In continuation to the above complaint for Invoice, Please note the Invoice was required to get the Refrigerator Compressor replaced in Warrenty.

date of Purchase: 13 April 2013,
The Complaint was Raised on 8th July and the Service Engineer visited on 10th July after which he told that compressor needs to be replaced.
Even after Continuous follow up The Service Team of Reliance Digital has not raise the Invoice for Purchase of New compressor so that the product and be rectified in Warranty.
Pathetic experience till now reliance digital service team.
When i can customer care to know the status of request they put on Hold to talk to service team and i have been kept on hold for past 1 hr and am still waiting on call.
Its now 5 days from Second request and nothing has been done.
Please help me in getting the problem resolved.

I purchased a HP laptop on 16th August for which there is an offer of a laptop bag at Rs1. I received the coupon code from your team on 31st August and placed the order on 2nd September using that coupon code.
Order has been cancelled by your team without intimation on 5th September
Sent mails to Customer care, CShead and as expected there is no response from them.
Contacted customer care and got response that they will not provide the bag as the order got cancelled due to technical issue and provided coupon code is valid only once. He told that they will not provide new coupon code neither carry case that was promised while purchasing the laptop as offer.
Contacted the showroom that sent the invoice for the laptop carry case and cancelled the invoice after 5 minutes and refund the amount of Rs 1.
I was told that they got instructions to cancel the orders for all the customers as they cannot give the bag @1.
If you are unable to give the laptop bag @1, why it is displayed on the product page while ordering the product. Why you have sent the coupon code.
Unfortunately this offer is still displayed on the product page of website and app.
Could you please deliver the laptop carry case which was promised as an offer while purchasing the laptop or provide a new coupon code to order again which will not be cancelled by your team or by Technical issue.

It's totally your technical fault...why should the customer would suffer for that...and also why advertise?when you can't provide?kind of scam to me... very disappointed...will tell my family and friend circle about this nuiscence and not to buy anything from this website...so that they won't have to face any problem
