, no response to my messages.I felt so much of inconvenience and this is my worst experience and iam going to share this on a big level so people can be aware of Reliance digital.
                                From last 1 month Mr. Alok is continuously telling me that we had done the transaction but the amount is yet not reflected in my account.Now he is not giving response to any of my calls and messages.Resolve this problem on a serious note or else atlast i have to go to consumer forum.

                                  I had purchased washing machine from reliance digital store on 02/11/2021.
                                  My contact no is [protected].
                                  Washing machine is still not deliver by reliance digital kota as they promised to deliver my product within 7 days but now its 11/11/2021 i had called customer care, reliance store also but no solution is provided and no body taking care of that deliver.
                                  I am very disappointed with this delivery service given by reliance digital.

                                      I purchased by using hdfc credit card it mentions that it may take 4 working days convert to emi but still now after 5 working days it's not converted to EMI. Plz it's my request all customer plz do not purchase any thing from reliance digital plz it's my humble request.

                                      I want reliance digital to take action. Other wise I will fill a case against reliance digital remember.

                                        How pathetic is the situation I just want to know reliance is loosing brand name due to these issues. Shivam road store manager is in cable to be as a manager. He has just switched off the mobile and sat at home. Then y the ### they have sold the products when they are unable to deliver nor address the concerns of the CUSTOMER. Oh god person who has sold the products will switch off there mobiles and will not be available. These people are irritating CUSTOMERs. I just want to visit the store and smash everything over there so that they can realise how CUSTOMERs are important for a business.
