    We purchased (SAMSUNG Galaxy TAB A) for my wife (Alka Sharma) on 20 Sep 2020, on that day Reliance Digital give insist me to buy mobile repair contract with Rs. 1109/- price, we buy this contract and pay them.

    Unfortunately on 30 July 2021 our TAB screen was cracked, than we go to Reliance Digital Moradabad store and told the matter, there's people said that ( aaj service man on holiday kal aana or parsoon aana, kabhi unki tabiyat theek nahin or kabhi or koi bahana) with this behavior 20- 25 days gone, than we shouted to the person than he said that (ye complaint yahan se nahi hogi apko online kerna hoga or jo detail online wale batayen wo daal dena), than we do the same. Also again he charged 999/-. we also paid this amount.

    after some time mail come that your claim is declined, you should be inform in 7 days... we shocked after listen this... because (main toh 1 month se communicate ker raha hoon)...

    Now reliance digital and his online complaint team not listening...

    हमने 20 सितंबर 2020 को अपनी पत्नी (अलका शर्मा) के लिए (सैमसंग गैलेक्सी टैब ए) खरीदा, उस दिन रिलायंस डिजिटल ने मुझे रुपये के साथ मोबाइल मरम्मत अनुबंध खरीदने का आग्रह किया। ११०९/- मूल्य, हम इस अनुबंध को खरीदते हैं और उन्हें भुगतान करते हैं।

    दुर्भाग्य से ३० जुलाई २०२१ को हमारी टैब स्क्रीन टूट गई थी, जब हमने रिलायंस डिजिटल मुरादाबाद स्टोर में जाकर मामला बताया, वहाँ लोगों ने कहा कि (आज सर्विस मैन हॉलिडे पर कल आना या परसून आना, कभी उनकी तबियत ठीक नहीं या कभी या कोई बहना) ) इस व्यवहार के साथ २०-२५ दिन बीत गए, जब तक कि हम उस व्यक्ति से चिल्लाए नहीं कि (तु शिकायत यहाँ से नहीं होगी आपको ऑनलाइन करना होगा या जो विवरण ऑनलाइन वाले बतायें वो दाल देना), तो हम वही करते हैं। साथ ही उन्होंने फिर से 999/- का शुल्क लिया। हमने भी इस राशि का भुगतान किया।

    कुछ समय बाद मेल आता है कि आपका दावा खारिज कर दिया गया है, आपको 7 दिनों में सूचित किया जाना चाहिए ... यह सुनकर हम चौंक गए ... क्योंकि मैं तो 1 महीने से कम्युनिकेशन केर रहा हूं।

    Please help us... we donot feel that Mr. Mukesh Ambani Team done such type of fraud from us.

      Dear Team,

      I have purchased HP Laptop 15s-fq2535TU from Relience Digital online store on 29th June 2021 and it was delivered to me on 3rd July 2022 (Order ID- #RDF[protected].

      PFA for invoice and the email Trace for DOA certificate

      I have received a defect product which had given me issue from the Day 1 it self. I have contacted Reliance Digital for the same but I was suggested to contact HP.

      The investigation was going on for more than a month and all kind of resolution has tried to provide but apparently the issue didn't resolve .

      Finally it was sent HP Service Center and product has been declared as DOA (Defect on arrival)

      Requesting you to immediately take action and arrange return of the product for me ASAP. I am completely against of Replacement option because I don't want to suffer again. I need the order to be returned and refund the complete paid amount along with some additional benefits.

          It has been 4months yet the reliance repair service agent is saying that the repair is going on. When Called they give a date and say that your Ace will be done on that date and be installed this has been many time since 4month yet not installed, please help

              I purchased a HP laptop on 16 August for which there is an offer of a laptop bag at Rs1. I received the coupon code from your team on 30 August and placed the order using that coupon code.

              Order has been cancelled by your team without intimation on 4 September and the next day returned the amount of Rs 1 to my account. I was tracking the shipment from the day I ordered the freebie and it was showing to be delivery on 4th September and on 4th September it got canceled without any reason.

              I contacted the Customer care, CShead about the incident and as expected there is no satisfactory response from them.

              Customer Support responded that they will not provide the bag as the order got cancelled due to technical issue and the provided coupon code is valid only once. He told that they will not provide new coupon code neither carry case that was promised while purchasing the laptop on offer.

              If you are unable to give the laptop bag @1, why it is displayed on the product page while ordering the product. Why you have sent the coupon code.

              Unfortunately this offer is still displayed on the product page of website and app.

              Could you please deliver the laptop carry case which was promised as an offer while purchasing the laptop or provide a new coupon code to order again which will not be cancelled by your team or by Technical issue.

                  I have to try to order the buds z (September 02, 2021)while order I choose up method for payment.
                  And I have paid the amount through UPI but it's showing payment unsuccessful.
                  so I have contacted customer care they said it refund in 48 hours.
                  But I do know what they will do, kindly help to refund the amount from reliance digital.

                    I have purchased a Havells plush steam iron on 13 th August from Reliance digital store and they have sold a defective piece and when I have complaint them about it they have told to contact the customer care and when I have complaint to Havells customer care they have sent their executive but after taking iron two times also it was of no use and the iron wasn't repaired so plz don't buy product with them as they are selling cheap and damaged products

                        We have bought a Havells water purifier from Reliance Digital, Sarjapur Road and unfortunately Relaince Digital people came for installation instead of Havells people(Don't know why Havells din't come for installation).They installed a poor quality pre filter ( paid amount for this) and this was broken twice.They came and told us they will install another one and they din't come up for 10 days.Worst service From Relaince Digital.Don't buy any product from them.Its a kind request for every one.

                                I purchased a Laptop from JAMSHEDPUR retail shop on 20.08.2021. Which model is HP 14S dq2535TU. My budget was around 50000 plus two thousand. I visited your shop to buy model HP model 1110. When I asked about latter model, sales man said this model is not there. But he showed former model. I asked him price and he said it 57799/-. I asked him any discount because i.e. freedom offer or else. That was disclosed only around billing moment. I asked him to give mouse and adjust with offer and one macafee antivirus too. But instantly he changed the topics and start convincing to buy policy assurance for one more year and constantly canvassing to do so and later join showroom manager too for same task. Immediately I clarified with my kins and friends not to take assurance. This total exercise for assurance policy around 15 minutes at last I denied that offer. My brain totally mesh up.
                                Afterward RS 1500 offer was adjusted with two my requisitioned articles and one mobile body guard which was no way in my indent. Because my interest to buy a laptop at optimal price including mouse and anti virus.

                                Now why Iodge this complain. Because knowingly or unknowingly body guard pushed my indent. Already I was sufficiently puzzled and my brain at that point of time no analyse what the article they intensonally pushing.
                                I asked salesman even manager to return that optional article. But noway any favour from him.

                                In above episode, my statement when one customer approach salesman to buy laptop his responsibility to deal what customer looking for, not selling assurance policy.
                                Secondly, case of mispresentation entirely dealing nowhere mentioned body guard of mobile but lastly included without our sufficient approval.
                                If that RS. 600 had I saved I could use to buy some reference book for my son who is in STD XI.
                                In fact salesman motive to maximize money tapping from customer court.
                                At last I want to return Mobil body guard. I hope this information when go to your perusal obviously will be executed.
                                With positive response is solicited in fast track.

                                  After several complaints and calling your reliance digital's helpline no. I finally decided to email you my complaint against the order which was placed on the 11th of August 2021 and till date it's not been delivered to my residence.

                                  Will explain you the full thing in detail:

                                  1. On 11th August 2021 - Order placed Online thru your online shopping portal.

                                  2. On 12th August 2021 - Courier / Delivery Boys got the order to my residence address but with a wrong contact number printed on the Delivery Challan for which the OTP for delivery was going to the other person's number and somehow when I called the other MOBILE number he refused to give the OTP no. but on my second call to the other no. the man on the other side asked me to pay him Rs. 2, 000/- for the OTP. On which 1 of the courier boys called up his senior in the warehouse and he advised them to take the delivery back and he spoke with me too and told me that he will send a fresh piece next day and for which I took his word and allowed the Washing Machine to be taken back.

                                  3. On 12th August 2021 - After they left I called the Reliance Helpline and I complained about the wrong number on the delivery challan for which the guy who was attending the call rechecked the delivery number and said that it was wrong and could be a computer generated mistake. He told me that the complaint has been logged and within 48 to 72 hours will be resolved and someone from the team will call in 1 hour. I waited the whole day and no call came to me for the same.

                                  4. On 13th August 2021 - I still waited and recalled the customer care number and explained a lady the full complaint again she kept me on hold and the call dropped. I recalled again someone else received my call. Then I repeated the story again. Again the call dropped. This happened nearly 3 to 4 times. Finally the call got completed where again I was told that after 48 to 72 hours the complaint will be solved.

                                  5. On 14th August 2021 - I got an email on the same email id that my order has been delivered; which actually was not delivered to my residence address. I called up the Helpline no. once again for which I was told that there's no prior complaint logged in the system and this is the 1st complaint he will be registering. By this time I had already lost my cool as this is a VERY VERY IRRESPONSIBLE thing from your end. The guy on the other side told me he will again take 72 hours to resolve this matter and someone from the team will get back to me regarding the same in 1 hour. No call again.

                                  6. ON 15th August 2021 - Independence Day - I waited for the call till late afternoon. Then I called the helpline again. Once again I had to explain my whole story to the lady on the other side I guess her name was MAHEK. She promised me that this issue will be done on priority basis. And the complaint is under priority and someone from the team will call in 1 hour. I did receive a call after 2 hours but still I got the same reply 48 to 72 hours. On which I asked the gentleman across to recount the hours that had already passed off and still he wanted 72 hours more. For which he told me this case is on TOP PRIORITY and will get resolved soon.

                                  7. ON 16th August 2021 - The status on my reliance app still showed the washing machine is delivered. I once again called up the helpline to get it corrected but to that also I was told with the next 48 to 72 hours the matter will be fully resolved.

                                  8. ON 17th August 2021 - Again called up regarding the status on the app. Same answer. And No response from your end.

                                  9. On 18th August 2021 - Once again called the helpline now the guy from the other end told me that this will be considered as a fresh complaint from today on which I really lost my cool.

                                  Today we stand on 24th of August 2021 and MR. Janviprasad has no clue what to answer me whether my order will be delivered or not. Or my order has been shipped to someone else on which I told him I'm gonna take this up in the consumer court for which I have already spoken with my solicitor. He again told me the same we will get back to you as soon as possible but when, that he has no clue.

                                  Is this a joke??? This is so unprofessional!!! highly disappointed with their services.

                                  I humbly request you to cancel my order and refund my amount at the earliest as I am not interested in dealing with reliance digital anymore. I will be lodging a police complaint for fraud too in this case if no action is taken from your end.

                                  The same letter has been sent to Mr. Anil Ambani, Mr. B.M. Bade (CEO)
                                  and the Head of Customer Service.

                                    I have purchased Eureka Forbes Under sink RO on 24th July 2021 and the billing and delivery was on 25th July. Invoice no. D06V[protected]
                                    Very next day i have got the installation done from reliance technician and we were asked to not to drink unless the tanks drains 2-4 times where as i had done the same for 6-7 times.
                                    After doing so i had tried drinking a glass of water it was full of mud and black particle and pressure after filling the glass was reduced a lot.
                                    Then i have lodged the complaint on 30th July Service ID [protected] and he has visited and checked the same. He did something and said the same is ok and he went back.
                                    Once he left we again drained the water and tried using it and water came milky it was like milk was added. I had again made complaint on 31st July for dirty water and very less pressure of water in the tap since then i am struggling and its been 24 days as even after techinican visiting the problem remain same.
                                    I need the replacement as it is faulty and i dont part replacement sicne i cant take risk wit water as water is not pure and even the pressure tank is faulty.

                                      I bought this ac on 16 august 2021 in Kurukshetra. It was installed on 19 august 2021. After installation it was not cooling even on powerchill. I contacted reliance . They send reliance technicians thrice but still there was not suitable response.
                                      Now the company is forcing us to accept the product with scratches and without cooling
                                      Manager and company officials are not cooperative .
