Unsuccessful payment but the amount was deducted

My transaction showed Server Error when paying via net banking due to which payment is unsuccessful but the amount was deducted.

If the money was received at your end, could you complete the payment and place the order OR issue a refund and cancel the order? I would prefer the former since I still want the product I ordered for.

In this order, we paid a total amount of Rs 20748 for both Laptop - Rs 15499 and JBL Earbud Rs 5249.

While ordering, I used the HDFC offer of 10% instant discount. This instant discount applies to both product one for Laptop of approx Rs 15499 and another one for JBL earbud product of approx Rs 5249 and hence Total of Rs 20748.

FYI, My brother also did the same online order for the same laptop and used HDFC instant offer and paid after discount offer approx Rs 15499 (total online price Rs 16999) .

I received the laptop on time and for other products, we have not received the JBL Tune 215 TWS Wireless earbud. After 2-3 days, Someone from the reliance team called me and informed me that this product was returned as address incorrect. I am surprise how come one product got delivered to the same address and the other product returned not even in transit status while checking the track shipment status.
Suddenly we saw this order got cancelled by the reliance team itself and shown as returned.

Now i received a refund amount of only Rs 3749 instead of Rs 5249 discount amount or actual online price Rs 5499.

Now I understand the Reliance team intentionally cancelled my JBL earbud and took the laptop discount amount of Rs 1500 as well by deducting the actual price of laptop as Rs 16999 and refunded very less amount as Rs 3749.

Why did reliance take the laptop HDFC 10% discount ( which is approx Rs 1500 ) amount in this JBL ear bud ( cancelled by reliance team ) and refunded very less amount Rs 3, 749 only.

Actually I have to receive the refund of either Rs 5249 or the actual Rs 5499 for this cancelled JBL earbud.

This shows that reliance intentionally cancelled my product and took the discount amount of laptop as well in the total amount paid of Rs 20748. where is my laptop discount amount and why did reliance taken that in this cancelled product.

Please credit the remaining amount as soon as possible i.e Rs 1500 or Rs 1750 and explain to me why this kind of inconsistencies on refund amount. we are now lossing trust on reliance digital. Please resolve this refund issue and credit my balance amount asap.

      Purchased an AO Smith geyser from chandannagar branch of reliance digital on 3rd sept 2021.

      The geyser stopped working by 22nd sept while the actual usage was of around 7-8days hardly for 15mins per day. On raising complaint, Reliance digital sent one mechanic who after working for more than 2 hrs came to conclusion that the heater is a faulty one.

      On asking the store to replace the product, they denied. 6 days have passed since then and even the replacement of the faulty part is not done.
      Why I can't I get a new geyser when the heater is only a faulty one.

      Is this how customer support works?
      Is this how quality check is done ?
      Is this how sourcing/procurement works?
      Why no one from AO Smith is sent for issue investigation?

      As customer, its a feeling of being cheated.

        I purchased Fridge from Reliance Digital Store at Central Mall, Vadodara on 15th Aug-21 and delivered on 17th Aug-21.

        Immediate with in A week we found Water Leakage at Vegetable Drawer and abnormal sounds are coming from fridge at regular interval.

        We immediately complaint via Request No-[protected] dated 01st Sept-21.

        Your Engineer comes visited twice and we repeatedly saying that faulty piece was received to us and we want replacement of the same.

        There were multiple people around 10 call received repeatedly about problem but no body addressed the same.

        After repetitively follow from our side, Reliance digital team was forcing us for repair and modification.

        Samsung team also approaches to us but we also explained problem arises.

        Please note that we immediately informed with in 10-12 days. Your team took almost 2 months for the action and demand from our side.

        Now today when we again approached to your team, they raised hand by saying that since it is 2 months So you need to take up with Samsung only where delay was done reliance digital only.

        We feel that it was clearly cheating with end customer where your team is giving so much assurance during actual selling of goods.

        We demanded only that either we want our money back or we want replacement with correct goods. However we feel that your team as well as Samsung was in mood of cheating and leaving customer in half way without proper addressing to issue.

        We are making complaint to your online portal having hope for resolution.

        In case we feel that we will not get justice then your team will force us to go legally.

              I have purchased 1 tv, 2 AC, 1 fridge and 1 Mixi on 23/09/2021 from RG thrissur (Sobha city)
              All product received, Installed except Mixi.
              Mixi not yet received.

              I have purchased for more than 2 lakhs and expected all product delivery by 3 days.

                  The amount charged without any prior intimation(Not intimated at POS) has not returned even after 160days of escalation (Only over charged amount returned) The extended warranty documents not provided even though it is being mentioned in every communication. It seems no one is bothered to resolve the customer issues from the Sales or After sales team.

                    Calling customer care has always lead to 0 results.
                    Every day customer care's only response is backend team will call you back in 72 hours.
                    But I guess no backend team exists and I never get a call.

                        Sir, I have purchased three unit reconnect AC 1.5 tonns in the month of March 2021, two ACs were installed one AC is not working not materialized, Mechanic told gas is not there in the unit so we could not made run the AC. After fitted in the wall, unit was not working again the unit was removed from the wall and packed. Immediately I informed the position to Thiru .Thanga Pandiyan working in reliance shop Chidambaram, Cuddalore district where all three ACs purchased. Second time he was sent two AC mechanic to my home they also again fitted the unit in the wall and they told gas problem. Again i informed to replace new unit no body taking step to new one AC, they told to me to repair the unit, i dont want to repair the new materials to install in my home . This gives me mental agony for the past five months. I need new one or repay the money with interest

                          We bought a whirlpool washing machine at reliance digital store, tadepalli branch, 522501, dated 08/09/2021. The staff stated that we would receive the product within one day. But its been 10 days and we haven't received the product yet. The staff has not even informed anything about the delay. On contacting continuously, they told us that product which is in stock was damaged and it may take some more time for us to receive it.

                            This is to bring to your notice the faulty products sold by Reliance Digital, their condition, and horrible experience with branch customer support.

                            Vendor: Reliance Digital - T Dasarahalli [Bangalore, Karnataka]

                            Description:
                            The Reliance Digital upsold the Sansui TV [SANSUI 50 UHD SMART LED TV JSW50ASUHD] with a mega offer on the independence day by making an argument of getting bigger TV for a lesser amount and even had all the third party finance as a trap. There was no real product display and all things were upsold in comparison to other brands and pricing. Finally, all in all, the product delivered was faulty and nowhere near the Sansui Brand standards. The problem started the day after the product was installed where the TV automatically switched off at least 3 times and needs to be turned on manually. After contacting the vendor regarding this issue a technician was sent over within the 7 day period [Return Window] who reset the TV or software and nothing else was done by the vendor apart from this action. The technician was sent only because the vendor did not agree in the first place for a return/replacement of the product at this point in time. After few days the same issue is re-occurring and when reached out the vendor is trying to use the Return Window as an exploit or a defense which is 7 days and instructed that they would repair it and never replace it. This probably might cost me money or end up with a repaired/sub-standard product which is not at all a horrible aspect as a consumer. Moreover, since there is a third-party finance aspect involved in this case the vendor has an unfair hand in this situation.
                            This is completely unacceptable for a consumer, provided that there was no damage done or the product is not tampered with and a horrible experience due to such mismanagement, unprofessionalism, and lack of knowledge from vendors dealing with such a reputed brand.

                              Purchased product from Reliance digital india, received defective/damaged product. Replacement will take 24 to 48hrs, also no feedback from help desk staff, they are not able to share delivery details. Behaviour of help desk staff is very arrogant.

                                  We have purchased samsung air conditioner from reliance digital, central square mall, Vadodara on 10.01.21 with other electronics items. After installation it is running for 2 days only, we have made complain in Reliance digital for that and they are Not able to resolve our problem, they have suggest us for change the pipe line because of gas likage, we have also change pipe line by own expense but Same problem in air Conditioner persist. After 5 months follow up they are ready for Replacement Of air conditioner on 30.06.21 but still it is not replaced. After that we have visited showroom they reply still your approval not done so we are waiting for Your approval. Since last 8 month We have made so many complains At reliance Degital showroom, Vadodara and also by mail continues to Samsung and reliance digital but still my problem not resolved. (SAMSUNG support team reply us that you Have purchase air conditioner from reliance digital so They will provide service to you) Sir i need refund for all products which i was purchased from Reliance degital because No service, no responsibility and no response. Very poor and unsatisfactory services provided by reliance degital.

                                    I wanted to buy a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2. I visited Relience store on 26th July 2021 and got to know about an offer of getting 2500 cashback on it's purchase. I tried buying it from there but was unable to do so due to some payment issues. They told me that there is some issue with their payment gateway. They told me that I can order from their website and place a pick at store order from there and I'll get the watch with that cashback offer. They placed the order for me on EMI using my credit card. Now they told me to wait as now they were facing some issues in creating my bill. I waited for at least 2 hours in there showroom. After all this they told me that now I won't get any cashback as samsung has cancelled that offer one day ago. So after tirelessly waiting and spending half of my day and charging me ₹17500 they told me that I won't be getting any cashback of ₹2500. They told me I have two options. Either I can buy the watch at ₹17500 or I can return the product and get the refund in my account(they assured me that I'll get it back in my account). So I chose the return option. Since then it has been 1.5 months and still I've not got my refund. The bank has started charging me the EMI for something that I don't even have. Since then I've called the customer care multiple times. They always told me to wait for 7 working days. I waited and still got nothing. Now they keep on telling me that I have to wait for 72 hours and I still haven't got anything. One time their executive told me that I will get refund in the form of store credit. Now why would I take that? I bought it because I was getting an offer which your salesman after charging me the amount refused to give it to me. He should have told me before charging me that I won't get any offer. Now after returning the product he assured me that I'll get the refund back in my account. But one of your customer executive told me that I will get it in the form of store credit.
