    Sir, I have purchased three unit reconnect AC 1.5 tonns in the month of March 2021, two ACs were installed one AC is not working not materialized, Mechanic told gas is not there in the unit so we could not made run the AC. After fitted in the wall, unit was not working again the unit was removed from the wall and packed. Immediately I informed the position to Thiru .Thanga Pandiyan working in reliance shop Chidambaram, Cuddalore district where all three ACs purchased. Second time he was sent two AC mechanic to my home they also again fitted the unit in the wall and they told gas problem. Again i informed to replace new unit no body taking step to new one AC, they told to me to repair the unit, i dont want to repair the new materials to install in my home . This gives me mental agony for the past five months. I need new one or repay the money with interest

      We bought a whirlpool washing machine at reliance digital store, tadepalli branch, 522501, dated 08/09/2021. The staff stated that we would receive the product within one day. But its been 10 days and we haven't received the product yet. The staff has not even informed anything about the delay. On contacting continuously, they told us that product which is in stock was damaged and it may take some more time for us to receive it.

        This is to bring to your notice the faulty products sold by Reliance Digital, their condition, and horrible experience with branch customer support.

        Vendor: Reliance Digital - T Dasarahalli [Bangalore, Karnataka]

        Description:
        The Reliance Digital upsold the Sansui TV [SANSUI 50 UHD SMART LED TV JSW50ASUHD] with a mega offer on the independence day by making an argument of getting bigger TV for a lesser amount and even had all the third party finance as a trap. There was no real product display and all things were upsold in comparison to other brands and pricing. Finally, all in all, the product delivered was faulty and nowhere near the Sansui Brand standards. The problem started the day after the product was installed where the TV automatically switched off at least 3 times and needs to be turned on manually. After contacting the vendor regarding this issue a technician was sent over within the 7 day period [Return Window] who reset the TV or software and nothing else was done by the vendor apart from this action. The technician was sent only because the vendor did not agree in the first place for a return/replacement of the product at this point in time. After few days the same issue is re-occurring and when reached out the vendor is trying to use the Return Window as an exploit or a defense which is 7 days and instructed that they would repair it and never replace it. This probably might cost me money or end up with a repaired/sub-standard product which is not at all a horrible aspect as a consumer. Moreover, since there is a third-party finance aspect involved in this case the vendor has an unfair hand in this situation.
        This is completely unacceptable for a consumer, provided that there was no damage done or the product is not tampered with and a horrible experience due to such mismanagement, unprofessionalism, and lack of knowledge from vendors dealing with such a reputed brand.

          Purchased product from Reliance digital india, received defective/damaged product. Replacement will take 24 to 48hrs, also no feedback from help desk staff, they are not able to share delivery details. Behaviour of help desk staff is very arrogant.

              We have purchased samsung air conditioner from reliance digital, central square mall, Vadodara on 10.01.21 with other electronics items. After installation it is running for 2 days only, we have made complain in Reliance digital for that and they are Not able to resolve our problem, they have suggest us for change the pipe line because of gas likage, we have also change pipe line by own expense but Same problem in air Conditioner persist. After 5 months follow up they are ready for Replacement Of air conditioner on 30.06.21 but still it is not replaced. After that we have visited showroom they reply still your approval not done so we are waiting for Your approval. Since last 8 month We have made so many complains At reliance Degital showroom, Vadodara and also by mail continues to Samsung and reliance digital but still my problem not resolved. (SAMSUNG support team reply us that you Have purchase air conditioner from reliance digital so They will provide service to you) Sir i need refund for all products which i was purchased from Reliance degital because No service, no responsibility and no response. Very poor and unsatisfactory services provided by reliance degital.

                I wanted to buy a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2. I visited Relience store on 26th July 2021 and got to know about an offer of getting 2500 cashback on it's purchase. I tried buying it from there but was unable to do so due to some payment issues. They told me that there is some issue with their payment gateway. They told me that I can order from their website and place a pick at store order from there and I'll get the watch with that cashback offer. They placed the order for me on EMI using my credit card. Now they told me to wait as now they were facing some issues in creating my bill. I waited for at least 2 hours in there showroom. After all this they told me that now I won't get any cashback as samsung has cancelled that offer one day ago. So after tirelessly waiting and spending half of my day and charging me ₹17500 they told me that I won't be getting any cashback of ₹2500. They told me I have two options. Either I can buy the watch at ₹17500 or I can return the product and get the refund in my account(they assured me that I'll get it back in my account). So I chose the return option. Since then it has been 1.5 months and still I've not got my refund. The bank has started charging me the EMI for something that I don't even have. Since then I've called the customer care multiple times. They always told me to wait for 7 working days. I waited and still got nothing. Now they keep on telling me that I have to wait for 72 hours and I still haven't got anything. One time their executive told me that I will get refund in the form of store credit. Now why would I take that? I bought it because I was getting an offer which your salesman after charging me the amount refused to give it to me. He should have told me before charging me that I won't get any offer. Now after returning the product he assured me that I'll get the refund back in my account. But one of your customer executive told me that I will get it in the form of store credit.

                      We purchased (SAMSUNG Galaxy TAB A) for my wife (Alka Sharma) on 20 Sep 2020, on that day Reliance Digital give insist me to buy mobile repair contract with Rs. 1109/- price, we buy this contract and pay them.

                      Unfortunately on 30 July 2021 our TAB screen was cracked, than we go to Reliance Digital Moradabad store and told the matter, there's people said that ( aaj service man on holiday kal aana or parsoon aana, kabhi unki tabiyat theek nahin or kabhi or koi bahana) with this behavior 20- 25 days gone, than we shouted to the person than he said that (ye complaint yahan se nahi hogi apko online kerna hoga or jo detail online wale batayen wo daal dena), than we do the same. Also again he charged 999/-. we also paid this amount.

                      after some time mail come that your claim is declined, you should be inform in 7 days... we shocked after listen this... because (main toh 1 month se communicate ker raha hoon)...

                      Now reliance digital and his online complaint team not listening...

                      हमने 20 सितंबर 2020 को अपनी पत्नी (अलका शर्मा) के लिए (सैमसंग गैलेक्सी टैब ए) खरीदा, उस दिन रिलायंस डिजिटल ने मुझे रुपये के साथ मोबाइल मरम्मत अनुबंध खरीदने का आग्रह किया। ११०९/- मूल्य, हम इस अनुबंध को खरीदते हैं और उन्हें भुगतान करते हैं।

                      दुर्भाग्य से ३० जुलाई २०२१ को हमारी टैब स्क्रीन टूट गई थी, जब हमने रिलायंस डिजिटल मुरादाबाद स्टोर में जाकर मामला बताया, वहाँ लोगों ने कहा कि (आज सर्विस मैन हॉलिडे पर कल आना या परसून आना, कभी उनकी तबियत ठीक नहीं या कभी या कोई बहना) ) इस व्यवहार के साथ २०-२५ दिन बीत गए, जब तक कि हम उस व्यक्ति से चिल्लाए नहीं कि (तु शिकायत यहाँ से नहीं होगी आपको ऑनलाइन करना होगा या जो विवरण ऑनलाइन वाले बतायें वो दाल देना), तो हम वही करते हैं। साथ ही उन्होंने फिर से 999/- का शुल्क लिया। हमने भी इस राशि का भुगतान किया।

                      कुछ समय बाद मेल आता है कि आपका दावा खारिज कर दिया गया है, आपको 7 दिनों में सूचित किया जाना चाहिए ... यह सुनकर हम चौंक गए ... क्योंकि मैं तो 1 महीने से कम्युनिकेशन केर रहा हूं।

                      Please help us... we donot feel that Mr. Mukesh Ambani Team done such type of fraud from us.

                        Dear Team,

                        I have purchased HP Laptop 15s-fq2535TU from Relience Digital online store on 29th June 2021 and it was delivered to me on 3rd July 2022 (Order ID- #RDF[protected].

                        PFA for invoice and the email Trace for DOA certificate

                        I have received a defect product which had given me issue from the Day 1 it self. I have contacted Reliance Digital for the same but I was suggested to contact HP.

                        The investigation was going on for more than a month and all kind of resolution has tried to provide but apparently the issue didn't resolve .

                        Finally it was sent HP Service Center and product has been declared as DOA (Defect on arrival)

                        Requesting you to immediately take action and arrange return of the product for me ASAP. I am completely against of Replacement option because I don't want to suffer again. I need the order to be returned and refund the complete paid amount along with some additional benefits.

                            It has been 4months yet the reliance repair service agent is saying that the repair is going on. When Called they give a date and say that your Ace will be done on that date and be installed this has been many time since 4month yet not installed, please help

                                I purchased a HP laptop on 16 August for which there is an offer of a laptop bag at Rs1. I received the coupon code from your team on 30 August and placed the order using that coupon code.

                                Order has been cancelled by your team without intimation on 4 September and the next day returned the amount of Rs 1 to my account. I was tracking the shipment from the day I ordered the freebie and it was showing to be delivery on 4th September and on 4th September it got canceled without any reason.

                                I contacted the Customer care, CShead about the incident and as expected there is no satisfactory response from them.

                                Customer Support responded that they will not provide the bag as the order got cancelled due to technical issue and the provided coupon code is valid only once. He told that they will not provide new coupon code neither carry case that was promised while purchasing the laptop on offer.

                                If you are unable to give the laptop bag @1, why it is displayed on the product page while ordering the product. Why you have sent the coupon code.

                                Unfortunately this offer is still displayed on the product page of website and app.

                                Could you please deliver the laptop carry case which was promised as an offer while purchasing the laptop or provide a new coupon code to order again which will not be cancelled by your team or by Technical issue.

                                    I have to try to order the buds z (September 02, 2021)while order I choose up method for payment.
                                    And I have paid the amount through UPI but it's showing payment unsuccessful.
                                    so I have contacted customer care they said it refund in 48 hours.

                                      I have purchased a Havells plush steam iron on 13 th August from Reliance digital store and they have sold a defective piece and when I have complaint them about it they have told to contact the customer care and when I have complaint to Havells customer care they have sent their executive but after taking iron two times also it was of no use and the iron wasn't repaired so plz don't buy product with them as they are selling cheap and damaged products
