After several complaints and calling your reliance digital's helpline no. I finally decided to email you my complaint against the order which was placed on the 11th of August 2021 and till date it's not been delivered to my residence.

Will explain you the full thing in detail:

1. On 11th August 2021 - Order placed Online thru your online shopping portal.

2. On 12th August 2021 - Courier / Delivery Boys got the order to my residence address but with a wrong contact number printed on the Delivery Challan for which the OTP for delivery was going to the other person's number and somehow when I called the other MOBILE number he refused to give the OTP no. but on my second call to the other no. the man on the other side asked me to pay him Rs. 2, 000/- for the OTP. On which 1 of the courier boys called up his senior in the warehouse and he advised them to take the delivery back and he spoke with me too and told me that he will send a fresh piece next day and for which I took his word and allowed the Washing Machine to be taken back.

3. On 12th August 2021 - After they left I called the Reliance Helpline and I complained about the wrong number on the delivery challan for which the guy who was attending the call rechecked the delivery number and said that it was wrong and could be a computer generated mistake. He told me that the complaint has been logged and within 48 to 72 hours will be resolved and someone from the team will call in 1 hour. I waited the whole day and no call came to me for the same.

4. On 13th August 2021 - I still waited and recalled the customer care number and explained a lady the full complaint again she kept me on hold and the call dropped. I recalled again someone else received my call. Then I repeated the story again. Again the call dropped. This happened nearly 3 to 4 times. Finally the call got completed where again I was told that after 48 to 72 hours the complaint will be solved.

5. On 14th August 2021 - I got an email on the same email id that my order has been delivered; which actually was not delivered to my residence address. I called up the Helpline no. once again for which I was told that there's no prior complaint logged in the system and this is the 1st complaint he will be registering. By this time I had already lost my cool as this is a VERY VERY IRRESPONSIBLE thing from your end. The guy on the other side told me he will again take 72 hours to resolve this matter and someone from the team will get back to me regarding the same in 1 hour. No call again.

6. ON 15th August 2021 - Independence Day - I waited for the call till late afternoon. Then I called the helpline again. Once again I had to explain my whole story to the lady on the other side I guess her name was MAHEK. She promised me that this issue will be done on priority basis. And the complaint is under priority and someone from the team will call in 1 hour. I did receive a call after 2 hours but still I got the same reply 48 to 72 hours. On which I asked the gentleman across to recount the hours that had already passed off and still he wanted 72 hours more. For which he told me this case is on TOP PRIORITY and will get resolved soon.

7. ON 16th August 2021 - The status on my reliance app still showed the washing machine is delivered. I once again called up the helpline to get it corrected but to that also I was told with the next 48 to 72 hours the matter will be fully resolved.

8. ON 17th August 2021 - Again called up regarding the status on the app. Same answer. And No response from your end.

9. On 18th August 2021 - Once again called the helpline now the guy from the other end told me that this will be considered as a fresh complaint from today on which I really lost my cool.

Today we stand on 24th of August 2021 and MR. Janviprasad has no clue what to answer me whether my order will be delivered or not. Or my order has been shipped to someone else on which I told him I'm gonna take this up in the consumer court for which I have already spoken with my solicitor. He again told me the same we will get back to you as soon as possible but when, that he has no clue.

Is this a joke??? This is so unprofessional!!! highly disappointed with their services.

I humbly request you to cancel my order and refund my amount at the earliest as I am not interested in dealing with reliance digital anymore. I will be lodging a police complaint for fraud too in this case if no action is taken from your end.

The same letter has been sent to Mr. Anil Ambani, Mr. B.M. Bade (CEO)
and the Head of Customer Service.

    I have purchased Eureka Forbes Under sink RO on 24th July 2021 and the billing and delivery was on 25th July. Invoice no. D06V[protected]
    Very next day i have got the installation done from reliance technician and we were asked to not to drink unless the tanks drains 2-4 times where as i had done the same for 6-7 times.
    After doing so i had tried drinking a glass of water it was full of mud and black particle and pressure after filling the glass was reduced a lot.
    Then i have lodged the complaint on 30th July Service ID [protected] and he has visited and checked the same. He did something and said the same is ok and he went back.
    Once he left we again drained the water and tried using it and water came milky it was like milk was added. I had again made complaint on 31st July for dirty water and very less pressure of water in the tap since then i am struggling and its been 24 days as even after techinican visiting the problem remain same.
    I need the replacement as it is faulty and i dont part replacement sicne i cant take risk wit water as water is not pure and even the pressure tank is faulty.

      I bought this ac on 16 august 2021 in Kurukshetra. It was installed on 19 august 2021. After installation it was not cooling even on powerchill. I contacted reliance . They send reliance technicians thrice but still there was not suitable response.
      Now the company is forcing us to accept the product with scratches and without cooling
      Manager and company officials are not cooperative .

        I have paid down payment of Rs 22255 on 7th August 2021 at Reliance Digital, 26 Hindustan Park, Gariahat Junction, Kolkata - 700029 for supply of LG SBS - GCB22FTLPLAPZQEBN 594Ltr within 22nd August.

        I was confirmed that the delivery will happen within 22nd August 2021.
        Till today, 23rd August I have NO CLUE OF DELIVERY OF THE REFRIGERATOR that I booked by paying down payment.

          I purchased Reconnect Smart Tv in 2019 May from Reliance Digital Lucknow.I had 2 yrs warranty on the product.And since April 2021 one had appeared at the top of the screen.But at that time all stores and mall were closed as lockdown was there due to Covid-19 .And now when the stores are open after unlock I visited the store for that and they again and again saying the same thing.So i am registering my complain here.

            We have bought havells water purifier from reliance digital and they told next day people will come for installation.Unfortunately, reliance digital people only came.We have bought the filter from them and they have installed and went away.After 2 uses the filter box started leaking and at some point it bursted spilling water all over.When we called the same guy he told its due to the high raise apt pressure will be more.He installed another filter and set the pressure from his side.After again 2 to 3 uses, it bursted again spilling water all over my kitchen.When we called, he mentioned he will directly give water connection to purifier.When we asked what if the purifier itself burst if direct connection is given he has no answer.Seems they don't have any answer and their installation is the worst experience.Please don't go with the relaince digital service at all.They don't know any thing and we have to loose our money unneccessarily.

            We have asked our money back and not sure if we get our amount for 2 filter we paid to them.

                I had placed an order for a set of speakers, a bulb and a Google home mini on August 20 around 6:30pm. The amount got debited from my bank account, but it says payment unsuccessful. I was about to gift this to a person today and now it's pretty much ruined. Please refund this ASAP. It's a pretty big purchase amount for me. My order id is RDF17580675

                      I have purchased reliance induction stove from reliance digital. The product is not working now. Hence I have submitted the product in Reliance Service Center. Since it has been 45 days I didn’t got any update about repair and also the person who has taken not letting my phone at all. I totally not satisfied with reliance product and service.                         As per above subject line we purchased Surface go Laptop 3 (Product serial no[protected] since day one it's not working and last 14 days, I visited your Reliance Digital GT Store Jaipur s on almost daily basis ( 8 times ) and spent time with your technical expert who sale me this product drop the product for proper repairing. Now without using a single day of laptop after taking so much time, store team suggested and said that your lodge complain to Microsoft site and asked for replacement.

                        This is very bad and lethargic services and very worst experience with such large digital store.

                        Kindly support and guide to protect my rights under consumer protection act.

                          I had bought a 8kg 1400rpm IFB washing machine on Sunday August 15th 2021 and had paid full amount. They delivered the wrong product (6kg IFB washing machine) on Monday since then we are trying to get it exchanged by calling store people they have been saying wait for and we will give your product And then never respond. It’s been 4-5 days now I have no hope if store people can help. Kindly need help to get my product which i paid for else refund with interest .

                            HORRIBLE EXPERINECE!! Purchased iPhone 11 on Dec 25, 2020, order id : RDF08722699 having an offer of 5k cashback post 120 days. It's been 8 months since then but haven't received any cashback yet.Now the customer care executive says that the cashback can not be given as order contains 2 items.but in reality one item was a freebie which was automatically added to cart and was mandatory in order to place the order.
                            EvenT & C on reliance digital website doesn't have anything like this two item story they told.

                              This is regarding Sharp PS-920 150W High Power Portable speaker. I purchased on dated[protected], TAX Invoice No. D06V[protected] through supplier- RRL Digital Sultanpur NDC, Reliance Retail Limited Industrial Plot No 1, Village Dadri toe Jhajjar HR 124103. for further detail please see attached bill.
                              PROBLEM - Mic was not properly working, so I register complaint and they replaced it on dated 24-01-21, TAX Invoice No. D06V[protected].
                              Now facing second time same problem is with product. is this product manufacturing defect or your product quality is not up-to the stander.
                              Today this product is under warranty so this can be replace easily. but if the same problem occur after one year who will be responsible.
                              please do the needful ASAP.

                                Have a Extended warranty contract No [protected] for my washing machine LG 7KG FULLY AUT TL. I registered a complaint With Reference no: [protected] on 4th Aug 21.

                                I would like to bring to your notice that my issue is still not fixed. Engineer from LG visited my home and did some alterations to the machine after which the machine started working for which I paid a service change of Rs 590; however on the very next day it started showing the same "PE" error.
                                The Very next day an engineer from Reliance visited and diagnosed that there is a part which needs to be replaced. Since then I have been following up with the LG engineer and you guys over the phone. Every time I am getting fake commitments, that part will be replaced today or tomorrow.

                                It's been more than 14 days however the issue is not fixed yet. This kind of collaboration of support was never expected from a service provider like you. If a customer has to face so many hassles then there is no point covering the product under EWC specially from Reliance.
                                I will ding you down on the quality and work advocacy platform. Also never recommend anyone to take the extended warranty support from you guys. I am also planning to use social media platforms to create awareness among Indian customers, not to take extended warranty support from reliance.

                                  I purchase iPhone 12 from savings on 15 august, I received mail and message for confirmation that I received my order in three hours, suddenly I got messaged that my order is cancelled, how it is possible when I am not cancellation this, in message said due to sudden out of stock my order is cancelled . How it is possible if phone is not in stock how can my order be approved and money got debited from my account? It is not 100 rs order, 80000 rs is big amount for me . After this I received call from reliance store that due to some technical problem your order is cancelled from our side, please do the order again . Are you serious ??? Due to your side technical problem why I suffered . And if you got payment in your account so why I wait for my order or money ??? customer service person said to me wait for 2 days 24 hour or 7 working days for your money...it is joke or what ...this is not expect from reliance...I never experienced this type issue from any other big stores. I purchase iPhone from reliance because reliance is big name but today my mind is change this how your customer service treating customer ...wait for your money we can't do anything...refund ho jaayega???? If you facing any technical issue in order than why customer suffers for this ...please resolve issue...and please improve your customer service...80000rs is a big amount for people it's not a joke.please resolved this issue, amount is too big for it's my all savings...

                                    I ordered earphone online from application on 12-aug with insta delivery option. Deliver boy visit my home with a parcel on the same day but didn't deliver the parcel as he was saying I have to give him an OTP which was not received on my number. He insist me to cancel the order I tried but option is not available in the application. Now order status is reflecting returned in the application but I received a bill receipt on mail that my order is delivered at my home. I am trying to call and mail daily to them but not getting any satisfactory reply from them in order to get my product or refund. Delivery boy did some fraud and they are not able to fix.
