These people are making fun of the service it's been 3 days since I had raised a query regarding laptop that had gone faulty against an extended warranty and still they haven't even come to pickup the laptop it's frustrating to be here at other end with a faulty laptop

    I purchase many items from relince digital because of trusted companies but now a days I had very disappointed because I purchase whirlpool refrigerator buy frome relince digital and not working properly I complain 25/06/2021on relince digital .two mechanic came and replaced a part and charged Rs 2500. And go back but refrigerator not working . I call 20-30 times on local reliance digital customer service mobile no [protected] and mechanic mobile no [protected] but call not received even I call daily 2-5 time but call not received. What can I do sir please 🙏 sir not lost your trust in public.

      Update Name and Address on Laptop Invoice

      Dear sir,

      I have purchased HP laptop on 21/06/2021 from reliance digital aundh pune. Store has given bill in the name of Janardhan where my requirement is to change it to "Wipro limited c/o Janardhan Jadhav" but the store is not helping in this regard. Customer care said he has updated it and it is process, but store is saying it cannot be changed.

      Please intervene and provide me modified bill. Bill is attached...

      I purchased a HP laptop on 10 July for which there is an offer of a laptop bag at Rs1. I received the coupon code from your team on 14 July and placed the order using that coupon code.

      Order has been cancelled by your team without intimation on 16 July and returned the amount of Rs 1 to my account.

      Sent mails to Customer care, CShead and as expected there is no response from them.

      Contacted customer care and got response that they will not provide the bag as the order got cancelled due to technical issue and provided coupon code is valid only once. He told that they will not provide new coupon code neither carry case that was promised while purchasing the laptop as offer.

      Contacted the showroom that sent the invoice for the laptop carry case and cancelled the invoice after 5 minutes and refund the amount of Rs 1.
      I was told that they got instructions to cancel the orders for all the customers as they cannot give the bag @1.

      If you are unable to give the laptop bag @1, why it is displayed on the product page while ordering the product. Why you have sent the coupon code.

      Unfortunately this offer is still displayed on the product page of website and app.

      Could you please deliver the laptop carry case which was promised as an offer while purchasing the laptop or provide a new coupon code to order again which will not be cancelled by your team or by Technical issue.

      I purchased a HP laptop on 16th August for which there is an offer of a laptop bag at Rs1. I received the coupon code from your team on 31st August and placed the order on 2nd September using that coupon code.

      It's totally your technical fault...why should the customer would suffer for that...and also why advertise?when you can't provide?kind of scam to me... very disappointed...will tell my family and friend circle about this nuiscence and not to buy anything from this website...so that they won't have to face any problem

        I purchased Samsung air-conditioned on dated 25/06/2020.starts to problems.cooling problem water leakage problem after one year I problem this type service.
        Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Same problem happened me I bought hitachi split ac on June 2020 during one year warranty which applicable from date of purchase ac got water leakage informed them they dismantle my inner unit taken to service centre and refit but same problem after more than three times sent to service centre again problem not solve properly but resq team not clear the concern their lack of technical support still machine under repair condition I was totally frustrated Reliance Digital

          I have register a complaint on 09.07.2021 with your resq team But untill now there was no response

          ( i have purchased AC with reliance digital on 30.05.2019, after that it was used for only 6 months and then it got repaired, so we have called the technician and the technician said there is a gas leakage and he filled it by charging some amount, then seecond time it got repaired again after 1 month then he filled the gas, again seniour technician came and said there is a problem at the time installation and we need to change the location and he did it by putting th ehole to the wall on the other side, it went well for 2 months and same story repeated, again new technician came and said there is a problem in the COPPER WIRE and i bought it and he changed it, it went well for a month, now the problem repeated again for the fourth time and the technician said we will change the location of the AC ...and in between he took my AC necessary parts to kept hold for 2 days and said now there wont be any problem ...BUT the smile was there only for 2 months, now again i trusted RELIANCE and took a warrenty of a year, (this is to inform you that from the 1 st complaint to the last complaint i have spoken to several RESQ team and digital team members they say that as it is an electronics we cannot give warrenty after you purchase) and i have logged a complaint on 09.07.2021 but untill now no one responses and people from samsung calls us and says you will be charged for this or else you call the digital team ...and my sincere request is kindly do the needful

              Ordered a pair of Sony earphones on 2nd june worth ₹7000 and received it on 7th june. I could hear some sort of buzzing sound in background while calls and it kept on unpairing itself from my iphone and i had to pair it again manually.

              Registered a complaint on 10th june and they told me to get a DOA at the Sony service centre and I followed. Sony refused to give me the DOA letter and a week passed by dealing with it. Finally a customer service guy told me to visit the reliance digital store and so i did on 18th june. They store forwarded the mail to the head office right in front of me. A week passed and I received no response and i kept on mailing them. Then they claimed that they have not received any mail from the store and told me to visit again. I visited the store again by the end of june and the store told me that they had already sent the mail and sent it once again in front of me. No response again from their side finally i asked to give me a call from the CEO desk and he told me he’ll personally contact the store and the issue will be resolved in no time.

              It’s been well over a month and i have not received any updates. I have been contacting customer service daily and they told me to wait more. Reliance has the worst costumer service and experience i have ever had.

                My refrigerator stopped working 3rd July following which given below is the sequence of events-
                Timeline of events
                03.07- request for repair made with Reliance and Whirlpool by calling the customer care.
                04.07- Whirlpool team came for Visit and made video and told that as product is purchased through Reliance digital the service will be managed by Reliance.
                05.07- Telephone Call received from Mr Kamesh Yogi ( reliance digital), telling that they will Send the Purchase order of Compressor but for that i will need the PURCHASE INVOICE COPY of Frij.
                07.07- Duplicate Invoice copy arranged by me after more than 20 mails and 50 calls, sent to Mr Kamlesh and team.
                08.07- Mr Kamlesh and other Service team members stopped picking calls and updating
                Then I called customer care once again and was told that my original request of compressor replacement was cancelled, due to non availability of bill.
                08.07- Fresh request for Refrigerator Compressor Replacement taken with a timeline of 72 hrs.
                10.07.- Reliance representatives again came to make a video of the product.
                12.07- Despite having all the documents and details no Purchase invoice made, DUE TO SOME IT ERROR of system, as told by Mr Kamlesh on Call.
                Audio recording of conversation also available with me.
                13.07.21- No Purchase request was made and got a call from Mr Kamlesh that he doesn't have the Original Invoice copy. I sent the Invoice copy to him once again.
                14.07.21- Call made to customercare who have kept me on hold for pat 1 hr and still counting...

                Even after Continuous follow up The Service Team of Reliance Digital has not raise the Invoice for Purchase of New compressor so that the product and be rectified in Warranty.

                Pathetic experience till now reliance digital service team.
                When i can customer care to know the status of request they put on Hold to talk to service team and i have been kept on hold for past 1 hr and i am still waiting on call.
                Its now 5 days from Second request and nothing has been done.
                THE SERVICE TEAM IS NOT EVEN PLACING ORDER FOR PRODUCTS WHICH NEED TO BE REPLACED IN 5 DAYs THEN HOW CAN I GET THE SERVICE WITHOUT REPLACEMENT PRODUCT??

                Please help me in getting the problem resolved.

                  I have placed an order vide order no. RDF 12837999 on reliance digital website online on 10th June 2021. The website was showing one day delivery. Order is for LG 1.5 Ton AC, AC Bracket and Installation Service. I got delivery of AC Bracket Twice within 3-4 days of placing the order. I am getting call for Installation of AC regularly sometime twice or thrice a day . Issue: LG 1.5 Ton AC is not yet delivered as well as i have received no call or update regarding its delivery. Online also it is showing status as confirmed and Delivery date as 11th June 2021. From 11th June onwards, i am calling customer care on daily basis sometimes twice or thrice, but not getting any solution of my problem. Till now i have made approx 40 calls to reliance digital customer care . Even i have requested callback from their senior supervisor, but only once a person called on 21st June 2021 and again response was delivery will be done within 4-5 days. I requested him to give me update regarding my order in written but again nothing done from their side. from 21st june also 10 days passed without response. I have ordered AC due to harsh weather conditions of Delhi with expectation of one day delivery but now 22 days are passed and no update is given about my order. I am going through extreme mental harrsament and facing bad weather after paying the amount of product on pre payment basis I have no option left but to knock the doors of judiciary system of our country. This is a pure case of mental harassment and I request for 1, 00, 000 penalty against mental Harassment done by firm. I have made Approx 40 calls to Reliance digital till date(I have its record in my phone) but no update or response from their side . I have sent Number of emails to their highest escalation mentioned on website but again with no positive or satisfactory response.

                    I purchased Iphone XR on 8th july by paying the amount of 45500 through my credit card and it has to be delivered today but they cancelled the order on the day of delivery.
                    I again reordered at the store by paying the full amount of 45500 today on 13th july and status of payment is UNSUCCESSFUL while my money got deducted from my credit card.
                    While having the conversation with the executives they are only clarifying by saying sorry and wait for again 2-3 days and hang up the calls

                      I purchased Samsung Refrigerator on 26 June 2021 vide order no RDF 13621771. The problem in the product is that its freezing ice outside and inside excessively and when its defrost all the frozen items get melted and become waste. Company has given solution to take out items at the time of defrosting. I dont understand what is the difference if frozen items get melted in both the situation whether inside of freeze while defrosting or outside of freeze at the time of defrosting. I have never seen this kind of innovative and unique solution. Moreover i was promised second visit of engineer which was not done and my complaint closed unilaterally. It became the height o[censored]nethical handling where i had the right to return the freeze in 10 days as per policy. Even i gave the option to change the product with other compant/ brand but monopolistic behaviour shown by compant. This is a case of shying away from responsibility after getting the money.

                        I have purchased a LED TV at your Reliance digital 3 days back, Suncity, Hyderabad..
                        While purchasing TV i was told that no wallmount is with the TV, so your installation team will bring it and fit the tv... now your personnel has come without Wallmount and saying it takes much more time to bring wall mount and install tv...
                        So i am here very much disappointed with your reckless service... so please take back your TV... my Mob No [protected]

                          I went to the Reliance Digital Store, Faridabad on 10th July, 2021 to buy a Macbook Air M1 chip laptop. On which the concerned person promised us 10% off to which till the evening he said 8%, which was agreed by us. On gettinf our loan/finance approved. On the time of billing, they did not had the product with them and then they couldnot generate bill. My time from 2pm to 6pm was wasted in all this nuissance. Today, on 11th July, 2021 the person called and said we cant give you 8% off we can give u 5%.
                          The staff is poor. They have absolutely no idea of what they should commit to their customers.

                            I have tried to buy a laptop from reliance digital on 4 July 2021 the money has been deducted but order has not placed i have called to customer support they said to wait for 48hrs but after the 48 hrs they said to wait for 72 hrs and now it's 4 days since the issue has happened I have no idea what to do now. It is huge amount for me

                              Dear All

                              This is to bring to your notice that I have raised a concern in reliance CUSTOMER support for refund of my installation charges or return of the product or the final option change of service center for installation because of below mentioned reason

                              I was not ready to pay any extra charges when I was providing them material as they were asking unauthorised charges from me and in return I was abused(### OFF) by the ur service Center female staff and was told they won’t do my installation

                              I have been constantly mailing your CUSTOMER service but they are not ready to help me they are forcing me to go ahead and get it installed from the same service Center inspite of being abused

                              I want to bring this to ur notice that reliance digital is not a loot or mafia company that they can force me to take services from people who have no right to abuse me still they abused me

                              Help me to find the solution or I will be forced to take it further legally for not providing services and mentally harassing me as well as abusing me as last resort

                              I will be waiting for resolution for one more days that is 24 hours otherwise I will take steps as I need to take

                                We had purchased a Godrej Refrigerator from this store in Nov 2020.When It stopped cooling, we lodged a complaint, but they took 4-5 days time to visit . They visited and did some cleaning and went away. We told them to replace this defective piece but they said, they can't. After 5-6 days, again it stopped cooling and same problem started. Again we had to make complaint, but its been 4 days now, no one has visited and when writing to customer support, they are saying, they are waiting for parts to be couriered and they will fix it . But I cannt afford such delay as refrigerator is one a daily need material and whould be difficult to survive without it. Hence, , i requested them to provide me a back up refrigerator until they fix up the defective piece.

                                  Aqua guard issue within 3months

                                  I have purchased an aqua guard from Reliance digital on 25th March 2021, within few days it started to create problem and in 3 months it stopped working. We have required the store staffs to help us with this as it is not even 6 months we have purchased the product. The staffs are saying they cannot do anything. This is ridiculous that the company is not taking any responsibility and has sold a defected product. They are ignoring our requests...

                                  The Complaint was Raised on 8th July and the Service Engineer visited on 10th July after which he told that compressor needs to be replaced.

                                  Even after Continuous follow up The Service Team of Reliance Digital has not raise the Invoice for Purchase of New compressor so that the product and be rectified in Warranty.

                                  Pathetic experience till now reliance digital service team.
                                  When i can customer care to know the status of request they put on Hold to talk to service team and i have been kept on hold for past 1 hr and am still waiting on call.
                                  Its now 5 days from Second request and nothing has been done.

                                  Please help me in getting the problem resolved.

                                    बड़े खेद के साथ लिखना पड़ रहा है कि भिलाई में स्थित आपके स्टोर में ग्राहक सेवा बिलकुल अव्यवस्थित है पहुचने पर कोई सही जानकारी नहीं देते सब गोसिप करने में लगे रहते है कुछ पूछने पर सीधे मना कर देते है, विगत दिनों मेरे मित्र ने मुझे गैस चूल्हा जिसे उन्होंने मुझे उपहार दिया लेकिन एक माह के भीतर ही उसका नोब कम करना बंद कर दिया जिसे लेकर मुझे वहाँ जाना पड़ा जैसे ही मैं प्रवेश कर के सामने खड़े एक कर्मचारी से पुछा कि गैस स्टोव सम्बन्धी काउंटर कहा है उसने तुरंत कहा यहाँ ये सब नहीं होता तब मुझे उसे डटना पड़ा कि यहाँ से लिये सामान कि शिकायत कहा करना है तब फिर दूसरे ने कहा कि उपर जाये वहाँ पहुचने पर उस कर्मचारी ने उसे ठीक करने के कोशिश कि और जैसे तैसे कुछ करके कहा कि ले जाईयें और अब अगर शिकयत होगी तो इस बदल कर देंगे एक सप्ताह में ही स्टोव पहले जैसे हो गया पुनः ले जाने पर उसी कर्मचारी ने एक नया जवाब दिया कि अगर हो सकेगा तो सुधार करेंगे नहीं तो बदल कर देंगे जबकि एक माह के अगर सामान खरब हो जाये तो बदल कर नया दिया जाता है गैस स्टोव को दिये एक सप्ताह से ज्यादा क समय हो गया न ही कोई जवाब मिला क्या करे एक सप्ताह तक दूसरे के घर से उधार पर लिये चूल्हे पर काम कर चला रहे है अगर इतने नाम और विश्वसनीय शॉप से सामान लेने पर कोई वारंटी कि जवाब दारी नहीं तो कैसे करे कृपया उचित कार्यवाही kare
